Auto Pen Scandal – Did Biden’s Aides Grant Pardons?

Presidential Pardon

“I approve the use of the autopen for the execution of all of the following pardons,” an aide for former President Joe Biden wrote in an email pardoning Dr Anthony Fauci and members of the January 6 Committee. The National Archives has turned over tens of thousands of emails from the Joe Biden Administration to the Justice Department from November 2024 to January 2025 as the autopen investigation continues.

The majority of the emails in question contain keywords like “pardon,” “clemency,” and “commutation.” Biden’s staff claims that the former president vocalized his clemency decisions before Staff Secretary Stefanie Feldman approved them via autopen. Joe Biden’s final debate with Donald Trump occurred during this timeframe, leading the DNC to remove him from the race entirely as Biden was visibly showing signs of cognitive decline. “I’ve uncovered, you know, the human mind,” Trump said as reported by the New York Times. “I was in a debate with the human mind, and I didn’t think he knew what the hell he was doing.”

Biden claimed during his first interview last Thursday that he permitted 25 high-profile pardons through the use of an autopen from December 2024 to January 2025. The use of an autopen was allegedly necessary since there were too many people to pardon and the president simply could not allocate time for such crucial decisions. At this time, the DOJ is uncertain whether Joe Biden actually knew who his staff pardoned with his signature.

Biden pardon Fauci

“At the Jan. 19 meeting, which took place in the Yellow Oval Room of the White House residence, Mr. Biden kept his aides until nearly 10 p.m. to talk through such decisions, according to people familiar with the matter,” the NYT wrote. “The emails show that an aide to Mr. Siskel sent a draft summary of Mr. Biden’s decisions at that meeting to an assistant to Mr. Zients, copying Mr. Siskel, at 10:03 p.m. The assistant forwarded it to Mr. Reed and Mr. Zients, asking for their approval, and then sent a final version to Ms. Feldman — copying many meeting participants and aides — at 10:28 p.m,” the reporting continues. “Three minutes later, Mr. Zients hit ‘reply all’ and wrote, ‘I approve the use of the autopen for the execution of all of the following pardons,’” the NYT concludes.

Biden pardoned or reduced the sentences for over 4,000 people, allegedly. “Mr. Biden did not individually approve each name for the categorical pardons that applied to large numbers of people, he and aides confirmed,” the NYT wrote. Instead, he simply provided a rough criterion for his aids to determine who qualified for a reduced sentence. This stands in contrast with Biden’s claims that he “consciously made all those decisions.” Unelected aides do not have the authority to reduce sentences or issue pre-emptive pardons. Biden’s aides have lawyered up, but there is no unified legal strategy, as Congress plans to issue additional subpoenas as the investigation continues.

The only pardon that Biden personally signed was for his son, Hunter. It is still unclear why people such as Hunter Biden and Anthony Fauci were pre-emptively pardoned if no crimes were committed. Again, only the president has the authority to determine who can be pardoned. Using an auto pen is standard procedure for presidents; however, the issues here are 1) did Joe Biden himself directly make these decisions, and 2) was Joe Biden mentally competent to understand the nature of these decisions?

Announcement from Secretary of Agriculture, Brooke Rollins: “I have ordered an immediate shutdown of live cattle, bison, and horse trade through the southern U.S.–Mexico border. This decisive action comes after Mexico confirmed another case of New World Screwworm in Veracruz.”

(Washington, D.C., July 9, 2025)– Yesterday, Mexico’s National Service of Agro-Alimentary Health, Safety, and Quality (SENASICA) reported a new case of New World Screwworm (NWS) in Ixhuatlan de Madero, Veracruz in Mexico, which is approximately 160 miles northward of the current sterile fly dispersal grid, on the eastern side of the country and 370 miles south of the U.S./Mexico border.

This new northward detection comes approximately two months after northern detections were reported in Oaxaca and Veracruz, less than 700 miles away from the U.S. border, which triggered the closure of our ports to Mexican cattle, bison, and horses on May 11, 2025.

[…] Therefore, in order to protect American livestock and our nation’s food supply, Secretary Rollins has ordered the closure of livestock trade through southern ports of entry effective immediately. (read more)

Food Inflation in Russia and Ukraine

The world’s bread basket is facing significant food inflation. Prices on groceries in Ukraine rose 22.1% in May compared to the same time period last year. Overall, CPI rose 15.9% on an annual basis as well. Fruit prices alone have soared by 17.6%, with authorities claiming it is primarily due to poor weather conditions that reduced harvests.

