Texas End Mask Requirements & Opens Up Restaurants

Armstrong Economics Blog/Tyranny Re-Posted Mar 4, 2021 by Martin Armstrong

There is just no evidence whatsoever that masks do anything. When I went to the doctors last year they asked about COVID, I told them I did not know anyone with COVID. They said I could still catch it by pumping gas in my car. And when I bought a box of masks, they expressly stated that they will not prevent any disease.

Initially, Fauci spoke the truth that masks were useless. All the studies from the 1918 Spanish Flu confirmed that masks never worked and the Washington Post said they were “useless”. Everyone knows that the Post is so left they could never walk a straight line.

Fauci is just an outright liar. He has come out recently saying he can at last hug his daughter after a year because he got the vaccine last December. But that was more than two months ago. Why did he wait so long to hug his daughter? Nothing this guy says is ever trustworthy yet he knows the mainstream media will NEVER challenge him on anything. He has admitted lying to the New York Times because he kept raising the herd immunity level finally reaching 85%. They reported: “In a telephone interview the next day, Dr. Fauci acknowledged that he had slowly but deliberately been moving the goal posts.”

Now Biden has come out and said governors who relax restrictions are Neanderthals. This is not science. This is all political opinion and politicians now do not know how to get out of this trap they created to overthrow Trump and usher in the Great Reset with Biden promoting Klaus Schwab and his World Economic Forum’s “Build Back Better” Agenda 2030.

Mississippi and Texas Governors Finally End Mask Mandates and Open Businesses

..”If the public are bound to yield obedience to laws to which they cannot give their approbation, they are slaves to those who make such laws and enforce them.”..  ~Sam Adams

Hopefully this is the beginning of the end for red state nonsense as Governor Greg Abbott (Texas) and Governor Tate Reeves (Mississippi) finally take heed to what Florida and South Dakota have proven throughout the manipulative COVID panic.  Both Texas and Mississippi governors announce today they will drop the ridiculous mask mandates and open all businesses within their respective states.

♦ TEXAS – […]  Gov. Greg Abbott said Tuesday it’s time to “open Texas 100%” and end the statewide mask order, citing declining hospitalizations across the state as more people are vaccinated against the coronavirus.

Abbott issued a new executive order, which will take effect March 10 and rescind most of his earlier orders, including restrictions on business occupancy and the July 2 statewide mask order.  (read more)

The power of government comes from the people; or as we say in the U.S. “from the consent of the governed.” When people lead, the politicians are forced to follow. Without implied consent the municipal or state government has no power. None.

The power of the local, regional or state authority comes from the expressed consent of the people. As soon as the majority of people deny that consent, those officials and state authoritarians lose all of their power. Yes, it really is that simple.

♦ MISSISSIPPI –  JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – On Tuesday, Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves signed Executive Order 1549. The order will go into effect at 5:00 p.m. on March 3, 2021, and stay in effect until March 31.

“Today, I signed what I expect will be one of my last executive orders regarding COVID-19. Our hospitalizations have plummeted, and our case numbers have fallen dramatically as well. In fact, our case numbers have fallen to the point where no county meets the original criteria for a mask mandate,” said Reeves.

“I am replacing our current orders with recommendations. Everyone should continue to listen to Dr. Dobbs and other health advisors for the best possible wisdom regarding how you can personally stem any risk of catching COVID. Their insight is valuable. The only rules that will remain in this order are a capacity limit of 50% on indoor arenas, and those that govern K-12 schools.” (READ MORE)

The overwhelming majority of dictates around COVID-19 mitigation are not laws. There was no debate; no input from representative government; and no option for the public to weigh-in on the decisions.

All unilateral rules are arbitrary, and despite many proclamations to the contrary, they rely upon voluntary compliance. As soon as citizens no longer voluntarily comply, the term of the rules has expired.

Liberty is inherent.

The removal of liberty requires consent.

Former President Trump campaign senior adviser Corey Lewandowski appears on Fox News to discuss the upcoming speech today from President Trump.  Lewandowski anticipates the speech will be one to remember.

Additionally, Mr. Lewandowski notes that President Trump will not initiate a new “third party”, but will instead demand reform within the Republican party as it exists.

Also, President Trump is on the cusp of creating a new Political Action Committee that will support MAGA candidates and oppose any existing politician who does not support the Make America Great Again policy.   That sounds excellent.

Senator Josh Hawley Speech at CPAC 2021 – The Fight Against The Institutional Oligarchy

Obviously there are the usual DeceptiCon suspects, big government GOP establishment types, attending CPAC this year; so CTH is going to focus on the speakers who are closer aligned with the policies of MAGA.

U.S. Senator Josh Hawley (MO) delivers his speech to the conservative audience.  Senator Hawley focused his attention on the cancel culture led by leftists that have attacked him and attempted to remove his influence.  Hawley says “we are the future – and there is no way we are going to back down.”  The Missouri senator then outlines the ideological enemy and what it will take to confront the oligarchy:

One of the speakers for Day #2 at CPAC Orlando was President Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr. who has been increasingly active in the world of politics in the last several years.

Donald Trump Jr used his speech to call-out the radical policies of the left-wing agenda represented by the JoeBama administration.  The indefatigable Trump also took aim at a few of the republican adversaries to the MAGA ‘America First’ agenda.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis CPAC Speech: “Hold The Line, Stand Your Ground and Don’t Ever, EVER, Back Down”

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis delivers a speech from CPAC 2021 which is being held in Orlando.  Governor DeSantis is leading the way to manage COVID-19 without shutting down schools and businesses.  As DeSantis notes the COVID infection rate is lower in open Florida than 23 lockdown states.  Additionally, the unemployment rate in Florida is far below the national average despite the tourism industry suffering due to the virus.

DeSantis talks about what he did to secure the 2020 election, and the reform he instituted in Broward County.  Also the state legislature is currently working on laws to stop ballot harvesting in the state; along with another initiative in the battle with Big Tech that DeSantis is leading to stop censorship, targeting and privacy violations.

The Florida governor talks at length about the failure of the Republican establishment and the need to continue pushing the MAGA agenda domestically and within foreign policy.  DeSantis also paid tribute to Rush Limbaugh an American hero and Florida resident.

RIP Rush Limbaugh

“Talent RETURNED to God”

Rush Limbaugh has passed after a long battle with lung cancer. His wife Kathryn announced on his radio show that  Rush had died on Wednesday morning, February 17th, a month after his 70th birthday.

I knew this day would come, but was still unprepared for the news of Rush leaving this world.  His last show was on February second and he would be receiving treatment the following week. A full week went by without  Rush returning, then a couple more days. I had a growing feeling of dread that the time had come and as another week passed I knew the end was close. When news broke on FOX that Rush had died yesterday it was still a shock and it felt as if we had a large chuck of our collective hearts broken.  Rush is a true American in every sense of the word and loved his God, his country, the Constitution and the American people.

As much as he was cherished and loved by Americans and the entire world, Rush was hated and despised by the marxist Left. Showing no decency or class, the unhinged left gleefully celebrated Rush’s death on Twitter.  Remember their hateful comments as they feel the same way about YOU as they do Rush.

President Trump gave a moving tribute to Rush Limbaugh yesterday on Newsmax and FOX, speaking for the first time since the he left DC for Florida;

“There aren’t too many legends around, but he is a legend,”  Trump commented.

Rush Limbaugh was a part of American lives for over thirty years, millions tuned in every day to hear America’s anchorman’s take on the day’s events.  Rush taught conservatism to millions of eager students with humor, truth and genuine love for the country.

He is irreplaceable.

Rest easy Rush.

Ben’s Take

I started listening to Rush when Trump ran for president. I was happy to hear that Rush did not side with neocons such as McCain, but instead he endorsed a populist candidate who believed in ‘America first.’ I also admired Rush for kicking his addiction to a dangerous pain killer, which caused his bout with deafness. He was the butt of vicious jokes and endured constant ridicule from the left because of it, but he handled it all with grace and dignity. Most of us know how is very easy it is to fall into addiction or bad behavior. Whether it be drug or alcohol addiction, there is no shame in admitting the problem and then doing something about it. Rush did something about it.

Rush loved our Constitution, our Founding Fathers, and he wanted to help Trump make America great again. He wrote appealing books that taught children about America’s history. He countered the leftist indoctrination in public schools and helped students appreciate our heritage of freedom.

The left wants that heritage destroyed.

Rush loved his audience and his country. He wanted liberty for us all. For this the left has smeared him as a radical right wing ‘provocateur.’ The rest of us salute him for his dedication.

Rest in Peace, Rush.
