The Supreme Court has ruled 5-4 in favor of Mississippi -vs- RNC that state legislature can decide how long after election day that qualified election ballots cast may be received. [PDF HERE] Essentially, federal election day is election day, but ballots can be received after election day for the length of time determined by state law.
Justice Barrett delivered the majority opinion, joined by Roberts, Sotomayor, Kagan and Jackson.
Justice Alito dissented along with Thomas, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh.
The Hight Court outlined that congress could change the ability of the states by changing the statutory language of the federal election law to require ballots be received by election day. As long as federal law does not outline the deadline for ballot reception, states can extend that process at their legislative discretion. THIS IS A HOT MESS FUBAR!
“The federal election-day statutes do not prevent Mississippi from counting absentee ballots postmarked by election day but received up to five days thereafter; nothing in the federal election-day statutes requires ballots to be received by election day.”
As noted by Samuel Alito in his well-written dissent, even during the U.S. civil war, soldier ballots had to be counted on “election day“, not days and weeks after.
Chief Justice John Roberts and Amy Coney-Barrett have once again betrayed the foundational principle within constitutional language. It is infuriating.

At the conclusion of the discussions in Switzerland, Secretary of State Marco Rubio spent time emphasizing the two groups attained a very important objective. Putting all other issues aside, they had formally mapped out a communication strategy for deconfliction between U.S. and Iranian leadership.
Meaning, if everything starts to go sideways both the USA and Iran agreed to the mechanism for immediate talks. Even if fighting and hostile action was taking place, the deconfliction agreement laid out the process to keep both sides in direct communication. This is not like the “red phone” approach toward nuclear deconfliction, even if both sides were in the midst of red zone brutality against each other.
This urgent deconfliction assembly is exactly what appears to have been triggered, when earlier today President Trump announced via Truth Social that U.S. and Iran delegations were going to meet in Doha.
Both President Trump and Secretary Rubio well understand that as long as a direct communication process is in place, all of the various regional escalations can be managed safely.
Some element within Iran attacks a ship; the USA retaliates and takes out critical infrastructure. The conflicted point does not disrupt the communication process. This is the optimal solution approach.
(Via NBC) – […] There was no immediate reaction from Tehran. Hours earlier, a senior Iranian official denied any technical discussions were scheduled to take place.
Technical teams working on the implementation of the initial agreement between the two sides are scheduled to meet in Doha in the coming days, a source with knowledge of the talks told NBC News.
Communications channels created to de-escalate any incidents are in place and technical talks are set to continue, the source added.
This follows a series of escalating reciprocal strikes over the weekend that threatened to unravel efforts to secure a permanent end to the war. (read more)

Katharine Birbalsingh, argues that the West’s moral crisis began with the values we taught our children. She explores how schools, culture, and social media have shaped a generation to see the world through the lens of oppressor and oppressed—and why restoring duty, responsibility, and moral character is essential to the future of Western civilization. As I watched this remarkable speech, I realized what Birbalsingh describes is what does not exist in Russia. There’s a lot of interesting mask-dropping in this interview. Jake Tapper outlines his view on illegal alien migrants from Haiti by admitting he put his Mom in a nursing home and pays Haitian migrants to care for her.
On a 1998 trip to Cite Soleil, a slum of Port-au-Prince, Mike and Fran DeWine met Tom Hagan, a Catholic priest who operated a school. The DeWines began underwriting Hagan’s mission and in 1999 the schools were named in honor of Becky DeWine, their daughter who was killed in a 1993 auto accident at age 22. In the past five years, the DeWine Family Foundation Inc. has donated more than $2 million to Haiti. {SOURCE}
Mike DeWine, hiding behind a George Burns disguise and Bazooka Joe x-ray specs, is now using his political position as Governor of Ohio to import illegal aliens from Haiti, a foreign country, and provide them safe harbor. There’s actually an unlawful term for that.
Meanwhile, Jake Tapper, with his Mom in the care of Haitians, and Mike DeWine, with emotional attachment to Haitians that supersedes his responsibility to American constituents in Ohio, together discuss tactics to protect illegal aliens from removal proceedings. WATCH:

When President Trump stated that Haiti was a “shithole country”, Jake Tapper and the professional political left went bananas and claimed it was a vibrant nation filled with culture and beauty. When President Trump announces the Temporary Protective Status (TPS) has ended for illegal alien migrants from Haiti, Jake Tapper and the professional political left go bananas and claim it is a violent, war-torn dangerous country. Go figure.
In this Sunday morning CNN segment, Jake Tapper laments the Supreme Court decision that TPS migrants can be deported post haste. Tapper then demands answers as to why DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin would send the illegal alien migrants’ home. WATCH:
The overwhelming majority of Americans want ALL illegal aliens deported, and faster. Secretary Mullin doesn’t do a great job in this interview as he hems and haws around the issue instead of just saying, “yes, we are going to deport them.”

You might remember recent reports outlining how the economy of Canada has slipped into a recession, posting two consecutive quarters with a negative GDP outcome. There are multiple reasons for this shrinkage, but the dominant factor is, well, quite frankly, Canadian politics and economic policy.
Meanwhile, in Mexico the opposite is happening. Mexico’s economic activity grew 1.2% in April from the prior month, the national statistics agency said, compared with a revised increase of 0.6% in March and beating a forecast of a 0.9% increase in a Reuters poll of analysts. {source}
It is not coincidental to see the Mexican economy performing well, while the Canadian economy is contracting. Despite their identical proximity to The United States, each nation is currently executing a fundamentally different set of economic policies.
The Canadian government has been exceptionally combative with the U.S.A, leading to friction, tariffs and economic back-and-forth measures between the two nations.
The Mexican government has expressly understood the nature of their dependency, admitted it, taken no action to diminish it, and purposefully set out to align itself with the interests of America.
Canada is combative. Mexico is collaborating.
It seems unlikely that the three nations can agree on major economic policies, as a trilateral partnership would need alignment in core areas like energy policy. Canada’s energy policy is fundamentally separate from those of the U.S. and Mexico, and this is an issue that can’t be resolved through a trade agreement alone.
A large part of Mexico’s economy relies on remittances from Mexican workers in the U.S. sending money back to their families. As long as the U.S. job market stays strong—and it’s only getting stronger in the industries where many Mexicans work—Mexico will continue to benefit from America’s economic growth.
One datapoint that points to the USA-Canada disconnect comes in the auto sector. The Center for Automotive Research (CAR) reports that Canadian vehicle production dropped 15 percent year-over-year through April. It’s understood that factories in Canada built approximately 64,000 fewer vehicles through April than the year prior, while US production rose by roughly 44,000 units, or 1.2 percent. {source}
Auto manufacturing companies in Canada operate there as part of the business plan to sell vehicles into the USA. As Canada increases friction with the USA, which is setting up a dynamic of U.S. withdrawal from the USMCA, those auto manufacturers will increasingly shift production from Canada to the U.S. market.
It appears that Prime Minister Mark Carney’s response to this predictable auto-sector outcome, is to flip those production facilities into venues for Chinese EV production (BYD and Geely). However, Democrats and Republicans are united in alignment with President Trump on this issue and Chinese EVs will not be permitted entry into the USA. This is a very big point of friction.
Right now, no company in their right mind would invest in Canada against the backdrop of a potential USMCA withdrawal by President Trump. This is creating a scenario where our old nemesis, the U.S Chamber of Commerce, is spending tens-of-millions in Washington DC to purchase the votes and support of congress to retain the trilateral deal.
Right now, every multinational corporation in the world is looking closely at the White House as the July 1st deadline approaches. Almost none of them can fathom what will happen if the U.S. announces the intention to fully exit the USMCA and triggers a six-month withdrawal process.
