A little less than a month ago, legendary financial and geopolitical cycle analyst Martin Armstrong was called in by the Trump White House to come up with a peace plan that Vladimir Putin and Russia would consider.  So, Armstrong came up with a nearly 200-page plan called “Peace Proposal to Prevent World War III.”  Top Trump officials met with Armstrong Friday, and there is still a possibility the US could get a peace deal.  Recently, Trump gave Hungary an exemption to buying sanctioned Russian oil.  Armstrong says, “This is a positive sign.”  The Russians signaled that they are also still interested in “Trump-backed peace talks with Ukraine.”  If Europe, NATO and Ukraine won’t go along, then Armstrong is advising President Trump to “get the hell out of NATO.”  Armstrong says, “The fact that they called me back is interesting.  I warned them that we should threaten Europe that they either honor the Minsk Agreement or we exit NATO.  At least the people I was speaking to said, ‘We agree we should get the hell out of NATO.’  It is a neocon retirement home.  Their only purpose in life is war.  If there is peace, people are going to cut their budgets and not use the weapons.  As long as they can say Putin is going to invade Europe, then they will say we need 5% of your GDP—5%.  They are going to be like Zelensky stashing billions of dollars off to the side someplace.  It is really quite disgusting.”

Armstrong says if the US sidesteps the NATO, Ukraine, Russian war, there is still going to be war just about everywhere.  Armstrong says, “I have never been able to beat my computer (Socrates).  The computer is forecasting, basically, World War III.  This is not simply like Hitler invading Poland.  This is everywhere around the world.  You’ve got Iran vs Israel and Pakistan will nuke Israel if Israel attacks Iran.  You’ve got Pakistan vs India . . . Taiwan and China, South Korea vs North Korea and Japan (on the side of South Korea).  Then, we go to Europe and Ukraine.  When the computer is forecasting world war, it’s not just one place. . .. The US just sold jets to Greece, and they say now we can attack Turkey, which both are in NATO.  War is coming to everyplace where one country has a grudge against another.”

Armstrong has long predicted Europe will get into a war with Russia and lose badly.  Armstrong says, “Europe is going into depression.  In the United States, we are going into recession and stagflation into 2028. . .. I have major clients in Europe, and I warned them and they started moving their gold from London and Zurich to the United States.  Why?  Because Europe is going to do capital controls.  They will probably outlaw Bitcoin.  They will most likely stop people from buying gold. . .. The capital will basically come here to America. . .. We are in a global sovereign debt crisis, and the US is the best place to be.”

Armstrong contends if Trump sidesteps the Russia/Ukraine/NATO war, America will do much better than Europe and better than most, if not all, of the rest of world.  Armstrong is still seeing a huge trend for civil unrest at the same time the rest of the world goes to war.  Armstrong is a buyer of gold and silver and NOT a seller of either metal.  Armstrong also says, “New York City and California are both done . . .. and the new financial capital of America is already relocating in Florida.”

SNAP Overhaul – $9 Billion Monthly Program

One in ten Americans receives food stamp benefits through SNAP. Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins believes there needs to be an overhaul of the program to ensure only those in desperate need receive these benefits. The first step will be requiring recipients to reapply for benefits to ensure that those “taking a taxpayer-funded benefit through SNAP or food stamps are vulnerable and they can’t survive without it.”

States are asked to submit their data on welfare recipients to the federal government. There is considerable disarray at the state level, and only 29 states, primarily led by Republicans, have provided the government with updated data. Over 186,000 deceased Americans are currently receiving monthly SNAP benefits based on the limited data. “Now, that is what we’re really going to start clamping down on. Half a million are getting two. But here’s the really stunning thing: This is just data from those 29 mostly red states. Can you imagine when we get our hands on the blue state data, what we’re going to find?” Rollins noted.

SNAP is the largest social support program in the United States, costing the federal government upward of $9 billion per month. Reorganizing SNAP is the first step toward weaning the public off of the welfare state.

Currently, people must reapply for SNAP benefits every 6 to 12 months; however, they are not required to submit a full reapplication. Recipients can simply confirm that they are in the same predicament, and no one follows up. Certain states, like Illinois, California, and New York, work to streamline recertification requirements. Recipients receive a recertification packet in the mail and can complete their interview over the phone or on demand. Some households, especially those receiving SSI, are automatically reenrolled every period with extended recertification periods of up to 36 months.

Individuals and households rarely go through a full reapplication. This is one of the reasons why the welfare state continues to grow and those in the system stay in the system. Those requesting government assistance must now file updated financial information and demonstrate they meet eligibility requirements, including work requirements.

The 21 primarily Democrat-led states refusing to submit data to Washington are extorting taxpayers through a faulty welfare program. Some Democrat-led states have filed lawsuits against the USDA to prevent Washington from accessing this data. These lawmakers claim that reenrollment is too complex for vulnerable populations at-risk of losing these benefits. Every American is responsible for that monthly $9 billion payment. Dead people are receiving checks. People above the income threshold are receiving checks. There is no need to continually expand the size of the welfare state when it can be prevented.

Incoming: Millions of Water Refugees from Iran

Tehran is at risk of becoming uninhabitable due to a severe drought that has led to a severe water shortage. The drought has been the catalyst to expose decades of government mismanagement that caused Iran’s water supply to run dry. Now, the government is prepared to issue a city-wide evacuation notice in Tehran if the situation worsens.

Rain will not be sufficient to fill the dry reservoir, which was brought about by government mismanagement—farmers protested against the government in 2018 when water levels were low. Protests erupted in 2021 in the southern Khuzestan province as the people blamed the government for water mismanagement. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) controls construction over the main, poorly planned dam, which has resulted in dry rivers and wetlands. Salinity of the water supply has led to a loss of fertile agricultural land. For example, the Govtvand Damn on the Karun River caused saltwater to destroy nearby land over a decade ago, and the situation has not been resolved.

