McConnell Smiles as President Trump Endorses Former HPSCI Chairman Mike Rogers as Michigan Senate Candidate

Posted originally on the CTH on March 11, 2024 | Sundance

I’m not knowledgeable enough about all the candidates running for the Senate seat in Michigan, but if the most likely candidates to exit the Republican primary are Justin Amash, Pete Meijer or Mike Rogers, then the ‘hold your nose’ and choose Mike move might make sense.   Other than that, Mitch McConnell is likely smiling because Senator Mike Rogers and Senator Adam Schiff will likely be two more arrows in the SSCI ‘Stop Trump’ quiver for 2025.

Former House Intel Chairman Mike Rogers has picked up the endorsement of President Trump; essentially sealing his likelihood to win the Michigan senate primary.  Unfortunately, Rogers is very connected to the Deep State intelligence community apparatus.  Devin Nunes replaced Rogers after the Michigan representative retired from congress in ’14.

[Source LINK]

Mike Rogers together with Democrat Rep Dutch Ruppersberger, were infamous for generating the report that defended the CIA and Deep State during the Benghazi aftermath and protecting Hillary Clinton {GO DEEP}.   CTH took apart the report that was created by Rogers and Ruppersberger without the other members of the intelligence committee participating.

Annoyingly, Rogers has a long history of helping to assist and create the national security “surveillance state.”  SEE HERE and SEE HERE and SEE HERE.  Perhaps he has changed in the decade since he was one of the primary advocates for the Deep State and the creation of the 4th branch of government; however, I doubt it.

I also doubt that President Trump was advised about the nature of Mike Rogers and his ideological outlook toward supporting the National Security state.  Rogers has a life-long history of supporting the very institutional actors who targeted President Trump, so it’s a little hard to see him supporting President Trump in the second term.

The 2014 Rogers/Ruppersberger Report was specifically designed, by wording, to provide political cover to both parties – Republicans and Democrats within the Gang of Eight particularly included and protected.

It is professional obfuscation in structure, content and wording. Here’s an example: Page #2

This is an excellent paragraph to show how the entire 37 page document is strategically worded.

…” no evidence […] wrongly forced to sign a nondisclosure agreement

This wording intimates that none were signed.  Not correct.  We know nondisclosures were required.  This phrasing simply says none were “wrongly forced“.  Where the intelligence community/committee determines rightly and wrongly.

…”or polygraphed because of their presence in Benghazi

Again, this doesn’t say that intelligence officials were not polygraphed, only that the auspices for their polygraphs was not a result of their knowledge in Benghazi.  Again where the intelligence community (IC) determines the valid auspices.

…”The committee also found no evidence that the CIA conducted unauthorized activities in Benghazi”…

Parseltongue.  The word emphasized is “unauthorized“, meaning all of the activity was known, active, and authorized.  As expected, and outlined within The Brief.

…”and no evidence that the IC shipped arms to Syria“.

BIG parseltongue.  Note the absence of the word “direct” or “directly“.

Of course we sent arms to Syria, the administration admitted to sending arms to Syria, just not “directly”, which is the keen distinction within the paragraph.  This aspect was also critical to include because Hillary Clinton testified to a Rand Paul question about it.

The entire Rogers/Ruppersberger “Panel Report”, which is not to say the report was done by the entire House Intelligence Committee – because it was not, was similarly worded.

Mike Rogers and Dutch Ruppersberger together, and alone, pulled data from all of the various committee reports and assembled their own “panel report”.  This key aspect was lost in the Benghazi conversation, only Rogers and Ruppersberger authored this report.

The reason for that key aspect of authorship missing, within analytical discussion of the content therein, begins the conversation of motive.

With Senate committees in 2014 about to come under Republican leadership, Rogers and Ruppersberger had a motivation to put out a report which could be used by their party allies to avoid scrutiny.

In addition, with Rep Trey Gowdy’s Chairmanship of a Select Committee on Benghazi starting up in January 2015, and with House Intel Chair Rogers exiting from congress, the authors of the report held a motive to proactively undercut Gowdy’s investigation into missing oversight that would normally be part of Rogers/Ruppersberger’s responsibility.

For the Democrats, Hillary Clinton was given a talking point shield she utilized for her future political ambitions; and boy howdy did she use it.

In exchange, for Republicans, House and Senate leadership gained a shield of avoidance from sunlight upon their own complicit knowledge.

