So Mr Garner was a hardened criminal that had been arested many time in the past and he should have known better, so one could think that since there was someone there filming the incident that maybe it was staged and it went wrong!

When I first moved to my dominantly black neighborhood in Columbia, MD during 2011, everyone got along extremely well with essentially no racial tensions. But over the past six months, I have observed a strong uptick in harassment by groups of black male teenagers, to the point that I go out of my way to avoid the places where they hang out.
This is the inevitable consequence of the endless race-baiting and blaming white people by the president of the US.

Without having all the facts it doesn’t look like a choke hold to me! This maybe like calling a civilian semiautomatic rifle an assault rifle. because it looks like M4 carbine (which is a short barred version of the military M-16). The big difference is the the M-16 or M4 can fire auto meaning when the trigger is pulled and held the rifle will fire until the magazine is empty. All civilian version require a trigger pull for each round fired just like the old western 6 shooters. Define the word and you define the message!