Despite what many have falsely claimed, it was specifically written into the original trade terms that if any of the three countries announce an exit to the trilateral agreement, they can fully exit six months later. If the USA makes this announcement -whenever they make this announcement- a literal economic doomsday countdown begins for Canada.
Mexico would not really be too disturbed by the announcement as both USTR Jamieson Greer and his Mexican counterpart have been negotiating on a bilateral basis for over a full year. However, for Canada the ramifications are so astronomical, it is almost impossible to fathom what might happen when 80% of their total exports face an unpredictable future.
The leverage President Trump carries are so formidable, the only thing that compares in scale is the ‘elbow’s up‘ ego of Prime Minister Carney. ‘Splodey heads is an understatement. Canadians are so unprepared it’s jaw dropping.
Make that exit announcement and as soon as reality sits-in, the Canadian dollar could collapse.

Mike Steger from Promethean Action PAC argues the reason the Ukraine war is hardest to end is simply because Ukraine represents the proxy state of all the globalist stakeholders who need another large conflict in order to eliminate the problem of a moral-based Christian perspective within the ‘West.’ Essentially, without Russia as the enemy, the factional war they need to retain power is much harder to achieve.
Promethean Action PAC YouTube: “Mike Steger explores the concept of “color revolutions” and argues that the same strategies used to influence governments abroad are now shaping politics across the West.
From Ukraine and the Arab Spring to Brazil, Europe, and the United States, Mike examines how non-governmental organizations, media networks, political activism, and government institutions have evolved into powerful geopolitical tools.
The discussion also explores President Trump’s efforts to reshape U.S. foreign policy, dismantle longstanding government programs, push election reforms, and challenge what Mike describes as the political establishment ahead of the 2026 midterm elections.”WATCH:

Events in 2027 and 2028 are likely to be very confusing. As a consequence, CTH needs to establish datapoints in real time that can later be referenced and reviewed to make sense of things when CTH starts to put the data into a very difficult to accept storyline.
This process is similar to setting the 2012 election “splitter strategy” as a reference; that leads to the 2014 RNC winter meeting and rules changes; that led to the 2015 lineup of RNC candidates; that led to our ability to show how the ‘splitter strategy’ was being deployed for the 2016 GOP nomination.
The defeat of Jeb didn’t happen in New Hampshire 2016; his defeat was an outcome of assembling years of previous datapoints which proved the illicit roadmap and made the RNC scheme very clear from the outset.
Elon Musk purchased Twitter for $44 billion ¹($54.20/share) [April through October ’22]. He sold Tesla shares, leveraged more and assembled a $25 billion investment group to cover the remainder. When the financing dust settled Musk controlled Twitter and investors were in for around $25 billion.
Musk later created the ancillary company xAI and when the deadline terms of the Twitter investment were due, he essentially repaid the $25 billion debt by transferring the investors into $25 billion worth of xAI holdings.
[Key Point – the originating $25 billion investment was not repaid, just modified]
In 2026, Musk then did an IPO on SpaceX. This culminated in stock sales, valuations and generating $100 billion in cash on hand. A few weeks later Musk then sold 7 tranches of SpaceX bonds worth $25 billion to generate liquidity. He then used the $25 billion offering as the financial mechanism to repay the $25 billion remaining in investor debt.
Summary: Twitter’s $25 billion debt transferred to $25 billion xAI stock, then transferred to $25 billion in payout or bond holdings; the option is for the original Twitter investment group to take (cash out or hold SpaceX bond paying 5% annually).
This was a smart financial gameplay over the past roughly 5 years. This is how it developed and this is the reality in June of 2026. The originating $25 billion borrowed to purchase Twitter is now either: (a) fully repaid, or (b) sitting in long term SpaceX bonds (depending on investor choice).
Musk and his investment friends purchased Twitter for $52 per share. Current valuation is $12 to $15. Twitter investors, Musk’s friends and Musk himself, essentially lost 76% on the purchase (total loss -$33 billion). A loss isn’t a loss until it is realized. There was strong incentive to take each of the various repayment shifts. Twitter ⇒ xAI ⇒ SpaceX bonds.
