During the Senate confirmation hearing for Judge Amy Coney Barrett, she was asked if she was reading from her notes. She showed the Senate her note pad and it was blank. Whatever she had to say, it was unrehearsed—and she spoke with confidence.
She endured the usual badgering from Democrats. She was attacked for her religious beliefs. She was attacked for her views on abortion. She was accused of harboring ill will toward the ‘Affordable Care Act,’ which is neither affordable nor caring. A Democratic Senator from Hawaii even asked her if she had ever sexually assaulted anyone. Barrett simply replied with “No.”
The Democrats keep losing. They can’t stop Barrett from becoming the next Supreme Court Justice. She’s a winner.

NBC has announced a town hall campaign event with President Donald Trump on Thursday in Miami, Florida. This sets up a ratings contrast between a similarly scheduled ABC town hall with the Biden campaign in Pennsylvania.
(Via NBC) – President Donald Trump will take part in an NBC News town hall event in Miami on Thursday, the network announced Wednesday, after Trump produced a Covid-19 test showing he is not contagious.
The town hall, moderated by “TODAY” anchor Savannah Guthrie, will take place on the same evening — and at the same time — that Joe Biden is doing his own town hall event in Philadelphia on ABC News at 8 p.m. ET.
Trump and Biden were supposed to hold their second debate on Thursday night, but Trump pulled out after organizers announced it was going to be conducted virtually. The last presidential debate is scheduled for next Thursday, Oct. 22.
During the one-hour town hall with Trump on Thursday, Guthrie will moderate a conversation between Trump and a group of Florida voters.
It will take place outdoors at the Pérez Art Museum in accordance with guidelines set forth by health officials and consistent with all government regulations. (read more)

During a questioning segment between Texas Senator John Cornyn and Judge Amy Coney Barrett, the supreme court nominee was asked to reveal the notes she might be using to answer detailed and specific legal questions.
“You know most of us have multiple notebooks and books and other things like that in front of us. Can you hold up what you’ve been referring to in answering our questions?” Cornyn asked Barrett.
Judge Barrett held up a blank notepad and smiled.
“Is there anything on that?” Cornyn asked.
Barrett responded: “Just a letterhead that says United States Senate.”

Comments from their surrogates testify that the hate-swilling Democrats wished the president dead.
In order to win Election 2020, Democrats need the virus as their No. 1 scare tactic to keep people from getting out to vote. Good luck with that when the President of the United States has survived it.
Bad News for the Dems: In the last weeks of the election campaign, the President of the United States having survived the virus, came along to kick Covid-19 onto the curb.

“A total and complete sign off from White House Doctors yesterday,” said the President’s tweet. “That means I can’t get it (immune), and can’t give it. Very nice to know!!!” (Breitbart)
“Twitter accused this simple message from the President of spreading “misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19,” and has hidden it behind a warning message that users must click through in order to access the tweet.
Count on Twitter censoring any and all of the president’s tweets between now and November 3.
But not only is Twitter’s latest move ‘Too little too late’ 101 because the president has enjoyed a 4-year run on Tweets, but because hundreds of thousands saw him in Sanford, Florida last night.
Reality is reality. A tweet, just a tweet

“September saw two tweets from President Trump get censored by Twitter, both warning of the potential for voter fraud in the upcoming election, due to the large number of mail-in ballots that are expected to be received by polling places. (Breitbart)
“In one of the censored tweets, Trump told voters in North Carolina to check that their mail-in votes have been counted at polling places. Twitter said the message violated its rules on “election integrity.”
“In another example last month, Twitter added a “fact check” label to two tweets from the President warning of the “mayhem” that could result from unsolicited ballots being sent to voters.
“In August, Twitter censored a tweet from the President warning of a “voter security disaster” due to Democrats championing mail drop boxes for voting.
“So now the Democrats are using Mail Drop Boxes, which are a voter security disaster,” said President Trump.
“Among other things, they make it possible for a person to vote multiple times. Also, who controls them, are they placed in Republican or Democrat areas? They are not Covid sanitized. A big fraud!”
“And earlier this month, Twitter censored a tweet from Trump urging voters in North Carolina to get their votes in early, and follow up to make sure they have been counted.
“Twitter has also censored Trump’s tweets warning rioters that they can expect to be met with force if they continue engaging in lawless behavior.”
Why is no one surprised.
To top it all off, the president used real time at the Sanford, Florida rally last night when he danced off a Good Night little jig to adoring fans.

Meanwhile, Twitter is not the end all be all.
Not everybody tweets. Hundreds of thousands more real folk turn up at Trump rallies chanting “We Love You” and “U.S.A!” “USA!”