Ukraine and Russia are both relying on imports to offset the uptick in food prices. Ukraine exported around 10.6% of the nation’s food supply last year. The European aggregate came in at an estimated $5 billion in food exports for the year, with Poland, Germany, and France becoming top suppliers. In fact, 51.3% of all food imported to Ukraine came from the EU.

Food inflation for Russia, as of April, hit 12.66%, with general inflation resting at 10.2%. This does not account for the soaring prices of staple food products like potatoes, which have tripled in price over the past year. “On a daily basis, people are not buying smartphones and television sets,” Central bank governor Elvira Nabiullina said. “They are buying food. If prices there are growing faster, it forms high inflationary expectations.” This is precisely why I note that issues like the Japanese rice crisis are causing overall confidence to erode.

The average Russian household spent around 35% of its income on food this past April, a five-year high, as reported by the Romir think-tank. Russia is seeking exports from its remaining trade partners. Egypt exported 274,000 tonnes of potatoes to Russia this May, a 4.5X increase from the same period one year prior. Egypt also provided Russia with 13,000 tons of onions and has become a major supplier of nuts, fruits, and vegetables. Other meal staples such as carrots, beets, and cabbage have seen a surge in prices.

China has also been working to solve the potato shortage by sending Russia 65,000 tons throughout the first six months of the year. Georgia, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, and Armenia have also begun to ramp up food exports to Russia.

Both China and Egypt have profited heavily from this war from an agricultural standpoint, as each is providing both sides with much-needed food imports.

Potato

Russia’s agriculture minister believes prices will begin stabilizing in July. As RCB Governor Elvira Nabiullina explained, the average person will first notice surging prices at the grocery store. It becomes a daily reminder that there are breaks in the system. The Russians and Ukrainians lost confidence long ago, but the situation is not improving for them. We see it everywhere with food prices leading to unrest. The reasons contributing to rising prices do not matter as the people will immediately blame the government. We saw it in the US, for example, with people outraged over the price of eggs. The Japanese are livid that the price of rice has multiplied.

The French Revolution began when bread prices surged beyond what the people could afford. The Arab Spring ignited not because of political ideology, but because food became unaffordable. Socrates picked up a shift in food inflation in 2019 before the COVID lockdowns and I have warned that it would be wise to stockpile food as that inflationary cycle did not end with COVID. While we are not at a point of revolution just yet, food prices have a major impact on overall confidence and high prices correlate with high unrest. The people will not obey when they are hungry.

Rice Crisis in Japan Continues

The Japanese government announced that it has been forced to release 200,000 metric tons of reserves from its rice stockpile once again, as the nation has been unable to reverse shortages. The government last released over 300,000 metric tons of rice from its emergency reserves, that was intended to last through July, in addition to the 310,000 tons released since March, but this is not sufficient to meet demand, and consumers are highly dissatisfied with the government’s response.

Retailers and local rice sellers with milling capacity will receive the first 100,000 tons of rice from the 2021 harvest. “We want to continue responding without slowing down so that the stockpiled rice can reach consumers quickly and at a low cost,” Agriculture Minister Shinjiro Koizumi said during a press conference. “We must never allow the virtuous cycle of prices and wages in the Japanese economy as a whole to break down. If the cause lies with rice, then I believe we must address such issues promptly.”

Poor weather conditions in 2023 led to a significant decline in crop yields. The Japanese government placed high tariffs on imported rice, and Japanese consumers strongly prefer domestic varieties. Japan reluctantly began importing rice to meet demand. In February alone, Japan imported roughly 40% of what it imported in FY2023. Japan was self-sufficient in rice production, but was forced to purchase rice from South Korea for the first time in 25 years. Japan has also turned to the United States to fill the gap. Panic buying remains prevalent despite the high cost of rice, as it is a staple in the Japanese diet. A mass uptick in tourism following the end of COVID has also been blamed for increased demand, with foreigners increasing by a record 342,000 in 2024.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications noted that rice prices rose 92.1% year-on-year in March, and despite releasing reserves, prices continued to rise. In mid-April, a 5kg bag of rice reached ¥4,220 (about $29–$30), over an 80% YoY increase. Rice prices hit a record high of ¥4,285 yen ($29.97) for 5kg of rice during the week ending on May 18, with some premium brands like Koshihikari exceeding ¥5,000 yen ($35). As of June 1, the average 5k bag of rice cost about ¥4,223 yen, a 50% annual increase.

bowl of rice

This is an extremely serious issue in Japan. The rice crisis controversy is causing the public to lose confidence in the government at large. Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba’s Administration approval rating sunk to an all-time low of 27.4%. Japanese Minister Taku Etō was forced to resign after stating that he personally has no concern for the rising price of rice. The Upper House election takes place in July, which is certainly unfavorable for the Liberal Democratic Party (LPD) who has been in power since 1955.

