If you have a crooked cop, odds are, there is a crooked supervisor. If you have a group of crooked supervisors, odds are, there are numerous crooked cops. Disband the FBI, and have US Marshal Service take over the law enforcement duties. The president needs to void the FBI’s 2018 budget via executive order, and transfer monies to the US Marshal Service.
