Germany was defeated because we outproduced them 18:1 when Germany wanted the most sophisticated weapons that could not be mass produced. Today, the arrogance of the Neocons have transformed the United States into Germany of WWII. We spend millions in missiles to destroy a $30,000 drone. Iran is using a war of attrition against the US and Israel. I hate to point out that they still have 70%+ of their balistic missiles.
Then China can out produce the United States in a war the same as the US did to Hitler. We have become the arrogant power and assume we just win automatically because we have the most sophisticated weapons. But like Germany, we cannot mass produce them.

As the story is told, a drone originating from inside Ukraine flew into a Romanian residential complex slightly wounding two people. When the Romanian government were first asked why they didn’t shoot down or neutralize the drone, Romanian officials said they thought it was a Ukrainian drone on route to Russia – so they did not shoot it down.
Later Romania’s president stated that a drone targeting Ukraine was redirected by a Ukrainian air defense system, which is why it ended up on Romanian airspace. Officially, everyone in Romania now says, it was a Russian drone targeting Ukraine, hit by Ukrainian air defenses over Reni, which redirected its path into Romania. However, before clarity from both Ukraine and Romania, Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin was asked about it.

You had to wait. President Lukashenko and I had a lengthy discussion as we had many issues to discuss.

Anton Morozov: Mr President, here is my question. We understand that you have had a busy visit dedicated to the extensive EAEU agenda. However, news is breaking every minute, and you are probably aware of the story about a drone that flew into Romania.

Vladimir Putin: Are you listening to me or not? I do not even understand what you are talking about. Before entering the hall, they told me: “You know, some drone flew into Romania.” I said: “I don’t know. What kind of drone?” So, tell me, what exactly is being reported in the media?
Anton Morozov: They are saying it was ours.
Pavel Zarubin: They are saying that the drone which crashed into a residential building in Romania today was a Russian drone.
Vladimir Putin: Who in Romania is saying it was a Russian drone?
Pavel Zarubin: Many people in Europe are saying so.
Vladimir Putin: “Many people” are nobody. Give me specific names.

Vladimir Putin: “Ms von der Leyen has not been to Romania. She has not examined the remains of that drone. No one can determine the origin of a particular aircraft until a proper examination has been conducted.
After all, we know that Ukrainian drones have previously flown into Finland, Poland, and the Baltic states. The initial reaction was exactly the same as it is now in Romania: “Help! The Russians are coming, the Russians are attacking.” Then, after a short period of time, it turned out that those incidents had nothing to do with Russian UAVs. They were drones of Ukrainian origin that had gone off course, been affected by electronic warfare, or, due to technical limitations, had ended up there and crashed. I believe that most likely we are dealing with the same situation as well.
However, if they provide us with objective data – as we once did with representatives of the US administration by handing over information and drone fragments from an attempted strike on one of the residences of the President of the Russian Federation to be examined – then let them provide those materials to us. We will conduct an objective investigation, and only then will we be in a position to assess what has actually happened.”

President Trump must be increasingly frustrated by the mindset of the opposition in Washington DC who demand the old, broken and ill maintained buildings and venues must be left in a state of decay. PRESIDENT TRUMP – “Shockingly, a Judge appointed by Barack Hussein Obama, Christopher Cooper, ruled that The Kennedy Center, which was going to close in early July for largescale renovations and construction due to years of neglect, decay, and poor maintenance, and which was to be transformed by the Trump Administration into the Finest Facility of its kind, anywhere in the World, is not allowed to close for these renovations, which would not be possible to properly do without such a closure. Additionally, Judge Cooper ruled that the 36 Member Board of Trustees, which unanimously voted to add the name “TRUMP” onto the former Kennedy Center, making it The Trump Kennedy Center, did not have the right to do such an addition, and the name, “TRUMP,” must be removed.”

Judge Cooper should be ashamed of himself! I cannot be involved with a situation where danger to the Public is allowed to flourish in plain and open sight. Unless I am free to do what I do better than anyone else, bring this Institution back, physically, financially, and artistically, I have no interest in continuing what could only be a hopeless journey into “NEVER NEVER LAND.” There has never been a President of the United States who has been treated so unfairly by the Courts as I but, that’s OK, I will continue to do, what is considered to be, a great job for the wonderful people of our Country. The physical and spiritual rot permeates Washington DC with a toxicity you can sense in your bones when you get close to it. It’s like a disturbing low-frequency vibration that is unsettling for those who carry goodness as a compass heading.
The evil manifests of corruption, deception and dishonesty create an environmental energy just like all other outputs in life. When I first traveled back to Washington DC in 2020 it had been many years since my previous visit. The difference was an immediate feeling of darkness. To me that image above is exactly how my senses would describe it.
Donald Trump was the only presidential candidate in history who had never spent a night in Washington DC prior to his inauguration. Think about it.

