Jeffrey Epstein Infiltrated Live US Congressional Hearings

Stacey Plaskett - Wikipedia

Releasing additional Epstein files to distract the public from the government shutdown has backfired on the Democrats. Email evidence has revealed that Trump’s political opponents utilized Epstein’s blackmail services to destroy the president—in real time.

The latest truth bomb shows that a member of Congress was text messaging Epstein during a February 2019 House Oversight hearing in which Michael Cohen testified about Donald Trump. Democratic Virgin Islands Del. Stacey Plaskett knew that Epstein had information on Michael Cohen, Trump’s attorney, and colluded with Epstein to shape the narrative of the investigation. “Hes [sic] opened the door to questions re who are the other henchmen at trump org,” Epstein messaged Plaskett During the hearing. Plaskett replied, “Yup. Very aware and waiting my turn.”

Epstein listened in and watched a livestream of the hearing to coach Plaskett on how to respond. He jokingly asked her why she was chewing gum, a nod that he was indeed watching in real-time. “Cohen brought up RONA – keeper of the secrets,” Epstein warned. “RONA?? Quick I’m up next is that an acronym. [sic],” Plaskett replied.

Plaskett then used that information to coerce Cohen into providing names. Her messages to Epstein align with the timing she was on the microphone. Epstein’s former properties on Little St. James and Great St. James were in Plaskett’s district and the two had close ties. How many high-profile hearings was Plaskett answering on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein? Epstein was clearly hired by the Democrats to take down Trump.

Epstein Jeffrey

Six of Epstein’s victims named Plaskett in a November 2023 lawsuit. The congresswoman and others, including former Governors John de Jongh Jr. and Kenneth Mapp, First Lady Cecile de Jongh, Attorney General Vincent Frazer, and Senator Celestino White, were named in the lawsuit and accused of using their political influence to help Epstein Island operate outside of US law. The women believed Epstein was influencing regulatory agencies and law enforcement officials with the help of his Democratic friends. The case against Plaskett was later voluntarily dismissed with prejudice, meaning it cannot be refiled.

How much influence did Jeffrey Epstein have over US politics? Who had him on their payroll? Epstein was a Democrat who made contributions to Democratic candidates. He befriended everyone and anyone with influence and used it to his advantage. No one voted for Jeffrey Epstein to be an elected member of Congress. This scandal is an absolute national embarrassment and those involved must be prosecuted.

Google to Invest $40B in Texas

Texas is a rising star amid the national capital flight to the south. Alphabet’s Google announced plans to invest $40 billion into two new data centers in Armstrong County and Haskell County. While Google has operated in Texas for over 15 years, the news reaffirms that capital is committed to staying in the Lone Star State.

“This investment will create thousands of jobs, provide skills training to college students and electrical apprentices, and accelerate energy affordability initiatives throughout Texas,” Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai told Reuters. The project is expected to create over 1,700 jobs by 2030. The company will also establish a $30 million Energy Impact Fund to promote renewable energy initiatives.

Governor Greg Abbott praised the investment and deemed Texas the “epicenter of AI development.” AI-focused data centers are specialized facilities designed to handle the high computing, storage, and networking demands of artificial intelligence workloads such as machine learning and deep learning.

Texas Flag

Texas offers some of the lowest energy costs in the US, essential for the energy-intensive AI computations, combined with a growing renewable energy sector that supports sustainability goals. The state, most importantly, provides a business-friendly environment with attractive tax incentives, reducing operational expenses, and encouraging tech investment. Business-friendly initiatives have been solidified by updates to the state Constitution, providing companies with security on future investments. Texas also boasts robust infrastructure, including extensive fiber-optic networks and transportation systems, which support reliable, high-speed data connectivity crucial for AI workloads.

Geographically, Texas has the land for scalable operations and is prone to fewer natural disasters. Florida, for example, may be business-friendly, but it is not geographically ideal for these centers. Moreover, Texas has a strong talent pool as it continues to grow into a global financial hub. This deal is a massive win for Texas, which has come out on top amid the infighting and political chaos that is changing the landscape of business throughout the nation.

India Allegedly Halts Russian Gas Imports

Oil Production Crude Energy 1

India has caved to US demands to stop buying Russian oil, allegedly. The White House reported that Prime Minister Narendra Modi committed to halting purchases, but India’s government has not confirmed these claims or made any public declaration.

