Tim Walz Attempts to Retreat from the Spotlight Amid Scandal

Disgraced Governor Tim Walz announced that he will not seek re-election after the Somali socialism scandal imploded.

“As I reflected on this moment with my family and my team over the holidays, I came to the conclusion that I can’t give a political campaign my all,” Walz said in the statement. “Every minute I spend defending my own political interests would be a minute I can’t spend defending the people of Minnesota against the criminals who prey on our generosity and the cynics who prey on our differences,” he said.

The truth of the matter is that Tim Walz will soon be facing a litany of legal investigations into his role in the Somali scandal that is perhaps the largest drain on America’s social system in recent history. Investigators still cannot determine how much taxpayers sent to Somali fraudsters from Minnesota, but they have begun to uncover a direct link to these criminal organizations and the Democrats whose campaigns they’ve repeatedly supported with stolen funds. Walz personally received $10,000 in campaign donations from Somali-operated day care centers, which is likely only one drop in the bucket.

The top journalist uncovering this story does not work for a major news outlet. There have been countless reports of fraud surpassing $1 billion, but no one has dared to show the public how unconcealed and blatant these sham practices have been permitted to run in broad daylight.

Nick Shirley is an independent journalist who took to the streets of Minnesota to see for himself how these government-funded programs are operating. Shirley showed up at the doors of numerous day care centers to take his questions directly to the sources. The people operating the centers refuse to let him in the doors, nor could they answer basic questions about the day care. Strangely, there were no signs of children at any of these childcare facilities. In a few videos, Shirley asks the people on site if they can enroll a child in these day care centers. After all, these childcare facilities run by Somalian migrants have been receiving millions in funding for YEARS. Every center turned him away. Shirley is now receiving death threats as the nation has become so divided that the left would prefer to see their taxpayers robbed than to admit the Democrats passively permitted open-air fraud markets in Minnesota.

Tim Walz, Ilhan Omar, and everyone else connected to this crime ring must face their day in court. These far-left socialist diehards masquerading as modern American politicians always use social programs as their personal piggy banks. There is no feasible way that these crime rings could have operated openly without support from the inside.

Education Secretary Demands Tim Walz Resigns – Somalian Crime Ring Expands

Fraudsters found every angle to syphon money away from taxpayers under Tim Walz’s failed leadership. Education Secretary Linda McMahon is now urging Walz to resign after it emerged that criminals in Minnesota stole over $12 million from the US Department of Education.

“At the beginning of this year, the U.S. Department of Education became aware that fraudulent college applicants, especially concentrated in Minnesota, were gaming the federal postsecondary education system to collect money that was intended for young Americans to help them afford college,” wrote McMahon.

These bad actors used the same ploy to extort money through programs intended to feed poor children and filed applications on behalf of “ghost students” who never existed. These individuals did not need to verify their ID. Some applicants did not even live in the United States if they existed at all. There were 1,834 approved “ghost students” in Minnesota who received a total of $12.5 million in grants and loans.

A teacher at Century College in Minnesota revealed that 15% of his students were “basically an organized crime ring.” Minnesota State College Southeast experienced a spike in new applicants driven by 84 ghost students, who were primarily Somalian. Some of these students enroll in online courses and attend class for the 10 required days to receive financial aid.

“They collected checks from the federal government, shared a small portion of the money with the college, and pocketed the rest — without attending the college at all,” said McMahon. “Our new fraud prevention system has now blocked more than $1 billion in attempted financial aid theft by fraudsters, including coordinated international fraud rings and AI bots pretending to be students.”

Somalian crime organizations have found methods to steal from taxpayers through programs for education, food stamps, COVID, small businesses, childhood disability assistance, and elderly care. The welfare state has become their personal piggy bank. What has Walz done to curtail crime? Absolutely nothing. Over $1 billion has gone missing under Walz, which is far too high to be considered a mere oversight.

Walz plans to seek a third term in 2026, as Minnesota has no term limits for governors. He says that he will take accountability but has not taken any steps to curtail fraud. He refuses to accept that these crime rings are connected to Somalian crime organizations. Walz has every intention of expanding the unregulated welfare state and will not hesitate to raise taxes on the very people these programs are designed to assist.

