And here we are again. You might recognize this place. We’ve been here frequently over the past, say, 1,500 years or so. It’s the place where the whole world stands in dumbfounded shock after witnessing unspeakable brutality at the hands of Islamists. Maybe we should stop being so surprised.

This time around, three masked gunmen stormed the offices of a French satirical newspaper, executing 12 people in cold blood, including two police officers. This is the same newspaper that infamously published a cartoon poking fun at the Prophet Mohammed a few years ago, and was promptly greeted with death threats and a Molotov cocktail for their troubles. In fairness, there’s still a lot we don’t know about this attack, but it seems very certain that this was another case of Muslim terrorism. The gunmen took out 12 people…

Heavily armed gunmen on Wednesday infiltrated the offices of Charlie Hebdo, a satirical newspaper in Paris, murdering at least 12 people, including its editor, before fleeing. The deadliest terror attack on French soil in more than a decade is a fresh reminder that the war on Islamist terror is far from won, and that jihadists are bent on eradicating the heritage of Western freedom.

Charlie Hebdo was founded in 1970, and the left-wing weekly has always been an equal-opportunity offender. Its politics and taste aren’t ours, but from Jesus to Michael Jackson and from 9/11 to the Pope, nothing has been off-limits.

“Wednesday’s attack also demonstrates again that violent Islam isn’t a reaction to poverty or Western policies in the Middle East. It is an ideological challenge to Western civilization and principles, including a free press and religious pluralism.”

Our President can’t seem to call what happened in France today a terrorist attack.  Well, this may come as a surprise to some, but I agree with him.  It was not a terrorist attack, and neither was the Fort Hood shooting or even the 9/11 attack.  They are all acts of war — a holy war!  This is not my ‘opinion:’ it is a matter of fact.  I know it is a fact because I know what Muhammad said to his followers.  Muhammad started and defined Islam, so he is the ultimate — and in this case — soul authority on Islam and Muhammad commanded holy war until there is nothing left but Islam.  By definition, that means we have been in a state of holy war with Islam since before Muhammad died.  Unless we wake to this fact and start treating it as what it is, we will loose…
