Delivering a short ruling [pdf here], the Supreme Court has refused to intercede in the sentencing of President Trump in the Manhattan ‘hush money’ case. The court apparently is providing Judge Merchan the opportunity to correct his prior rulings which are likely to be overturned on appeal. The sentencing hearing is scheduled for Friday, January 10.e
Two of the high court’s Republican appointees, Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett, joined the court’s three Democratic appointees to turn down Trump’s last-ditch attempt to avert the sentencing.
WASHINGTON DC – […] Trump has vowed to appeal to overturn his conviction, claiming that evidence and testimony was admitted that implicated his duties as president during his first term. Last summer, the high court ruled presidents were immune from criminal prosecution for some official acts. The high court’s brief order did not get into those issues in detail, but said Trump’s complaints of errors at his trial “can be addressed in the ordinary course on appeal.”

This is not the first time the 11th CCA has ruled in favor of Jack Smith. This is the same federal circuit court who said they defer any/all definitions of classified documents and national security matters to the executive branch, in a prior ruling that supported the lawfare operation.
Today the 11th CCA has ruled that part-1 of Jack Smith’s political report outlining the purposes and intents of his 3-year-long prosecution of Donald Trump for refusing to accept the fraudulent 2020 election. The second part of the report on the Mar-a-Lago documents case will not be released due to ongoing litigation against other defendants.
WASHINGTON – […] The Atlanta-based 11th Circuit Court of Appeals’ ruling Thursday night left in place an order from U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon — the judge in one of those cases — that in its current form bars Attorney General Merrick Garland from releasing the report through at least Sunday.
The Justice Department could challenge Cannon’s order, triggering another round of emergency court proceedings. At the same time, Trump’s allies could challenge the appeals court ruling, perhaps by seeking relief from the Supreme Court. The high court on Thursday turned down Trump’s attempt to stave off sentencing for his criminal conviction in his New York hush money case.
In short, the fate of Smith’s report — and whether some of it will be released publicly in the coming days — remains a muddle. A Justice Department spokesperson declined to comment on the latest development.
DOJ had asked that the appeals court resolve the matter by Friday, though it appears it will take at least another few days, with just 11 days left until Trump is inaugurated and takes control of the department. (read more)

Let me explain something. MKUltra is currently used in prisons. This is the “hole” at MCC in New York City. When I heard Epstein was put in this place, I wrote it was only a question if he would commit suicide BEFORE or AFTER a plea. Oh yes. He hung himself, had no bunkie, was on suicide watch, guards fell asleep, and the camera didn’t work. A perfect storm. My own lawyers warned me to be careful; they would try to kill me. How is that for legal advice? I knew Epstein would be dead based on where they put him. I was in the cell across from where he supposedly committed suicide – yeah! ON CIVIL CONTEMPT, no less – not criminal. This is a jail – not a prison. No outdoor yard or Bocce courts.
A plea of guilty means NOTHING. You are given the choice of trial and 120 years since you will NEVER get a fair trial in NYC, or you plea and take 5 years. Claiming these January 6th prisoners plead guilty is only because they and their families are threatened. That is our legal SYSTEM. Will Trump investigate? I seriously doubt it. The Deep State controls the country, and nobody in DC will challenge them so much for We the People.
Judge Rakoff, when he retired, wrote a book on how the government ROUTINELY forces innocent people to plead guilty all the time. I have written that I do not believe in the death penalty as being the worst punishment. That is life imprisonment. Two death row inmates who Biden commuted their sentences just rejected it. I would do the same. Trump is DEAD WRONG on the death penalty. It is NEVER a deterrent. That is pure bullshit. Make it the choice of the inmate – life or death. Many would choose death over being tortured mentally for the rest of their lives. You want a deterrent, a prosecutor should suffer the punishment he imposes on an innocent person. Now, you will start to clean up the legal system.
More than 50% of the people in federal prison are innocent. The guilty go free because they know the game. You implicate and bring in as many people as you can and you go home. I met priests in prison who thought they were being kind and wire money to China. He thought to help a family, and the person was a drug dealer who asked him to please help his family. A superintendent of an apartment building was given 17 years because drug dealers said he would let them know if the police were entering the building. They tried to give the death penalty to a 26-year-old who, when asked where Joe was, replied he was over there, and they killed him. The prosecutors are the worst people you will ever meet. They wanted the death penalty on that kid just to win one in NYC for once – not the shooters.
To survive these MKUltra Tactics, you MUST turn it into a game like the TV series Survivor. They would throw me in a cell that was so hot that my underwear was too much to wear. They throw you into a cell that is so cold you see your breath and deny you any clothing but your underwear. Sleep deprivation is also a favorite. You have to turn it mentally into a survivor game. Ok, I beat that one – what’s next? They threw me in with the terrorists from the first World Trade Center attack. A Muslim cannot be seen naked. They would come and order you to take off all your clothes and claim the guy is behind them with fresh clothes that never came. No heat. I told the kid to put on the blanket. He said no, they told him it was made of pig hear. I told him they were liars. There is no such thing. It is wool. He finally believed me. All the time, my family tried to see me, but they told them I was not there.

