Not surprisingly, it appears the Chinese trade delegation that previously made commitments in Geneva, Switzerland, were wearing a panda mask at the time of the negotiations with Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer.
According to a Truth Social post shared by President Trump, the panda mask was recently removed and the true Beijing dragon behind it appeared. This is not a shock to anyone who has followed the dynamic of Chinese trade promises and practices for a while.
PRESIDENT TRUMP – “Two weeks ago China was in grave economic danger! The very high Tariffs I set made it virtually impossible for China to TRADE into the United States marketplace which is, by far, number one in the World. We went, in effect, COLD TURKEY with China, and it was devastating for them. Many factories closed and there was, to put it mildly, “civil unrest.” I saw what was happening and didn’t like it, for them, not for us. I made a FAST DEAL with China in order to save them from what I thought was going to be a very bad situation, and I didn’t want to see that happen. Because of this deal, everything quickly stabilized, and China got back to business as usual. Everybody was happy! That is the good news!!! The bad news is that China, perhaps not surprisingly to some, HAS TOTALLY VIOLATED ITS AGREEMENT WITH US. So much for being Mr. NICE GUY!”
China was moving slowly on promises to issue export licenses for rare earths minerals. The Geneva deal called for China to lift trade countermeasures that restrict its exports of the critical metals needed for U.S. semiconductor, electronics and defense production.
“The Chinese are slow-rolling their compliance, which is completely unacceptable, and it has to be addressed,” U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer told CNBC, without specifying how that would happen.

A federal judge in Boston previously blocked the Trump administration’s plan to end a Biden-era program that granted humanitarian parole protection for more than 500,000 migrants from: Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela. Today the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 7-2 that President Trump can eliminate the program and potentially deport the migrants. [RULING HERE w/ KBJ Dissent]
This is a good opportunity to remind everyone that installing Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson was an Obama operation using Joe Biden. I wrote about the plan a full year before KBJ was nominated to the Supreme Court [GO DEEP] Everything was by design.
Ketanji Brown-Jackson was always going to be installed in the supreme court as part of the overall Obama team’s use of Joe Biden. Merrick Garland was removed from his position specifically to create the path for KBJ to travel. Everything about this was planned well in advance of Biden’s installation. KBJ is to the judicial branch what BHO was/is to the executive branch.
Merrick Garland was pulled from the DC judicial circuit to replace him with KBJ. Garland was never going to be the U.S. Attorney General in anything more than a title. Deputy AG Lisa Monaco was the person in control of Main Justice during Joe Biden’s tenure.
The political pendulum has never, in the history of humanity, stayed on one side of a swing. The back lash from overreach has always been proportionate to how far off center it went before coming back … and right now we’re staring at a whole hell of a lot of the country (about 80-90% of the land mass, as well as about 70% of the population) that is fed up. As people realize the operation around Joe Biden, more alarms will begin to resound.
The Supreme Court is compromised, not only by the operation that installed Justice Brown-Jackson, but also by the activity President Trump noted in his full wolverine message last night about the Federalist Society. Additionally, Chief Justice John Roberts is navigating a minefield of surfacing consequences from his previously political operation surrounding former SCOTUS Staffer Sheldon Snook and the leak of the Dobbs decision.
If we know Mary McCord’s husband Sheldon Snook leaked the Dobbs decision, it is only a matter of time before the reinvigorated FBI investigation into the Supreme Court leak discovers the source. What happens then?
When I travel to Washington DC, discuss ancillary investigative issues and then begin to outline these factual series of events, trust me – none of the people in positions of authority want to talk about it. They are scared; they don’t even want to know. It’s like they encounter a truth-carrying Ebola virus that scares the bejeebus out of them. [Yet in some ways, it’s cool; because truth carried as a weapon protects us from their backlash.]
I always depart the conversations with the same short message, “Think about it. If I know, then it’s only a matter of time.” There is never a reply, just a look that says they’re now thinking about stuff they don’t want to think about.
To say things in the judicial branch are precarious is an understatement.
WASHINGTON DC – […] The immigrants who entered through the programs will now lose their permits to work in the U.S. and are at risk of imminent deportation, although many are expected to apply for asylum or similar protections.
Two Democratic-appointed justices — Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson — dissented.
The majority’s decision to allow the administration to cancel the programs while legal challenges were still pending will “facilitate needless human suffering” and will unleash “devastation” on the affected immigrants, Jackson wrote in an eight-page dissent joined by Sotomayor.
In March, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem revoked the legal status of immigrants in the so-called CHNV parole programs and gave participants 30 days to leave the U.S. However, a federal judge in Boston blocked Noem’s move the following month, concluding that “en masse” termination of the groups’ immigration status was likely illegal and that officials could end individuals’ parole grants early only on a case-by-case basis.
The high court granted the administration’s emergency appeal seeking to lift that block while litigation continues.
While about 500,000 Cuban, Haitian, Nicaraguan and Venezuelan immigrants are directly affected by the ruling, it may have consequences for about 500,000 others allowed into the U.S. under the same parole provision, including Ukrainians, Afghans and children from Central America. (read more)