The next major rice harvest will be in August. The situation is pessimistic as only 1.458 million hectares were harvested, the lowest on record since at least 1900.

Farmers have been protesting against the government’s policy of rationing harvests. The EU and US allow farmers to produce as much as possible, and the government subsidizes any losses, while Japan has taken an opposite approach. The Japanese government believes it would lose $2.65 billion per year if it were to subsidize harvests, but it is already paying farmers $2.32 billion to ration production. Rice paddies are increasingly abandoned as the next generation has no desire to enter a low-paying industry that they believe has been stifled by government regulation. The Mi/OP: Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) has asked many farmers to focus on rice instead of other crops, but it will take years to replenish the reserves.

Japan has a much more serious issue on its hands as the nation is at risk of an outright default on its outstanding debt. For now, the rice crisis has caused the average person to become disgruntled with the leadership. They say the public is quiet and content when everyone is fat and happy, but now, every meal is a reminder of government mismanagement.

Joe Biden Diagnosed with “An Aggressive Form of Prostate Cancer”

Posted originally on CTH on May 18, 2025 | Sundance

Just in time to get rid of the questions about his cognitive abilities during his term in office, the people around Joe Biden announce the former President has an “aggressive form of prostate cancer.”

(VIA CNN) – Former President Joe Biden was diagnosed with an “aggressive form” of prostate cancer, according to a statement from his personal office Sunday, and it has spread to his bones.

“Last week, President Joe Biden was seen for a new finding of a prostate nodule after experiencing increasing urinary symptoms. On Friday, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) with metastasis to the bone,” the statement said.

It continued, “While this represents a more aggressive form of the disease, the cancer appears to be hormone-sensitive which allows for effective management.” Biden, 82, and his family “are reviewing treatment options with his physicians,” the statement said.

Biden is at his home in Wilmington, Delaware, this weekend according to a source familiar. CNN has inquired about where the former president is being treated. The news comes days after a spokesperson for Biden said the former president was recently evaluated for a “small nodule” discovered on his prostate. (read more)

With Biden/Hur Tapes Released the Question is, Who Was Running the Country?

Posted originally on CTH on May 17, 2025 | Sundance

Axios obtained the audio of former President Biden’s October 2023 interviews with special counsel Robert Hur. In the first segment below, recorded on the first day of interviews, former President Biden was questioned about where he kept documents. Biden had difficulty recalling that it was 2015 when his son Beau died. Biden also shared that President Obama discouraged him from running for president.

The interview tapes reveal the scope of cognitive decline the control agents around Joe Biden were trying to keep hidden from the country. As the tapes reveal, Joe Biden was not in any capacity to be in office. The question remains, who was running the country? Listen:

Biden’s mental capacity was severely compromised.  It is obvious everyone around him knew the problem.  We all saw it even before he took office and the answer to the question is the same today as we discussed in 2020, 2021 and beyond.  These tapes only confirm what we already knew.

The State Dept was being run by Tony Blinken, Victoria Nuland and Samantha Power.  The Clinton and Obama networks, along with their allies in congress and in various political organizations, were being paid and financed through various NGOs and stood up non-profits organized by the beneficiaries of the funding.  All of those connections were revealed by the DOGE audits of USAID and other agencies.

Keep in mind that Susan Rice was part of the White House network up to the day Biden announced his intent to run again in 2024; so, she obviously knew his mental state.  Others in the White House, again part of the Obama and Clinton networks were running the day-to-day operations.  Biden was a figurehead, an avatar for the handlers operating in the background.

The DOJ, Main Justice and the FBI were being run by Lisa Monaco, again an Obama operative.  The job at Main Justice was to use their Lawfare strategy to protect the fake and corrupt administration, keep everyone in line and attack all of their political opposition.

Obviously, Jill Biden was/is a power-hungry enabler for the entire dynamic.  Sick and twisted people operate like this.  Think of all the COVID-19 nonsense this crew carried out in 2021 and 2022, including the vaccine mandate and all of the authoritarian rules that came with the “Biden” COVID response stuff.  These are sick people.

Congress, both parties, knew all of this.  In fact, the entire Washington DC system was well aware of the cognitive state of mind behind the false presidency.  Biden wasn’t in control of anything – that’s transparently obvious when you listen to the tapes.

