Illegal immigrants in the Big Apple will soon start receiving pre-paid debit cards that they must pledge to use only to buy food, according to New York City records and media reports.
Records indicate that New York City has awarded a $53 million contract to a company called Mobility Capital Finance (MoCaFi), which will create and distribute the pre-paid cards, called immediate response cards.
Under the program, MoCaFi will begin delivering the cards to the Roosevelt Hotel, the first touchpoint for illegal immigrants arriving in the city, and will hand out them out “directly to asylum seekers receiving financial assistance.”

The first to receive the cards will be families with children under the care of NYC’s Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) agency.
“MoCaFi looks forward to partnering with New York City to disburse funds for asylum seekers to purchase fresh, hot food,” MoCaFi CEO and founder Wole Coaxum said in a statement to the New York Post.
“MoCaFi’s goal is to expand access to financial resources for individuals excluded from banking, such as asylum seekers, while helping the local economy.”

The Biden Administration’s top priority is setting the stage for the next global conflict. The federal government has refused to fund US infrastructure, address rising homelessness and crime, or secure the border. They claim that they do not have the funds to [fill in any severe problem the US is facing]. However, the US federal government always finds the funding for foreign wars and will now provide arms to another foreign nation with the promise that they will arm Ukraine.
The Republican Party prevented the last Ukraine cash grab from happening last month. The people and their elected officials do not want to send US tax dollars to Ukraine. Washington has ignored all checks and balances, finding a loophole to ensure that aid continues. According to a new Forbes article, the US will send weapons to Greece with the understanding that Greece will send weapons to Ukraine.
The Excess Defense Articles (EDA) grant the president sole power to use a foreign nation as his personal arms dealer. The president may deem what is our “military surplus,” assign it a value or no value, and gift it to a foreign nation under the condition that they transport the “surplus” to the president’s designated target. While the law places the transfer max at $500 million, the president may simply declare the surplus to be worthless. Hence, this is why Secretary of State Antony Blinken recently described the weapons transfer as “free concessions.”
The following items are allegedly of no value to the US:
– Two C-130H aircraft, Surplus Defense Materiel
– Ten engines for P-3 aircraft, Surplus Defense Materiel
– 60 Bradley armored fighting vehicles, as Surplus Defense Materiel
Greece is “purchasing” the following for $8.6 billion, and Biden approved $60 million in funding for this package in 2022 and 2023.
–40 new F-35 aircraft through Foreign Military Sales
– Three Protector-class ships, as Surplus Defense Materiel
– Various trucks and trailers, as Surplus Defense Materiel
Not to upset neighboring Turkey, the US State Department is permitting Turkey to spend $23 billion on 40 new F-16 fighter jets and 79 upgrade kits for older models. Better yet, the deal was used to bribe Turkey into voting to permit Sweden to join NATO.
Other nations are using similar loopholes to fund Ukraine as the globalists care not about democracy. Some say that these weapons are simply outdated and the US has an abundant surplus. These weapons are not worthless and could be sold.
Worse, it was confirmed that arming Ukraine has depleted the US military’s stockpile. Colin Kahl, the Pentagon’s undersecretary for policy, told reporters in November 2023 that “there’s no question” that US stockpiles are running low as a result of arming Ukraine. “I will say Secretary (Lloyd) Austin has been laser-focused since the beginning in making sure that we were not taking undue risk. That is that we weren’t drawing down our stockpiles so much that it would undermine our readiness and our ability to respond to another major contingency elsewhere in the world,” Kahl added.
The funding to Ukraine will continue for as long as globalists remain in power.

