Activist Judge Juan Merchan Threatens to Jail President Trump for Gag Order Violations as Part of Political Lawfare Strategy

So far, these ridiculous Lawfare attacks against President Donald Trump have backfired and generated more support.  The reasoning for this reaction from the polled public is simple; the more the weaponized state and judicial system attacks President Trump, the clearer the dynamic of the 2024 election becomes.

The radicals amid the Lawfare operation consistently disregard the intelligence of the average American; however, it should be noted talking down to people is a common trait amid most leftists who consider themselves more intelligent than the people they talk about.  As the operatives use transparently ridiculous Lawfare to attack President Trump, the dynamic of the race changes.

2024 is no longer about Republicans vs Democrats.  The 2024 race is now framed as ‘truthful voting Americans fighting against a corrupt and weaponized government supported by a corrupt political UniParty system – Republicans and Democrats alike.

As Mary McCord, Andrew Weissmann and Norm Eisen design the Lawfare narrative executed by District Attorney Alvin Bragg and NYC activist Judge Juan Merchan, the Lawfare crew underestimate the intelligence of the American electorate. Today, Merchan threatens to jail President Trump [SEE JUDGEMENT HERE] for violating the gag order they need in order to continue their Lawfare attacks.

Today Judge Merchan held President Trump in contempt for one of four statements prosecutors claimed were gag order violations. The ‘infraction’ was a comment Trump made about the jury, April 22 on a radio show called “Just the News, No Noise.”  President Trump responded to a question saying, “That jury was picked so fast — 95 percent Democrats.”  This retort, the judge claims, is a violation:

“Defendant violated the Order by making public statements about the jury and how it was selected. In doing so, Defendant not only called into question the integrity, and therefore the legitimacy of these proceedings, but again raised the specter of fear for the safety of the jurors and of their loved ones.”  [Page 4, pdf]

According to Politico the judge also said: “It’s important to understand that the last thing I want to do is to put you in jail. You are a former president of the United States and possibly a future president, as well. … There are many reasons why incarceration is truly a last step for me,” the judge said.

“I also worry about the people who would have to execute that sanction,” Merchan added, referring to jail personnel, the Secret Service and others. “At the end of the day I have a job to do — part of that job is to protect the dignity of the judicial system.” (LINK)

President Trump Delivers a Painfully Honest Statement About Israeli Hostages and Hamas

It is always difficult to tell the hard thing to those who need to pretend not to know the truth. However, one of the great benefits of President Trump’s leadership both domestically and on the global stage is his willingness to say the honest thing consistently.

The way this statement is truthfully worded is a pattern of linguistic assembly exclusive to President Donald Trump.

Powerful, remarkable and brutally honest.

CNN Poll Shows President Trump with Strong 6 Point Lead Over Biden that Gets Larger when 3rd Party Candidates Added

Posted originally on the CTH onApril 28, 2024 | Sundance

A newly released CNN poll [DATA HERE] shows President Trump with a 6-point advantage over Joe Biden and when third party candidates are included the lead widens to 9 points.

(Via CNN) – Donald Trump continues to hold an advantage over President Joe Biden as the campaign – and the former president’s criminal trial – move forward, according to a new CNN poll conducted by SSRS. And in the coming rematch, opinions about the first term of each man vying for a second four years in the White House now appear to work in Trump’s favor, with most Americans saying that, looking back, Trump’s term as president was a success, while a broad majority says Biden’s has so far been a failure.

Trump’s support in the poll among registered voters holds steady at 49% in a head-to-head matchup against Biden, the same as in CNN’s last national poll on the race in January, while Biden’s stands at 43%, not significantly different from January’s 45%.

Looking back, 55% of all Americans now say they see Trump’s presidency as a success, while 44% see it as a failure. In a January 2021 poll taken just before Trump left office and days after the January 6 attack on the US Capitol, 55% considered his time as president a failure.

Assessing Biden’s time in office so far, 61% say his presidency thus far has been a failure, while 39% say it’s been a success. That’s narrowly worse than the 57% who called the first year of his administration a failure in January 2022, with 41% calling it a success. (read more)

Two Presidents Walk into a Convenience Store

Posted originlly on Apr 20, 2024 By Martin Armstrong

The people of New York were shocked when former President Donald Trump made an appearance at a bodega in Harlem amid his own court battle. Crowds of New Yorkers swarmed the store to get a glimpse of the former president, and he was met with loud applause and cheers from the crowd. Trump strategically picked this bodega, as a worker there was attacked by an assailant who was not charged thanks to pro-crime anti-American AG Alvin Bragg.