[¹SIDENOTE: What’s the smartest way to get rid of a $33 billion loss without hurting the investors? ANSWER: Transfer the loss to someone else. How do you transfer a $33 billion loss? You IPO a larger holding, putting the depreciated asset in the hands of retail. SpaceX investors are now unwittingly carrying the loss.]
In the next few years people will argue with me about this. That’s why writing this now is important. What is outlined above is factual. Most of the money borrowed from investors to purchase Twitter is now resting inside SpaceX bonds. People will deny this, because people have a short-term financial memory for things.
The biggest Twitter investment holdings belonged to Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, Larry Ellison, Marc Andreessen and a host of investment funds including the sovereign state fund of Qatar.
♦ When Elon Musk bought Twitter, he initially permitted sunlight into the background operation of the company. That sunlight was known as “The Twitter Files“.
The files showed how the social media platform coordinated with various intelligence agencies within government on the approved information allowed to exist within the platform.
Three journalists were allowed to ask the Twitter legal counsel to run search terms and review the responses (if approved by the legal counsel). That’s how the research worked.
The three journalists were Bari Weiss, Matt Taibbi and Michael Shellenberger.
Thanks to the Twitter Files and the public interest around them, Bari Weiss launched/expanded her online media network The Free Press. Bari Weiss was a Ron DeSantis supporter. Elon Musk was a Ron DeSantis supporter. Ron DeSantis 2024 campaign was launched on Twitter.
The Twitter File research group was shut down by Elon Musk with no immediate public statement as to why.
♦ Billionaire Larry Ellison (Oracle) retained his Twitter holdings as well as his relationship with Musk. When Twitter was under attack from Democrats (’22, ’23, ’24) Ellison was the financial backstop and stabilizing force.
David Ellison, the technology heir son to Larry Ellison who controls Paramount, the owner of CBS, is poised to complete a $111 billion purchase of CNN’s parent company Warner Bros/Discovery as soon as July 2026.
Billionaire Oracle founder Larry Ellison now directly or indirectly controls and influences: Twitter, TikTok, CBS and CNN.
As noted by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in September of 2025, control and influence of TikTok and Twitter was the #1 and #2 most important strategic geopolitical interests of the government of Israel. These were Prime Minister Netanyahu’s own words.
Billionaire Larry Ellison is a very strong supporter of the Netanyahu government.
PREDICTION: If Marco Rubio stays out of the 2028 race [big ‘if’], then all of the Larry Ellison holdings will be used to promote or position Florida Governor Ron DeSantis over Vice-President JD Vance.
The Israel -vs- Qatar narrative is based on an anti-Vance operation. Prepositioned politics.
[My ‘out there’ suspicion is political narrative control is the entire reason Twitter was purchased]

In my opinion, Tucker Carlson is no longer an option for the intellectually honest or stable-minded person. In the past several months as he has increased his anti-MAGA efforts Carlson and/or his production team have intensely avoided any guest who might challenge the outlandish nonsense he has been creating on his podcasts.
Occasionally CTH glances to see who Tucker is interviewing and generally check in on Carlson only to gain an understanding of the political network he represents. I find the dishonesty in his monologues now repellant. However, that said, President Trump Social Media Advisor Alex Bruesewitz stated he appeared on the Carlson podcast in order to finally push back against some of the malicious narratives the former Fox News host was promoting.
I watched to see how this ‘confrontation’ might unfold.
Alex Bruesewitz is a 29-year-old consultant who specializes in social media. He is reported to be the closest thing to a Charlie Kirk voice who intersects with the White House and President Trump directly to share Gen-Z policy perspectives. Thus, it would be interesting to finally see some reasonable confrontation with Tucker.
