Chief Justice for 11th Circuit Court of Appeals Tells Clerk to Trash All Further Complaints Against Judge Cannon and Make it Public

When the extreme leftists cannot get their way by manipulating the legal system through Lawfare, they come unglued.

The tribal leadership of Norm Eisen, Mary McCord, Andrew Weissmann and the larger Lawfare community have been waging an open media campaign against Florida Judge Aileen Cannon because in the Jack Smith documents case Judge Cannon is not giving them what they want.

It’s somewhat personal to the Lawfare crew because from the outset it has appeared that Eisen, McCord and Weissmann write the briefs and motions that Jack Smith files with the court.  If the Lawfare effort is being rejected, dismissed or diluted by Judge Cannon, the Lawfare tribe takes it personal and make appearances on leftist media networks, broadcasts and social media telling their followers to file judicial complaints against her.

In response to what the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals calls an “orchestrated campaign,” Chief Judge William Pryor of the 11th CCA has published a blistering order [SEE HERE], informing the clerk of the court not to accept any more complaints and to trash them.

Making matters worse for the Lawfare pearl clutchers, Chief Justice Pryor tells the court’s clerk not to even respond to the complaints, just publish this order.  In the larger message the 11th CCA is essentially telling the Lawfare activists to knock it off, and this approach can have profoundly negative implications for Jack Smith’s ability to use the appeals court as a tool to target Judge Cannon.

“The Chief Judge for the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals is putting an official end to the THOUSANDS OF COORDINATED COMPLAINTS against Judge Aileen Cannon. Democrats are totally hysterical when they can’t control a courtroom (or a SC Justice like Alito).”  ~ Mark Mendlovitz

The elevator version:

The Intelligence Community created the disease, then used the politicians to sell the cure.

In the era shortly after 9/11, the DC national security apparatus was constructed to preserve continuity of government and simultaneously view all Americans as potential threats. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) were created specifically for this purpose.

Tucker Carlson and Donald Trump Jr Discuss New York Guilty Verdict and Potential Assassination Efforts by FBI

Posted originally on the CTH on June 1, 2024 | Sundance

When people talk about normalizing things that were previously extreme and radical, they sometimes use the metaphor of the Overton Window.  Within this conversation between Tucker Carlson and Donald Trump Jr, the Overton Window doesn’t shift, it jumps.  The potential killing of President Trump is mentioned casually against the backdrop of a weaponized justice system.

More frequently than any other political pundit or political voice, Tucker Carlson mentions the likely killing of President Donald John Trump. I’m not sure why he does it, but I have heard the assassination theme from him in more than a dozen public statements.

Don Trump Jr notes the most recent occurrence of Tucker talking about “them” killing Trump after the NYC guilty verdict.  Don Jr agrees with the possibility, then talks about his new perspective on the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The very disconcerting issue that circles the killing of Donald Trump is raised by Tucker Carlson at four separate points within this interview. WATCH:

President Trump delivered brief remarks to the assembled press pool in New York City after the jury delivered a guilty verdict.  WATCH:

.

President Trump said he will not quit the fight for our nation.  This one man is the tip of our national spear.

Regardless of how much they attack him, President Trump stands resolute, steadfast and unwavering in opposition to the destruction of our nation. As much as it pains us to see these vicious lawfare attacks, we can be certain that every leftist effort will result in a backfire against them.

Pray for President Trump. Pray for strength within our nation and prepare yourself mentally for the task at hand.

Trump Found Guilty in NYC – As Expected

Merchan Judge Juan

Former President Donald Trump was found guilty of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records, as a jury of 12 unanimously returned their verdict on May 30 after two days of deliberation. With this result, President Trump becomes the first ever American president to be convicted of a crime. Of course, he will appeal a conviction expeditiously.

This District Attorney will earn his fame in the history books about the decline and fall of the United States. This has crossed the line and now it will be open season against politicians and anyone who dares to run for office. The allegation was over $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels as if that entire issue made him president. That story was in the press prior to the election. Bragg claimed:

The defendant DONALD J. TRUMP repeatedly and fraudulently falsified New York business records to conceal criminal conduct that hid damaging information from the voting public during the 2016 presidential election.

Donald-J.-Trump-Indictment

When Manhattan District Attorney District Attorney indicted Trump on 34 counts last April for allegedly falsifying business documents in connection to $130,000 paid to keep porn star Stormy Daniels quiet about her claims of an affair, he elevated what is typically a misdemeanor charge to a felony by arguing it was done to conceal another crime, which they failed to specify.

Bragg had to clarify in court the unstated crime they allege former President Donald Trump intended to conceal, which was not clearly specified in the indictment, according to multiple reports. That was to hide the info from the election.

While I am in Europe right now, this trial has lowered the image of the United States and appears to be fulfilling the model’s forecast that we are staring into the eyes of a collapse in confidence in government. It is spreading as a contagion on a global basis and this insane trial is what 2032 is all about. Government should NEVER be allowed to instigate prosecutions for they will always abuse that power for political purposes.