In addition, it was reported in 2014 that Mike Rogers had ambitions to launch a talk radio show – this report allowed him to retain credibility and avoid sunlight upon his own complicity as a member of the “Gang of Eight”, and chair of the House Intelligence Committee during the State/CIA Benghazi operation.  In short: Mike Rogers hid his willful blindness.

If you read the Rogers/Ruppersberger report, we invite you to look at the factual constructs of The Full Benghazi Brief.   Within the brief you will see the fully connected dots which explain the risks, liabilities and willful blindness, trying to be hidden by publication of the Rogers report.  CTH predicted exactly that outcome at the end of the brief.

Harmeet Dhillon’s Partner at the RNC, Henry Barbour, Fails to Get Resolution Passed to Ban Paying Trump Legal Fees

Trying to convince people is an endless quest, that’s why it is better to just lay out the truth without agenda, then wait until the predictable pressure builds and it just floats to the surface and people find it.  The truth has no agenda; remember that!

You might remember as you read this that Henry Barbour is Harmeet Dhillon’s RNC compatriot.  Then, suddenly, things from last year in California will start to make sense.

(Via The Hill) – The Republican National Committee (RNC) failed to earn enough support from states to bring a resolution to ban paying former President Trump’s legal bills to a vote.

Henry Barbour, who serves as Mississippi’s national committeeman, confirmed to several news outlets that the resolutions he drafted that would have prohibited the committee from covering the former president’s growing legal bills is dead.

The RNC is meeting Friday in Houston to elect a new chair after former Chair Ronna McDaniel announced she would resign on March 8.

Barbour confirmed to Politico that the resolution is “dead” and won’t be voted on during Friday’s meeting because he only received co-sponsors from eight out of 10 required states to bring the resolution to a vote. (read more)

Can you see it now?

lolol… And RNC official Harmeet Dhillon was supposedly a key player in Trump’s legal team in Georgia, and also the primary legal defense for Kari Lake in Arizona.

Can you see it now?

That’s enough sunlight on the RNC Corporation for now…. Moving on.

Tonight, the primary election polls close in 15 states where 854 Republican delegates are at stake.  This Super Tuesday vote accounts for more than a third of all delegates available in the race for the nomination.

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is likely to crush Nikki Haley who will likely have her best showing in the state of Virginia, which is closest to the DC core of her support network.

“As former First Lady Michelle Obama has expressed several times over the years, she will not be running for president. Mrs. Obama supports President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris’ re-election campaign.” (link)

Here We Go – Senator Krysten Sinema Is Out and Will Not Seek Reelection

Posted originally on the CTH on March 5, 2024 | Sundance

It’s all going to play out the way it is going to play out, and my dearest friends… this is going to be the biggest, ugliest, most consequential and potentially transformative inflection point in modern USA politics.

Trust your instincts; I mean really trust them.  Trust that sense of foreboding you feel, and steel your nerves for some of the most dangerous times ahead.

She knows what is coming.  Senator Sinema may not know the details and/or the specifics, but she knows the scale of conflict that is going to happen, and she’s not internally prepared to participate in it.  It’s not about the current polarization from a left -vs- right conflict; the traditional issues are not akin to debate.

This is full combat bloodletting that is coming into focus, and it is going to be exceptionally ugly.  The stakes are extreme, and we will walk through them in advance. The U.S intelligence apparatus is going to participate on behalf of the worst elements in government.  As if they have not completely dropped pretense already, and on behalf of the administrative state that provides their authority, the powerful institutions of our nation are going to forcefully align in combat against We The People.

Arizona will be one of the “all or nothing” states this year – filled with extreme anger.  Not accidentally clad in purple hues, Senator Sinema is tapping out in advance.

“I love Arizona and am so proud of what we delivered.” … “Because I choose civility, understanding, listening and working together to get stuff done, I am leaving the Senate at the end of this year.”

WASHINGTON – Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-Ariz.) announced that she will not seek reelection this year, avoiding an unpredictable three-way race in the swing state that had many national Democrats worried about holding onto the seat.

“I believe in my approach, but it’s not what America wants right now,” Sinema said in a video announcing her plans that painted a bleak picture of a dysfunctional political system she no longer sees a place in. (read more)

NEWSWEEK – […] In head-to-head matchups between Gallego and Lake, the pair splits numbers based on the poll. The most recent polls conducted in late February by Rasmussen show Lake with a 4-point lead, with 1,001 registered voters surveyed.  An Emerson College poll around that same time show Gallego with a 7-point lead.