Unfortunately, this interview is deficient on pushback. It’s clear that Alex Bruesewitz is friends with Tucker Carlson and reluctant to firmly and appropriately challenge the falsehoods Carlson has been promoting. To be fair, Alex Bruesewitz did offer some gentle correction -key word ‘gentle‘- but allowed the majority of antagonistic Carlson points to remain unaddressed.
My takeaway from watching the entire podcast back and forth encapsulates into two main points:
♦ First, what Alex Bruesewitz says about the Israel-First funding mechanism behind the MAGA split is identical to my own research which I published in April. {GO DEEP} I did find this part of the conversation interesting, and due to the importance, I am also going to repost it below.
We need some kind of disclaimer or FARA-type notification when anyone in any media, traditional or social media, is taking payments from foreign sponsors or benefactors to promote a specific message.
The pro-Israel influence operations described by Bruesewitz, although factual and with clear evidence cited to support it, will likely infuriate the Laura Loomer, Mark Levin and like-minded groups of influencers.
I noted on Twitter, Mr. Bruesewitz may claim to be a friend of Loomer (he likely is), but Ms. Loomer will almost certainly attack him over the financial sunlight he discusses (regardless of its accuracy). Loomer, Shapiro and Levin are so far out on the pro-Israel limb, neither could respond with reasonable discussion. A few hours later and that prediction of anger surfaced strongly.
Video Prompted:
♦ Second point. Tucker Carlson is demonstrably positioning himself as part of the JD Vance support system for 2028. Both Tucker Carlson and JD Vance are personal friends. However, when Tucker went full anti-Trump, his son Buckley needed to resign from his position in the JD Vance office due to the severity of his father’s antagonism against the President.
The way the conversation unfolded, and the specific nuances within it, highlight to me that Alex Bruesewitz is now positioning for his future interests. Meaning there is a purpose for Bruesewitz to lean forward supporting JD Vance, while thinking about the future after President Donald Trump. Together Tucker and Alex are clearly part of Team Vance.
Perhaps that explains why Bruesewitz let “his friend” Tucker get away with way too much spin – too much strained, outlandish, narrative stuff in this interview. Stuff that was ridiculous and should have been aggressively (if needed) confronted.
Having said that, the step toward JD Vance is not necessarily a negative. Alex is aligned with Trump and is still aligned with Trump. Only now, for whatever reason, his support of President Trump becomes less authentic while he is positioning for his future self – and simultaneously retaining alignment with Trump overall.
That’s my primary takeaway. Both Tucker Carlson and Alex Bruesewitz are supporting JD Vance.
On the first point about the 2025 influencer payments, CTH originally outlined this issue in April of this year. I am reposting below as Mr Bruesewitz seems to confirm the major elements of what has led to the MAGA division.
Back in 2015/2016 The Salem Media Group, like -the whole crew- the Evangelical right per se’, was essentially against Donald Trump a republican candidate. Trump wasn’t religious enough, and Salem was/is VERY pro-Israel. A very strong evangelical tribe.
Salem Media Inc supported Ted Cruz (mostly), they also really liked Scott Walker (and similar). Milquetoast varieties of Republican. You know the sort. {2015 citation}
Breitbart (Robert and Rebekah Mercer) and the strong pro-Israel group (Mark Levin, Ben Shapiro, etc.) also supported Ted Cruz (Jeff Roe and company).
That environment led to tons of eventual jump-overs, including Steve Bannon, Kellyanne Conway, etc. when Trump became the “presumptive” nominee. Hey, they go where the $$ flows. Then Mark Levin followed reluctantly, and eventually the Salem crew bit their tongue, overcame the “grab em by the pussy” nonsense and joined the pragmatic MAGA coalition.
Now, you might also remember the name Brad Parscale, an online tech guy who was datamining Facebook and microtargeting for Trump support. That led to a controversy called “Cambridge Analytica” after the unexpected Trump win and the leftists crying foul about the online support that defeated their aggressive corporate media ploys.
That’s the core. We agree?
