Supreme Court to Decide if Trump Can Be Removed from Ballots

The Supreme Court has agreed to decide whether former President Donald Trump can be prevented from standing for president because of his efforts to overturn his 2020 election loss. This is fantastic news, for we need the Supreme Court to decide this question simply for the sanity of the nation. The Court acknowledged they need to reach a decision quickly, given the fact that primary ballots across the country will begin soon. The court agreed to take the case from Colorado stemming from Trump’s role in the events that culminated in the Jan. 6, 2021, protest at the U.S. Capitol.

I seriously doubt that many will accept the Supreme Court decision. As I have said, “insurrection” would have required Trump to violently attack the capital. Even proposing a violent attack on the sidelines is sedition, but that is not covered in the 14th Amendment. It is a fairly basic law that you cannot violate the Constitution by pretending to uphold one provision. Trump was not trying to overthrow the Constitution, he was asserting that he really won. That is not the same as “insurrection” in the context of the Civil War, which was to overthrow the Constitution.

I personally would be shocked if the Supreme Court agreed and kicked Trump off the ballot. It would be a very dark day for such a precedent to allow anyone to make such an allegation, never charge the person, and never put them on trial to prove their theory. That would be the end of the United States and the Constitution, regardless of who is running. We just cannot go there.

Of course, if the Supreme Court overrules Colorado, the LEFT will claim it did so because most are Republicans. I am not sure if the Supreme Court’s decision would be accepted any more than the final vote in November.

It’s getting worse. Pennsylvania Congressman Scott Perry is also the target to remove him from the ballot because of claims he violated the U.S. Constitution’s 14th Amendment Insurrection Clause by simply supporting Trump’s “false” 2020 election fraud claims. So, anyone who supported Trump in Washington they want removed from office. This is not what democracy is about – it’s totalitarianism. You are talking revolution at that point if there is absolutely no rule of law left.

Regarding your recent blog posts on the election being rigged, I think three anomalies prove that it was:

First – Trump is the first incumbent President in history to allegedly lose while increasing his vote total from the previous election. All previous incumbent Presidents who did so won reelection. And Trump’s percentage increase was more than most other Presidents and he improved his vote totals with virtually all groups.

Second – Biden severely underperformed both Hillary and Obama in all the “safe” blue states that usually vote Democrat, yet somehow miraculously overperformed both of them in precisely all the battleground states he needed to win. A statistical anomaly that has never happened in the history of our elections.

And last but not least – while most Presidents usually gain House seats after their initial win, Biden somehow lost seats while allegedly gaining the most votes in history. And not only did he lose seats, at thirteen seats, he lost more than any incoming President since at least 1928. That’s back to the earliest date I could find data on.

2020 Arrays

REPLY: Your statistical analysis is spot on. Here are the arrays showing that we should have had a sharp rise in voter turnout, which was also a Directional Change. Then looking at the 3rd Party we had a Directional Change, and look at 2023 – we had a Panic Cycle, which appears to be on target. 2024 was projected to be a turning point, and then another Panic Cycle for the mid-term in 2026. The major turning point will be 2028, reflecting that there is no way Democrats or Republicans will win in 2028.

This chart combines the total number of seats between the House and the Senate and plots the combined number. There is nothing in the data that would confirm that the 2020 election would be fair and correct. This is all coming to a head for 2024. The Democrats ironically claim to be defending Democracy by throwing Republicans off the ballot: totally absurd logic and completely a real insurrection against our free government. The people are supposed to decide – not Democrats trying every trick to win so they can take us into totalitarianism and World War III.

Even technically, we can see that the trend for the Republicans (RIGHT) has been punching through the Downtrend Line. The Democrats (LEFT) are clearly in a bear market. None of the statistics supports an overwhelming victory for Biden in 2020 to the point he got more votes than Hillary or Obama. If that were true, we should expect to have seen a major spike high.

As far as how to “overcome the blatant fraud this election cycle in November,” I will run the models and look at this problem closely. I fear we are in serious trouble, and the Neocons have the Uniparty behind them. Nikki Haley wants World War III. She blames Putin for everything and would have no problem launching World War III. These Neocons have seized control of both parties. They cannot live in peace and always want bloodshed. More civilians ALWAYS die in war than soldiers. This is not a video game or a football match. This will terminate the United States and alter the world economy in the process.

