Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson Goes Full George Wallace – Pledges to Maintain City of Lawlessness Despite Federal Efforts to Stop Crime

Posted originally on CTH on October 6, 2025 | Sundance

Publicly vowing to maintain criminality where possible, Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson on Monday signed an executive order limiting where federal law enforcement can assemble, prohibiting any/all crime fighting efforts from using city-owned spaces for law enforcement activities.

“In recent weeks, federal agents used several City-owned properties—including parking lots near Harrison and Kedzie, and a vacant lot at 46th and Damen—as staging sites for immigration enforcement,” the mayor’s office said in a release about the order. “Such use of City property undermines community trust and runs counter to Chicago’s Welcoming City Ordinance, which ensures that all residents—regardless of immigration status—can live, work, and seek services without fear.”

David Ellison Purchases The Free Press for $150 Million, Appoints Bari Weiss Editor-in-Chief of CBS News

This is exactly as expected.  Larry Ellison now controls TikTok while his son David Ellison now controls Paramount/Skydance which is CBS.  To solidify the objective of TikTok, new algorithms will be implemented, while to solidify the objective of CBS, Bari Weiss is hired as Editor-in-Chief of news. [Paramount Announcement]

The Trump administration assisted both the purchase of TikTok by Larry Ellison, and the acquisition of Paramount by David Ellison.  CBS settled with President Trump for $16 million.  Paramount then purchases/acquires Bari Weiss online site The Free Press and moves Weiss to editor of CBS news, while President Trump triggers a tariff against Hollywood production movies not made in the USA.

L Ellison (Oracle, TikTok), Musk (X, SpaceX), Thiel (Palantir), Sacks (Crypto), Karp (Palantir) and D Ellison (CBS) are all well positioned to fundamentally change the way information is processed for public consumption.  CNN (Disney) is likely to be the final piece of the puzzle to be assembled.

David Ellison, Chairman and CEO of Paramount, a Skydance Corporation, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Bari and The Free Press to Paramount and CBS News. Bari is a proven champion of independent, principled journalism, and I am confident her entrepreneurial drive and editorial vision will invigorate CBS News. This move is part of Paramount’s bigger vision to modernize content and the way it connects – directly and passionately – to audiences around the world.” (LINK)

(VIA NEW YORK TIMES) –  […] In a move that is expected to shake up the broadcast news landscape, CBS’s owner, Paramount, said on Monday that it was buying The Free Press, an upstart digital news site founded just four years ago, and appointing Ms. Weiss, one of its founders, as the editor in chief of CBS News.

The purchase price was roughly $150 million in cash and Paramount stock, according to two people familiar with the terms who spoke on the condition of anonymity. The total amount will be paid out over time, and it may fluctuate depending on the price of Paramount’s stock.

The acquisition puts one of the country’s most traditional news institutions — the former home of Edward R. Murrow and Walter Cronkite — under the editorial guidance of a journalist who rose to fame in part by critiquing old-line media institutions that she deemed timid and untrustworthyMs. Weiss is also a stalwart champion of Israel, and her site frequently lambastes the perceived excesses of the so-called woke left.

Ms. Weiss, 41, has never run a TV network, and in her role will have influence over hundreds of producers, anchors and reporters around the world. She will report to David Ellison, Paramount’s chief executive, and work alongside Tom Cibrowski, the president of CBS News. (read more)

FBI Reveals Evidence That Jack Smith Used “Arctic Frost” to Spy on Congress

Posted originally on CTH on October 6, 2025 | Sundance

This is a much bigger scandal than the media can wrap their arms around, and it is a little frustrating.

As we have repeatedly outlined, FBI spying operations in 2015/2016 shifted into FBI operation “Crossfire Hurricane,” that shifted into FBI operations with Robert Mueller, that shifted into FBI operations with impeachment, that shifted into FBI operations with J6 targeting aka “Arctic Frost,” that shifted into FBI operations with Jack Smith. It is all part of one long continuum.

Now the FBI is releasing information that Arctic Frost also resulted in the surveillance of members of Congress. The phone records of several members of Congress were part of the Arctic Frost operation.

[SOURCE]

FOX NEWS – Former Special Counsel Jack Smith was allegedly tracking the private communications and phone calls of nearly a dozen Republican Senators as part of his investigation into the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riots, Fox News Digital has learned.

