Comrade Petsche is now in a lot more trouble!


Shortly after Comrade Petsche’s became a council person in Brecksville in January 2018 the mood in city city turned from a friendly family oriented place to one where factions developed and Citizens were turned against each other. These changes where directly related to the antics of Comrade Petsche.  On Tuesday, September 17, 2019 after a long and contentious debate all the members of Brecksville City Council voted unanimously to give council person Comrade Petsche until Tuesday, September 25 to resign or face action by City Council to remove him from office, per the City Charter.

This was the result of Comrade Petsche withhold certain critical information from the city. Since the withholding was obviously an issue to even a first year attorney why would someone as experienced as Comrade Petsche do so except for personal gain or even worse to create a situation. I don’t know the reason but I can ask the question why would some one do what Comrade Petsche did?

The city Law Director has determined that Petsche violated the section of the City Charter which states that a member of City Council “shall not directly or indirectly solicit contract for, receive or be interested in any profit or emolument for or on account of any contract, job work or service for or with the municipality.” And Petsche has done so repeatedly.

Comrade Petsche should resign or be removed from office by City Council.

Note: as a former Green Beret and also having a degree in economics I have been trained to be able to detect threats form those attempting to change our constitutional Republic into some kind of Marxist based socialist democracy. It is my opinion that Comrade Petsche is following the principles outlined in Saul D. Alinsky’s  Rules for Radicals to fundamentally change Brecksville.

Petsche and his squad will destroy Brecksville with their radical views!


I’m going to be very blunt in this post since I have been studying the climate change destruction of the world narrative since the 90’s and at my age I have lived through the entire movement from the creation of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on December 2, 1970 to the current AOC New Green Deal. I have several patents in the energy field including one for an advanced vertical axis wind turbine. But more importantly I have reviewed the IPCC methods and models and found that they lack candor. Patrick More one of the founders of Green Peace gives one of the best presentations of what happened to the old Green Peace and turned it into an aggressive progressive agency supporting the AOC New Green Deal movement today; which is not about making the planet cleaner or better but of destroying the human race. Watch the Moore presentation then read the rest of this post; (from Martin Armstrong) but keep in mind that Petsche and his squad are the foot soldiers of the movement that More and Armstrong warn us about.

Climate of Fear – PATRICK MOORE

The rest of this post is taken from the work of Martin Armstrong who is a very famous economist/AI developer who also agrees that the IPCC is wrong and there is no significant man made climate change. The movement that embraces this view is really a Marxist/globalist take over of Western Civilization. from Armstrong, “I have had some interesting conversations of late with people I would say are among the power-brokers who tend to pour money into the pockets of politicians to get a favored status. There is a rising concern that perhaps in Europe they have assumed this was just fear politics about climate and they have ignored it as just a side-show to get people to support the government and raise their taxes to fight climate change. There is a sense of more concern beginning to emerge for the elites are at last starting to notice that this may have gone way too far and it is unfolding as a war against capitalism. Unfortunately, they may have simply overslept way too long. Donating to politicians is not going to save the day.

There is a concern that the German auto industry will be devastated by all this excessive climate change issue. They assumed that perhaps they could make money creating wind farms but that has been a failure in Germany. The policies that intended to shut down nuclear power in Germany after the Japanese disaster has caused some to take notice that there is a serious problem facing Europe. Cutting off nuclear power when this climate change demand is going on to shut down gas-powered automobiles is exposing Germany, in particular, to a potential economic disaster. The power grids of Europe will NEVER handle replacing all gas-power cars with electricity. Air traffic cannot be replaced with electric engines. They are moving to outlaw short flights, but then people have to drive, take buses, and trains. About 44% of Germany electric power is generated by coal.

This is also where there seems to be an unspoken agenda to get even with Germany. They see the auto industry as the Achilles’ heel for German success. Germany may soon find that it can be subjugated by Brussels in ways they never thought possible. The play tough with Britain insisted by France knows full well that the #1 European market for German cars is Britain. Refusing a reasonable deal with Britain will hurt Germany the most and some even believe to the quiet pleasure of French politicians behind closed doors.

While my discussions have been with people who attend these elite conferences that others often associate with conspiracy theories of dominating the world, I can attest that they are no more in charge of the world economy than anyone reading this blog. The Club may have a get-out-of-jail-free card and never are prosecuted, but they ALWAYS lose on their manipulations and run to governments for bailouts. Even there they may have overstayed their welcome when the next one comes crashing down. So much for being in control!