Lake, a strong Donald Trump supporter, still has to defeat Republican challenger, Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb, prior to facing Gallego. She is viewed as a strong favorite against Lamb. (link)

Listen to the Way He Says It – John Thune: “I hope to be” Senate Majority Leader

Posted originally on the CTH on March 5, 2024 | Sundance

This is an interesting response to the question of whether South Dakota Senator John Thune intends to seek the position of senate majority leader.  Listen to the way he says it and the transparency of the long-discussed plan is crystal clear {GO DEEP, 2022}  WATCH:

We have written about this plan for several years.  Mitch McConnell personally groomed Thune for the position and has introduced him to all the key financial players that keep the DeceptiCons (Deceptive Conservatives) in office.   GO DEEP and GO DEEP

Thune talks about assuming the role as the natural outcome of his time with McConnell.  Unfortunately, almost all the GOPe Republicans will support this passing of the baton.  The only thing that makes the Deep State professional Republicans nervous, is the potential for President Donald Trump to intercede in the anointing.

.

There is the potential for this to be an inflection point if President Trump weighs in on the role of the next Republican Senate Leader.

I would expect Mitch McConnell to try and pull a Machiavellian move with an endorsement of Trump and a promise of non-conflict.  McConnell may even make pledges of support for Trump’s nominees in an effort to play the long game for Thune.   Of course, as customary, that would all be a ruse, and Thune would await the opportune moment to play the role of DC Brutus.

It’s a complicated political dynamic, because Senator Thune comes to the negotiating table with all the Senate support needed for his installation.  The power game is almost equally matched, with only WE THE PEOPLE as the tilting weapon to shift leverage to the side of President Trump.

In the background, the interests that support Thune will be quietly working every angle to block and/or ultimately remove President Trump.   Senator Thune knows this game; it’s his home turf.  So does Trump, and he has us.  So, we keep watching.

Super Tuesday Voting – Ground Reports and Open Discussion Thread

Posted originally on the CTH on March 5, 2024 | Sundance

Today is officially Super Tuesday in primary voting. Consider this an open discussion thread specific to what is taking place at the precincts where you are voting.

Specifically, it is interesting to note the intensity -or lack thereof- of the voting base in your neighborhood, town, city or hamlet. What is happening and do you feel a sense of involvement permeating or is general complacency the status quo? In every election cycle your ground reports are the most accurate gauge of the sense of the voting base. This one is important.

For the Republican primary, 874 of 2,429 total delegates will be awarded today. The winning candidate, almost certain to be Donald Trump, ultimately needs 1,215 delegates to capture the nomination.

President Trump has already won 244 delegates from the early voting contests (Via AP), so MAGA -represented by Trump- needs roughly 1,000 more to capture the nomination and dispatch this nonsense with Nikki Haley.

For the Democrats, 1,421 delegates are up for grabs representing roughly a third of all ordinary delegates. The Super Delegates, who control the outcome, are decided later at the convention….. which I predict will be the real test of what the Democrats have in mind. Remember, Biden needs 1,969 delegates to officially win the nomination, and/or then pass the baton to the ultimate candidate (strongly plausible).

After MAGA exposed the RNC “splitter scheme” in California,  the CA Republican Party then changed their rules allowing the candidate who captures over 50% of the vote to be the one who will receive all of the state’s 169 Republican delegates. With the Republican primary as a two-person race between Trump and Haley, Trump is likely to win all of California’s delegates – which is good, because we need to grind Haley into the pulp of irrelevance. Let her campaign as a Democrat on behalf of the Deep State – ::spit::.

With a for sale sign on her back, Haley has been obtuse about her plans after today. Many traditional pollsters expect her to quit if she is crushed. She has won only Washington DC, which is a story of sunlight by itself, so Haley will have a hard time trying to make an argument for continuing. But she’s a teeth talker, so who knows what that clenched and insufferable creature will do. Again – ::spit::.

So, what is happening in your area? If you live in any of the aforementioned states, let us know. Trust me, there are people around the world watching, not just in the USA.