Indian Union Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Hardeep Singh Puri, confirmed India’s commitment to purchase more oil from the US, which will now supply the nation with 10% of all liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) imports. This marks the first structured contract for US LPG in India. State-owned oil companies have signed a short 1-year deal to import 2.2 million tonnes of LPG from the Gulf Coast.

The deal is mutually beneficial. Hardeep Singh Puri worded the agreement as almost a favor to the US. India does not produce enough petroleum to meet domestic needs and relies heavily on imports. LPG Mont Belvieu is up to 20% cheaper from the US than Saudi Arabia or the UAE. At $673/MT, the US is offering a bargain compared to global prices. LPG can be highly volatile, and many view this as a sign of energy stability from the US. India will still diversify its imports to avoid complete US dependency.

The US will begin to sanction Russian oil companies Lukoil and Rosneft on November 21, 2025. Reliance Industries and other major state-run Indian companies have sharply increased their purchases of Russian oil in the weeks leading up to sanctions.

US-India trade has been volatile since August, when President Trump placed a 50% tariff on Indian goods, downplaying the nation’s role as a trade partner, and chalking up half of the reciprocal tariff price to India’s reliance on Russian energy. Indian Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal has attempted to smooth over relations, agreeing to increase US imports in the coming years. “And being close friends, natural partners, our energy security goals will have a very high element of US involvement,” the Indian minister had said.

The BRICS member has been playing a delicate balancing act with the US and Russia since 2022. Perhaps no other nation has profited more from this war in the short term than India, which has used its neutrality to its advantage. It remains to be seen whether India will permanently halt Russian gas imports, but for now, the US is appeased with the current deal.

First Backfire – Former Clinton/Obama Official Goes into Hiding After Exposure of Relationship with Jeffrey Epstein

Emails released as part of the legislative effort to deliver sunlight onto the creepy network of Epstein, now shows Larry Summers as one of Jeffrey Epstein’s affiliates. Emails show Epstein was one of Summer’s “wingmen” as the Harvard alumni chased a romantic relationship with the daughter of a senior Chinese Communist Party officials.

Harvard Crimson – […] “In a sequence of texts and emails between November 2018 and July 5, 2019, Summers turned to Epstein for advice on his pursuit of the woman. Epstein was quick to chime in with assurance and suggestions, describing himself in one November 2018 message as Summers’ “wing man.”

The messages became public after House Republicans released more than 20,000 files from the Epstein estate on Wednesday. Summers’ correspondence with Epstein, a financier who pled guilty to soliciting prostitution from a minor in 2008, ends just one day before Epstein was arrested on new sex trafficking charges.

Together, the messages show Summers — who served as Treasury Secretary under former United States President Bill Clinton — placing an extraordinary degree of trust in Epstein, asking him for help in navigating a relationship that blurred the boundaries of his professional and personal lives.

Summers, who has been married since 2005, told Epstein he thought the woman was reluctant to leave him because she valued his professional connections. Epstein told him in one June 2019 text, “She is doomed to be with you.” (read more)

“I am deeply ashamed of my actions and recognize the pain they have caused,” Summers said on Monday evening, adding “I will be stepping back from public commitments as one part of my broader effort to rebuild trust and repair relationships with the people closest to me.”

VIA POLITICO – The statement leaves question marks hanging over the fate of several positions Summers occupies, which include a board seat at OpenAI, a tenured position at Harvard, an unpaid nonresident fellow position at the liberal Center for American Progress think tank and a paid contributor role at Bloomberg News. A Summers spokesperson declined to answer a direct question about those roles.

It Is Transparently Obvious: MAGA Does Not Understand How Republicans Operate

Posted originally on CTH on November 17, 2025 | Sundance

For the better part of this year, I have been noticing publicly on the Twitter, and on these pages, how the financial interests of the global/political establishment elite, and a host of affiliated Technocrats formerly outlined as the Sea Island group, seemingly have been working an operation to divide MAGA.

That operation is to separate President Trump from his support base.

President Trump has been navigating this dynamic, sometimes failing -not surprisingly given the scope of the issue- yet keeping his focus on the larger objective, the ‘ultimate solutions’ approach he is known for.

