I set this bog up to comment on Climate change Economics and politics. I live in the country, since I like my freedom, and I am mostly retired after many years in business and the military. If you noticed the saying above the picture of my home which states, De Oppresso Liber welll that is the motto of the US Army’s Special forces known as the Green Berets of which I was a member. When Special Forces was formed in 1952 that motto was picked because we were trained to set up guerrilla operations in the old communist block satellite countries to free them.  The motto means “to liberate the oppressed” and that is what we need today in America as an oppressive federal government is being created here by corrupt politicians that mean to control all aspects of your lives.  The American citizens need to be freed from the oppression and what better way to do that than the “truth.”

For those that are interested I picked the name Centinel (added the 2012) because he was one of the Anti-federalists arguing that the U.S. Constitution didn’t have enough preventative measures in it and that future politicians would subvert it.  Although there is no canonical list anti-federalist authors, major authors include Cato (likely George Clinton), Brutus (likely Robert Yates), Centinel (Samuel Bryan), and the Federal Farmer (eitheors r Melancton Smith, Richard Henry Lee, or Mercy Otis Warren). Speeches by Patrick Henry and Smith are often included as well. Well we are now there and I will do my part; since I did take the Oath to defend the Constitution, see a post I placed in the military section.

Posts here will be on the subjects that I am interested in and will always be truthful to the best of my knowledge.

On the right side of the blog is a slide show of highlights of my military career and many of the inventions that I have developed over the years. Within those images are the first page of the patents that were issued to me. This is placed here to show that I have the experience and knowledge to talk on the subjects that will be placed here over the coming months. most will be a bit long for a blog but these are very serious issues so bear with me.

The first item on the menu is My Books and Papers, which contains several documents in either pdf format or as power point presentations. These documents can be downloaded to read if desired by the reader. There is no cost associated with them they are free.

In May 2020 as the Wuhan Virus Lock Down was easing demonstrations erupted across the country after the “murder” of an African American by a policeman was brought to attention of the public. The video of the event was very disturbing and no one that saw it would disagree that it looked like it was murder.  Probably as a result of the Lock Down the mood of the citizens was not good and since this was spring and tens of millions had just lost their jobs from the Lock Down this event quickly turned to demonstrations, violence, destruction and looting.

Elements within the country that have wanted to change the government to one more in line with Socialism( Communism) seized this opportunity to come out in full force and they did just that. The movement to erase the past and create a new country is an agglomeration of the following groups: The Democrat party, Antifa, UN Agenda 21 (generic name) Black Lives Mater, Communists,  Environmentalists, Sustainability promoters, the Nation of Islam, the World Health Organization, WHO, and many more.  All of this groups are supported by the US National Medial otherwise known more properly as Fake News.

A new Category was created on my blog called “The Great Reset” which is set up differently than the other categories as it also contains Re-Posts as well as my personal posts as the trend that is developing is toward a Second Civil War in the US, and I wanted everything in one category. The The Bill and Melisa Gates Foundation is the primary supporter and source of money for this radical movement.

The following is a short Bio from a few years ago.

David has a life long passion for making things better — looking at problems and finding solutions be those problems; business related, technical issues or policy related.  But before we talk about that we need to know how he got to where he is today.

David was born and raised in the greater Cleveland area and after high school he went on to attend Ohio University where he graduated with an undergraduate in economics in 1965.  While in college he was exempt from the draft but was notified to report to the Cleveland Induction Center a few months after graduation.  After being tested he was interviewed and it was suggested that he Join the Army and he would be guaranteed Officers Candidate School (OCS).  He agreed to do so and received an induction date in November to start basic training at Ft. Benning, Georgia.

Two months before leaving he met Darlene Ann Fill, a teacher in Parma, who would be his wife the next year.  After basic and Advanced Infantry Training as an enlisted man Dave was back at Ft. Benning in OCS, where he married Darlene and received his commission as a 2^nd Lieutenant.  From there he attended jump school and then went to Ft. Brag where he graduated from the John F. Kennedy Center for Special Warfare making him a ‘Green Beret.” David’s first assignment was training officer for the 7^th Special Forces group (Abn) at Ft. Brag where he and his wife lived off post.  During the summer of 1967 the 7^th group was given the assignment of supporting the filming of the movie The Green Beret staring John Wayne.

David ended up taking an A team to Pensacola Florida where a simulated night combat parachute insertion was to be filmed and he and his team jumped from a WW II C-47 and were filmed for the movie. After the filming David did get to meet John Wayne at the Base Officers Club; however his part never made the movie and another version was used in that part of the film with a helicopter crash. Shortly after returning to Ft Bragg  he received his orders assigning him to the 5^th Special Forces Group (Abn) in Vietnam.  David had leave coming so he and Darlene packed up and went back to Cleveland.

David left for Vietnam in September 1967 in a commercial flight out of Hopkins in Cleveland with a stop over in Oakland California switching to a military charter flight to Vietnam.  After arriving and spending some time in Nha Trang, Saigon and Song Be he was promoted to First Lieutenant and was assigned to Bu Dop A-341 in Phuoc Long Province as the Executive Officer (XO) which was north of Saigon in the Third Tactical Zone right on the border of Cambodia. Du Dop was a border surveillance camp and patrolled the north western boarder of Vietnam where the infiltrators from the Communist north were coming across.  David was involved in heavy fighting almost from the time he got there and was wounded in action (WIA) there resulting in his being sent back to the states in December 1967.

David recovered after four months in a military hospital and was assigned to Ft. Campbell where ended up as the deputy G-2 for the post and was promoted to Captain along the way. However in September 1969 after serving just short of four years in the military David left the army after he decided that his lingering injuries would prevent him from properly serving his country and so after four years of military service he went to work for the General Electric Company in Schenectady, New York.

While employed by GE David completed the Manufacturing Management Training, MMP, and rose into middle management and he developed his manufacturing problem solving skills during this period of his career.  David was recruited from GE in the mid 70’s into a senior level management position in Cleveland and over the next several years he became very good at streamlining manufacturing operations, completing this phase of his business career.

In the mid 80’s David and a cousin of his started a company in Cleveland, Ohio called Lumitex.  Although the scientific principles of the idea were David’s cousins’, David invented the process to make the material.  David also identified several markets and after writing a business plan was able to raise venture funding to start the company.  One of the products that David developed was for the treatment of bilirubin in newborn infants.  That product is now one of the main profit centers of that company. While working in this company he got an EMBA from CASE.

Moving on David started his own business as a business consultant specializing in market development and product and equipment design.  Over the next several years David helped other start-ups in straightening out manufacturing operations.  It was during this period that David wrote a book on politics and economics. In his book David proposed solutions to many of the issues that we face today from campaign finance to protecting the environment.

After 911 David got involved in alternative energy and developed some fuel cell technology for the military as well as a steerable artillery fuze. David has 8 issued patents, numerous military awards and he has written 4 books and published numerous White Papers on Public Policy and other subjects relevant to current issues and problems.

David and his wife Darlene are semi-retired and living in Brecksville Ohio and David is the Post Commander of American legion Post 801 in Nordonia Hills Ohio and a member of the VFW 6768, the Special Force Association Chapter XXXV, the Vietnam Veterans of America, and the DAV.

In 2016 David along with his associates in the Legion and the VFW started a project to remake an old rundown park with some military items in they. We got the park renamed to the Nordona Hills Veterans memorial Park (www.NHVMP.com and created a Foundation by the same name to raise money. it is a very unique park with a Blue Star plaque and if you are in the area you will not be disappointed if you go there. We hope we can finish the ground work of the park in 2021.