Hundreds of people took to the streets of Manhattan on New Year’s Day to demand an intifada revolution. The Palestinian Youth Movement, the Party for Socialism and Liberation and the People’s Forum forcibly continued the planned “protest” in the wake of two potential terrorist attacks in New Orleans and Las Vegas. Why are we permitting pro-terrorist groups to take to the streets?
Free speech is one thing, but directly calling for violence on behalf of foreign nations is not permitted. If a right-wing organization held a “protest” of this nature, the media would swarm it bees to honey and deem it as extremist terrorism. Why is this (D)ifferent?
Aside from the obvious, we must look at who is funding the civil unrest. The Goldman Sachs Philanthropy Fund provided the Palestinian Youth Movement, the Party for Socialism and Liberation and the People’s Forum with $18 million in recent years. The group has a strong base at Columbia University and is responsible for numerous anti-Israel protests. People’s Forum co-executive director Manolo De Los Santos has called for the need to make “untenable for the politics of usual to take place in this country” and called for the university encampments to remain open as long as possible. He openly criticizes the Zionist rulers of Columbia University, and the group often holds pro-Marxist discussions to stir up unrest.
The People’s Forum reached out to U.S Senate Finance Committee chairman Ron Wyden (D., Ore.) and Ranking Member Mike Crapo (R., Idaho) to block the passage of H.R.6408 /S.4136 that would remove funded from any non-profits deemed to be terrorist organizations, claiming its origins were promoted by “anti-Palestinian bias.” The bill has yet to pass.
Goldman has been funding this organization for years. In 2018, they provided the group with $4,400,000 in funding after granting them $2,500,000 the year prior. The Chinese Communist Party has also been supporting this organization, but claims of foreign interference are silent. The New York Times reported that the People’s Forum is also funded by Neville Roy Singham, who has been linked to the Chinese Communist Party and its propaganda efforts.
“We will be here every single year for generation after generation until total liberation and return,” protesters shouted. America is being attacked from within. Foreign agencies have preyed upon the vulnerable youth and convinced them to march against their own country. There is a GLOBAL EFFORT to heighten civil unrest as other major cities also witnessed similar “protests.” The endgame is a push toward their dream of a Marxist utopia that requires toppling society as we know it.

The messaging within the attack in Las Vegas is very clear. A Tesla Cyber Truck (Elon Musk) was used to attack the Trump Hotel. Obviously, a targeted attack messaging the incoming presidency of Donald J Trump. Meanwhile, Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson is from Louisiana, the location of the earlier attack.
The attack in Las Vegas is now linked to the early morning terrorist attack in New Orleans where a truck, also loaded with improvised explosive materials and devices ran into a crowd celebrating the New Year, killing 15. Both the Tesla Cyber Truck and the pickup truck in New Orleans were rented through the app Turo.
[…] “I’m being told that New Orleans was rented through Turo, and so was ours,” Metropolitan Police Department Sheriff Kevin McMahill said in a press conference. “That’s another coincidence that absolutely is continuing to bear from our investigation that we have to continue to look into.”
Turo is a car-sharing app that lets private car owners rent out their vehicles. It is similar to Airbnb or Vrbo but for vehicles instead of homes. (more)

The FBI is investigating the New Orleans, Burbon Street attack as an act of terrorism and said it does not believe the driver acted alone. The driver was killed during a shootout with police.
The FBI identified the attacker in New Orleans as Shamsud-Din Jabbar, 42, a naturalized U.S. citizen from Texas who served in the U.S. Army. Investigators found multiple improvised explosives, including two pipe bombs that were concealed within coolers and wired for remote detonation, according to a Louisiana State Police intelligence bulletin obtained by The Associated Press.
[…] A photo circulated among law enforcement officials showed a bearded Jabbar wearing camouflage next to the truck after he was killed. The intelligence bulletin obtained by the AP said he was wearing a ballistic vest and helmet. The flag of the Islamic State group was on the truck’s trailer hitch, the FBI said. (read more)

Despite the FBI saying there are no connections between the New Orleans terrorist attack and the Las Vegas attack at Trump hotel, alarming connections continue to be made by the public between both the New Orleans attack using a truck which killed 15 people, and the Las Vegas attack using a truck that was unsuccessful (except in killing the driver).
NEW ORLEANS – Shamsud-Din Jabbar, the 42-year-old Texas man accused of crashing a truck into New Year’s Day revelers in New Orleans, killing 15 and injuring dozens of people, served in the U.S. Army for 13 years including a deployment to Afghanistan, the Army said. (read more)
LAS VEGAS – According to senior law enforcement sources, 37-year-old Matthew Livelsberger was the driver and had several Colorado Springs addresses associated with him. […] “Master Sgt. Matthew Alan Livelsberger enlisted as an 18X and served in the active duty Army from January 2006 to March 2011. Livelsberger then joined the National Guard from March 2011 to July 2012, followed by the Army Reserve from July 2012 to December 2012. He entered the active duty Army in December 2012 and was a U.S. Army Special Operations Soldier.” “Additionally, U.S. Army Special Operations Command can confirm Livelsberger was assigned to the command and on approved leave at the time of his death.
According to early media reporting, Matt Livelsberger, aka Matt Berger, was on duty station in Germany and on leave at the time of his death in Las Vegas. His wife was reportedly unaware of his location. After the Tesla Truck Explosion in Las Vegas, officials are saying that they found a Military Identification, Desert Eagle pistol, an SLR B-30 AR Pattern Rifle, an IPhone, and a Smart watch all in Matthew Livelsberger’s name. Also, Livelsberger had sustained one gunshot wound to the head.

Both attacks happened within hours of each other on the same day. Both attacks were carried out by U.S. Army servicemembers. Both Army Vets attended Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty) at the same time. Both attacks used EV trucks (F150 EV and Tesla Cyber Truck). Both trucks were rented with the same app Turo. Both attacks had similar IED explosives as part of the attack. The FBI claim there is no connection.

While the indictment [PDF] doesn’t specify any hacking activity or victims’ names, Cameron John Wagenius, 20, is suspected of being a cybercriminal known as Kiberphant0m, who claimed to have breached at least 15 telecommunications firms including AT&T and Verizon, according to KrebsOnSecurity.
Wagenius is allegedly an associate of Connor Riley Moucka, one of the men accused of compromising multiple organizations’ Snowflake-hosted environments, stealing sensitive customer data housed in the cloud storage service, and then extorting victims for millions of dollars.
Infosec journalist Brian Krebs spoke with Wagenius’ mother, Alicia Roen, who said her son worked on radio signals and network communications at an Army base in South Korea.
[…] On November 6, shortly after Moucka’s arrest, Kiberphant0m bragged on BreachForums about stealing AT&T call logs for President-elect Donald Trump and for Vice President Kamala Harris. The crook threatened to leak all of the call logs unless AT&T contacted either Kiberphant0m or Reddinton, and signed the post “#FREEWAIFU.”
The identity of Reddinton remains unknown.
According to the court documents, on or about November 6, Wagenius did “knowingly and intentionally sell and transfer, and attempt to sell and transfer, confidential phone records information of a covered entity, without prior authorization from the customer to whom such confidential phone records information was obtained fraudulently.”
Wagenius appeared in a Texas court on December 20, and federal prosecutors requested his extradition to Washington state (more)
With Louisiana as the home state of Speaker Mike Johnson, and with the Cyber Truck (Musk) being used to attack a President Trump property, the obvious concern about political attacks in advance of President Trump’s second term are obvious. (Except, apparently, to the FBI)
The fact that U.S. Army personnel are involved, and specifically from Fort Bragg which was the base identified as visited by former assassin Ryan Routh, makes the concerns all the more alarming.