Strategery – Senate Leader Mitch McConnell Says He’s Stepping Down in November

Posted originally on the Cth on February 28, 2024 | Sundance

The transparency of this timing is almost too clear.  A couple of days ago, the Koch network said they were going to drop back to a defensive position and look to retain their influence in the House and Senate.  The next day John Thune announced he was endorsing President Trump.  Deceptive Conservatives, aka “DeceptiCons,” are always positioning to retain power structures.

Today, Mitch McConnell announces he will step down from a leadership position in the Senate in November… DUH!!  The greatest likelihood is that President Trump will win the November election; Mitch doesn’t have an option at that point.  So, what we are seeing is DeceptiCon positioning. It’s all about power retention, which is to say, retention of money and influence.

John Thune has been groomed to replace Mitch McConnell for years.  You might remember when Thune contemplated retiring a few years ago, and the professional donors convinced him to stay on “just in case” Trump returned to DC.

Thune’s recent endorsement of Trump is like Brutus welcoming Caesar back to Rome, the intents are analogous.  McConnell will exit Senate leadership after the November election, Thune will rise, and the anti-Trump antagonisms will continue.  Senators Barrasso and Cornyn will position to participate in the process.

Removing the stench of McConnell and his DeceptiCon crew from the Senate means much more than just removing Mitch McConnell from leadership.  The apparatus of the Senate needs to be purged with solid primary contests to take down the power structure.  Purge the crew, then salt the entire upper chamber, then bring in an exorcist and fill every room with sage smoke for a week…. or something.

Don’t fall for the trickery…. McConnell isn’t stepping down because it’s in Trump’s best interests.  McConnell is stepping down as part of a strategy to oppose the America First agenda that Trump represents.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Mitch McConnell, the longest-serving Senate leader in history who maintained his power in the face of dramatic convulsions in the Republican Party for almost two decades, will step down from that position in November.

McConnell, who turned 82 last week, announced his decision Wednesday in the well of the Senate.

McConnell said he plans to serve out his Senate term, which ends in January 2027, “albeit from a different seat in the chamber.”

He spoke at times haltingly, his emotions evident, as he looked back on his career. Dozens of members of his staff lined up behind him on the back wall of the chamber, some wiping away tears, as family and friends looked down from the gallery above. Senators from both parties — most of them taken by surprise by the announcement — trickled into the chamber and exchanged hugs and handshakes.

President Joe Biden, who has had a productive working relationship with McConnell, said he was sorry to hear the news.

“I’ve trusted him and we have a great relationship,” Biden said. “We fight like hell. But he has never, never, never misrepresented anything.”

Aides said McConnell’s announcement was unrelated to his health. The Kentucky senator had a concussion from a fall last year and two public episodes where his face briefly froze while he was speaking.

“As I have been thinking about when I would deliver some news to the Senate, I always imagined a moment when I had total clarity and peace about the sunset of my work,” McConnell said. “A moment when I am certain I have helped preserve the ideals I so strongly believe. It arrived today.”

The senator had been under increasing pressure from the restive, and at times hostile wing of his party that has aligned firmly with Trump. The two have been estranged since December 2020, when McConnell refused to abide Trump’s lie that the election of Democrat Joe Biden as president was the product of fraud.

But while McConnell’s critics within the GOP conference had grown louder, their numbers had not grown appreciably larger, a marker of McConnell’s strategic and tactical skill and his ability to understand the needs of his fellow Republican senators.

McConnell gave no specific reason for the timing of his decision, which he has been contemplating for months, but he cited the recent death of his wife’s youngest sister as a moment that prompted introspection. “The end of my contributions are closer than I’d prefer,” McConnell said.

But his remarks were also light at times as he talked about the arc of his Senate career.  (read more)

Mitch isn’t going anywhere, so just skip this narrative nonsense.  Mitch is simply stepping back from the microphone so that Thune’s fingerprints are on the anti-Trump dagger.

One of the more challenging facets, to awakening the general public on the scale of corruption within Washington DC, is the need for people to drop party designations.

This is never truer than within the U.S. Senate where the mistaken “us -vs- them” perspective remains a pesky hurdle.

The blue team and red team are mirror images of themselves.  They are not opposites, they are mirrored – a big difference.

The policy objective is the same, and the business model within DC (K Street) benefits the upper chamber the most.