Okay. Fast forward. Donald Trump held a loose coalition, which included the Salem tribe (which included a now bigger TPU$A, Charlie Kirk et al) which included the high-horse Evangelicals, only now they were more firm horse riders.
Brad Parscale (pictured right in 2016) was later hired by Salem Media Inc as their strategic operations director (current position).
No longer connected to the Trump team, yet quasi-supporting the objectives of the Trump administration, Mr Brad Parscale takes money from the pro-Israel group, files FARA registration forms and goes back to his tech skillset to shape and influence politics; except now, a decade later, tech micro-targeting is big time algorithmic control systems.
Salem Media Inc. still in alignment with their Evangelical roots, plus a new addition from Trump world (Lara Trump and Don Jr.) each with a foot in the Salem operation, and Brad Parscale promoting the pro-Israel Evangelical mission with unbelievable tools thanks to modern tech, artificial intelligence, datamining and algorithmic data operations on social media platforms.
Then comes billionaires Larry and David Ellison, also very pro-Israel, in combination with Salem Media Inc. operated by Parscale, and the ideological alignment of Mark Levin, Ben Shapiro, Laura Loomer etc., taking algorithmic AI and Evangelical data targeting to new stratospheric levels.
Which brings us through 2025 and Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu noting in his influencer meetup that the Tik Tok and X platform were the two most important strategic operations of interest. This was shortly after the warning about diminished GenX support from Charlie Kirk. {Citation and Video}
Subsequently, Larry Ellison (Oracle) takes control of Tik Tok (GenZ), while his ally Elon Musk (under the guise of free speech) is controlling X.
All of the above come into a deep, collaborative, pro-Israel synergy.
That’s not a conspiracy; it is simply the reality of political targeting and influence in the year 2026.
That’s the current landscape.
That seems to be what we are witnessing online, perhaps in our data profiles, and more than likely in our algorithmically controlled online travels. Our identity as defined by our data and pixels implanted into our profiles that can be targeted to feed us specific information and content.
Algorithmic support operations, also using money to shift the visibility of support (or lack therein), is why “X” and other platform content providers, don’t always align with reality you see offline and/or polling that shows consistent support for Donald Trump amid the MAGA base.
The narratives are not organic, often they are divisive. However, most users outside the control system can’t distinguish the content that is being targeted toward them.
I hope that somewhat helps see through the friction.
Most of us have supported Trump throughout his endeavors in office, trusting him to do what needed to be done, and using his best judgement on whatever the issue was while understanding that he has much more information than us. This still applies today.
This doesn’t mean that President Trump can see everything or has immediate reference for everything happening. An example in April was JD Vance telling an audience in Europe he had no idea Zelenskyy had threatened Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
The administration -which includes both President Trump and VP Vance- are focused on the issues confronting them daily; they have a priority policy perspective, and they cannot see everything.
We trust God, and we pray for President Trump. Ultimately, I believe the 2028 nominee cannot succeed without President Trump’s endorsement, regardless of how much so-called ‘influencers’ try to position the race.
One thing I note from the meme above is that either way Big Tech seems to win the race.

Barbara Boyd discusses three Democratic Socialists of America-backed candidates endorsed by New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani winning upset victories in New York congressional primaries, framing the results as part of a long-term cultural project rather than a purely economic platform. She argues the DSA’s internal education centers on communist theorist Antonio Gramsci and his strategy of revolution through cultural “hegemony,” citing a deleted Instagram post from a group tied to one winner that called for the “total eradication of Western Civilization.”
Boyd highlights a newly published DSA platform proposing major constitutional changes, then links Gramsci to the Council on Foreign Relations’ “post-Trump world” series, noting CFR fellow Charles Kupchan opens with a Gramsci quote and attacks reindustrialization and tariffs. She claims British imperial networks historically sponsored Marx and later Gramsci, using communism and counterculture against rivals, and urges promoting Trump’s “American System” economics and an optimistic national culture ahead of the midterms.WATCH:
