The people who identified the shooter as Hispanic, are, Hispanics. It is possible that the shooter is white or white Hispanic or white Arabian. General features of the shooter are a key element to grasping who, exactly, fits into the range of persons that may, possibly be looked at by police. It eliminates, black people, people with blonde hair, people with gray hair. Only when the shooter is apprehended, will a positive identification be made, and that will also include either a photo lineup, or an actual lineup of suspects, to be observed by persons from the crime scene. After all is said and done, an accurate and official determination can be made as the to racial demographic the shooter belongs to. It’s called, Good Police Work.
