Trucker Convoy Lawyer Debanked

Banks have the ability to debank customers at a moment’s notice. Canada successfully weaponized its banks against the people during the Trucker Convoy, a peaceful protest demanding the right to bodily autonomy during the COVID-19 vaccine mandates. Lawyer Eva Chipiuk, who represented the Trucker (Freedom) Convoy, received notice from the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) that her bank account is being terminated without proper explanation.

RBC told Chipiuk that “recent activity was outside of RBC’s client risk appetite,” and the bank would “no longer be in a position to continue serving her.” Without further explanation, RBC informed her that she has mere weeks to find an alternative bank.

“The last interaction I had with RBC before they closed my account was when they froze it after I transferred some money to purchase bitcoin,” Chipiuk told the Western Standard. “I called them to confirm the transaction was legitimate.” The bank’s fraud department then interrogated her with what she felt were “demeaning questions” before clearing the account and warning her to “be careful with crypto.”

Eva Chipiuk did not commit a crime. She was not accused of a crime or any type of offense. Yet, RBC claimed it was “required by law to comply with applicable legislation.” The law in question has not been clarified. IS RBC threatened by Chipiuk’s connections to the Trucker Convoy or is the bank suspicious of her withdrawal to purchase bitcoin? Neither situation is a criminal offense, and yet, the bank has total authority to debank her without reason.

We’ve seen this happen throughout the world—governments everywhere have successfully weaponized the banks against the people. Banks are not held responsible for their actions, and their customers are not granted due process. This is the main issue with switching to digitalized currency as the banks are already under intense government surveillance. Once you’re on a list, you’re always on the list. It is quite likely that the Canadian government had been monitoring Eva Chipiuk for years in an attempt to pin her with charges, and since no offense was committed, the government is legally permitting RBC to debank a person it deems anti-government.

Data Analytical Services (DAS) – Hemisphere Project Expanded – Government Surveillance

Government Spying on Everything

Snowden and others warned us. The US government has been spying on citizens at the federal, state, and local levels. Telecommunications company AT&T partnered with Data Analytical Services (DAS) to provide them with our digital footprints. The government is targeting everyone under the assumption that every American is a criminal.

They speak of the Stasi as if that was a time long ago and forgotten. Trillions of phone records are in the hands of government permanently. AT&T received indirect financing grants for its participation in the mass surveillance program. The government could target a criminal, or their neighbors, relatives, someone merely in their phone contacts list, or even the victim of a crime. The local cop could ping in to see his girlfriend’s phone location, for example. Warrants are no longer required.

Surveilence

US Senator Ron Wyden wrote a letter of “serious concerns about the legality” of DAS to US Attorney General Merrick Garland, obtained by Wired. Wyden said the program “would justifiably outrage many Americans and other members of Congress.” The DAS has expanded after project Hemisphere, the previous government surveillance program that has been largely scrubbed from record. Obama began Hemisphere in 2013 and also partnered with AT&T for data-mining services. Trump reinstated and later halted the program, while Biden refunded and recharged the initiative. Hemisphere was simply renamed to DAS since the cover was blown.

Big Brother

DAS operates under a program called HIDTA, which is dedicated to drug trafficking and the ongoing lost war on drugs. But they are not limited to tapping the phones of alleged drug dealers or buyers. DAS bypasses numerous laws by claiming they are not wiretapping citizens, which would require a warrant. They claim they are merely storing data instead of conversations. They are able to track locations using this data as well. “The scale of the data available to and routinely searched for the benefit of law enforcement under the Hemisphere Project is stunning in its scope,” Wyden’s letter to Garland says.

The government also has access to our email history. They can search as far back as 1987 if that data is available. The program knows if someone switches numbers and everyone has the potential to be targeted. Technically, these law enforcement agencies need a subpoena, which is easy to obtain and often bypassed. Of most concern is that data exists, and the government has a verifiable way to track citizens’ whereabouts at all times without reason of suspicion.

Biometrics to Track Malaria?

Armstrong Economics Blog/Great Reset re-Posted Sep 15, 2023 by Martin Armstrong

“For the first time in history, a biometric solution will be applied to track and trace the delivery of malaria vaccines, helping to save lives,” the World Economic Forum stated. The globalists want our individual biometric data in order to program each individual into a centralized database. Again, they begin all testing on the most vulnerable and desperate countries that do not have the resources to object to aid. The WEF is now stating that it must begin collecting individual biometric data to defeat malaria.

The WEF mentions that one in four children are unregistered at birth, a big problem for governments who need to track and tax everyone. Yet the WEF is framing this as a health risk, stating that health workers need access to medical records. They claim that a mere birth certificate is not enough since it is a manual process that is prone to errors. “Moreover, there is a need to bring these biometric solutions to remote areas in global health contexts, often lacking connectivity and electricity. But this is starting to change,” the website states.

Simprints, a UK social enterprise; NEC, a Japanese technology company; and Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, have all come together to develop the WEF’s “first scalable child biometric system.” The WEF has locked in on Ghana as its first target. The malaria vaccine requires four doses, and those wishing to have their children vaccinated must submit that child’s biometric data.

“Like all sensitive data, using biometrics requires robust technical and legal protections. Privacy-by-design must be baked in from the ground up through data siloing, encryption and strict consent protocols,” the website states. Who will have access to this data? How can we ensure it will be encrypted? We know their plans for the Great Reset – they will be using any data available for the coming global database. This is the first step toward eliminating birth certificates and forcing all new lives to submit their individual biometrics to the system.
