President Trump Discusses His Phone Call with Russian President Putin

Posted originally on CTH on March 19, 2025 | Sundance

Apparently, an interview with President Trump was scheduled to take place earlier today and fell immediately following President Trump talking to Russian President Vladimir Putin about a ceasefire of hostilities in Ukraine.

Unfortunately, the interview was scheduled with the insufferable Laura Ingraham, aka Mrs. Hannity, who injects her views and opinions during every interview.

President Trump gave a high-level overview of his “very good phone call” with Putin that has led to an agreement to begin a ceasefire process.  As noted by President Trump there is an opportunity to unlock a strategic relationship with Russia for a more peaceful world and an unlocking of a greater economic collaboration.

The conversation then shifts to a discussion of the latest breaking news surrounding activist DC Judge James Boasberg and Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts.  WATCH:

Here is the Russian perspective of the Trump-Putin phone call as provided by the Kremlin:

“Leaders continued a detailed and frank exchange of views on the situation around Ukraine. Vladimir Putin expressed gratitude to Donald Trump for his desire to contribute to the noble goal of ending hostilities and loss of life.

Confirming principled commitment to a peaceful resolution of the conflict, the President of Russia declared his readiness to work together with his American partners to carefully study possible ways to resolve the conflict, which should be comprehensive, sustainable and long-term.

And, of course, take into account the unconditional need to address the root causes of the crisis and Russia’s legitimate security interests.

In the context of the initiative of the President of the United States to introduce a 30-day truce, the Russian side outlined a number of significant points regarding ensuring effective control over a possible ceasefire along the entire line of contact, the need to stop forced mobilization in Ukraine and rearmament of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Serious risks associated with the inability of the Kiev regime, which has repeatedly sabotaged and violated the agreements reached, were also noted. Attention was drawn to the barbaric terrorist crimes committed by Ukrainian militants against the civilian population of the Kursk Region.

It was emphasized that the key condition for preventing the escalation of the conflict and working towards its resolution through political and diplomatic means should be the complete cessation of foreign military assistance and the provision of intelligence information to Kiev.

In connection with Donald Trump’s recent appeal to save the lives of Ukrainian servicemen surrounded in the Kursk region, Vladimir Putin confirmed that the Russian side is ready to be guided by humanitarian considerations and, in the event of surrender, guarantees the lives and dignity of the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in accordance with Russian laws and international law.

During the conversation, Donald Trump put forward a proposal on the mutual refusal of the parties to the conflict to strike energy infrastructure facilities for 30 days. Vladimir Putin responded positively to this initiative and immediately gave the Russian military a corresponding command.

Likewise The President of Russia reacted constructively to the idea expressed by Donald Trump implementation of the well-known initiative concerning the safety of navigation in the Black Sea. It was agreed to start negotiations for additional working out the specific details of such an agreement.

Vladimir Putin informed that on March 19, between the Russian and Ukrainian sides An exchange of prisoners will be carried out – 175 for 175 people. In addition, as a goodwill will be handed over to 23 seriously wounded Ukrainian servicemen, who are being treated in Russian medical institutions.

The leaders confirmed the intention to continue efforts to achieve a bilateral settlement in Ukraine, including taking into account the above-mentioned proposals of the President United States. For this purpose, Russian and American expert groups are being created.

Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump also touched upon other issues on the international agenda, including the situation in the Middle East and the Red Sea region. Will joint efforts have been made to stabilize the situation in crisis points, to establish cooperation on nuclear non-proliferation and global security. This, in turn, will contribute to the improvement of the general atmosphere of Russian-American relations. One of the positive examples is the solidarity vote in the UN on the resolution on the Ukrainian conflict.

Expressed mutual interest in normalising bilateral relations in the light of the special responsibility of Russia and the United States for ensuring security and stability in the world. In this context, a wide range of areas in which our countries could establish cooperation was considered. A number of ideas were discussed that are moving towards the development of mutually beneficial cooperation in the economy and energy in the future.

Donald Trump supported Vladimir Putin’s idea to organize hockey matches in the United States and Russia between Russian and American players playing in the NHL and KHL.

Presidents We agreed to stay in touch on all the issues raised.” – SOURCE

Trump’s Approval Hits New High – Democrat’s Approval Dips to New Low

Trump Can you Hear Me Now

Americans believe their country is on the right track, according to a recent NBC poll. President Donald Trump received a higher favorability rating than any other time during his two terms at 47%. Americans have not had this much confidence in the direction of their nation since 2004. The media claims the people hate the current administration and disagree with their efforts to undo the past four years of politics. Yet, it is extremely rare to see any president receive over 50% support.

Securing the border seems to be the most popular policy, receiving a 56% approval rating, followed by government cuts that 47% of Americans agreed are necessary. DOGE received 46% favorability, and even Elon Musk saw a 39% approval rating. Around 41% of Americans agree with Trump’s handling of the Ukraine war and NATO, while 40% do not. Overall, 40% of respondents believe the Trump Administration is having a positive impact on the economy compared to the 30% who disagree.

Democrat v Republican

Obviously, this is widely skewed as 90% of Democrats support Donald Trump compared to a mere 4% of people still backing the Democratic Party. NBC noted that this is the largest gap in approval in the past 80 years. We are living in highly divided times.

On the other hand, the Democratic Party’s favorability hit a record low at 29%. Elon Musk has a higher approval rating than the entire Democratic Party. Even Democrats can no longer support their own party. Only 63% of Democrats and left-leaning independents back their own party. No one seems to know what the Democratic Party stands for, as it is now split between the far-left progressive extremists who openly want a socialistic society and the power-hungry neocons who are desperate to virtue signal any cause that would lead the US into a conflict.

Everything comes down to the economy. If the cost of living continues to rise, the people will blame those in charge. The Republicans are united as a party on every issue besides the Ukraine war. The Democratic Party has completely fragmented and cannot last. The growing divide between establishment and neocon Democrats (corporate-backed politicians) and the progressive left (socialist policies, climate agenda, and social justice movements) has led to internal conflict that will eventually lead to the death of the Democratic Party.

CNN’s Katie Hunt Attempts to Debate Constitutional Law with Stephen Miller, Over Criminal Alien Deportation

Posted originally on CTH on March 18, 2025 | Sundance

CNN’s Katie Hunt cannot fathom the plenary power provided by the U.S. constitution that separates the power of the executive branch from judicial review on all determinations of ‘national security’.  Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller attempts to educate the leftist media who stand jaw agape at the power contained within a nationally elected President Trump.

What follows in the debate is typical of what you would hear from a college student who recently exits the indoctrination program of a leftist university.  Hunt tries to argue ‘separation of power’ which is exactly the point Miller is making.  Judge James Boasberg is overstepping his authority within the judicial branch by attempting to instruct the executive branch about ‘national security’ determinations.

The producers are trying to send Hunt instructions electronically, and while Hunt is checking her devices for instructions, she struggles to hear the arguments presented by Miller and organize counterpoints. CNN looks silly.  WATCH:
