My how things change and not always for the better — they were more right in 1931 then they are today!

Carbon Sequestration Project at Kemper will have a little overrun on costs–surprised?
Just looking at something like this on face makes one wonder how it could ever be expected to actually work. water and CO2 are the main waste products they go up the stack ignoring particulate matter. To take the CO2 and inject it underground under pressure requires energy which reduces the power output of the plant. This reduces the efficiency and significantly raise the cost of producing power. Its just a big science project.
Kemper Project in Mississippi, the prize project of the energy bozos–thought to be perfect because they could burn pulverized coal and pump the CO2 into the ground, now is three hundred percent over original estimates at 6 plus billion. I am certainly not surprised.

So, what does this mean for all the predictions for 2025-2030?
I mostly agree with this but also I must state that the pause is really a down turn that will last until 2030/35 and global temperature will drop about .25 degrees C during that period. After that the warming will continue again but at a much lesser rate than the past one from about 1975 to 2005
IPCC scientists says the pause could last 30 years.

Britain Announces Emergency Measures To Prevent Winter Blackouts
With the EPA shutting down more and more coal fired power generation plants this could also happen here. Cool winters are going to be here for a while!
Reuse of fracking water is a good development
This does seem to be significant and go a long way to stop the movement against hydraulic fracturing.

The EPA jumps the shark, banning – ARGON ?
The only thing that needs to be band as dangerous to all life on the planet is the EPA itself!
Guardian Says That Freezing Air Melts Ice
The Guardian forgot to say that it was the dark energy that is doing this for the dark energy causes the universe to expand and that expansion cools thing down. The Climate Change believers think that CO2 promotes the creation of dark energy that is not just hurting the earth but also the entire universe.

Global warming has doubled risk of harsh winters in Eurasia, research finds
Severe winters are more likely over the next few decades due toclimate change melting Arctic ice and sending freezing air south, according to new research
The warm air is melting the Arctic, then heads south and is -40 in Minnesota. Makes sense if you are a progressive or a complete moron – but I repeat myself.
Not long ago they were saying this :
According to Dr David Viner, a senior research scientist at the climatic research unit (CRU) of the University of East Anglia, within a few years winter snowfall will become “a very rare and exciting event”.
“Children just aren’t going to know what snow is,” he said.

More Mindless Climate Drivel From The White House
With the religion of “Climate Change (most progressive are atheists and need something to believe in) no facts are required. All that matters is their cause!
Projected Climate Change
As in other areas, the amount of warming in the Northeast will be highly dependent on global emissions of heat-trapping gases. If emissions continue to increase (as in the A2 scenario), warming of 4.5ºF to 10ºF is projected by the 2080s; if global emissions were reduced substantially (as in the B1 scenario), projected warming ranges from about 3ºF to 6ºF by the 2080s.
Under both emissions scenarios, the frequency, intensity, and duration of heat waves is expected to increase, with larger increases under higher emissions (Ch. 2: Our Changing Climate). Much of the southern portion of the region, including the majority of Maryland and Delaware, and southwestern West Virginia and New Jersey, are projected by mid-century to experience many more days per year above 90°F compared to the end of last century under continued increases in emissions (Figure 16.2, A2 scenario). This will affect the region’s…