Over 75% of Iran’s land is experiencing groundwater depletion. IRGC-controlled industries receive water as a first priority, and this is used for everything from agriculture to crypto mining. Rural areas are the last to receive water, as it is carefully regulated and rationed by the government. The government has built several new dams with no concern for the ecological implications of diverting water. It is well-known that the nation uses outdated agricultural practices that often require a vast amount of water.

Tehran has no plan; 10 million people are at risk of losing access to water. “In the past, people would go out to the desert to pray for rain,” said Mehdi Chamran, head of Tehran’s City Council, state media reported. “Perhaps we should not neglect that tradition.’”

Some reservoirs have levels below 3% and rain is simply not sufficient to fill these significantly depleted reserves. A massive humanitarian crisis is underway. Where will the millions of water refugees go when their cities become uninhabitable?

AI & The Great Displacement?

QUESTION: Mr. Armstrong, there are a lot of people who seem to take your track record and pretend that they have made calls on all sorts of things but lack the data or the computer to back up their claims. They then run some infomercial and go on an on before they tell you what they are selling. The latest scam is how everyone will be displaced by AI and be left destitute unless you listen to them. If they are selling weight loss to financial news, they produce long winded videos that are tiring and its the same formula to sell something. You don’t do that. Is there a great displacement coming because of AI?

ANSWER: Yes, but what is the definition of “great” that they like to scare people with. The Industrial Revolution’s displacement impact was catastrophic for many in the short term. People absolutely had to learn new ways of working, but this “retraining” was an informal, often brutal process of economic Darwinism—adapt or face destitution. Every new technology has displaced the work force. In 1860, 53% of the civil work force was employed in AGRICULTURE. The Industrial Revolution is what inspired Karl Marx and gave birth to Communism because people suddenly worked for a capitalist and he profited from the real wealth which was labor. By 1900 that 53% had declined to 41% and by 1980 it was 3%. Go back to the 18th century and that is when Adam Smith wrote his Wealth of Nations in 1776 which was a counter-argument against the French Physiocrats who claimed that the wealth of a nation was only agriculture and a blacksmith lived off the wealth of the farmer like a parasite.

Epstein Helped Democrats Create Russiagate

The Epstein files remake headlines whenever the government would like to distract the masses. The Democrats recently released new data from the Epstein case in which they prove that the Russian collusion claim was not only a hoax, but coordinated by Clinton officials who reached out to Jeffrey Epstein for blackmail assistance.

“Do the Russians have stuff on Trump? Today was appalling even by his standards,” wrote Larry Summers, the former Clinton administration Treasury secretary and Obama administration economic adviser, in an email to Epstein on July 16, 2018, the day of the Helsinki summit with Putin.

“My email is full with similar comments. wow,” Epstein replied the next day. “Im sure his view is that it went super well. he thinks he has charmed his adversary.. Admittedly he has no idea of the symbolism. He has no idea of most things.” He also called Trump’s handling of the summit with Putin “predictable.”

Epstein personally met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov before Trump’s infamous meeting with President Putin in Helsinki. “I think you might suggest to putin that lavrov can get insight on talking to me,” Epstein wrote in a June 24, 2018, email to Thorbjorn Jagland, a former prime minister of Norway who was leading the Council of Europe at the time of the exchange.

Vitaly Churkin, Russia’s forceful ambassador to the United Nations, was described as “great” by Epstein, who said “he understood trump after our conversations. it is not complex. he must be seen to get something its that simple.”

Epstein even reached out to former Trump adviser Steve Bannon on July 23, 2018, assuring him that he could exert influence over Europe. “If you are going to play here , you’ll have to spend time, europe by remote doesn’t work,” Epstein wrote to Bannon, urging him to go to Europe. “The fear is that you gin up their hopes and emotions and then abandon them. I think you want to be an insider, not an outsider flying in and out.”

Jeffrey Epstein exchanged hundreds of emails with prominent political figures, business leaders, lawyers, and dignitaries. Epstein’s goal was to tarnish Donald Trump’s reputation with foreign governments and those in positions of power on behalf of Trump’s political opponents.

“Can you belive MBS sent me a TENT carpets and all,” Epstein wrote to billionaire businessman Tom Pritzker in December 2016, referring to Mohammed bin Salman, the Saudi current crown prince. “A tent? Hmmm…” Pritzker wrote back. “I think that is code for ‘I love you’. Or, maybe code for ‘go pound sand’. Better check your [Kingdom of Saudi Arabia] urban dictionary.”

Epstein’s reach had no limits. The very people who hired Epstein for blackmail services would like the world to believe he was a personal friend of Donald Trump. They had a business relationship; Epstein kept Trump close to plot his demise.

“Journalist” Michael Wolff published numerous books destroying Donald Trump’s character. First Lady Melania threatened to sue Wolff for accusing her of having connections to Epstein, leading Wolff to countersue.  It turns out that Wolff was acting as a PR consultant for Epstein, asking for political blackmail in return.

“There’s an opportunity to come forward this week and talk about Trump in such a way that could garner you great sympathy and help finish him,” Wolff wrote to Epstein. “Interested?” Epstein called Trump “borderline insane” and “dangerous” in various correspondences. “I think you should let him hang himself,” Wolff wrote of Trump to Epstein in a Dec. 16, 2015, email.

The Democrats released this information to distract the public from the government shutdown but failed to comb through the files. Russiagate was a hoax deliberately created by the Clintons who attempted treasonous blackmail against a sitting president.