This area of Harlem is not a safe neighborhood by any means. Donald Trump walked into what one would consider “the hood” on short notice in a city that has hated him since he turned conservative. The city no longer hates Trump. The people now see Trump on a personable level as he, like so many others, has become a victim of the corrupt justice system.

“If you don’t vote for me, you ain’t black,” Joe Biden famously said before the last election. Biden’s team wanted to replicate Trump’s bodega visit and ushered him into a Sheetz store in Pittsburg. There were no crowds. He was not personable and simply shuffled to the counter. People were not lining up to be photographed with the president and his 8% approval rating was overtly apparent. Biden’s team then tried to replicate the same scene in a Wawa store in Philadelphia. The Secret Service first entered the Wawa to tell the cashier that Biden would be ordering and leaving a tip, hoping to have the entire staged performance on display. Again, the people were unphased by Joe Biden’s presence. All failed publicity stunts.

Biden is losing favor with demographics that mainly vote blue. He is not warmly welcomed in blue cities, even when the events are carefully staged and orchestrated. Trump, on the other hand, is warmly embraced by the people. The media portrays him as being a hated politician but that is simply FAKE NEWS. The only people who hate Trump are the “anyone but Trump” voters who do not necessarily favor Biden but dislike Trump and cannot be persuaded otherwise.

Alvin Bragg has done a great thing for Trump’s campaign. The media hones in on Trump’s every word when he leaves the courtroom. He receives coverage daily by every press agency as they report on his every move. He is not going to be campaigning conventionally this year. There is a change that Donald Trump may be forced to campaign from New York since the corrupt legal system is forcing him to appear in court repeatedly during campaign season. The press will still show up and the people will tune in. Trump was once a beloved figure in New York before he switched to the Republican side, and with the rampant crime, migrant crisis, and inflation, we may see the Big Apple turn purple if not red.

Taking Care of Business – President Trump Meets with Poland President Andrzej Duda in Trump Tower for Dinner

Posted originally on the CTH on April 18, 2024 | Sundance

President Trump has incredible energy, stamina and focus.  While simultaneously defending himself against the insufferable lawfare attacks from NYC District Attorney Alvin Bragg, President Trump takes the time to meet with Polish President Duda for a two-and-a-half our dinner in Trump Tower.

NEW YORK – […] The dinner with Duda is the latest in a string of discussions Trump has had in recent months with world leaders. Ahead of the November elections, he has spoken with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, dined with British foreign secretary David Cameron, and met with Argentine President Javier Milei and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, according to two people familiar with the talks. Cameron has said that he discussed the question of funding for Ukraine with the former president, according to the Washington Post.

Trump and Duda have long had a warm relationship. Duda has once proposed naming a military base in Poland “Fort Trump” and he visited the White House in 2020, when Trump was in the middle of his reelection campaign.

But Duda, whose term ends in 2025, has pushed the Biden administration to provide more aid to Ukraine, which borders Poland. That position potentially puts him in conflict with Trump, who has praised Russian President Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine as “genius” and “savvy.”

Last month, Duda and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk met with Biden to discuss sending weapons to Kyiv. While the conservative Duda and center-right Tusk are in the middle of a political feud back home, the Polish leaders came to Washington to press the White House and Congress to support Ukraine amid the ongoing war with Russia. Sunday Talks – House Speaker Mike Johnson Discusses Israel/Ukraine Funding and Synergy With President Trump

Posted originally on the CTH on April 14, 2024 | Sundance

House Speaker Mike Johnson appears with Maria Bartiromo to discuss recent events with Iran increasing their open military engagement against Israel.   Additionally, Johnson discusses his recent conversation with President Trump and some of the details of the approach toward Israel, Ukraine and other geopolitical events.

Speaker Johnson is correct in that if the House GOP fractures and gives control of the House of Representatives to the democrats, the primary purpose of the dems will be to eliminate Trump.  Keep in mind the Supreme Court reinstated President Trump on the ballots of several states by ruling that only congress could remove a candidate from a federal ballot.  If democrats take control of the House, they will create legislation to do exactly that.