REPLY:   I am terribly sorry, but the forecasts from markets to politics are NEVER my personal opinion. I am just along for the ride. Clients come to us for the plain and simple reason that it is the UNBIASED computer forecasts they seek – not how I felt when I woke up that day. People typically judge others by themselves. For you to accuse me means you must be in the anti-Trump camp. I feel sorry for you because you are too biased to ever look at anything from an open mind perspective.

2020 Combined

Our models made it obvious that it was a 50/50 split on the Popular Vote, which I relayed. Our models on the Electoral College were conclusive – Trump should have won. This is not my personal opinion. I have previously reported that our model showed that Al Gore should have won against Bush, but the Supreme Court handed that to Bush. Even politicians come to our site because they KNOW it is never my personal opinion.

This entire move to authoritarianism is because Trump won in 2016, and that scared the HELL out of politicians around the world. Suddenly, Democracy became evil Populism, and they realized that they could be voted out of office. Putin is popular because he was NOT a Communist nor an Oligarch. His polls are 83% approval right now. If the shoe were on the other foot, we would probably support our government as well when attacked by a foreign power.

Right now, the Democrats refuse to put RFK on their ticket, fearing he would win. Trump is polling now 50 points ahead of anyone else. The people rising to Trump are not because he is such a fantastic person; it is a vote against all the corrupt people in government.

You better open your eyes. This is a vote for World War III or against it. I wish there would be a real election. There is NO WAY the 2024 election will be fair. The Maine Secretary of State, Ms. Bellows, a Democrat who removed Trump from the ballot, should be criminally charged and removed from office. She dared to say in a Jan. 1 interview with NPR:

“Politics and my personal views played no role … I swore an oath to uphold the Constitution, and that is what I did.”

Here she is in a conference call with other Democratic state politicians, talking about voter suppression, which is precisely what she engaged in. If Maine does not at least impeach her, that state will be on the list of other morally corrupt places to avoid at all costs. In her own words, when everyone participates, we “win” in protecting our democracy – which is not what we have; it’s a Republic. The people of Maine did not remove Trump from the ballot – she did behind closed doors.

She denied Trump Due Process of law, no charge, no trial; she was the prosecutor, the jury, and the judge with no public hearing, all behind secret closed doors. You cannot define the Constitution while violating it. She acted ruthlessly, as did Communist and Dictators historically. She has deliberately interfered with the election and violated everyone’s civil rights and should be barred from even being a dog catcher. You cannot violate the Constitution while pretending to defend it. Trump has NOT been charged with insurrection or rebellion, nor has anyone on January 6th. This is absolute proof that the 2024 election will be rigged, and this is not the first time. She should be dragged out of office in handcuffs, but of course, the Democratic-controlled DOJ will never charge a fellow Democrat.

One-Third of Americans Believe 2020 Election was Rigged

It was once a MAGA extremist conspiracy theory to question the results of the US 2020 Presidential Election. It began by orchestrating the capitol riots on January 6. The FBI infiltrated the crowd and allowed them to enter the capitol, then turned around and called it an insurrection. Every news outlet covered the topic for months, promoting the idea that only a crazed individual would question the election. They also used it as an opportunity to charge Joe Biden’s main opponent with beginning an insurrection in an attempt to prevent him from running again.

The disastrous four years that followed have opened the eyes of all but those on the far left. No one legitimately believes Joe Biden secured 81 million votes as the most popular president in the history of the United States.

Election 2020

A new poll by the Washington Post/University of Maryland (Post-UMD) found that one-third of Americans believe the 2020 election was RIGGED. Only 62% of Americans believe that people elected Joe Biden. A similar poll from December 2021 found that 69% of Americans believed in the election results, indicating growing disparity among voters who once believed the US had fair elections.

Naturally, Republicans are more likely to question the election results. They are prohibited from speaking out because they saw what happened to the protestors on January 6, as even the people who did not enter the building were arrested.

Of most interest is the growing disparity among Democrats, as 94% believed the election was legitimate when asked during the 2021 poll, but that number has dropped to 91%. Among Independents, the figure fell from 72% to 66% over the same period. Now, these are simply the people who question the election itself – Over half of Democrats want Biden out of office.

