White House Coronavirus Task Force Briefing – 6:00pm ET Livestream…

Unfortunately, with President Trump effectively communicating the latest information on the federal efforts to mitigate COVID-19, more corporate U.S. resistance media have decided not to carry the live broadcasts from the White House task force briefings.

Today at 6:00pm ET the White House will hold a briefing for the public and media on the latest mitigation efforts against the coronavirus. [Livestream Links Below]

Under Pressure Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer Says Possible State Opening May 1st….

Amid a litany of Blue state governors who saw the Wuhan Virus as an opportunity to seize absolute control over their citizens, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer has been one of the worst. Whitmer enforced some of the most draconian lock-down measures in the country banning people from most aspects of social and civic life.

As a result of her lust for power, residents in Michigan have begun openly protesting the dictatorial fiats from the governor’s office. The media initially attempted a full-throated defense of the governor; who was previously hand-selected by the DNC club to deliver the state-of-the-union rebuttal to President Trump. However, the citizen revolt has continued and gained momentum…. The flickering embers of the Michigan Tea Party quickly reignited.

Facing increased pressure from within her state, the governor is now attempting to control the enemy before they breech the gates at Governor Whitmer’s Bastille Saint-Antoine:

“I am hopeful that come May 1 we will make some steps forward, and we proceed, if that goes well and we continue to see progress, that we then go into a second phase,” Whitmer said during a tele-town hall hosted by the Detroit Regional Chamber Friday. She said she recognized people are desperate to get back to work and no solution would be zero risk. (more)

NEC Director Larry Kudlow Frustrated Congress Will Not Fund Paycheck Protection Program…

National Economic Council Director Larry Kudlow shows a bit of frustration in this interview as he discusses the Small Business relief package and the paycheck protection program (ppp) that has been allowed to exhaust all funding.

After the original small business allocation of $350 billion was exhausted Treasury Secretary Mnuchin asked for an additional $250 billion to resupply funding for the program congress has already initiated.  House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is refusing to fund PPP until she can get “something out of it”.  Congress doesn’t return until May 4th.

“What Inflation?

Former Fed chair Janet Yellen participated in a Brookings Institute call on April 6 during which she stated inflation was not a problem. Despite rock bottom interest rates and endless trillions being put into the system, there will be no inflation. She must be right because she’s a monetary ‘authority.’ She also said our accumulated debt is not an issue either. Whether it be $24 trillion or $124 trillion, what’s the diff?

Yellen did voice concern about a possible upcoming recession. No worries for her, though—she won’t be participating. She’s a multimillionaire. She and her fellow central bankers will fare just fine, thank goodness!

Those who sit on the Federal Reserve throne have determined that it’s no big deal to issue money by computer entries. Creating massive debt is no problem, either. It’s all too boring and complicated for the average American to understand, so go back to watching NFL reruns on TV! No need to pay attention the privately owned, for-profit Federal Reserve that creates debt money that taxpayers must pay back. There’s no need to audit the Fed or anything like that even though trillions of dollars go missing. What a privilege the Fed enjoys! Can you imagine having the power to create money simply by typing in a figure followed by a spate of zeroes in your bank account? Well, the Fed does just that, et voila! The stock market goes up like magic. Global corporations and big banks get their big bailouts and bonuses. Problems are solved by this means, over and over again.

If there are no consequences to the Fed’s endless currency creation, why not simply send out a million bucks or so to each struggling citizen? The globalist Federal Reserve will only send us what they think is needed to buy off our freedom and liberty.

Unfortunately, it’s working. HL Mencken once said, “Nobody ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American people.” He must be right because we’ve all been stupid enough to be victimized by the Fed’s con game for over a century.

Trump misstated in saying that COVID-19 “came out of nowhere”

President Bush knew it—or something like it—was coming. President Obama knew it—or something like it—was coming, too. Neither administration properly prepared the nation to respond.

George Bush, Barack Obama,Trump misstated in saying that COVID-19 came out of nowhereBig, cataclysmic events seldom come out of nowhere.  Though, granted, they occasionally do. Particularly when the earth acts unexpectedly.

On March 27, 1964, the Great Alaskan Earthquake, also known as the Good Friday Earthquake, was a magnitude 9.2 megathrust quake; the most powerful earthquake recorded in North American history. Second most powerful in world history. Unexpected.

COVID-19 did not come out of nowhere. It came out of a lab in Wuhan, China

Other disasters are said to have come out of nowhere but, in retrospect, they could have been anticipated.
The September 11, 2001 attack killed 3,000, and injured over 25,000. It didn’t come out of nowhere. Suspicion quickly fell on al-Qaeda. Previously missed indicators, by various government agencies, were quickly pieced together in retrospect as debris on Manhattan Island still smoldered. Too late.

