The video comes to my attention via the Twitter Account of Tony Seruga. The video appears to capture Thomas Crooks walking through the vendor section of the Butler rally at approximately 4:26pm, about one and a half hours before he began shooting.
If the 4:26pm time is accurate, this is interesting because President Trump was initially scheduled to begin speaking at 5:00pm.
When we look at precious metals, one would expect this is the long-awaited breakout for gold. Yet there is something amiss. The Yearly Array still points to a Turning Point here: 2024 with a Directional Change. That would imply that we may be looking at an important high come Monday if we reach at least 2673, or making highs after Monday may lead to the final high on August 28th, which may be more likely. The major resistance stands at the 2800 level. However, the initial target resistance for this coming week stands at 2573, 2589, 2695, and 2705.
Platinum is not following gold and implies it may yet test support into 2025 before a rally unfolds. Note that we have a Directional Change here in 2024 as well. However, it appears to be a low forming in 2025 and a shift to the upside thereafter.
When we turn to the Silver/Gold Ratio, we see a Double-Directional Change in 2024. The Stochastic is starting to turn down, implying that gold may decline, but silver will gain on the ratio. This is pointing to a more sustainable bull market in the years ahead, which we will discuss at the upcoming World Economic Conference in November, just after the Presidential election.
Before a sustainable bull market exists, there is always the FALSE MOVE; in this case, it looks to be shaping up to the downside. This may present an important buying opportunity as we head into the election.
This is the most bizarre election in American History, and given our computer warns, it will very likely be the last. This “acting” judge, Juan M. Merchan, is a prosecutor. How does an “acting” judge get the most important case in American political history? Prosecutor Bragg ran for election promising to take down Donald Trump. He is about as unbiased as Bill Gates when it comes to vaccines.
Juan Merchan has yet again denied Trump’s motion to recuse himself. The standard is that if his “impartiality might reasonably be questioned,” he is to step down. Merchan should recuse himself from such a high-profile case, and his failure to do so is taking the entire position of the rule of law into disrepute worldwide. On that score, the lucrative political work Merchan’s daughter has done for Vice President Kamala Harris should be seen as more significant now that Harris has replaced President Biden as Trump’s Democratic opponent in the upcoming election. This is just outrageous.
There is no denying that Bragg’s prosecutors used some of Trump’s official acts to prove their case. Indeed, they called as witnesses two of Trump’s White House staffers. Under the Supreme Court ruling, Bragg could not have used official acts, and this tainted the entire case. At the very least, this should have been a mistrial, for it is impossible to now separate the impact of using official acts and staff from the White House in this prosecution. Of course, Trump’s lawyers moved post-trial to have the guilty verdicts thrown out based on the high court’s immunity ruling.
Merchan has made it well known that not only has he refused to recuse himself against every principle of decency, but he has signaled that, come hell or high water, he intends to sentence Trump on September 18. He is clearly seeking to interfere in this election. This sentencing is just two days after early voting in the 2024 election begins in Pennsylvania. The Democrats are using this case to win the election. Here is what they are sending out:
Merchan does not care about the law or justice. This is interfering in the 2024 election, and this is what this has been all about. We would expect this sort of thing from a Banana Republic steeped in corruption. This is what the United States has become, so our computer warns that there is NO POSSIBLE WAY the United States will survive this election. The nation will divide because this is so outrageous. Civilization works when we all benefit. When Obama was elected, those opposed to him just accepted and moved on. This time, there is no way this country will move on regardless of who wins.
This is what happened just back on January 20th, 2017, when Trump was inaugurated. This time, it is going to be far worse. It does not matter who wins; we are looking at civil unrest on a major scale. The Trump defense team has been trying to stave off sentencing, but Merchan will not do that, and the talk in New York City is that he wants to sentence Trump to prison, desperately believing that this will ensure a Democratic Victory.
Under these conditions, if Kamala were to win, I fear you are looking at a time when the Supreme Court may have no other choice but to reverse the election. What Merchan and Bragg are doing is an outright federal crime in light of the Supreme Court’s decision that held presidents (including former presidents) are (a) presumptively immune from criminal prosecution for any official acts taken as president and (b) absolutely immune if the official acts are core constitutional duties of the chief executive. The Court instructed that this immunity extends not only to charges but to evidence. That means prosecutors are not just barred from alleging official presidential acts as crimes; they are further prohibited from even using such acts as proof offered to establish other crimes.