Musk is departing his role as a special government employee overseeing the U.S. DOGE Service. “This will be his last day, but not really, because he will, always, be with us, helping all the way,” President Trump posted on social media. The event begins at 1:30pm and then later this afternoon President Trump will be heading to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to highlight a deal between U.S. Steel and Nippon Steel.

Think-tank the Lowly Institute found that the poorest 75 nations in the world are highly indebted to China, and the bill is almost past due. “Now, and for the rest of this decade, China will be more debt collector than banker to the developing world,” the report said. Of the $35 billion owed to China, around $22 billion must be repaid from the 75 poorest countries.
President Xi Jinping signed the majority of these loans under the Belt and Road Investment Program (BRI). China became the largest supplier of bilateral loans back in 2016, with a high of $50 billion in loans, surmounting to more than all creditors in the West combined. This was intentional as the BRI sought to gain influence in developing nations. Some estimates believe that China is owed a “hidden debt” of $385 billion through BRI initiatives, but China denies creating debt traps for nations it knew would likely be unable to repay their loans.
Argentina, Brazil, Congo DR, Mongolia, Indonesia, and others all have one major common factor—they are rich in natural resources. They also have limited access to international private capital and were more likely to turn to China for aid. In 2005, China held less than 5% of external debt, but that figure rose to 40% once the BRI was introduced.
The World Bank found that China is the largest supplier of bilateral debt for developing nations, accounting for over 30% of all loans in 2025. Out of 120 developing nations, 54 are indebted to China, with repayments exceeding the combined amount owed to the Paris Club bloc that factors in all major Western bilateral lenders. In 2023, 26% of all bilateral debt in developing nations was owed to China.
China offered these nations a >5-year grace period on repayments that would mature in 15-20 years, and since the bulk of these loans were granted in the mid-2010s, the bill is now due. The International Monetary Fund found that over 50% of the poorest and most vulnerable nations are debt-distressed. Servicing these massive debts has become unsustainable. As noted by the Lowly Institute, 3.3 billion people live in nations that spend more on servicing debt than on education or health care.
China is engaged in “debt-trap diplomacy,” whereby its loans have pushed nations into such severe debt that China now has significant influence over their geopolitical affairs. If nations cannot repay with cash, they can repay with military bases, access to valuable infrastructure such as ports and railways, minerals and mines, trade deals, and more. All of these nations will accept and adopt the One China policy. Pakistan has defaulted on debt numerous times, but China gave them money for strategic purpose. Debt is leverage and power, and China now has immense influence over most of the developing world.

I have been requested to update and revisit my outline from summer 2024 when I discussed the potential for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), a position now occupied by DNI Tulsi Gabbard. As a new White House strategy begins to surface, perhaps revisiting what is possible will provide a perspective not often discussed.
Confronting a weaponized Intelligence Community is of great interest, because it is a component battle against the main tools of the Fourth Branch of Government. The IC influence is in every policy related to Trump’s domestic and foreign agenda. Taking control and neutering the capabilities of the IC and CIA specifically, is an important undertaking.
Again, as I originally noted in 2024, “This is going to be a little odd, because factually almost no one knows what the position of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) is about.” Sometimes you have to wait until people reach a point of frustration, when they turn around and say, “Hey, about that thing”…
The ODNI was created as an outcome of the 9-11 Commission recommendations. In the era shortly after 9/11, the DC national security apparatus was constructed to preserve continuity of government and simultaneously view all Americans as potential threats.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) were created specifically for this purpose.
Washington DC created the modern national security apparatus immediately and hurriedly after 9/11/01. DHS came along in 2002, and within the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 the ODNI was formed.
When Barack Obama and Eric Holder arrived a few years later, those newly formed institutions were viewed as opportunities to create a very specific national security apparatus that would focus almost exclusively against their political opposition.
Here is the weird part. The ODNI was formed in 2004, with the intent for the office to be the pivot point of a national security radar. The DNI was intended to provide information to domestic agencies about foreign terror networks that would prevent something like 9-11 from happening again. However, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence has never, not for one day, operated on this intent. This is why they are such a critical position from my perspective.
The office was new, not established yet as a functioning silo, when Barack Obama and Eric Holder arrived in 2009. They quickly dispatched an idiot, James Clapper, into the operation so they could weaponize around the office’s fulcrum point.
Prior to the DNI office existing, the CIA radar would sweep externally and then report to the Office of the President. The DNI was intended to take external radar sweep (CIA) and make it a full 360° circle, adding a sweep inside the USA that would be handled by the Dept of Homeland Security.
The DHS sweep and the CIA sweep would then be combined into a central collection hub called the ODNI. Everyone with responsibility for “national security” could access the ODNI material. Essentially, and presumably, post 9-11 nothing like jihadists practicing flying airplanes would be missed again – at least that was the intent.
The weird part is, because the DNI was immediately weaponized the office has never functioned to the purpose of its intent.
No one truly knows what the office possibilities consist of, because no one has ever seen anyone try to functionally control the hub. If you think I’m joking about the intent of Obama and John Brennan using the DNI watch this video. This is before Brennan became CIA Director; this is when Brennan was helping Barack Obama put the pillars into place.