COVID-19 did not come out of nowhere. It came out of a lab in Wuhan, China. Its origin aside, it was an anticipated, even expected, event.  Expected by the United States Government, and two former Presidents.  Here’s how that played out.

The National Institute of Health (NIH), founded in 1887, is the primary agency of the U.S. government responsible for biomedical and public health research. It has over 20,000 employees, including 6,000 scientists (2019), housed in a large facility in Bethesda, Maryland.

National Institute of Health

In a 2004 speech before the NIH, then President George W. Bush said this in the first half of his remarks:

“It is vital that our nation discuss and address the threat of pandemic flu now. There is no pandemic flu in our country or in the world at this time. But if we wait for a pandemic to appear, it will be too late to prepare. Our strategy is designed to meet three critical goals. First, we must defeat outbreaks that occur anywhere in the world. Second, we must protect the American people by stockpiling vaccines and antiviral drugs. And improve our ability to rapidly produce new vaccines against a pandemic strain.  And third, we must be ready to respond at the federal, state, and local levels in the event that a pandemic reaches our shores.”

Dr. Anthony Stephen Fauci was in the audience. He had served, since 1984, as Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases within the NIH. It’s reported that “He has turned down several offers to lead his agency’s parent, the NIH, and has been at the forefront of U.S. efforts to contend with viral diseases like HIV, SARS, the 2009 swine flu pandemic, MERS, Ebola and COVID-19”.

In 2014, then President Barack Obama delivered a similar speech on the need to prepare for a pandemic. Therein Obama said:

“We have to put in place an infrastructure, not just here at home, but globally, that allows us to see it quickly, isolate it quickly, respond to it quickly.  So that if and when a new strain of flu, like the Spanish flu, crops up five years from now, or a decade from now, we’ve made the investment and we’re further along to be able to catch it. The funding we’re asking for is needed to strengthening our capacity here at home so we can respond to any future Ebola cases.  It’s needed to help us partner with other countries to prevent and deal with future outbreaks before they become pandemics.”

Fauci and ObamaFauci heard that speech, too.

At the 3:19 mark in the video of Obama’s speech, the narrative suddenly shifts to a criticism of Trump that alleges he received briefings on the COVID-19 virus “as early as January but continued to downplay the threat into March”.  That’s what fake news looks like on YouTube.

This spin represents the anti-Trump meme that will play out over-and-over against Trump as the general election approaches.  Thankfully, there are enough facts accurately chronicled, in word and video, to debunk the assertion that Trump downplayed the threat.

Here’s just one example of exculpatory evidence testifying against that fake meme:

“During a February 29 broadcast on NBC’s ‘Today Show,’ Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said that at that time the government was still not advising people to change their daily habits to avoid the coronavirus pandemic.”

On the video from February 29, Fauci says,

“Right now the risk is still low but this could change. I’ve said that could change. I’ve said that many times, even on this program. You’ve got to watch out, although the risk is low now, you don’t need to change anything you’re doing. When you start to see community spread this could change, and force you to become much more attentive to doing things that would protect you from spread.”

Things did change. Trump took Fauci’s and Birx’s advice – “two very smart people” – and shut down the U.S. economy. When this episode passes, we’ll debate the wisdom of their advice.

Point is –COVID-19 didn’t come “out of nowhere”.

China knew it was coming and, with the complicity of the World Health Organization (WHO), let it spread by withholding the information of its existence for, at lease, six critical days.  Time enough for it to spread internationally.

Long ago, President Bush knew it—or something like it—was coming.

President Obama knew it—or something like it—was coming, too.

Neither administration properly prepared the nation to respond.

It was a bipartisan failure.

The NIH appears, at this point, to have been ill-prepared following the warnings issued by both Presidents.
Proverbs 20.18 reads, “Where there is no vision the people perish.” But, then, vision without action is a wishful dream.

TV Networks Should Redirect the Money Set to Benefit the WHO

There are many other problems with the WHO that suggest it needs to be reformed or scrapped. The money from the U.S. should still be directed to fighting diseases like malaria, polio and AIDS, and helping front-line healthcare personnel, but not through the WHO.

TV Networks Should Redirect the Money Set to Benefit the WHOPresident Trump’s decision to pull U.S. funding of the World Health Organization (WHO), pending an investigation, is justified based on both their recent record of covering for China’s role in the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as for their track record over the past decade and beyond. But by announcing his decision this week, Trump is walking into a media buzz saw, certainly not for the first time.

