Supreme Court Justices Amy Coney Barrett and Elena Kagan appeared on Capitol Hill to request a ten percent increase in Supreme Court budget spending. The intent is to hire additional security to protect themselves from the outcome of their rulings.
Justice Barrett talked about the harrowing threats to herself and her family as the Court wants to bolster security. The overall appearance before congress is slightly ironic considering the increase in threats is a direct consequence of court rulings that have opened borders, blocked deportation, stalled law enforcement, granted illegal aliens rights to citizenship and generally undermined our nation’s domestic tranquility.
Sorry, but my opinion on the matter has adjusted to new information. The Supreme Court should have to live in the reality of the world they judicially create. No additional public security should be afforded. They have a security detail that supersedes any security level a taxpaying American citizen might be afforded.
No expanded security details should be afforded to government employees, just to avoid the consequences of their ideology.
Mrs Barrett and her family can carry self-defense firearms, wear protective vests and worry about their security in the parking lot of the local supermarket just like we do. Not to be obtuse, but the Constitution equally applies.

The professionally Republican have been pretending to have 20-minute discussions with Senator Mitch McConnell in an effort to keep the Democrat governor of Kentucky, Andy Beshear, from appointing a replacement.
Beshear has now openly began to challenge the assertions of the professionally Republican team and demand proof of life and capability or he will replace McConnell.
WASHINGTON DC – Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear said he is willing to launch a legal challenge to allow him to choose Mitch McConnell’s replacement if the senator cannot return to office.
Beshear, a Democrat, told MS NOW’s Politics Nation host Rev. Al Sharpton on Sunday that he “might make some news right here” while revealing the potential options he has as governor to replace the 84-year-old, whose health has been the subject of intense speculation for weeks.
[…] there is a Kentucky constitutional provision that says that I appoint all state officers when there’s a vacancy,” he added. “The question is, does that apply to federal offices? Well, before there was ever a law in Kentucky on how this would work, multiple appointments were made by governors, assumably under that provision.” (read more)

The Bureau of Laor and Statistics (BLS) releases June inflation data [BLS RELEASE HERE]. Overall, the June rate of inflation decreased 0.4%, significantly faster than anticipated as energy prices and gasoline prices dropped.
Consumer demand on non-essential goods and services also contributed to a lowering of overall inflation as consumers continued holding back spending on products [Table 2]. Despite the tentative consumer spending, we should still anticipate significant GDP Growth in the second quarter as the value and volume of exports will push GDP statistics, despite consumer spending contraction.
To be brutally honest, we are still in a painful cycle created by the Biden influx of illegal aliens, non-productive consumers, that have significantly exploited the U.S. economy. Until that influx can be removed from domestic consumption, there will remain artificial, inorganic upward pressure on all prices.
Deport more illegal aliens, cancel more H1Bs and other visa exploits, and we should see inflation retract to pre-influx levels as well as a return to upward pressure on wages. A net gain in domestic economic wealth can happen with significantly stronger efforts toward removals of illegal aliens (economic migrants) who are consuming at a level higher than the economic productivity associated with their existence.
WASHINGTON (AP) — U.S. inflation cooled last month as the cost of gas, clothes, and used cars fell, providing some relief to consumers, while underlying price pressures also cooled more than expected.
Prices dropped 0.4% from May to June, the largest monthly drop in four years, the Labor Department said Tuesday. On a yearly basis, inflation declined to 3.5%, down from a year-over-year gain of 4.2% in May and lower than many economists expected.
[…] excluding the food and energy categories, core prices were unchanged in June, a positive sign that underlying inflation is cooling. On a yearly basis, core prices rose just 2.6%, down from 2.9% the previous month. Core inflation remains above the Federal Reserve’s target of 2%.
The core figures suggest that the gas price spike from the Iran war, while it pushed up airfares and some other costs, hasn’t so far led to broad-based, sustained inflation, economists said.
“This reading is very much in the camp that the inflation we’ve had this year is transitory,” said Michael Metcalfe, head of macro strategy at State Street Markets. “Yes, gas prices went up, but nothing else did, more or less.” (more)
It is not going to be a normal economic approach toward prices until organic Main Street economics can get back into position. The continued activity by an illegal alien population is like a wrench in the machine.
Removing ten percent of the overall population is not easy, but it will -if successful- lead to more per capita wealth. Exit pressure must be maintained.