A document, reviewed by Fox News Digital, revealed that Smith and his “Arctic Frost” team investigating Jan. 6 were allegedly tracking the phone calls of GOP Sens. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, Josh Hawley of Missouri, Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming, Bill Hagerty of Tennessee, Dan Sullivan of Alaska, Tommy Tuberville of Alabama and GOP Rep. Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania.

The document, recently discovered by FBI Director Kash Patel and exclusively obtained by Fox News Digital, is titled “CAST Assistance” and dated Sept. 27, 2023. “CAST” refers to the FBI’s cellular analysis survey team.

The document, which has the names of FBI agents involved redacted, marks the case ID as “ARCTIC FROST—Election Law Matters—SENSITIVE INVESTIGATIVE MATTER—CAST.” (read more)

It is somewhat frustrating that it is taking this much time for the FBI to locate the evidence of the weaponization we all know exists.

FBI operation Arctic Frost was targeting anyone who was supportive of President Trump, and the concerns around the stolen 2020 election outcome.  This was the objective of the massive surveillance effort that included warrants against the electronic records of Congress and private citizens.

The results of this massive data collection were then sent to the J6 Committee for exploitation and targeting.  The J6 committee deleted much of the information.  Jack Smith then took over.

Sunday Talks – PIAB Chairman Devin Nunes Outlines Expectations for Expanded James Comey Charges

Posted originally on CTH on October 5, 2025 | Sundance

Former House Intelligence Committee Chairman, and current chair of the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board, Devin Nunes, appears on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo to discuss the upcoming court appearance of former FBI Director James Comey.

Within the interview, Mr. Nunes outlines both how James Comey could be indicted for additional issues related to an ongoing conspiracy case, and also the reason why Comey will never be indicted for additional conspiracy charges.

The core of the disconnect, within the above paragraph, revolves around the central corrupt issue that James Comey conducted – the use of his office to conduct political surveillance.

In August 2016, the Obama administration, specifically the FBI, were concerned about the potential for discovery of their spying operation.  In August 2022, the same FBI conducted a raid on Mar-a-Lago to ensure President Trump did not possess evidence of their spying operation.  However, this motive must be avoided by those who are deciding what documentary trail they should be searching; so, they are not looking for it.  WATCH:

The PIAB is looking at the Obama, Brennan and Comey motive through the wrong prism.  The PIAB cannot look toward the correct prism, because the PIAB supports the national security justification for the process that permits FBI spying operations.  The PIAB supports NSA metadata collection, as does the entire DC system.

PIAB members are: Devin Nunes, Chair; Scott Glabe, Amaryllis Fox Kennedy, Brad Robert Wenstrup, Wayne Berman, Reince Priebus, Robert O’Brien, Joshua Lobel, Sander R. Gerber, Katie Miller, Jeremy Katz and Thomas Ollis Hicks, Jr.

How can James Comey be indicted for a conspiracy, when the people responsible for indicting him can never reveal the core issue behind the system James Comey weaponized?

From 2012 through April 2016, the Obama administration was spying on its political opposition, using the FBI to conduct surveillance through their access to the NSA database.

In April 2016, NSA Admiral Mike Rogers was alerted by the NSA compliance officer who noted the uptick in database access activity by the FBI searching the Republican Primary Candidate field.

Post April 2016, the Obama administration had a problem. Enter FBI operation “Crossfire Hurricane,” July 2016, in an effort to remove the political risk.

October 2016, the FBI rushes a FISA application through the FISC, circumventing the missing ‘Woods File’, with the Chris Steele dossier as evidence.

October 2016, NSA Director Rogers sends the first official notification of the FBI using the NSA database to the oversight body, the FISA Court.

December 2016, worried about Trump now discovering the NSA database spying, the Obama administration wraps the Clinton smear into official policy, blaming the Russians and validating Crossfire Hurricane.

May 2017, needing to extend the coverup of the FBI activity, special counsel Robert Mueller then takes over Crossfire Hurricane. All FBI evidence and personnel transfers to Mueller.

April 2019, Robert Mueller operation wraps up, prior activity coverup shifts to Impeachment process.

July 2019, John Durham kicks in extending DOJ/FBI control through 2020 election.

Fall 2020, mail-in ballots triggered to facilitate 2020 election outcome.

January 2021, FBI triggers Operation Arctic Frost, targeting Trump supporters and 2020 election researchers. FBI again using NSA database search queries to identify targeting.

March 2021, FBI Arctic Frost results fed to J6 Committee and DHS. TSA trigger “Quiet Skies” targeting via results from Arctic Frost.

It’s one long continuum of coverup activity within Main Justice and the FBI, supported by all other various agencies who operate in support. What are they covering up? The 2012 through 2016 political spying operation within the Obama administration, as carried out by the same Main Justice and FBI operations.

President Obama, James Comey and John Brennan know the DC apparatus that supports the national security state will never allow the people in charge of their inquisition to reveal the database collection system that forms the foundation of the modern national security state.  That’s the reason for their collective arrogance and confidence.

Sunday Talks – Secretary Marco Rubio Outlines Current Status of Hostage Release Efforts in Gaza

Posted originally on CTH on October 5, 2025 | Sundance

As a U.S. delegation arrives in Israel to coordinate the ongoing effort to end the Israeli-Hamas war in Gaza, Secretary of State and National Security Advisor, Marco Rubio, appears on Face the Nation to outline the current status of the hostage release efforts.

[Transcript] – MARGARET BRENNAN: We turn now to Secretary of State and National Security Adviser, Marco Rubio. Good morning to you, Mr. Secretary.

SECRETARY OF STATE MARCO RUBIO: Good morning.

MARGARET BRENNAN: It would be extraordinary to end what has been one of Israel’s longest and bloodiest wars. The prime minister said he’s only allowing these talks that will be underway in Egypt to go for a few days. What exactly is the deadline for Hamas and the terror groups who are holding hostages? When do they need to release them?

SEC. RUBIO: Well, yeah, so a couple points. Hamas has- obviously, look, we’re dealing with Hamas. Okay. So let’s take that with- for what it is. But they have said that they agree with the President’s framework for the release of the hostages. So what those talks should be about, and some of that conversation is already happening now, it’s not waiting until Monday in Cairo, is the logistics behind the release of these hostages. How do you stop the fighting? Who’s going to go in and get them? You know, when are they going to be released? Where are they picked up? What are the processes for this? That’s what should be- that’s what this conversation should be about at this point, because they’ve agreed to the framework of it. Then there’s second- beyond that is what happens after that. And that is, how do we ensure that we can create and help build a Gaza free of terrorism, free of Hamas, free of anything like Hamas and that’s going to take work and some time, not just to agree on but to implement. But that’s important, because that’s what’s going to bring a permanent end to these hostilities in the long term. And so those are the two phases here. But right now, the most emergent and immediate phase is the one that Hamas claims to have agreed to already, and that is they are prepared to release the hostages. Let’s discuss, through the mediators, the logistics and the mechanics behind how that happens. And that has to happen very quickly. That cannot drag on.

MARGARET BRENNAN: So my sources have indicated to me that because the upper echelon of Hamas fighters has been so decimated, communication is difficult. The other terror groups who also hold hostages in Gaza aren’t necessarily easily controlled by them. How do you manage around this reality and is full release by October 7 the demand?

SEC. RUBIO: Well, I don’t know about the date. I’d be great if it was before October 7. We wish it would happen yesterday. But there are realities here, and then there are things people do to impede progress. Reality is, this is a war zone. I mean, this is a place that suffered a tremendous amount of destruction that fighting needs to stop. You can’t release hostages while there’s still bombardments going on, but at the same time that can’t, you know- so that has to end, but that has to stop, but you also have to work through the other logistics. Who’s going to go pick them up? We saw how this happened in the past. You know, the Red Cross would go in, they would be handed over through this process, et cetera. And so all of that’s what has to be worked on, and is being worked on as we speak. So I’m not telling you there aren’t some logistical hurdles here, but I am saying that the expectation is that this happens quickly. And I would also say that while we want all the hostages to be released, if there are five that are ready to go right now, they should be released right now. If another 10 are ready to go in 12 hours after that, the next group should come out, but ultimately they should all come out. And I think what you’re hearing from people is, yes, there has to be some logistics that have to be worked through. But what you can’t have, and what we can’t see, and what we hope we will not see, is that we get into these talks, and these talks are then delayed, and it looks like they’re unnecessarily delaying it. That would be a very bad sign. Let’s hope that’s not what happens. And it’s going to be very important for our partners in the region who signed on to this deal, the UAE, Qatar, Turkey, Jordan, Egypt, etc, for them to be putting a lot of pressure on Hamas to make sure this happens as quickly as possible.