The elites I have spoken to know our model and keep an eye on things. The Monetary Crisis Cycle coming due is also the convergence of many factors, not the least of which it is also the Pi turning point for Germany – October 3rd, 1990 German unification. Even the elites are starting to smell a crisis in the wind. But with all the people forecasting a recession now and Trump demanding zero or negative interest rates, I know one thing. They will all be wrong for what is unfolding is nothing like the last debacle which they always predict – the last war syndrome.

My discussions have been about this leftist agenda which the elite have ignored as a passing trend pretty much up there with the election of Donald Trump. They want to talk and respect that our computer has been the only thing to accurately forecast not just the bull market in the US shares, the capital concentration into the USA, the slow painful economic recession in Europe which has been like watching paint dry, but also the fact that it forecast the Trump and BREXIT victories, the chaos in Japan, and the trends in India and Southeast Asia not to mention the collapse of the Swiss Peg and the ERM crisis from the beginning of the Euro. They are becoming concerned and I see this ironically as right on schedule for the turning point come January 2020.

They respect one thing. This is not all accomplished by some personal opinion which starts with the phrase “I think.” We are headed into a period that NO PERSON can forecast from an opinion perspective for this is not something anyone has seen in their lifetime and you really have to go past the Great Depression before you can catch a glimpse of what we face.

There is NO PLACE left of the earth that is not moving into crisis mode. Normally, I have been running around the world getting called in from one crisis to another. But they have been isolated crises. Now we are facing crises on every continent and it is all simultaneous. To survive this total complete mess, it will take a computer to monitor everything and sort out the correlations.

This is by far the worst I have personally ever seen on top of the complete meltdown in the civility within politics. This is how republics die. They are not instruments for one side to suppress the opponent. Yet that is now the objective – crush the opposition at all costs. There can be no long-term management of the economy when we vacillate back and forth between two extremes. The common ground no longer exists.

Just maybe the elite powers that are behind the curtain have been starting to wake up and realize they are the target of this climate change agenda. Welcome to the other side of the political table. It is time to wake up before they come knocking door to door with energy police. This is a hunt for money and it will leave nobody untouched.”

Welcome to Petsche’s world!


The progressives, like Jack Petsche, are fixated on creating a Utopia every place they reside. Unfortunately, as we know, utopias do not exist and  when despite a 100% failure the progressives are consistently trying to find a way to make it work.  Apparently progressives are stuck in a mental state that is divorced from reality. For example creating bike lanes on all the streets so the citizens can bike to work and stop driving those evil SUV’s. Now where did this insane concept come from? Oh, it came from the same place that gave us WW I and WW II Europe; now that makes perfect sense.

European cities were created thousands of years ago many during the formation of the Roman Empire. The streets were laid out to accommodate foot, horse and carriage traffic and were narrow winding paths with multi story building on both sides. Now of course there were larger avenues  but the narrow lanes were very common. So European and all the worlds cities that were settled back then were densely populated communities with a infrastructure appropriate for the time they were created.

American cities started that way but because of the vast open lands the people rejected the dense crowed cities and spread out especially after the automobile  was invented over a hundred years ago. The result was that after WW II large portions of the working class moved into the open lands around the central cities forming “bedroom” communities. To support this thousands of roads were constructed and the Interstate highway system was created to speed up access as well. So the bottom line today is unlike European cities American cities are set up for cars and long commutes that are just not suited for bike and/or scooter traffic world.

So what we have today is a movement that would work in Europe but not in America bike lanes make absolutely no sense here!

Hellish roads, good intentions

Kenmore Boulevard is no longer. It is Kenmore Street or Avenue with traffic down to one lane in each direction, parking spaces dropped into the center and bike lanes at the curb. The lovely boulevard which years ago featured streetcars on the median strip is gone.

Similarly, Canton Road, north of East Market, formerly four lanes of flowing traffic, is now two lanes with a turn lane in the middle and, of course, bike lanes on both sides.

The biggest mess of all is East Exchange westbound from the expressway past the university. Four lanes are now two, parking eliminated and, of course, bike lanes on the school side of the street. Traffic is constantly backed up to Carroll Street. Emergency vehicles get caught in gridlock trying to get to Akron General Cleveland Clinic Hospital.

Merchants must be losing business because of the lack of parking and congestion. To bypass this parking lot, you can go down Buchtel Avenue to the university and get downtown to another destruction project which will have traffic down to two lanes on Main Street and, of course, you guessed it, more bike lanes. Never mind all of the 20- to 30-year-old trees taken down.