78-year-old Ann Widdecombe was a well-known conservative in British politics. She was a staunch defender of free speech, a direct opponent to leftist cultural Marxism and an advocate for the commonsense Reform Party. Widdecombe was against abortion, gay rights, transgender advocacy and wokism writ large.
Ms. Widdecombe was beaten to death in her home Wednesday July 8th around 12:30pm by an assailant who drove 270 miles to kill her. Immediately the police said her murder was not politically motivated and not connected to foreign or domestic terrorism.
Despite the credulous claim that her brutal murder was not political in nature, the reality was her murderer drove over five hours to kill her. This was an obvious premeditated, calculated and targeted murder. However, the politically correct leftist media and political institutions within U.K. government, were desperate in trying to deny the obvious.
Yesterday, the British Counterterrorism Police took over the investigation. “Shabana Mahmood, the home secretary, said that as a result of “new information and evidence,” specialist counterterrorism officers were “now leading on the investigation into the horrific murder.”” {citation}
Today, it is admitted that her killer had a library of communist and Marxist ideology.
(DAILY MAIL) – […] Yesterday the probe was taken over by Counterterrorism Policing South East which announced the suspect had been re-arrested on suspicion of commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.
The suspect, who remains in custody, was the son of a teaching assistant. Relatives said he had become reclusive after the sudden death of his engineer father last year.
[…] In a dramatic escalation, counter terrorism officers yesterday took over the investigation into the killing of the former Tory minister. It came after the discovery of Russian communist literature and other items of political ideology at the home of the suspected killer.
[…] Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood confirmed yesterday that the British white suspect, who the Mail is not naming, was not known to the Government’s deradicalisation programme, Prevent. Police are making inquiries about his mental health. (more)
Leftism is a violently dangerous ideology.
Those who believe in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion as well as cultural rights and genderisms are intolerant in the extreme. Their ideological arguments do not stand up against scrutiny, natural laws or historic outcomes. As a result, their emotions drive the internal sense of self-hate outward to attack others. These are deeply disturbed, emotionally unstable people.
Democrats, Socialists, Communists writ large are extremely dangerous once they achieve power.
The larger the population they control or target, the larger the killing field.

There are no confirmed reports on the subject matter of a national address announced by President Trump for Thursday at 9:00pm. However, there is speculation in/around DC that President Trump may reveal the outcome of an FBI investigation into the 2020 election system that took place in Fulton County, Georgia.
The rumor that President Trump may be outlining evidence of 2020 election fraud was enough to spontaneously trigger Senate Select Committee on Intelligence Vice-Chairman Mark Warner.

The core of the issue is how the International Criminal Court (ICC) has been expanding its self-believed power and now seeks to become the unaccountable arbiter of a new global law system. The ICC is threatening to file charges against U.S. law enforcement who conduct border security operations and deport illegal aliens.
If it is an ideological policy of the ICC they now feel empowered to prosecute and/or arrest American citizens at will and existentially threaten American sovereignty. Recently elected New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani is in full alignment with the intent. Once the NYPD can be replaced with U.N police, things will likely gain forward momentum.
Comrades, if you stop your 12-year-old daughter from removing her breasts, and or transitioning, you run the risk of the ICC sending Interpol officers or U.N blue helmets to arrest you. Similarly, if you refuse to give illegal aliens access to your extra bedroom, a formal ICC complaint could be filed, and the same mechanisms target your home ownership. WATCH:
MARCO RUBIO – “Most of us would struggle to imagine a world in which U.S. soldiers, police officers, Border Patrol agents and elected leaders could be dragged before an international court, tried by judges from random countries across the globe, found guilty under international laws we neither consent to nor control, and then imprisoned thousands of miles from America.
But that is what the International Criminal Court now claims the power to do.
The ICC was born at the turn of the century. At first, it was marketed as a narrow backstop to prosecute the gravest crimes. Now the ICC and its allies seek a standing world tribunal with near-unlimited reach, empowered to override the courts and constitutions of the U.S. and other sovereign states—and to prosecute and arrest our citizens.”
“Americans never agreed to any of this. Both of our major political parties opposed the prospect of handing a distant global court the power to prosecute and jail our own citizens. President Clinton refused to submit the Rome Statute (the ICC’s founding charter) to the Senate for ratification due to his “concerns about significant flaws in the Treaty.” Two years later, a bipartisan Senate supermajority passed the American Servicemembers’ Protection Act, authorizing the president “to use all means necessary”—including military force—to prevent the ICC from detaining or arresting Americans.
Americans found themselves in the crosshairs anyway: In 2020 the ICC launched an investigation into what chief prosecutor Fatou Bensouda of Gambia described as “war crimes by members of the United States armed forces” in Afghanistan, declaring that the U.S. government hadn’t prosecuted enough American soldiers to satisfy the court. In effect, Ms. Bensouda was anointing herself the final judge of U.S. military policy and the entire U.S. justice system.
The Afghanistan investigation was only the opening move in the assault against American self-government. The ICC is backed and run by a powerful network of leftist nongovernment organizations, smug globalists, and hostile Third World governments united by their enmity toward the U.S.
In the second Trump administration, these calls have continued to grow. Last year, major activist groups urged high-ranking international officials “to take immediate and meaningful action” against the Trump administration’s deportations of violent criminals to El Salvador. Months later, a former ICC chief prosecutor declared that President Trump’s strikes against narcoterrorists amounted to “a crime against humanity” and should be treated as such under international law—a line that was echoed by United Nations leaders, and major leftist nongovernmental organizations, Democratic Party officials and politicians. In March, the Washington-based Democracy for the Arab World Now urged the Iranian regime to request an ICC investigation of “apparent war crimes” committed by American personnel.
U.S. efforts to push back against the ICC’s illegitimate interventions have been framed as a further reason for the ICC to target Americans. When 12 U.S. senators wrote to the ICC prosecutor about their concerns, the prosecutor’s office accused them of crimes. When Mr. Trump imposed sanctions against ICC personnel, a former head of Human Rights Watch said that “all 125 ICC member states would have a legal duty to arrest him were he to show up.”
It is only a matter of time before the ICC begins making good on these threats. Border Patrol agents working to remove violent criminals from our country, U.S. Marines risking their lives to restore order in the Western Hemisphere, federal prosecutors working to dismantle terror networks plotting attacks on the American homeland—all would face the constant risk of persecution for the “crime” of defending our country.
The ICC’s interfering with American military and law enforcement operations isn’t just only a grave overreach of its purported authorities. It would mean the death of the U.S. as a sovereign and independent nation. Our decision and our people would be at the mercy of the ICC and its collaborators in the “international community.” To accept the ICC is to surrender control of our national destiny.
Perhaps more polite and compliant nations could make their peace with that arrangement. But this is America. Our forefathers fought a revolution against a foreign power “transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences.” Independence is our birthright. We don’t intend to trade it for rule by a self-appointed priesthood of “international law.”
The Trump administration will always protect American service members from this threat. The U.S. is launching a diplomatic campaign with a simple message—sovereign states over globalism. Those who benefit from American security must not stand idly by while those who provide that security are targeted. This is only the beginning. Using all the tools at our government’s disposal, working beside every ally with whom we can make common cause, we will dismantle the ICC—brick by brick, if necessary.” ~ U.S. Secretary of State, Marco Rubio

Essentially this notice can be summarized as follows: If you really end the Marshall Plan, credit rating agencies will have to lower their credit rating for all of Europe due to increased financial risk.
Now, tell me again how Europe is not living on the back of America.
LONDON, July 13 (Reuters) – Progressive U.S. disengagement from European security affairs is negative for Europe’s sovereign credit ratings, Moody’s said on Monday, due the increased defence costs the region’s governments will now face.
A summit of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO)) in Turkey last week saw its 32 member countries agree to shift the balance of responsibility for Europe’s defence to the alliance’s European members, and away from the United States.
“The (U.S.) disengagement is credit negative for European sovereigns,” a report by two of Moody’s top rating analysts said. It said the “credit effect” would depend on how the shift was managed in the coming years. (SOURCE)