Here is the problem: there is NO POSSIBLE WAY to extract the “official acts” that Bragg introduced to get these convictions. If Kamala wins, this is going to present a significant Constitutional Crisis. Bragg and Merchan have absolute immunity from lawsuits for what they are doing but seek to deny a president the very same immunity that prosecutors and judges enjoy. Four of our six models show Trump should win. If he does not, this election is rigged, but it will be overturned this time. Only two models show a Democratic victory at best by only 51%.
Here is the computer forecast for the 2020 election. Only one model predicted a Trump victory, with three out of six, but two had wide margins. Yes, they maneuvered the election in Congress to prevent a challenge to various states.
Back in 2016, we projected against the odds that Trump would win against Hillary, who outspent him 40:1. No model showed a Hillary victory—not one.
The Economic Confidence Model on the Pi Target from the start of this wave 1985.65, is where years in advance we stated that 2017.05 would be the first time a third party president could be elected. That target 2017.05 was when Trump was inaugurated.
One of the great mysteries about the January 6, 2021, events is the lack of curiosity by the FBI about who planted the pipe bombs at the DNC and RNC headquarters. Amid all of the available CCTV video and surveillance technology exploited by the justice department, their transparent unwillingness to identify the pipe bomber has always been a dog that did not bark.
The Occam’s Razor explanation for why DC and federal law enforcement have been incurious, points to law enforcement actually planting the bombs. New CCTV video seems to show exactly that.
Shortly after 12:51pm a DC police SUV appears next to the park bench where the pipe bomb was discovered. [Video Below] A man with a bag exits the SUV, points to the bench, pulls up his right coat collar to obscure his face from the camera located across the street, then walks to the bench with the bag. The “pipe bomb” device allegedly was found at 1:05 p.m. by a plainclothes officer from the Capitol Police.

I am not going to repeat the reporting above, the timelines therein, or the granular details painstakingly outlined. The research is solid, informative and accurate. Instead, my focus is about “why” the pipe bombs were planted.
Nancy Pelosi, Kevin McCarthy (House) along with Chuck Schumer, Mitch McConnell and Mike Pence (Senate) did not want the January 6th certification of electors challenged. If you suspect the 85 million votes for Joe Biden might have been manufactured (mail-in ballots), then you understand the DC motive to avoid any electoral challenge that might have resulted in state level legislative inquiry and/or vote counting review.
To avoid the challenge to the electoral certification process, a lengthy and very formal process where the Senate must separate from the House as each state is formally questioned/challenged and a debate/vote on each state’s set of electors takes place (minimum 2 hours each state), an EMERGENCY process triggered by the House Speaker (Pelosi) was needed. That’s where the pipe bombs come into play.
In essence, if no one stormed the Capitol, the finding of the two pipe bombs would have then been the emergency needed to stop the electoral process, evacuate congress and trigger the emergency session. Which explains why the FBI had/has no interest in the DC pipe bomb suspects.
As it turned out, the DC crew (Pelosi et al) didn’t need the “pipe bomb emergency” because the manufactured riot (opening the doors to the Capitol building etc.) worked. The J6 emergency need was fulfilled by the “riot” within the Capitol building; the bomb narrative was not needed.
Julie Kelly – […] Just as the first wave of protesters breached the building shortly after 2 p.m., congressional Republicans were poised to present evidence of rampant voting fraud in the 2020 presidential election. Ten incumbent and four newly-elected Republican senators planned to work with their House colleagues to demand the formation of an audit commission to investigate election “irregularities” in the 2020 election. Absent an audit, the group of senators, including Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) pledged to reject the Electoral College results from the disputed states.
The Hail Mary effort was doomed to fail; yet the American people would have heard hours of debate related to provable election fraud over the course of the day.
And no one opposed the effort more than ex-Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.).
During a conference call on December 31, 2020, McConnell urged his Republican Senate colleagues to abandon plans to object to the certification, insisting his vote to certify the 2020 election results would be “the most consequential I have ever cast” in his 36-year Senate career.