Dickens Suffer any Wrong
Mill John Stuart Legal Persecution

I suggest reading John Stuart Mill’s classic book – ON LIBERTY. No matter what century, whenever government has the power to prosecute rather than private individuals, rule of law crumbles to dust and this is what results as the first injury civilization suffers that begins the fall and decline.

Maximinus I 235 238AD AE Sesterius R

The Roman Emperor Maximinus I used Conspiracy, a crime still used by the United States yet abandoned in Europe, Russia, and China. Conspiracy is the law of tyrants, for it allows the conviction of someone for a crime they did not commit, nor even attempted to commit but you claim they “intended” purely as a mental state to commit in the future. Maximinus I engaged in legal persecution.

Using conspiracy, the law of tyrants, Maximinus I effectively tore the Roman economy apart at its seams. He charged a noted Senator by the name of Magnus, with conspiracy against the emperor, found him guilty, executed him, and then arrested 4,000 others claiming they conspired with him to intend to depose him. He then used criminal law to claim they had committed a conspiracy, and that, of course, justified confiscating all their property as well.

Smith Garland

On the January 6th trial in Washington, The Biden Administration indicted Former President Donald Trump that he conspired to defraud the country he used to lead and attempted to prevent the peaceful transfer of presidential power to Joe Biden. This is the same theory all tyrants have used throughout history for you need not prove that there was even a crime committed. Just that the intended for conspiracy is just an agreement.

Pray for President Trump

There was a time when mules were of great value in the creation of what sustains all human community life.   Mules that pulled ploughshares were evaluated with a level of discernment that would rival modern NFL drafts.

Entire communities, often spread miles apart, knew the strength of each other person’s mules.  Auctions would bring people from great distances, and there were quiet men of great knowledge who understood the invisible traits that qualified the best mules.

The best, the absolute best, were held with a regard even more valuable than the land they walked.  The remarkable thing about these mules was their diversity in physical appearance.  Ultimately, what made the great mules of such value was the part that could not be seen, the part the quiet men looked for.

Those mules were like the men who recognized them, and the crowd would whisper to each other in muted tones as they watched the subtle yet deliberate movement of the quiet men with great intensity.  Words would be spoken of a silent language that would take place between the quiet men and the mules afore them.  There was something invisible being measured and evaluated.  Eventually, decisions were made.

The hands behind the plows were ultimately the beneficiaries of the advice from the quiet men, and those calloused hands would become quiet men themselves in later years.

When the collar reached the shoulder, the best mules did not need instruction, they knew what came next.  The silent language that transferred from the auction to the destination continued.  Over time, the hands atop the plow and the mule became of one purpose.  This is when the legends of some mules began.

The best mules had something within them that resolved to the task at hand.  The scale and scope of the topsoil was the canvas, but the raw and often harsh task at hand was the real challenge.  For some lesser mules the effort required in new ground was too much, but for the best it was just another day; although perhaps a day of week, or month when the bone structure formed the shape of the collar.

The hands upon the plow tested the ability of the mule.  It had to be done dispassionately if the family was to achieve success, and ultimately if the community were to thrive.

When the blade was moved a degree deeper, the collar pulled just that much tighter – deeper.  The best mules knew what those sensations implied.  There were times for looking forward, but when the resistance was the strongest, these were not those times.  At these times the mules looked down at only the two feet in front of them, and they focused on those two feet, and then the next, and then the next…. until they felt the pressure subside. Then it was time to turn.

There were lands where no mules could succeed – miles of square acres containing buried rock and dirt compacted over centuries, long before humans started apportioning it.  However, there were some mules who had the capability to move that soil, plow through those rocks, and with nothing more than brute force create the opportunity for harvest.  This is what the quiet men were looking for.  These were the silent questions exchanged.

I think about those quiet mules returning to their stables as the sun dropped, and the feeling of the straps being scraped across the back as they are removed.  I think about that silent message as the farmers hand touches the side of the neck with great appreciation. I wonder if the approval connects to the determination that will follow at sunrise. Is this the trait the quiet men were looking for?  Is determination the invisible language within that interview, an auction now long in the past?  I think it was.

The events of the past several weeks have shown us there are harsh landscapes ahead.   We are traveling to places that have never been contemplated.  We are witnessing things accepted that were always out of bounds.  There are no boundaries in this new place.  This land is hard, and it will take quiet men with callouses to guide us through it.

It is time for the old mules to revisit the legend of their kin.

It is time for the counsel of quiet men.

It is a time to remember the purpose of that old collar hanging on the wall.

It is a time for that unspoken language to be understood.

It is time for the old mules to take lead and plow the terrain.

For the nervous readership who are not quite sure what comes next, find an old mule and ask them,…

….”What comes after Amen?”.