During an earlier press conference, the police were not 100% certain of the identity of the driver of the Tesla Cybertruck that exploded in front of Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas and were awaiting DNA verification.
The police have now confirmed the identity as Matthew Livelsberger, 37, an active-duty Army soldier who was based in Germany and home in the USA on leave.
(Via Reuters) […] the FBI said it was not yet clear if the blast was an act of terrorism. The FBI said it had so far found no definitive link between the New Year’s Day New Orleans truck attack that killed 15 people and the Cybertruck explosion in Las Vegas later on the same day, which left seven people with minor injuries.
The Cybertruck driver was identified as Matthew Livelsberger, 37, an active-duty Army soldier from Colorado Springs, and police said he acted alone.
Livelsberger killed himself with a gunshot to the mouth, police said, citing a report from the Clark County Coroner/Medical Examiner, according to a post on X by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
Livelsberger was inside the vehicle when gasoline canisters and large firework mortars in the truck bed exploded, police said.
Police previously had told a press conference they believed the person found in the truck was Livelsberger, but because the body was burned beyond recognition, investigators were awaiting confirmation from DNA evidence and medical records.
Livelsberger shot himself just before explosives in the vehicle were detonated, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Sheriff Kevin McMahill told reporters. A handgun was found at his feet.
It was one of two semi-automatic handguns found in the Cybertruck, both of which were lawfully purchased by Livelsberger on Dec. 30. Law enforcement also found military identification, a passport, an iPhone and credit cards in the truck.
Livelsberger was assigned to the Army Special Operations Command and was on approved leave at the time of his death, an Army official said. The Army Special Operations Command would not comment on an ongoing investigation, a spokesperson said.
[…] Livelsberger was a supporter of President-elect Donald Trump throughout the Republican’s political career, seeing him as someone who loves the military, the relative told Reuters. “He thought Trump was the greatest thing in the world.”
[…] The Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas is part of the Trump Organization, the company of Donald Trump, who will return to the White House on Jan. 20. The president-elect’s son Eric Trump, an executive with the Trump Organization, praised Las Vegas fire and law enforcement officials on Wednesday for their quick action following the explosion.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk was a key backer of Trump in his 2024 presidential campaign and is also an adviser to the incoming president.
“It’s not lost on us that it’s in front of the Trump building, that it’s a Tesla vehicle, but we don’t have information at this point that definitively tells us or suggests it was because of this particular ideology, or… any of the reasoning behind it,” McMahill, of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, said.
Police said Livelsberger rented the Cybertruck in Denver on Dec. 28 and made stops in several cities, including Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Flagstaff, Arizona, before arriving in Las Vegas early on Wednesday.
The truck drove along the city’s hotel- and casino-lined Strip, drove through the Trump hotel’s driveway and later returned to the valet area. The Trump hotel was evacuated and most guests were moved to another hotel following the explosion.
Both the Cybertruck and the vehicle used in the New Orleans attack were rented through car-sharing service Turo, McMahill said. (more)

In an egregious exhibition of judicial lawfare, Judge Juan Merchan has ordered President Donald Trump to appear (in person or virtually) before his court for sentencing on January 10, 2025.
Merchan is expected to deliver an unconditional discharge the “most viable solution to ensure finality and allow Defendant to pursue his appellate options.”
ABC […] Trump’s legal team is expected to try to stop the Jan. 10 sentencing, sources familiar with the matter tell ABC News. His lawyers intend to ask an intermediate New York appellate court to intervene and stop the sentencing hearing from going forward, the sources said.
Trump spokesperson Steven Cheung, in a statement, called Merchan’s ruling “a direct violation of the Supreme Court’s Immunity decision and other longstanding jurisprudence.”“President Trump must be allowed to continue the Presidential Transition process and to execute the vital duties of the presidency, unobstructed by the remains of this or any remnants of the Witch Hunts. …Merchan took the Bragg Hoax that, according to all Legal Scholars, should have been dead on arrival and, through his fraud and misconduct, gave it a semblance of “life.” While Deranged Jack Smith was “sent packing” back to The Hague, after losing all of his politically manufactured cases against me, Merchan, who is far worse and even more corrupt than Smith in his fight for my hopeless Political Opponents, just cannot let go of this charade.