These government “look good,” “feel good” changes are not in the best interest of Akron’s drivers. The

money would be better spent paving more of the city’s awful streets, along with painting lines on the expressway and other four-lane streets, Kenmore Boulevard excluded.

Nightmare on the boulevard

We were glad to see that Kenmore Boulevard was finally repaved. The crews did a great job. Then they put many gallons of white paint designating no-go zones over most of what was repaved. What were they thinking?

The designated parking in the middle of what used to be a much-used traffic lane is simply dumb. Traffic is forced into one lane each way and anyone turning (left or right) holds up that one lane. While adding a bike lane seems to be the thing to do these days, the way it was done is, again, dumb. Look for chaos when it snows.

How are they going to plow when there are cars parked in the middle of the street and how is anyone going to see all those dumb white lines when it snows? Someone’s dream of a bike-friendly boulevard has become a nightmare for anyone wanting to drive there.

Akron Removes Short-Lived Bike Lane Experiment on Exchange

The City of Akron is closing the newly installed bike lane on East Exchange Street.

Engineers for the city installed the double bike lanes in early August, before University of Akron students returned to campus. The bike lanes are scheduled to be removed October 11.

The Hands on Exchange experiment was an opportunity for the City of Akron to address roadway improvements in the area. They took one lane of traffic out and replaced it with a two-way bike lane. City of Akron Engineering Bureau project manager, Christine Jonke says she met with representatives from the University of Akron to discuss their needs.  Jonke says that Exchange Street is “almost a barrier between the students and the main campus,” so they wanted to bring both sides together.

Initially, the University of Akron responded well to the bike lanes, but the City of Akron wanted to hear from the public.  Walkers and bikers were encouraged to give feedback on the bike lanes using online surveys, website comments, and phone calls.

 

This experiment was not successful but Akron hasn’t given up they are going to try again in 2022 when more federal money can be used in wasteful projects that cannot work, nor make sense!

On Destroying America (Brecksville)


Petsche and his cohorts are progressives which mean they want to follow President Obama and fundamentally change America (Brecksville) into something other than what it is. There is something fundamentally wrong with this thinking. For example why is just about everybody in the world trying to get in our country if it is the hell hole that the progressive claim it is? And closer to home in Brecksville the survey that was done a few years ago in Brecksville indicated the citizens of Brecksville were overwhelmingly satisfied with the way the city was being run. So why is a major and fundamental change needed in the country and the city of Brecksville?

The answer appears to be personal gain as shown by the corruption in the progressive movement in general and what appears to be a looming corruption in Petsche and by extension his followers and their connections to USA Roofing, inc. and Greenfield Solar Corp.  These two connection are only the ones we know about, how many other do we not know about?

To survive what may be coming, you have to be strong, well anchored, and assured in the midst of craziness and deception everywhere. We are lied to, deceived, and manipulated constantly to believe what isn’t so. Any weakness will declare itself quickly.

Our country is being dismantled, systematically, methodically. It has been going on for a long time, with patience and stealth, since at least the sixties and it is happening from within. Almost everything the Left needs to finish is now in place.

A recent Washington Times op-ed listed a set of conditions that are needed to destroy a nation. Anyone who reads the conditions and compares them with what is now happening and yet disagrees is either not looking or doesn’t want to see. I have added some that I felt were omitted or needed to be included. Some will overlap.

The first condition is to destroy the religion that holds the country together...Christianity. Churches have been decimated by liberal theology…ministers, priests and lay persons preaching their own gospel, counting money instead of souls saved.

The destruction of the nuclear family that produces stable children, wholesale abortion…avowed Communist presidential candidates insisting on exporting abortion around the world, demeaning life, redefining marriage…welfare to a point where the father is no longer needed with whole generations of broken families dependent on the government.

Selling maleness as toxic. They are actively feminizing the male population, making us less able to defend ourselves. They turned the finest military in the world into what was labeled a ‘social experiment’. But, in reality it was not an experiment at all. It was their way to knowingly destroy it.

Our education system has been decimated. Marxist teachers and professors are everywhere. Young people are being bombarded constantly with secular socialist propaganda, teaching the young to be non-judgmental. Accept every form of degeneracy. Children come home from school questioning their grandparent’s values because many of their parents are already on board. They are no longer taught Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Lincoln, Judeo-Christian values. Instead they are taught Malcolm X, Lenin, Mao and the transsexual that reads to them at the local library. Government schools have virtually eliminated parental authority.

Tribalism…divide and conquer

Tribalism…divide and conquer. When Obama became president he set out to divide the races, and so he did. He convinced many minorities that they were being oppressed and the police are their enemy. And it continues.