The topic of the FISA-702 renewal happens at the 08:00 point.  On this issue, the example cited of the warrant needed is the same as would be needed if two Americans are discussing the same.  Johnson is buying the strawman arguments from the IC, which is exactly what I previously explained.    WATCH:

President Trump Bedminster Golf Course Was Epicenter of Earthquake that Hit Northeast Region

Posted originally on the CTH on April 5, 2024 | Sundance |

I suppose there is a bucket of metaphors in here somewhere.

As tens of pencil cups and plates seemingly fell over from the magnitude 4.8 earthquake in New York earlier of Thursday, it was later revealed that President Trump’s Bedminster Golf Course was the epicenter of the quake.

(New York Post) – […] Trump National Golf Course in Bedminster, New Jersey was at the epicenter of the 4.8-magnitude that rattled the New York City area on Friday.

In a rather seismic turn of events, the New York tri-state area on Friday felt the tremors of its most significant earthquake since 1884, shaking the region with a magnitude of 4.8 and surprising many locals in the process.

But what’s even more surprising? The epicenter’s proximity to Donald Trump’s National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey.  The ground-shaking event struck at 10:23 a.m., originating just a stone’s throw away from the luxury golf retreat. (read more)

Jack Smith, Andrew Weissmann and Norm Eisen Are Big Mad at Judge Aileen Cannon Overseeing the Trump Documents Case

Posted originally on the CTH on April 3, 2024 | Sundance

Before getting into the weeds, here’s the big picture baseline.  All

documents and records created within the executive branch are created
for the benefit of the head of the Executive Branch, the president.

There is no entity, organization, assembly, institution, person or
individual, above the President of the United States. The president
holds absolute power and absolute immunity. Everyone within the
executive branch works at the pleasure of the president, and all work
products are created for his administration. This is the plenary power
of the president.

The
entire documents case in Florida rests on the principle that another
entity supersedes the president within the executive branch.  Some
unknown, unnamed bureaucracy can override the president and decide for
themselves what would be called a “presidential record” and what would
be called “classified information.”

Jack Smith, Norm Eisen (pictured left, red tie) and Andrew Weissmann
each argue that some other entity rests atop the president and can make
this decision.

Judge Aileen Cannon has not determined which constitutional argument
is correct, and has told the parties to create jury instructions both
ways. The Lawfare crew of Smith, Eisen and Weissmann are going bananas.

[…] Cannon’s
first scenario would allow the jury to make a factual determination
about whether a former president deemed a record to be personal or
official under the PRA. That is nonsensical – presidents are not allowed
to designate official records as personal ones, so there is no factual
issue for a jury to resolve.

A different set of laws govern the
classification process and the rules for handling highly sensitive
classified documents — not the PRA. They include Executive Order 13526. One of the authors of this column (Eisen) helped write that executive order. The 11th Circuit has already established that those rules fully apply to former presidents.

Cannon seems to think that the PRA
somehow supersedes the executive order and the rest of federal law
pertaining to the handling of classified materials. It does not. On the
contrary, the PRA defines “personal records” as “all documentary
materials … of a purely private or nonpublic character which do not
relate to or have an effect upon the carrying out of the constitutional,
statutory, or other official or ceremonial duties of the President.”
That cannot possibly include highly classified battle plans, nuclear
secrets and the other official documents at issue in this criminal
prosecution.

That rules out Cannon’s first
hypothetical. But as Smith points out in his filing, the second
alternative is just as bad. She made up a legal standard, asking both
sides to assume that Trump could have deemed a record personal by simply
not including it with the records transmitted to the National Archives
and Records Administration at the end of his term. If this were true,
the mere fact that Trump took the documents with him from the White
House would inherently turn them into personal records.

Of course, Trump leaped at this
interpretation, fashioning proposed jury instructions that would
inevitably result in his acquittal. But, as Smith noted, this approach
has no basis in the law — or the facts. Even Trump himself does not seem
to have considered classified documents personal after he left the
White House, as evidenced in an audio recording CNN obtained last year
in which Trump, during a conversation at his Bedminster, New Jersey,
estate in 2021, discussed documents remaining classified even though he
took them with him upon leaving office. Smith hits this point hard,
arguing that Trump’s position that records are personal was “invented”
when the controversy over the documents began to emerge in February
2022, over a year after Trump left the White House. (read more)