From the Senate floor on the afternoon of January 6, McConnell gave a dramatic speech warning of the dire consequences to the country should Republicans succeed in delaying the vote. He downplayed examples of voting fraud and even mocked the fact that Trump-appointed judges rejected election lawsuits.
“The voters, the courts, and the States have all spoken,” McConnell insisted. “If we overrule them, it would damage our Republic forever. If this election were overturned by mere allegations from the losing side, our democracy would enter a death spiral.”
Roughly six hours later, McConnell got his way. Cowed by the crowd of largely peaceful Americans allowed into the building by Capitol police, most Republican senators backed off the audit proposal. McConnell, echoing hyperbolic talking points about an “insurrection” seeded earlier in the day by Democratic lawmakers and the news media, gloated. “They tried to disrupt our democracy,” he declared on the Senate floor after Congress reconvened around 8 p.m. “This failed attempt to obstruct Congress, this failed insurrection, only underscores how crucial the task before us is for our Republic.”
Congress officially certified the Electoral College results early the next day. (read more)
That’s how the whole process happened.
Everything around the J6 events was set up by a small group of Marxists within government who are intensely ideological and supported by systems of Law and Order they created, purposefully to control the outcomes of their manipulation.
The group then used the J6 Committee to further the false narrative, manufacture additional false claims, control the information flow and present themselves as victims within an insurrection effort they manufactured out of whole cloth.
The J6 Committee was to the J6 story, as Robert Mueller was to the Trump/Russia collusion story. The system controls the outcomes, hides the activity, and engineers false narratives (lies).
Representative Clay Higgins is a member of the congressional investigative task force looking into the assassination attempt by Thomas Matthew Crooks against President Trump. Rep Higgins was also doing independent research prior to his appointment to the congressional committee, and he released his preliminary report findings today [SEE HERE pdf].
There are some remarkable revelations in the 6-page pdf. One detail outlines how it was a Butler County SWAT officer who fired the initial shot that stopped Matthew Crooks after 8 shots fired. The Feds did not initially stop the assassin, the locals did. Another detail highlights how the Butler County coroner was not aware the FBI quickly released the body of Crooks for immediate cremation.

Shot 9 hit Crooks’ rifle stock and fragged his face/neck/right shoulder area from the stock breaking up. The SWAT operator who took this shot was a total badass; when he had sighted the shooter Crooks as a mostly obscured by foliage moving target on the AGR rooftop, he immediately left his assigned post and ran towards the threat, running to a clear shot position directly into the line of fire while Crooks was firing 8 rounds. On his own, this ESU SWAT operator took a very hard shot, one shot. He stopped Crooks and importantly, I believe the shot damaged the buffer tube on Crooks’ AR. I won’t be certain of this until I can examine Crooks’ rifle, but I’m 99% sure based upon reliable eye-witness ESU tactical officers who observed Crooks’ rifle before the FBI harvested it as evidence. SUSAN CRABTREE – “During a Donald Trump visit to North Carolina yesterday, a woman Secret Service special agent abandoned her post to breastfeed with no permission/warning to the event site agent, according to three sources in the Secret Service community.
Shortly before Trump’s motorcade arrival — I’m told five minutes beforehand — the site agent was getting ready for the arrival. (The site agent is the person in charge of the entire event’s security.)
The site agent went to do one final sweep of the walking route and found the agent breast-feeding her child in a room that is supposed to be set aside for important Secret Service official work, i.e. a potential emergency related to the president.
A working agent on duty cannot bring a child to a protective assignment. The woman was out of the Atlanta Field Office. The woman agent was in the room with two other family members.
The agent and her family members bypassed the Uniformed Division checkpoint and were escorted by an unpinned event staff into the room to breastfeed, the sources said. Unpinned means they have not been cleared by the Secret Service to be there.
When contacted about the incident, Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said the incident did not have an impact on the event. and it’s under review.
“All employees of the U.S. Secret Service are held to the highest standards,” he said. “While there was no impact to the North Carolina event, the specifics of this incident are being examined. Given this is a personnel matter, we are not in a position to comment further.” (source)
This example happened quite literally as Secret Service Dir. Rowe was addressing the whole agency in a conference call and saying the USSS was going through a total overhaul needing major budget increases.