The media have a huge conflict of interest, which they won’t even acknowledge. They are planning to broadcast a massive TV event this weekend, basically a fundraiser for the WHO, that will keep their news divisions from honestly reporting on the controversies, even if they were inclined to do so, which they are not.

The idea of a fundraiser to help healthcare workers and victims of the virus is perfectly appropriate and worthwhile, but the funds that it raises should not be funneled through the WHO, an organization steeped in controversy that is currently headed by someone with an ignominious record. They should find other beneficiaries, such as the Red Cross and others listed here and here, though I am not endorsing any of them specifically.

One obvious problem is that by promoting and airing this high-profile benefit, it means that those networks will not investigate or report on the very issues that make the WHO so controversial. That was the case even before Trump weighed in this week with his decision to withhold aid.

Deadline describes the event as such:

Jimmy FallonJimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert are to host a major television event to help end COVID-19 airing across NBCABC and CBS as well as a number of international networks.”

“The trio will front One World: Together at Home featuring a slew of A-list stars on Saturday April 18 between 8pm and 10pm. The event, which is curated by Lady Gaga, has been put together by social action platform Global Citizen and the World Health Organization.”

“The global entertainment special will celebrate the efforts of community health workers and promote the fight to end the global pandemic. It will feature multimillion-dollar pledges to the WHO’s Solidarity Response Fund.”

The show includes an all-star, A-list line-up, including Stevie Wonder, Andrea Bocelli, Paul McCartney and Elton John, among many others.

Who could object to any of that? Well, if you’re aware of the political leanings of the three hosts, you’ll understand that this will likely be, at least in part, a blatant attack on President Trump. Stephen Colbert, for example, delivers the goods five nights a week on CBS, dishing out witless hatred and mockery of President Trump and his family, plus he has a weekly animated show on the Showtime cable network where he reaches for and finds new lows in attacking the Trump family.

And it’s not just on those three American broadcast networks that this event will be shown. According to Deadline:

“In addition to NBC, ABC and CBS, it will air on BBC One as well as Disney, NBC and ViacomCBS stations around the world. The full list of broadcasters includes Bravo, E!, MSNBC, NBCSN, NBC News, NBC News on YouTube, Peacock, Syfy, USA, ABC News, ABC News Live, Freeform, Nat Geo, Channel 5 in the UK, Network Ten in Australia, and Telefe in Argentina, BET and MTV globally across more than 180 countries, CMT, Comedy Central, Logo, MTV2, Paramount Network, Pop, TV Land and VH1 in the US as well as Bell Media platforms in Canada, MultiChoice, and Ireland’s RTE.

“It will also stream online via a number of platforms including China’s Alibaba, Amazon Prime Video, Apple, Facebook, Hulu, Instagram, LiveXLive, Tencent, Tencent Music Entertainment Group, TIDAL, TuneIn, Twitch, Twitter, Yahoo and YouTube.”

With most of the world homebound, this has the potential to be one of the most watched programs in TV history.

What is it that the WHO has done to disqualify itself from the sort of adulation it will be receiving that evening?
The basic charge is this, from a Wall Street Journal column: “Under Mr. Tedros’s leadership, the WHO has accepted China’s falsehoods about the coronavirus and helped launder them into respectable-looking public-health assessments.

“On Jan. 14, before an official WHO delegation had even visited China, the group parroted Beijing’s claim that there was ‘no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission.’ Two weeks later, after China had reported more than 4,500 cases of the virus and over 70 people in other countries were sick with it, Mr. Tedros visited China and heaped praise on its leaders for their ‘transparency.’”

“Mr. Tedros” is the director of the WHO, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.

There is much more detail, dating back at least to early December that covers much of China’s actions and deceptions, and the WHO’s willing and negligent participation. It is laid out very well in this timeline from Fox News, and this one from the Daily Mail.

And the condemnation of both China and the WHO is not just coming from conservatives. Leftwing publications such as The Nation and The Guardian have harsh critiques of both. The Nation, takes the WHO to task for ignoring Taiwan’s warnings about the true situation in Wuhan, such as the transmissibility of the virus from human to human.

From the Guardian, “The WHO is ignoring Chinese government suppression of human rights regarding the outbreak, including severe restrictions on freedom of expression. In turn, Chinese state media are citing the WHO to defend its policies and try to silence criticism of its response to the outbreak, which has included rights violations that could make the situation worse.”

And from the libertarian Reason magazine website, “The World Health Organization (WHO) put out questionable guidance on how to deal with the coronavirus, it was slow to communicate the magnitude of the threat, and it whitewashed the Chinese government’s early handling of the crisis.”

