A very intelligent and cogent discussion of why the EPA has no business trying to regulate CO2


I agree 100% with what is said in this post however (very unfortunately) the US Supreme Court ruled that CO2 was a pollutant in 2007.

The HOLDING WAS: Greenhouse gases are air pollutants, and the United States Environmental Protection Agency may regulate their emission

Since legally CO2 is a pollutant (which it isn’t) that means that there is no legal way to stop what they are doing. If this insanity is to be stopped the states (which have standing) would have to get the court to reverse their opinion and that is where the effort must be placed if we are going to win this war!