The media covered for all of it.  They all knew, yet they attacked anyone who dared question the obvious. There is no one associated with the preceding four or five years around the 2020 campaign and administration that followed who did not know of the mental issues.  Additionally, they all knew who was running things and they lied to the American people because these are power-hungry psychopaths.

.

.

There are not enough words to listen to these tapes and express the level of disgust that comes to mind.

The damage done to our country is horrific.  However, at the end of that review we must remember all of the economic pain and suffering that accompanied the anxiety the handlers of Joe Biden willfully delivered to our nation.

These people are sick!

Biden Directed Funds to Afghanistan over 9/11 Victims

Posted May 16, 2025 by Martin Armstrong

Taliban

The Taliban has been promoting the Afghan currency by auctioning off dollars. How is a known terrorist group obtaining USD? The United Nations has sent billions to the Taliban in recent years to support its central bank, with much of those funds being approved and sent by the United States. Worse, the Biden Administration confiscated $3.5 billion in funding from a fund designated for 9/11 survivors to pay the Taliban.

The Taliban has also auctioned off the billions in weapons that the United States left behind after the former commander in chief ordered an immediate withdrawal from Afghanistan in August 2021. It is estimated that $7 billion in equipment was left behind, yet Biden blames Afghan authorities for allowing the Taliban to take over.

As for the funds stolen from the 9/11 fund, it originated when families who lost loved ones to the 9/11 attacks sued Al Qaeda, Iran, and the Taliban. No one expected any party to pay, but since Afghanistan had $7 billion in assets within the US, the court permitted it to be seized. This money was initially intended to support the families of 9/11 victims.

911

The government was quick to seize and redistribute Russian assets, but the last administration was hesitant to seize assets from known enemies. The US government began freezing Russian assets in February 2022, which is also when Biden decided to unfreeze $7 billion in assets from Afghanistan. Biden signed an executive order that determined the $7 billion would be placed in a trust fund—half would be sent to families of victims, while the other half would be used for humanitarian aid for Afghans.

A day later, the Biden Administration decided that the 9/11 families did not deserve the payout and sent it back into the court system. He did, however, ensure that the other $3.5 billion was sent to Afghanistan. Former Secretary of State Blinken, a notorious neocon, feigned concern for the families while saying that the victims “should have a full opportunity to set forth their arguments in court.” He later announced that seizing funds from the central bank would harm US interests in the Middle East.

Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn ruled against the 9/11 families. Netburn ruled that the Afghanistan bank (Da Afghanistan Bank, DAB) had “sovereign immunity” as the nation was not sanctioned; only the Taliban, who happened to be ruling the nation, were sanctioned. Biden declined to declare Afghanistan a state sponsor of terrorism, providing them with immunity.

“Absent action by us, these funds were likely to be tied up in courts for years, while the action we have taken stands the best chance of more quickly freeing up a large portion for humanitarian support,” a White House official said after “activists” complained that it was unjust to seize funds. Former Treasury Secretary Yellen approved of sending aid to Afghanistan through the United Nations.

The investigation into USAID found billions funneled to terrorist organizations like the Taliban through the UN and NGOs. Biden was the only president to decline an invitation to the annual 9/11 memorial. Biden’s incompetence left 10,000 Americans behind. Few know that he authorized frozen funds to be redistributed back to Afghanistan while it was under the control of a terrorist organization.

I met with the Afghan government on neutral ground in Thailand many years ago. I was invited to give lectures there, but just never found the time to make that trip. As I have said before, most governments have heard of Socrates. After all, it has been putting out economic and geopolitical forecasts since 1977. From my discussions with them in Thailand, what I can say is that the Taliban are largely self-funded, yet have been warmly protected by Pakistan, which is the ONLY nuclear nation in that region. Pakistan has supported the Taliban, not for religious agreement, but because of their enemy, the Afghans, who were friends with Pakistan’s enemy, India. In that sense, there is a deep-seated religious conflict that goes back to the creation of Pakistan in 1947. China supports Pakistan and has announced it will continue to support Pakistan during its battle with India.

The peak in our model on the region took place in 2019 when any hope of some sort of peace treaty with the Taliban collapsed. Military operations between Afghan and US government forces and the Taliban then intensified in 2019, resulting in more than 8,000 civilian casualties. That was precisely on target, being 72 years from 1947, which was the real period of the rise in militant Islam. A standard 2-year reaction was in play, which has brought us to this point in 2021. But this is the start of a 13-year cycle of rising tensions, which will also peak in 2032.