Minnesota Indicative of Broader Scam – Identity Politics

COMMENT:

Marty,

After reading the stories you’ve shared about people not being able to almost anything of value onto planes without a real risk of confiscation, the Alpha News video where a TSA agent claims to have observed multiple suitcases of cash muled out of the country by Somali men makes zero sense.  At a minimum implies that the government or at least two government agencies (TSA plus whomever directed their actions) were involved in the Somali cash trafficking…

On a related side note I can’t help, but to look at the new Minnesota flag (redesigned under Walz’s direction) & believe that the DFL (Democrat Farmer Labor – Dem party of Minnesota) was fully in on the fraud since the new flag looks like what someone would have made if they were trying to copy the Somali flag, but try to pretend they were copying it. Wiki links below.

Anyhow, keep up the good work.

REPLY:Social programs are a big government scam that forces people to become dependent on the state. Mass migration and open borders is a government scam that multiplies the welfare system, guarantees blue votes, promotes repopulation, props up the image of the dollar, and supplies the nation with future soldiers. The motive behind Minnesota’s goal of becoming the largest welfare state in the nation is GREED and politics.

Tim Walz built his entire career on identity politics that exist for the sole purpose of dividing the people. The wealth of a nation is dependent upon the success of its people, and the people are far more successful as a collaborative. Socialist ideals and Marxism condemns this notion because it leaves no room for an overlord state, or worse, the people could begin to see that their neighbor is not the problem.

The Somali scams in Minnesota continued for years thanks to identity politics. Investigations were halted due to racism accusations. Feeding Our Future sued the Minnesota Department of Education for racism in 2020. The “non-profit” claimed the state was preventing “minority-owned businesses” from receiving approval for their fraudulent organizations.

Minnesota changed its state flag in May 2024. Why? The former flag was seen as racist and offensive since it depicted a white settler working the field as a Native American rode away horseback. The state updated the flag to display the new settlers—Somalians.

Somalians began settling in Minnesota back in the 1990s during the nation’s civil war. The FBI knew without a doubt that terrorist organizations from Africa like Al-Shabaab were recruiting men from Minnesota and sending their own men to relocate in the states. Lawmakers turned a blind eye. The state now hosts around 80,000 Somali migrants, which is more than any other state in the nation.

Rep. Ilmar Omar is a prime example of how a displaced population can reshape politics. The Somali native was elected by the people, her people, who she vocally prioritizes over native-born Americans.

Nearly everyone involved in the scam was Somalian, but Omar said that any link to her community would be “a failure by the FBI.” True, the FBI should have expelled people who have loyalty to foreign terrorist organizations long ago because now they are sending millions of taxpayer funds back home to support groups that hate America. That’s the astonishing thought pattern of these tribal populations who hate American values and culture, yet enjoy the liberties and freedom granted under the US Constitution.

Identity politics enabled foreigners to defraud American taxpayers. It led to the uprising of elected representatives who do not represent the people. Politicians are not only involved but also responsible.

Minnesota Welfare Fraud Linked to Somalian Terrorists

Minnesota created its own mega welfare system during the pandemic, kept expanding at the state level, it grew from $15 billion in 2022-23 to $21 billion in 2024-25, and is expected to reach $23 billion next fiscal year. $42 of every $100 new spending goes to the state welfare system. The majority goes to HHS.

I discussed the prevalent fraud within the Somalian-run Feeding Our Future program, where over $300 million intended to feed needy children wound up in the hands of criminals. Former Acting U.S. Attorney Joseph Thompson said the investigation unveiled “schemed stacked upon schemes” that stole tens of millions from Medicaid. “It feels never-ending,” Thompson said in September, when announcing that eight people had been charged with defrauding the housing stabilization services program of around $8.4 million in total. “I have spent my career as a fraud prosecutor and the depth of the fraud in Minnesota takes my breath away. The fraud must be stopped.”

