Correct me if I’m wrong but lately Obama has been on TV and other media giving advise on how to avoid Ebola and how and where you can or can not get it, he also claims it really can’t get into the Unite States since he has given directives to stop it.  Therefore, since he has an important position (others will believe him) and he appears to be giving medical advise to Americans and others isn’t he practicing medicine without a license?  Also he doesn’t like to give credit to others and so most everything that come from his mouth is coming in a form of I did, or I know so to the uneducated it would be easy for them to assume that he is also a doctor after all we now live under Obama care!