Immigrate as many people of other cultures as possible, legal or illegal. Dilute the American culture. Make it less acceptable or even a minority.

Make government bigger. Take over health care. Make individual health care dependent on adhering to government policies. Make the hard sell on global warming, or should I now say climate change. Blame every natural catastrophe on it. Give the government what they want…more power. Their science is as bankrupt as their morals.

Disrespect the nation’s symbols. Express contempt for the Constitution. Show disrespect for our national anthem. Burn our flags or raise flags of other nations.

Fill the government with traitors, ruin the great reputations of great institutions such as the FBI, and the CIA, and treat these people as rock stars. And use the media as the cheerleader.

Take over high tech, the internet, the news media, entertainment. Control all opposition opinion.

Take control over a major political party. And so they have. Would anyone have thought every Democrat presidential candidate would adhere to or be sympathetic toward socialism? Years ago it was called liberalism to make it more palatable, but now we have ‘graduated’ to full on calling it socialism or democratic socialism. They’re getting more candid. The final step will be the real intention all along…Communism.

Create a new social order and standard of behavior. This new standard includes largely the elimination of the freedom of speech. Watch what you say and report those who don’t conform. I can remember several generations back when common sense was common. No longer. Criminals are treated as victims. White people are labeled as oppressors and must apologize for it. Deranged people who need help are ignored, treated as normal, or just doing their thing. And they are everywhere, creating chaos, as designed and expected.

Take away guns, the ability to defend yourself and your family, the most basic of rights. I put this last to point out the three powers that stand in the way of those who would take our country and our freedoms from us…patriots and people of faith, the 2nd Amendment, President Trump.

Again, be strong in your beliefs. There are forces out to destroy this nation, our culture and society. It is like a cancer that is metastasizing. They will succeed, if we let them. They have accomplished much because too many of us have fallen asleep. Liberals taught us to question authority. It is now time to question theirs.

The Jack Petsche Brecksville cabal


The Jack Petsche cabal works under the, a Better Brecksville moniker and that includes Jack Petsche for Mayor, Gretchen Corp Jones, Mike Schumaker, Chis Hannigan and Ann Koepke all for council.   From what I know from reading what is on their websites and what they say when they talk I would say they are very dangerous people. Below are those that want to rule you, don’t be fooled by their smiles!

I have talked about why I say this before but I’ll say it once more. When I went in the army in 1965 after college I was given two branch options for getting my commission when I graduated from Officers Candidate School, OCS. Basically they were the NSA or Special Forces.  Since I like physical challenges as well as mental challenges I became an officer in the Green Berets. So the question is what the hell does that have to do with a better Brecksville in 2019?

Well it’s actually very simple, back then we were in a cold war with the U.S.S.R. and a hot war in Vietnam as the communists were trying to take Vietnam. The Green Berets were the first to go into Vietnam and always had the most dangerous assignments we were the tip of the spear as they say. So what did we study to get prepared beyond the arts of war and it was communism. Now I had an advantage since I had an undergrad in economics and communism is the political means to create a Marxist economics  Utopia. We studied the history of Vietnam learned some of the language and read books like Street without Joy by Bernard Hall published in 1961 and The Centurions by Jean Larteguy and published in 1962  lastly we had the US government Area Handbook for North Vietnam DA Pam No 550-57 published in June 1967. So we were the most prepared to understand what was happening in Vietnam.

Skip forward to the 1990’s when I first saw troubling social changes happening so I read a lot more on Vietnam and politics and updated my economics and wrote a book on what I was seeing called Power Economics for the Next generation in 1994; the subject of which was the country was starting to move in a bad direction — toward socialism, but there was no reason to do so. Seven years later we had 9/11 and I started my research again this time a lot more seriously. This time I read Rules for Radical’s written by Saul Alinsky in 1971 and Prairie Fire written by the Weather Underground in 1974. Read both as they describe exactly what is happening today and if it doesn’t scare the C**** out of you then you must be one of them. And then I wrote another book this time it was more comprehensive and I called it An Essay on Moral Philosophy in Western Civilization written in 2017/2018 and released in January 2019.

This latest book of mine was about the communist takeover of the Democrat party and their goal to turn us into a socialist Utopia. This battle to change the country started when the U.S.S.R. collapsed and the Marxists in our country (progressives) panicked and started their takeover in earnest after the initial start in 1913. In my semi-expert opinion I believe that Jack Petsche, Gretchen Corp Jones, Mike Schumaker, Chis Hannigan and Ann Koepke, albeit at a low level as I do not believe any of them have the mental ability to operate at a high level, are part of the program to change us from a Republic to a single party soviet style country. Of course they must first get rid of the US Constitution. To do that they must destroy history and replace it with distorted stories called propaganda from back in the day or Newspeak from Orwell’s 1984.