It’s mid-August and the headlines are increasingly looming around the Ukraine v Russia conflict. You can sense it; I can sense it, and we all need to trust our instincts.
As we navigate our way through this intense foreign and domestic political gaslighting, lies being created daily by government officials and their allies in the corporate media, being able to hone your instincts becomes even more critical. Not many people can do it.
The last week or so has highlighted a marked increase in urgency and hostility amid those in the CIA/DoS who control the events in Ukraine. Everything about this insufferable World War Reddit is sketchy, including the ongoing absence of any frontline reporters anywhere in the “battlefield” giving updates on what we are told is intense fighting.
I have never seen a war that did not have a single journalist war correspondent, clad in a helmet and flak jacket, giving updates on what is happening on the ground from a location near the battle zone. Yet here we are more than two years into this “conflict” and not a single war correspondent is reporting. It’s just completely weird.
Adding to my own view on the sketchy reporting from Intelligence Community operatives, is my personal drive in a car from Russia (Kazan) to Montenegro (Kotor) through the entire cross section of Ukraine, without any difficulty. I did see some large fishing nets being deployed in what I was told was a makeshift counter drone effort, and I did witness some 6′ wide trenches being built, but no actual ‘conflict.’
To be fair, I wasn’t exactly trying to put myself into a combat zone, I was just going from East to West and was quite happy not to encounter any hostilities. But it’s all just weird.
If you read the western headlines and traditional legacy news reports, you get the sense that NATO is trying desperately to increase the intensity of the hostilities. At the very least, they are trying to increase the perception of an uptick in hostilities and conflict.
We see reports of Ukraine military entering Russian territory to fight, which I highly doubt – and reports of Russia attacking a nuclear power station in retaliation for the invisible Ukraine military entering Russian territory…. again, seriously doubtful. From my perspective, these are Western IC “reports” of activity that is carried out by Western IC operators.
POLITICO – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Sunday that Russia has started a fire on the grounds of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, the largest such facility in Europe.
It comes as the war between the two countries enters a new phase, with Ukraine occupying Russian territory for the first time last week as part of its retaliation against Russia’s full-scale invasion, which is now in its third year.
Russia captured the plant, which is in Ukrainian territory, shortly after invading Ukraine in 2022. Its six nuclear reactors are in cold shutdown and no nuclear activity was recorded on Sunday, but the overall risk of nuclear meltdown remains elevated.
“Currently, radiation levels are within norm,” Zelenskyy said in a post on X which included a video. “As long as the Russian terrorists maintain control over the nuclear plant, the situation is not and cannot be normal.”
“Since the first day of its seizure, Russia has been using the Zaporizhzhia NPP only to blackmail Ukraine, all of Europe, and the world,” he added.
There is widespread concern about the safety of the plant, which is located on the southern bank of the Dnipro River around 50 kilometres southwest of Zaporizhzhia. (read more)
From where I sit, the nuclear angle is created to try and scare people into a justification to push the west further into the regional conflict. After all, a nuclear cloud would travel far beyond Ukraine’s borders – at least that appears to be the purpose of the messaging.
The Dept of State and CIA operators of this Ukraine construct are so deeply enmeshed into this storyline it is really weird. The only Western narrative that came close to this level of media propaganda was the COVID-19 vaccination demand.
Yes, what I am saying is the stories around Ukraine are as detached from the reality of the visible threat, as the vaccine narrative was from the reality of the COVID-19 threat.
Something else entirely is at play that has nothing, absolutely nothing, to do with regional military conflict.
Whether it is prior positioned investments by Blackrock and the multinationals, or whether it is raw material and energy-centric financial gains that must be protected, something else is driving the U.S. State Dept and CIA that has nothing to do with Russia expanding a defensive border against NATO intrusion.
What I can also assure you is that Russians certainly see this context that just doesn’t make sense. Why is the U.S. Government so entirely willing to bankrupt itself, essentially destroy itself, in an effort to protect a few thousand square meters in Eastern Ukraine.