The weaponization fund was established as part of a settlement agreement between Mr. Trump and the Internal Revenue Service to end a civil lawsuit he and his sons filed in January over the illegal leaking of his tax returns by the IRS. While President Trump will receive no benefit from the settlement, under the agreement the fund aims to “provide a systematic process to hear and redress claims of all others who suffered weaponization and lawfare.”
There is zero legal precedent for a non-participant in the settlement to interfere in the terms and conditions of the settlement itself. All outside parties have zero standing to interfere in the settlement and all reasonable legal minds will tell you exactly the same. A Lawfare challenge is futile because taxpayers do not have legal standing to stop the govt from settling lawsuits (see Pigford et al).
In 1923 the Supreme Court said that a taxpayer’s interest in money from the Treasury “is shared with millions of others” and is “comparatively minute and indeterminable.” “If we have an intersection collision with a postal truck and a settlement is negotiated to give $5 million to a family, does anybody have standing to come in and say, ‘the government paid too much in that settlement?’” The answer is no.
However, the law is really not what stands behind the Lawfare approach. Lawfare is a political strategy designed for public consumption that relies upon the media and stupidity of the American populace. Smart, intelligent and reasonable people can see through Lawfare when applied.
(VIA CBS) – Washington — A federal judge temporarily blocked the Justice Department from moving forward with work on the new $1.7+ billion Anti-Weaponization Fund, including making any payouts.
U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema said in a brief order dated Thursday that the temporary hold allows her time to consider whether to grant longer-term relief sought by a group of plaintiffs who are challenging the new fund, which was announced by the Justice Department earlier this month. (more)

The judge knows the end of this Lawfare journey will culminate in a Supreme Court ruling in favor of the IRS/DOJ and President Trump. However, the judge needs to retain his relationships, his network, his cocktail party invitations, and therefore goes along with the Lawfare resistance group.
When Christine Blasey Ford was used to try and block the judicial appointment of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, she was questioned about who wrote her letter of complaint from Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Ms Ford described the network of former DOJ and FBI officials who guided her as “Beach Friends.”
It is this same group of 20 +/- ‘beach friends’ who operate this Lawfare network, NGO system, aligned law firms, and stimulate hundreds of lawsuits against President Trump with the intention of just being against anything that diminishes their political structures. Lawfare is funded by leftist billionaires and overseas money.
The establishment of a $1.776 billion fund to compensate victims of Lawfare is an afront to the ideological intentions of the ‘Beach Friends’.
The technical definition of a “recession” is two consecutive quarters of negative GDP growth. The 4th quarter of 2025 and 1st quarter of 2026 have identified exactly that problem, negative GDP growth in Canada. [-1% and -0.1% respectively] The pretending is fierce, and again CTH warns everyone to be careful about exposure to the Canadian sector in their investment holdings.
As customary, whenever the economic policy of a political leftist delivers a bad outcome, the media contort themselves in order to avoid defining the situation accurately. Instead, the financial media project -without merit- that the current situation is more positive. Unfortunately, the data doesn’t provide much room to arbitrarily change the definitions.
Keep in mind this announcement today comes on the heels of the Bank of Canada warning that a “cascading series of events could cause a sharp loss of investor confidence and lead to a spike in demand for liquidity or rapid asset sales.” This is a particularly pertinent phrase given one of the common reasons being attributed to the negative GDP, increased import values – specifically Canadians purchasing gold.
Several financial outlets have noted the increase in the value of Canadian imports, a negative in the GDP calculation, is being driven by Canadians (institutions and individuals) purchasing gold as a hedge. The Canadians are buying gold as a hedge against both inflation and currency devaluation.
This activity puts additional context onto the statements from the Bank of Canada, who would likely have advanced notice of this issue. Hence, the Bank of Canada also saying, “In normal times, hedge fund activity helps keep markets running smoothly. But if conditions become strained, this activity could amplify stress and disrupt core funding markets.” The Wall Street Journal:
WSJ – OTTAWA — Canada’s economy unexpectedly shrank for a second consecutive quarter as activity stalled at the start of the year, raising the likelihood the country dipped into a recession.
Gross domestic product, a broad measure of goods and services produced across Canada, edged down 0.1% in seasonally adjusted annualized terms in the January-to-March period, Statistics Canada said Friday.
The economy also contracted a larger-than-previously-estimated 1% in the final quarter of last year. Back-to-back quarterly declines typically define a technical recession.
The CD Howe think tank’s Business Cycle Council is the closest Canada has to an official arbiter on declaring a recession, though economists suggest the surprise pullback could prove fleeting thanks to government stimulus and a tailwind for energy exports from high oil prices.
The country’s economy has struggled to gain momentum since the Trump administration began imposing tariffs and resulting uncertainty hit manufacturers in Canada hard. The economy has now contracted in three of the last five quarters. The last time Canada’s economy compressed in consecutive quarters, outside of the first year of the Covid-19 pandemic, was early in 2015, when oil prices slumped.
The weakness in the first quarter reflected a jump in volatile gold imports, ongoing weakness in business investment and a pullback in government spending on weapons systems after big outlays at the end of 2025. (read more)
Prime Minister Mark Carney may be an insufferable leftist politician, but he is also not stupid; he can see what the reality is before him.
While Carney has spent well over a year being antagonistic to the Trump administration, climbing his high horse and making proclamations about Canada joining with Europe and China to develop a new world order, the reality is that Canada cannot survive economically without the dependency model that has been created for decades with the United States.
The U.S subsidizes the Canadian economy, pull that away and things start to get really ugly very fast. Hence, Carney was in New York with a completely different message than his previous “elbow’s up.”
Appearing at the Economic Club in New York, Carney tried to moderate his previous domestic political statements about the era of close economic and trade relations between the USA and Canada being over (the ‘elbow’s up message). Now Carney is talking to investors about a modified North American alliance, with the United States just adding a new set of trade discussions. Funny how that happens.
The Canadians are noticing the duplicity of the message and wondering exactly what Prime Minister Mark Carney is trying to achieve by telling his domestic political audience they must fight against President Trump, while traveling to the USA and telling an investor audience of his willingness to partner a stronger economic relationship with President Trump.