The story worsens at every turn. The FBI first reported that Somalia was recruiting men from Minnesota to participate in terrorist training camps. “We really got a wake-up call in 2010-11,” Former Hennepin County Sheriff Rich Stanek said. “Young people were going back to Somalia to participate in terrorist training camps and terrorist actions when they had no clear ties back to their culture. They were born here in the U.S. but felt a need or were radicalized to go back.” The crime has been overlooked by state lawmakers, leading to a widening network.

Somalians involved in these social program scams have sent a bulk of the money back to Somalia through Hawala. Hawala is an informal, trust-based system for transferring value that operates outside formal banks. It is prime grounds for sanction evasion and money laundering. The program is prominently used within the African community, who can send funds to a local hawaladar, along with a commission, who then sends the transaction details and code to another recipient. The recipient then provides the code to a counterpart broker and receives the funds in their local currency.  There is no customer identification, records, or licensing, and it’s a surprise that the government has permitted such a program to operate.

An unknown sum stolen from the state was sent directly to Al-Shabaab, a Somali-based terrorist organization. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent is investigating the ties, as it is believed $1 billion from Minnesota was sent overseas.

Again, the case continues to worsen as the investigations continue. Minnesota reported a massive rise in autism cases at the same time that new autism centers began emerging. In fact, the reporting rate grew so significantly that it caused the nationwide rate of autism to increase.

Costs for autism centers and service providers increased 700% in the past five years. The state had around 41 providers in 2018, but that figure has multiplied to 328. The amount these providers received also multiplied over the same five-year span by 3,000% from $6 million to $192 million.

Asha Farhan Hassan, a 28-year-old Minneapolis woman, pocketed nearly half a million dollars from the scheme and worked with other members of her community to defraud the state $14 million under the premise of treating children with autism. She was charged wire fraud for sending hundreds of millions to Africa. She also purchased real estate in Kenya with taxpayer funds. Hasaan billed Medicaid for fake therapy session, using untrained staff with no medical backing. She paid off parents between $300 and $1,500 per month to keep their kids enrolled in the fake program.

State politicians profited from the fraud as well. A former Minneapolis mayoral aide, Abdi Nur Salah, pleaded guilty to stealing taxpayer funds. Democratic lawmakers received over $50,000 from criminals involved in the Feeding Our Future scam. AG Keith Ellison, his councilman son, mayor Jacob Frey, and Representative Ilhan Omar all received donations from the fraudsters. Ellison has received tens of thousands in donations from fraudsters for his re-election campaign, and naturally, has not investigated the fraud. Minnesota State Senator Omar Fateh received $11,000 in donations from defendants. Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey received political donations from 9 defendants in the case as well.

People with deep pockets have protected these criminals from prosecution. During one trial investigating $41 million in missing funds, a stranger delivered a bag to a juror containing $120,000 in cash. The anonymous woman who dropped off the bag warned that more money would be available if the juror voted to acquit the defendants. The juror reported the incident to the authorities, leading the judge to order all jurors to turn their phones over to the FBI to determine who had been paid off, but “Juror 52,” the only person of color on the jury, was the only one targeted. The FBI later charged three defendants on the case of gathering $200,000 in funds to blackmail people connected to the case.

Omar Rep. Ilhan Omar D Minn

The criminals had hoped the juror would buy into identity politics. Rep. Ilhan Omar believes she is above the law and insists any investigation into Somali-led crime is racist. “My answer was the US government will do what we tell the US government to do. We, as Somalis, should have that confidence in ourselves. We live in this country. We pay taxes in this country. It’s a country where one of your own sits in Congress … The woman you sent to Congress is aware of you and has the same interest as you,” she said during a 2024 interview.

The Minnesota City Council also deemed investigations “racist.” These politicians are using identity politics to gas light the public and protect criminals who are stealing from all Americans. Trump revoked Temporary Protective Status from Somalians for a reason. People from tribal communities are not able to easily assimilate into American culture. These fraud schemes have taken funds away from US taxpayers and sent them overseas to support terrorism. Then we have US representatives like Omar who do not represent US interests. All of this occurred under Tim Walz who has built his entire political career on identity politics.