ISRAEL – To wit, many people have criticized President Trump for being too close to Israeli interests. As if those voices do not understand the scale of institutional interests toward maintaining foreign influence in U.S. politics (perhaps many don’t).  [Ex. If Ron DeSantis had won in ’24, right now we would be talking about forward operating USA bases in Iran]

Perhaps people criticized President Trump for attending the Knesset legislative session of Israel, yet did not notice the totally Trumpian move of calling out Mariam Adelson during those same remarks. In essence, President Trump candidly spotlit the very nature of the thing that people are upset about.

Trust me, you can tell from the nervous responses the local audience didn’t miss Trump’s words, nor what they meant. They were considerably jaw agape at the brutal honesty. That boss move did not win Trump any benefits there – RJC lack of attendance notwithstanding.

There is a reason Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, the UAE, Bahrain, Egypt and Indonesia support President Trump as the ONLY one who can organize the solution to the Gaza conflict long-term.  They have said they cannot see anyone else delivering a solution to this generational problem.  Those middle east nations trust the humanitarian agenda of President Trump specifically, because he is strategically and objectively detached from the narrow agenda of Israel.

On the H1B visas. No one wants to see H1B visa abuse; yet, do we accept the scale and scope of the tech sector in exploiting/using this system?  Have we forgotten Elon Musk’s December 2024 statements, or those of Vivek Ramaswamy, which highlighted the tech REDLINE position?

Do we understand the tenuous nature of the coalition candidate Trump put together to defeat the professional UniParty, which included the same very influential tech leaders as lukewarm allies to MAGA?  Big Tech is border averse, institutionally minded globalists, i.e. in traditionally comfortable relations with Democrats.

On Chinese university students.  Again, no one wants to see American kids stopped from attending colleges and universities.  Those 300,000 per year foreign students are paying out-of-state tuition, in full and in cash, and while the system might be in need of change, President Trump is not proposing anything that doesn’t already exist.  600,000 student visas per 2-year-term is the current enrollment rate, not an increase.

On 50-year-mortgages.  No one wants to see first-time homebuyers ripped off; but again, optimal solutions.  No one is going to stay in a home for 50-years; the average is seven.  This is the way for young people to afford a smaller payment and begin to build some equity or at least own something.  It’s an option, not a requirement. It’s an alternative that might help some people afford to move in an ongoing housing crisis.

For Banks and Financial Interests.  Many people are upset about President Trump having working dinners with bankers and members of high finance.  Yet, if President Trump collapsed the U.S. dollar, we’d never hear the end of it – nor survive as a prospering nation through the ramifications of it.  President Trump is trying to build a strong domestic economy for the U.S, while still maintaining the dollar as the best alternative for global investment and trade currency.

Trump is the national steward for your economic way of life, and without him there would be little to no hope for long-term stability.  As much as you might decry President Trump for focusing attention to the globe, without that effort our financial house would shrink rather quickly.

This brings me to the most frustrating part of watching Republicans that most MAGA-minded folks are missing.

CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICTS – We are watching the professional Republican apparatus going through a state level congressional redistricting effort, using the statistics from the 2024 electoral coalition that President Trump delivered.  Every state is using the MAGA voting bloc as the baseline for their congressional redistricting.

Those votes, and as a consequence, those districts, are of such a significant scale and Republican Party benefit, only because candidate Donald Trump delivered those voices to the polls.  However, these are the same professionals within the Republican Party apparatus who are trying to split the MAGA coalition.

Think about how Machiavellian and typically Republican this operation is.

The Republicans are using the votes that Trump delivered to enhance their state Republican voices, while simultaneously trying to break apart the coalition that gives them the ability to scale up their Republican influence.   I doubt you could ever show me a more perfect encapsulation of how the abuser/abused relationship works in politics.

Any one of these hot button issues, or a combination therein, might be the trigger point for you to withdraw support.  Okay, I get your frustration.  However, each one of these issues is a smaller part of a coalition of support that delivered the result in 2024.   There’s a bunch of special interests I do not support, yet I fully understand why Trump may take a different approach toward that issue.

Do I still support President Trump?

Yes, because the alternative is a Republican.

Magistrate Judge Positions Case Against James Comey for Almost Certain Dismissal

Posted originally on CTH on November 17, 2025 | Sundance

At this point, anyone who is left thinking James Comey will stand trial in DC is just pretending for their own agenda.  Unfortunately, the dismissal of the case against him is a foregone conclusion.

The DOJ Lawfare embeds purposefully dragged their heels toward the statute of limitations, AG Pam Bondi didn’t respond fast enough to the institutional stonewalling, and that set up Lindsey Halligan for an almost impossible task.