Interesting move and office location in yet another election year. In 2022, Joe Biden appointed John Podesta as the “Clean Energy Czar,” essentially giving him control over doling out the $326 billion in Green New Deal, aka “Inflation Reduction Act,” money provided by Congress. At least that was the pretense of the purpose.
The actual agenda for Podesta, in 2022, appeared to be using the $316 billion GND money fund leftist support networks of the Biden administration in the midterm election cycle. Now we enter another election year, and Podesta is being given a new title to assume the role of John Kerry as Biden’s latest “Climate Diplomat” as soon as Kerry exits this spring.
In an interesting datapoint that highlights both the domestic (election ’24) and foreign policy political motivations, John Podesta will work out of the White House and not the State Dept where Kerry’s current office is located. John “Skippy” Podesta had no experience in “climate policy” prior to being tapped as the climate czar in 2022. Then again, none was needed considering the non-pretending version of his responsibility.
It will be interesting to see how expanded this effort will be as the replacement to Kerry. In my opinion, the move is about a change in title only, as the “inflation” part of the Green New Deal payment system doesn’t poll well with the American people. Continued rampant inflation, despite the ‘inflation reduction act’ is a hot button issue. Changing the title allows the process to continue albeit under a different guise.
WASHINGTON – White House adviser John Podesta has been tapped to be the Biden administration’s top climate diplomat once John Kerry steps down from his post this spring, a person familiar with the move told POLITICO.
Podesta is currently overseeing the implementation of the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act, the Democrats’ signature climate law. The Washington Post first reported Podesta’s new role.
Podesta will reportedly operate out of the White House rather than the State Department, where Kerry, a former Secretary of State, maintains an office. Podesta will also maintain his role overseeing the IRA rollout.
The veteran Democratic strategist has a long history in climate politics, including on the international stage. Podesta will be the U.S. face at the COP29 negotiations later this year in Baku, Azerbaijan.
But those international talks will come after the November U.S. election. That leaves U.S. positioning uncertain if President Joe Biden should lose to Republican frontrunner former President Donald Trump, who pulled the nation out of the 2015 Paris climate agreement when he was in the White House. An NBC article highlights South Carolina Congressman James Clyburn as one of the central players in the game of Biden. As the article notes, Clyburn heads into the AME Church network, worried that young black voters might not support the game. The emphasis within the article is essentially correct, but the narrative framework is fraught with pretending.
In the big picture the Black Lives Matter (BLM) group are the ballot harvesters, the essential foot soldiers for the race-based electoral system Clyburn and Obama constructed. The AME network are the ballot counters, the precinct poll workers, spread throughout the various urban enclaves of Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia, Michigan, Arizona, Virgina and both Carolinas. It’s a race-based coalition, dependent on conformity to achieve the objective.
Clyburn is worried the BLM segment of the process, the younger group, does not hold the enthusiasm needed to fulfill their role. The AME network is prepared to be loyal to the agenda, but without the foot soldiers’ things will be much more difficult, and many of those foot soldiers don’t like the Biden outcomes. The BLM group feel they are being taken for a ride, which they are, and the only outcome will be more of the same.
Making matters worse for Clyburn, and by extension Obama, and by extension Biden, many of the younger black voters are aligned with the non-pretending Donald Trump; the guy who actually has delivered on things that are important to them. It’s harder to hate the white guy when the results from the white guy reflect the absence of anything about racial division.
The younger black voters are thinking more for themselves, and the generational peer pressure isn’t as effective as it used to be. This growing trend of intellectual independence has been a worsening problem for the racially focused AME/BLM electoral playbook, and teeth gnashing Clyburn is trying his best to stamp out the Free State of Jones rebellion.
The NBC article is a glimpse into the problem within the AME/BLM strategy of James Clyburn and Barack Obama. The last time they could not motivate their people to adhere to their tribal demands, Hillary Clinton lost the election. Without the organized ballot collectors, the counting fraud of the AME group is too heavy a lift. Both groups need to work in unity if they are to pull off the 2024 plan.
(VIA NBC) – Clyburn was the guest speaker at a Black church here on a recent Sunday, telling the audience that a certain candidate for high office deserves to lose. He didn’t mention Donald Trump by name, but it was clear whom he meant.
The Democratic congressman from South Carolina rattled off a list of ways Trump has insulted Black Americans over the years. Sitting in the pews, the largely middle-aged and older congregants applauded the message. The trouble for Clyburn, 83, is that the people he most needs to hear him weren’t the ones listening.
The next day, Clyburn cast an early vote for President Joe Biden in South Carolina’s Democratic primary. He held a news conference afterward and laid out the stakes.
Without Clyburn, there might never have been a Biden presidency. In 2020, his endorsement revived Biden’s flailing campaign. Clyburn cemented Biden’s status as the favorite of Black voters, helping him win the South Carolina primary and vaulting him to the party nomination.
Now, polling shows that young Black voters are peeling away from Biden in numbers that worry Democratic officials. Clyburn, for his part, sounds indignant. (read more)