MARGARET BRENNAN: But you pointed out that releases can’t happen when bombardments are underway. Our CBS team in Gaza tells us that there are Israeli bombardments underway. There were strikes Saturday. Tens killed, more injured, bombings continuing. One incident included 10 people killed when they tried to check in on their homes in areas where there are also military sites. Is that acceptable?

SEC. RUBIO: Well, I think, ultimately, what you’re going to see here is that when an agreement is reached on these logistics behind when the release is going to happen, then I think you’ll see those bombardments stop, and I think some of that activity has already decreased somewhat. So, there’s a framework here, and the framework is simple. Once you agree on the logistics of how this is going to happen, I think the Israelis and everyone acknowledge you can’t release hostages in the middle of strikes, so the strikes will have to stop. And, as you saw, the president state that very clearly on Friday, where he asked the Israelis to begin to pull back to create the conditions for these releases–

MARGARET BRENNAN: So this is not a violation of that?

SEC. RUBIO: Well, we’re trying to get the hostages out. That’s the bottom line. We want to get the hostages out as soon as possible. For that to happen, there can’t be a war going on in the middle of it, and Hamas has to agree to turn them over. We have to have the right people go in and get them. That’s what we’re going to focus on right now, and that’s what we’re going to- that’s what we’ve been focused on, and that’s what the talks are going to be about today, on Monday, on Tuesday, to get this done as soon as possible.

MARGARET BRENNAN: I hear you, there are two phases here. The Hamas releasing the hostages is the one you’re most focused on. But, big picture, does the United States assess that Israel has so reduced the threat posed by Hamas that it can end combat and transition to the kind of lower-tempo counter-terrorism campaign that, say, the United States carries out against terrorist threats to this country?

SEC. RUBIO: Well, look, I mean, the ideal outcome here is you don’t have to carry out any counter-terror missions because there are no terrorists in Gaza–

MARGARET BRENNAN: But can they take the win? Can Netanyahu say he won this war?

SEC. RUBIO: Well, first of all, creating a Gaza, or setting up a Gaza that is governed by Palestinian technocrats that are not terrorists and are not sponsoring terrorism, that’s not going to happen in 72 hours. That’s going to take some time to build up, and it’s going to require a lot of work and a lot of international support, and that’s the end goal here of this entire endeavor, after you get the hostages out. By the way, if you can’t get the hostages out, you have no hope of getting that done. So that’s why I say, you know that these two steps need to happen. But it’s going to take a lot of hard work and time. You know, you’re trying to build something that doesn’t exist right now, which is a sort of civilian, Palestinian leadership that’s not tied to terrorism. That doesn’t exist right now. It’s going to take a lot of help from international partners. That’s why having the countries in the region and the Europeans and all others involved in this in both money and resources, that’s why building that coalition is so critical, and then implementing it is not going to be easy. It’s going to take some time here, but I think, certainly, for the first time in a long time, you see the framework and the outlines of something that could work.

MARGARET BRENNAN: But combat operations can end?

SEC. RUBIO: Well, that’s the goal here. Well, you wouldn’t need combat operations if there weren’t terrorists there. But, by the same token, I would remind everybody, if, in fact, at the end of all this terrorism and a terrorist group remains active inside of Gaza, you’re not going to have peace. That’s the fundamental truth here that everyone needs to accept. You’re never going to have peace in Gaza as long as there are terrorists operating from that territory, threatening the security of Israel.

MARGARET BRENNAN: But in terms of occupation and combat operations, that’s different than a counterterrorism campaign. But, let me ask you specifically what President Trump said. He told Barak Ravid of Axios that Prime Minister Netanyahu, quote, “took it very far and Israel lost a lot of support in the world. Now I’m going to get all that support back.” At what point did President Trump decide that Netanyahu took this fight in Gaza, or his operations throughout the Middle East- When did he take it too far?

SEC. RUBIO: I think the President’s- the president’s observation, basically, is that because of the length of this war and how it’s gone- we’ve all seen the international narrative. We’ve all seen it, whether we agree with it or not. We have seen countries like the U.K., Australia, Canada and others come out and sort of signal support, or announce support for a Palestinian state. We have seen, even in our own domestic politics, some of the attacks on Israel. We don’t forget what happened on October 7. That’s the other thing the President repeatedly points to is, remember October 7. But the impli- whether we agree with it or not, we have seen the impact that this has had on Israel’s global standing. And I think that’s the point the President is making here, is that whether you believe it was justified or not, right or not, that we- you cannot ignore the impact that this has had on Israel’s global standing. That said, if we never want to see this happen again, meaning a war like this, you can never have another October 7 or anything like it ever happen again. And that’s the thing the President has reiterated and repeatedly made clear to our partners in the region, and that is, if you truly want peace and stability and a better future for the Palestinian people, then there has to be a Gaza that is not governed or controlled in any way, shape or form by Hamas, or anything that looks like Hamas.

MARGARET BRENNAN: Okay. Does the United States support a Palestinian state? Because point 19 in your White House plan talks about “a credible pathway to Palestinian self determination and statehood.”

SEC. RUBIO: Well, again, we’ve always said, I mean, this has been a consistent position throughout, that the only way you’re ever going to have anything that looks like statehood is in a negotiated deal with the Israelis. We are so far from that right now–

MARGARET BRENNAN: Right, but Prime Minister Netanyahu opposes a Palestinian state and thanked President Trump for speaking against recognition of one. That’s why I’m asking you to clarify.

SEC. RUBIO: Well, we haven’t recognized the Palestinian state–

[CROSSTALK]

MARGARET BRENNAN: I understand.

SEC. RUBIO: –the United States has not. And right now, there’s no point in doing that–

MARGARET BRENNAN: Does the US want to see one?

[CROSSTALK ENDS]

SEC. RUBIO: –because it’s not even possible. That’s not even a realistic thing right now. Because who, who would govern that Palestinian state, Hamas?

MARGARET BRENNAN: Well, it’s point 19 in your plan–

SEC. RUBIO: –Who would govern it?

MARGARET BRENNAN: –I thought.

SEC. RUBIO: Well, but that’s talking about a pathway long term and in the future.

MARGARET BRENNAN: Right.

SEC. RUBIO: But one of the- before you can even get there, okay, that’s, you know, before you can even get there, you have to have someone to turn that land- Israel’s made clear they have no interest in governing Gaza. They have no interest in occupying Gaza long term and being the government of Gaza. I think Israel, I can’t speak for Israel, but I think Israel would tell you they would love to turn over Gaza to a Palestinian organization that isn’t terrorists. They would love to do that. But that doesn’t exist right now. That has to be built, and that’s going to take time. You’re not going to build that in 72 hours. You’re not going to build that in 72 weeks. I mean, it’s going to take some time to get to that point. So that’s the pathway this discusses. And I think if you look forward into the future where there is suddenly a Palestinian government-like organization, that can govern territory, then there’s a lot of possibilities. But that has to be negotiated and agreed to by Israel. In the end, it’s very simple. There can be peace in Gaza, there can be Palestinian governance in Gaza, whether you call it statehood or something else, as long as it is not terrorists that are in charge of that territory. That’s what Israel agreed to when they turned over Gaza in the first place, and then Hamas took over Gaza and turned it into a terrorist camp, and that’s what’s led us to the point that we are at today. So we can get off that road and onto a different road. There are a lot of possibilities long term and in the future, but right now–

MARGARET BRENNAN: So maybe?

SEC. RUBIO: –we are far from that. Right now, we need to get these hostages out, and we just need technocrats that are not terrorists to be able to begin the basic reconstruction of Gaza.

MARGARET BRENNAN: That interview was taped earlier today, with the camera off, Secretary Rubio clarified that President Trump still opposes Israeli annexation of the West Bank though there is no mention of the Occupied Territory in the 20 point White House peace plan.

Two More Election Wins for Sovereign Nationalism

Posted originally on CTH on October 5, 2025 | Sundance

In addition to the Japanese election victory of Sanae Takaichi, now positioned to be the first female Prime Minister of Japan, both the Czech Republic and nation state of Georgia held elections yesterday.

♦ In the Czech Republic, billionaire businessman Andrej Babis won parliamentary elections, with his populist ANO party receiving around 35% of the vote. This gains ANO 80 seats in the 200-seat lower house – up from 72 seats four years ago.