[SOURCE]

Former FBI Director James Comey was leaking information to the media through his friend and FBI Special Government Employee Daniel Richman. When Comey was fired in May 2017, he knew what his risks were. Comey hired Daniel Richman as his personal lawyer and legal counsel. Comey knew this would make targeting him for leaking to media more difficult.

Last month U.S. District Judge Michael Nachmanoff, the Biden appointee overseeing the criminal case against Comey, assigned magistrate judge William Fitzpatrick to review the issues surrounding potential violations of attorney-client privilege within the indictment.

Today Magistrate Judge William Fitzpatrick sides with the Comey defense and blasts the prosecution for violating attorney-client privilege. [SEE RULING HERE] In addition, Judge Fitzpatrick instructs the prosecution, Lindsey Halligan, to give the defense team all of the evidence used in the grand jury indictment.

Fitzpatrick is setting the stage to dismiss the charges. There’s zero doubt about it when you read the 24-page order.

It’s enough to make you blow a blood pressure cuff when you see a judge upholding the Fourth Amendment argument on James Comey’s behalf, considering the blatant Fourth Amendment violations that Comey conspired to violate within his fraudulent investigations of Carter Page and President Trump.

Seriously though, don’t waste any hopium on this case, and expect the judge to require the government to pay all of Comey’s legal fees.

We read enough of this stuff to see a Lawfare set up when it is visible.  The Lawfare crew has this case easily won. Judge Fitzpatrick gives the defense eleven points of process with which to file a motion to dismiss.

[COURT ORDER] – First, the facts establish a reasonable basis for the defense to challenge whether the Richman Warrants were executed in a manner consistent with the Fourth Amendment and the orders of the issuing court.

Second, the facts establish a reasonable basis for the defense to challenge whether the government exceeded the scope of the Richman Warrants in 2019 and 2020 by seizing and preserving information that was beyond the scope of the warrants, that is, information that did not constitute evidence of violations of either 18 U.S.C. § 641 or § 793.

Third, the facts establish a reasonable basis for the defense to challenge whether the government had the lawful authority to search the Richman materials anew in 2025.

Fourth, the facts establish a reasonable basis for the defense to challenge whether the government’s 2025 seizure of the Richman materials included information beyond the scope of the original warrants.

Fifth, the nature and circumstances surrounding the government’s potential violations of the Fourth Amendment and court orders establish a reasonable basis to question whether the government’s conduct was willful or in reckless disregard of the law.

Sixth, the facts provide a reasonable basis for the defense to show that they were prejudiced by the government’s use of the Richman materials in the grand jury, particularly if the government’s conduct was willful or reckless, given the centrality of these materials to the government’s presentation.

Seventh, the facts establish a reasonable basis for the defense to challenge whether the government took sufficient steps to avoid the collection and review of privileged materials, including the reasons why Mr. Comey was never afforded the opportunity to assert a privilege over his communications until after the indictment was obtained.

Eighth, the facts establish a reasonable basis for the defense to challenge whether privileged information was used, directly or indirectly, by the government to prepare and present its grand jury presentation. This is particularly troublesome because the government’s sole witness before the grand jury was exposed to a “limited overview” of privileged material shortly before he testified.

Ninth, the nature and circumstances surrounding the disclosure of potentially privileged information establish a reasonable basis to question whether the government’s conduct was willful or in reckless disregard of the law. This is particularly significant because Agent-3, after having been exposed to potentially privileged information, chose to testify before the grand jury rather than separate himself from the investigation to contain any further exposure to privileged information and limit any prejudice to Mr. Comey.

Tenth, as discussed in Section IV above the prosecutor made statements to the grand jurors that could reasonably form the basis for the defense to challenge whether the grand jury proceedings were infected with constitutional error.

Eleventh, the grand jury transcript and recording likely do not reflect the full proceedings because, although it is clear that a second indictment was prepared and presented to the grand jury (ECF 3), the transcript and audio recording of the proceedings do not reflect any further communications after the grand jury began deliberating on the first indictment.

Collectively, the facts set forth herein and the particularized findings of the Court establish that “ground[s] may exist to dismiss the indictment because of a matter that occurred before the grand jury[.]” Rule 6(e)(3)(E)(ii). [more]

There are two tiers of justice.  The legal system is as rigged as the intelligence system.

It’s not Halligan’s fault; she tried.