NO ONE will accept the outcome of the 2024 US Presidential Election. The efforts to take Trump off the ballot in Maine and Colorado only add fuel to the idea that Biden was INSTALLED and not elected. Biden is not campaigning or attempting to secure his position as POTUS since the establishment already knows the outcome. Hence, we will see a major upturn in civil unrest as the election approaches and a heightened prospect of a waived election.

Russian Textbooks Revised: US Rigged 2020 Presidential Election

Russian schools are teaching the youth that America rigged its own election in 2020. Students in the 11th grade have posted excerpts from their revised textbooks to the internet. Newsweek requested a copy from the publisher, Sonin, who declared that everything published is factual and approved by Sergei Kravstov, Russia’s minister of education.

Rough translation of excerpt above: “Donald Trump. American statesman and political figure, businessman, born in 1946, 45th President of the United States from 2017 to 2021, the first President of the United States who had not previously held any public office. The richest man of all American presidents. In the 2020 presidential elections, he again nominated himself as a candidate, but as a result of obvious fraud on the part of the Democratic Party, he lost the election to J. Biden.”

Additional pieces of the book have been published online. There is a reason that this book is not readily available in America. The textbook is extremely critical of Joe Biden and his entire presidency. Another excerpt includes a picture of Biden wearing a mask. Rough translation: “On (masked) Biden from the same Russian school textbook ‘His entire political career has been accompanied by corruption scandals. He and his family have commercial interests in Ukraine.”

History Will Judge You

The next generation of Russians will be raised to believe that America is the enemy, as their parents before them were also led to believe. American textbooks paint Putin as an enemy and dictator, and American students learn that Russia is the enemy as their parents were led to believe the USSR was the enemy. History is constantly rewritten by the victor. In this case, I believe most reading this blog know the truth. The current onslaught of legal cases against Trump only validates Russia’s claims that the US rigs elections and then blames Russia if the outcome is not what the establishment wanted.

Now voters have only one political line to choose: the war against Russia, even though there are several candidates running.

Virginia Federal Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Intended to Keep Donald Trump from Virginia Ballot

The leftist LAWFARE effort to use the federal and state court system to keep President Donald Trump from the 2024 ballot continues. However, in the most recent example, a Democrat appointed federal judge in Virginia has dispatched the effort.

(New York Post) – A federal judge in Virginia on Friday dismissed a lawsuit aimed at removing former President Donald Trump from the state’s 2024 primary ballot citing the insurrection clause of the Constitution’s 14th Amendment.

The complaint, filed by activists Roy Perry-Bey and Carlos Howard, alleged that Trump “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” against the US and should therefore be disqualified from seeking the office he once occupied.

Judge Leonie Brinkema of the Eastern District of Virginia, an appointee of former President Bill Clinton, found that the plaintiffs lacked standing to sue to get Trump, 77, off the state’s primary ballot.

“At least five additional federal courts have concluded that citizens attempting to disqualify individuals — including former President Trump — from participating in elections or from holding public office based on the January 6, 2021 attack on the United States Capitol lacked standing,” Brinkema wrote in her 13-page ruling.

“Plaintiffs have totally failed to demonstrate how their alleged injuries are traceable to the conduct of defendants,” the judge added. (read more)

No doubt the Lawfare effort will continue, as the predicate reason for the January 6th “insurrection” narrative continues to surface.

Behind the scenes names like Norm Eisen, Barry Berke, Mary McCord, Andrew Weissmann, David Laufman and Benjamin Wittes continue promoting the Lawfare approach.

Just as the DOJ and FBI were seeded with ideological lawyers intending to use the national security state and justice system to target their political opposition, the aligned private sector partners and activist groups continue the same effort from outside government.

Big Tech, social media companies, DHS, the DOJ and FBI are all deploying a comprehensive strategy to attack the foundation of our constitutional republic and replace it with a totalitarian dictatorship run by financial interests and collaborators inside government.   It is going to get a lot uglier before the final conflict is resolved.

Unfortunately, the professional Republican apparatus is a willful participant in the effort.  Just as the Tea Party was targeted by Eric Holder and Barack Obama, using weaponized government (DOJ/IRS) with the support and willful blindness of the Republican political apparatus, so too is the America-First movement under constant attack by the same ideologues.

The rRpublican politicians who remain in the primary race are not stupid, blind or naive.  They are active and financially rewarded participants in the overall effort.