However the a Better Brecksville cabal seem to be operating at the thug level not the sophisticated level that is really required to be successful. By that I mean as an SF officer would have to be capable of as was shown in the book Horse Soldiers and the move 12 Strong of the SF teams that went into Afghanistan and beat the Taliban into submission within a few months. See my review of the move in My Book and Movie reviews. That is what real strategic plan and solid tactical implementation gives you. That operation level is not what these, a Better Brecksville armatures have. However they are well funded (Soros) and the is only a part of a national movement to take over the country in 2020.

A Brecksville Council meeting in 2020, Part Two


Last night (September 3, 2019) at a Brecksville City Council meeting we were presented with a sample of what a Petsche administration would be like if he were elected mayor. The subject of the meeting  was a presentation by the city’s law director and one of the council members on some serious ethics violations committed by Jack Petsche when he was running for council in November 2017 and during his first year in that position starting in January 2, 2018.

In Part One on my blog  I showed what a “progressive meeting” is like. Now in Part Two we’re going to look at the corruption that all progressive administrations have. And Jack Petsche has now demonstrated that he would be no exception. Petsche is running to be the mayor of Brecksville and being the “progressive visionary” that he is,  his official campaign slogan “A Better Brecksville” is somewhat strange. I say that because a few years ago a survey was sent to Brecksville citizens asking them to rate the city on various relevant aspects.  Without going into details the results were statistically significant and showed the the city had an over 90% very satisfied rating. In other words, that citizens felt the city had been well run under the current mayor. So what more could a Petsche administration do?

Well it would seem corruption is the answer — watch the following video.

Petsche, being an attorney both knows the law and knows how to say the right things to hide what he really did which is as follows. Number one is that his company is USA Roofing, Inc. In the bid to the general contractor for the new jail he listed his company as USA (there are thousands of companies with that name). Further, he was not running for office when he made the bid so it didn’t matter. So was Petsche thinking about running for office and decided to use USA instead of his real name USA Roofing? Then after he won the council seat in a very close elections he was obligated to tell the city about the contract especially when he had to sign an ethics agreement/contract with the city when he took office on January 2, 2018. On that date it is my understanding that the roofing on the new jail had not yet started.

This is the point in time where Petsche gets into trouble because he is an attorney and he just signed a document that clearly states he is NOT ALLOWED TO GAIN BENEFIT FROM WORK DONE FOR THE CITY. If Petsche had been honorable he would have told the city at this point that he was doing the roof on the new jail. That would have ended the issue as the city and Petsche could have worked out some kind of compromise.  Petsche chose not to tell the city for some reason and now no one buys his claim that it was a private contract and not subject to the ethics agreement.

During the meeting last night over 90% of the citizens that were there were not happy with what Petsche did  and although Petsche’s name is still on the ballot for mayor it’s hard to see how he could win in November.

This is not the end of this issue the city clearly has the option to remove him from office, however that could backfire on them in Petsche’s favor and get him sympathy votes in November. The better option may be to wait for the ethics review and if Petsche is indicted that would end his political career. If he isn’t, which is hard to believe, the city can still remove him from office.

In any case this issue is not over.

Is Jack Petsche the most conflicted candidate to run for elected office in the history of Brecksville?

Apparently Mr. Petsche is not very transparent so his claims of honesty in politics are suspect. The issue for the voters is what else is Mr. Petsche hiding from us?

 

 

Jack Petsche, a city council person, has recently decided to run for the position of mayor of Brecksville. However over the past year it has come to the attention of the citizens of Brecksville and the city Law Director David Matty  that Councilman Petsche may have created serious Ethics law violations since taking office. This serious conflict arises from Petsche’s holding senior positions (ownership?) in two companies USA Roofing Inc. and Greenfield Solar Corp. One, this wouldn’t be an issue except for two facts; one USA (USA Roofing) was a major sub-contractor in building the new city jail & that company was a bidder on another large city contract. Two, after being elected to council Petsche attempted to change the city codes on roof top solar panels. And like the roofing issue Petsche did not tell the city council that he was connected with a company that installed solar panels, Greenfield Solar Corp.

These situations were “hidden” from the City Council and thereby created a serious ethics violation which is now being investigated by the State of Ohio. In fact, Petsche has been advised by the Brecksville Law Director to seek legal counsel.