Within this dynamic, Mitch McConnell is the mirror image of Harry Reid.  Mitch has been grooming his replacement for a long time; that replacement is John Thune. Senator Thune is in a position that demands stealth.  Ideologically, think of John Thune as the mirror image of Gavin Newsom.  They are not opposites, they are mirrored – a big difference.

The system of affluence and influence has been created to self-sustain regardless of party affiliation. The Senate is one club with one ideological perspective. Within that club rule #1 dominates: none of the members will ever expose another member. So, when there is corrupt activity within the Senate, no one from within the institution will expose another. This is the code of Omerta within the upper chamber.  This is the way of the “my good friend” Senate and how it operates.

Current Senate Leader Mitch McConnell has a leadership group who carry out the institutional objectives of the upper chamber as a body.  They include: Senator John Thune (whip), Senator John Barrasso (conference chair), Roy Blunt (committee chair), Todd Young (NRSC chair), Jodi Ernst (conference vice-chair), and Chuck Grassley (president pro tempore). None of these senators make a move publicly without approval from Leader McConnell.

In August of 2020, before the presidential election, Senate Whip John Thune rebuked the mail-in ballot concerns expressed by President Trump. Thune did this because ultimately the objectives of the upper chamber were more favorably aligned if President Trump was removed.

WASHINGTON DC – […] Asked if he agreed with the president’s repeated charges that mailed-in balloting will lead to a “rigged election” and “massive voter fraud,” the Senate majority whip told reporters, “I don’t.”

“Mailed-in voting has been used in a lot of places for a long time and, honestly, we’ve got a lot of folks that, as you know, they’re investing heavily in trying … to win that war. It’s always a war too for mail-in ballots. Both sides compete, and it’s always an area where I think our side, at least in my experience, has done pretty well,” Thune answered, adding: “I think we want to assure people it’s going to work, it’s secure and if they vote that way it’s going to count.” (read more)

(L-R) Barrasso, Blunt, McConnell, Thune and Ernst.

You often hear people wonder why the GOP doesn’t push back against the Democrats.  The reason is simple; the GOP are the right wing of the UniParty bird, the Democrats are the left wing.  They are mirror images of each other.

Both clubs are attached to the body of big corrupt corporatist government.

Watch the trade front.  Watch international trade, economics, banking and multinational corporation influence.   That’s the ‘trillions are at stake,’ and that’s where the opposition to everything MAGA comes from.

Deep State Weasel Mike Morell Supports Nikki Haley

Posted originally on the CTH on February 21, 2024 | Sundance

There are multiple examples of sketchy, seriously sketchy, deep state operatives and institutional creatures who are supporting Nikki Haley, but perhaps support from former acting CIA Director Mike Morell is one of the more revealing.

We have tracked Morell for quite a while ever since he replaced David Petraeus in the aftermath of the Benghazi attack and a rapid response coverup was needed.  Morell then went on to assist Hillary Clinton in framing the Trump-Russia narrative, organized the 51 intelligence officials to lie about the Hunter Biden laptop being Russian disinformation, and generally working in his capacity as an operative on behalf of the deep state.

So, with that background, this support for Nikki Haley does not come as a surprise revelation.

[DOCUMENT SOURCE]

Nikki Haley is as deep state institutionally connected as you can get.  A creature comfortable within the machinations of the swamp and completely self-absorbed, defining herself with the world of politics.

WASHINGTON – GREENVILLE, S.C. — Nikki Haley cast herself on Tuesday as a steadfast candidate of last resort to Donald Trump, maintaining she won’t drop out “until the American people close the door.”

Delivering what her team billed as a “state of the race speech,” a defiant Haley vowed to remain in the race even as she polls far behind Trump in upcoming primaries across the map. Without offering any electoral strategy for her path forward, Haley described her candidacy as a battle for something “bigger than myself.”

And she cried as she invoked her husband’s military service, describing how he couldn’t be with her because he is deployed, and that America was worth fighting for.

Haley’s speech served as something of a raison d’être for a candidate who lost decisively to Trump in Iowa and New Hampshire and is verging on a blowout loss in South Carolina. She pledged to continue on despite calls from high-level GOP leaders for her to end her presidential bid and support him as the party’s likely nominee. (read more)

CTH has been calling out Nikki Haley for years, all of those notations leading to this moment in 2024 which was entirely predictable.   Haley cares about one thing, her own position and power – that’s it.  She really is the worst type of politician you can fathom.   [SEE RESEARCH HERE]
