White House propagandist Jen Psaki is questioned about FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Administration) being deployed to assist Health and Human Services at the Southern U.S. border.  The White House is stuck because activating FEMA requires a declaration of a national disaster.  The White House does not want to admit the crisis at the border is a national disaster initiated by JoeBama….