For the intents of this outline, the takeaway is how the DNI office has never been used for good. In a strategic way, that can be used to our advantage if you are talking about leveraging information/intelligence silos against each other.
Example: The DNI can assemble material from any silo. Meaning the DNI can reach into any IC agency and extract anything they want. Under the original authorities given to the DNI, this authority exists. So, let’s spread the wings on this office and do exactly what it is permitted to do, only this time extract for the purpose of showing the President what is happening in every silo.
In essence, the DNI *CAN BE* deployed like a super strong cross-silo inspector general’s office. Force the other IC agencies to comply with the demands of the DNI. This has never been done. But the DNI has this unique power.
The DNI can make the FBI, DOJ, DOJ-NSD, NSA, DoD, DoS and CIA provide anything and everything they demand. Instead of the other silos using blocks and threats against the office of the President, use the authority of the DNI to get them without confrontation. Then, use the DNI to declassify the documents (if requested or authorized by POTUS), instead of the originating silo.
Can you see how the DNI office can be repurposed to be a seriously strong weapon in the toolbox of the President, against the schemes of those inside the various IC silos. The DNI could become much more important than the CIA Director, NSA Director, FBI Director, Attorney General, etc, because the DNI can just show up and say, “Give me this.” That’s the whole functional purpose of the DNI office that has never been exerted; let’s flippin’ use it.
Let’s use the office of the DNI as the central information hub that takes information from inside the corrupt agencies, then provides that information to the President who puts sunlight upon it. Each corrupt silo penetrated with disinfectant. This could begin a process to pull down the shadow operations and let the American public see what has been happening inside our IC apparatus.
To accomplish this approach the National Security Advisor to the President would be one person who could tell the DNI exactly what they are looking for. Or the President can give directions specifically.
Secretary of State/National Security Advisor Marco Rubio is now in control of the National Security Council (NSC), and he has begun stripping down the extraneous noise, duplicated personnel and refocused the group on core objectives.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio is in a rather fortuitous position as Nat Sec Advisor, because he was the Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI).
We have outlined the dubious nature of the SSCI for over a decade; however, as a participant in that silo system and as a gang of eight member within the intelligence apparatus, Rubio has a very unique understanding of what the IC does behind the scenes.
If President Trump empowers Rubio to monitor the IC system, in combination with DNI Tulsi Gabbard as a partner in the objective, that is a very powerful White House balance against the IC pressure directly from the office of the President.
Rubio monitoring the intelligence apparatus with specific intent, then providing Trump with details on what appears to be happening and where. With the approval of the President, the NSA (Rubio) then turns to the DNI and says, “POTUS wants to drill down on this.”
Raw, unfiltered, unredacted information. The silo administrators end up in a fight with the ODNI, not the office of President Trump. President Trump then uses the power of his office to support the demands of DNI Tulsi Gabbard and National Security Advisor Rubio.
Under this approach DNI Tulsi Gabbard has a lot more power; yet, funnily, it is power the office already had – yet have never utilized.
If you look at the geopolitical world and events unfolding through the prism of this Trump strategy against the IC meddling, suddenly things start to make sense.
As former chair of the SSCI, Marco Rubio knows exactly how all of these IC elements intersect and operate. As a former intelligence Gang of Eight member, Rubio knows how U.S. intelligence information is shaped and weaponized. If my suspicions are accurate on this dynamic, we are likely to see the worst elements of the intelligence apparatus unload vicious attacks toward Marco Rubio.