Andrej Babis will now likely enter a coalition with anti-Green Deal “Motorists for Themselves,” (lol) and the anti-illegal immigrant Freedom and Direct Democracy (SPD) party, led by the Czech-Japanese entrepreneur Tomio Okamura. While this coalition will likely not exit the EU, this coalition will strongly push-back against the efforts of Brussels bureaucrats to control the national decisions of independent nations.

The biggest loser in the Czech election is Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy who has relied upon a sketchy assembly of Czech arms dealers to provide him weapons via highly corrupt NATO/EU payment systems. As noted by the BBC, Babis “has already vowed to scrap the successful Czech ammunition initiative – which has delivered 3.5 million shells to Ukraine since 2022.

“Babis claims it lacks transparency, but Czech government officials who created the scheme say it works precisely because it is not transparent. Under the initiative, Czech arms dealers use their international contacts to procure shells for Ukraine on the global market, with the bulk of the money coming from EU and NATO partners. Some of the producers are in countries that have relationships with Russia but as the deal is arranged with Czech dealers their involvement remains private.”

In essence, the Czech arms dealers delivering weapons to Ukraine are also delivering weapons to Russia. [Sound familiar?]

The new Czech government will continue letting NATO/USA buy weapons for Ukraine from Czech arms dealers, but the govt will no longer permit the operation from hiding the transactions. Russia will know which of their arms suppliers are also delivering weapons to Ukraine. [Oh dear]

♦ The other big election outcome was the municipal elections in Georgia. Following the 2024 independent Parliamentary elections of Georgia Dream, the entire apparatus of western NGOs, western intelligence, EU and NATO alliances, have been funding opposition efforts in Georgia.

Their EU’s yearlong manipulation effort culminated in a massive rally, turned riot, on the streets of Tbilisi last night. However, the Georgian people rejected the pro-EU manipulation and resoundingly elected Georgia Dream (nationalists) to lead their municipal elections. Mayoral and council elections were won by candidates who supported the sovereign state of Georgia.

The biggest losers in the Georgia elections were EU President Ursula von der Leyen, the Brussels bureaucrats and again Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Tbilisi (AFP) – Georgia’s ruling party won local elections Saturday and police fired tear gas and water cannons at anti-government protesters who tried to enter the presidential palace, as tens of thousands of people rallied to the opposition’s call to save democracy. (more)

I think ‘the new awakening’, post Ukraine and post EU mobilization, includes a growing understanding of what this new “save democracy” claim is all about. None of it has anything to do with elections, freedom or liberty.

The people who organize these “save democracy” rallies, have a totally different perspective on what democracy actually is. They view nationalism, national identity, as something against the interests of the global democracy of totalitarian elites they wish to create.

This is a new era, where people are starting to recognize the ‘save democracy’ brand for what it really is. That gives me hope.

The government of Georgia should be held up for praise when considering their approach.

Many strong nationalists may not like it, but the Georgia ruling party openly, Georgia Dream, let the left-wing “new democracy” crowd protest for over a year. The Pro-EU troops marched in the streets and yet the govt did not stop the protests all year.

Instead, the nationalist govt permitted dissent, even when it was uncomfortable – which is, as we know, a tenuous approach. The Marxists always exploit the willingness of noble govt to remain solid in their view of counter argument.

The Georgia Dream decision to permit the continued antagonism by the Brussels funded crowds could have ended badly. However, while the govt permitted the protests, they simultaneously made the argument for sovereign control over their own country. They let the leftists shout at trees, while the Georgia govt made the better argument. It takes courage to do this.

Ultimately, this approach showed how the protest group was in the minority, and how the majority of the Georgian people stand firm on the side of sovereign nationalism.

Compare that approach to how the leftists in Romania and Moldova responded to protests. Both governments targeted dissent, attacked the sovereign nationalist movement, banned opposing views, made opposition to their ideology unlawful and weaponized government against their own election systems.

You might think the brutal totalitarian approach by both Romania and Moldova ended with victory for the oppressive fascists currently in power; but they govern in a very tenuous and unstable position. (Same with Ukraine, same with France).

The unstable nature of their “new democracy” leaves their governing structures exceptionally vulnerable. The need for control is driven by fear.

The government of Georgia doesn’t need to fear the future; while the governments of Romania, Moldova, Ukraine and France certainly do, and that’s why they’re acting like it.

PRO TIP: In the end, God wins!

Retain your kindness.