There is an excellent column by Marc Thiessen in The Washington Post which argues that China should be legally liable for the trillions of dollars and the many tens of thousands of lives lost in this coronavirus pandemic. And there is a class action lawsuit that lays out the complaint in legalistic and timeline form of what the Chinese government knew and when they knew it.

The networks carrying the show on Saturday are not asking the tough questions of the WHO, if Chuck Todd’s questioning of the organization’s number-2 man on NBC’s Meet the Press is any indication. It is an inherent conflict of interest when news and entertainment are residing under the same roof, such as, for example, ABC and Disney, NBC and Comcast, CBS and Viacom. They will almost always come down on the side of their entertainment assets. Especially in cases like this when it also fits their political narrative, which is that if Trump is for it, they are against it.

U.S. contributions to the WHO have been by far the largest of any country, approximately $3.5 billion over the last decade. But what’s even more significant is that in some cases, 80% of the amount the U.S. contributed was voluntary, as opposed to the assessed portion. For example, in 2017, $401 million out of the total of $513 million from the U.S. was voluntary, and the total was approximately 10 times that of China. The figures have been similar to that for the past two years as well.

There are many other problems with the WHO that suggest it needs to be reformed or scrapped. The money from the U.S. should still be directed to fighting diseases like malaria, polio and AIDS, and helping front-line healthcare personnel, but not through the WHO as it currently exists.

There have been previous controversies and problems involving the WHO, which I will discuss in part 2 tomorrow.

Uncle Sam-President Trump—Signs Your Pay Checks, Nancy Pelosi

Uncle Sam-President Trump—Signs Your Pay Checks, Nancy PelosiProof can always be found in the proverbial pudding: Hoarding, then gorging on gourmet chocolate ice cream intensifies one’s inherent idiocy as it is doing to addle-headed Democrat House ‘Squeaker’ Nancy Pelosi.

Pelosi boasted about her stash of chocolate ice cream to see her over Easter to The Late Late Show with James Corden.

Born with a silver spoon in her mouth 80 years ago, she’s been licking all silver spoons ever since.

Now, in the midst of soaring unemployment and with millions teetering on broke in the economic downturn brought on by the pandemic outbreak, ‘Ice Cream Queen’ Pelosi is letting on that Americans don’t want their Coronavirus Stimulus Checks signed by her mortal enemy President Donald Trump.

‘Pelosi ‘Shameful’ Trump’s name appearing on stimulus checks’ (Breitbart, April 15, 2020)

“What an idiot. Vast majority of checks are electronic transfers. They aren’t even checks.,” says CFP’s favorite pundit Paul Bush.

“Wednesday on CNN’s “The Lead,” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said it was “shameful” President Donald Trump’s name will appear on the coronavirus stimulus checks. ()

“Host Jake Tapper asked, “What’s your take on President Trump’s name appearing on these stimulus checks?”

Snake Jake always unloads the softball questions.

“Pelosi said, “Shameful. In other words, people are really desperate to get a check.” (Breitbart)

“She continued, “Let me put it in perspective. The three things that really anger the American people, there are others, but three of them are, one, that our first responders, our health care workers, our police and fire, all the people in food and other essential workers, do not have the equipment that they need to keep themselves safe as they manage to attend to the needs of others, that they do not have the ventilators and other equipment to save lives that are in their charge. That’s one.

“She added, “The second is, they want their checks. They want their unemployment check. They want their direct payment check. They want their PPP, the Paycheck Protection Program, checks to come forward, and they’re not seeing that. And the third thing they want is for us not to have any of the billions of dollars that have gone to big business, to help keep people employed. They don’t want any of that to be used to enrich shareholders, buybacks, bonuses, dividends, CEO pay, and the rest of that. So if you put those three things there, that’s what we do in the CARES Act, is to make all of this something that would happen. But again, the entree, the door opening, the threshold to cross into opening up our economy, is through testing, testing, testing.”

Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s Ice Cream Cache – Show & Tell

“The Washington Post published a story on Tuesday evening claiming the stimulus checks going out to the vast majority of Americans as a result of the coronavirus crisis are being held up due to the fact President Donald Trump’s name is being affixed to them. (Breitbart, April 15, 2020)

“The opening sentence of the article from Lisa Rein claims that adding Trump’s name to the checks to tens of millions of Americans is “a process that could slow their delivery by a few days.”

“The article also includes a section quoting some career officials claiming this will lead to a delay:

“The team, working from home, is now racing to implement a programming change that two senior IRS officials said will probably lead to a delay in issuing the first batch of paper checks. They are scheduled to be sent Thursday to the Bureau of the Fiscal Service for printing and issuing.

“Computer code must be changed to include the president’s name, and the system must be tested, these officials said.

“Any last-minute request like this will create a downstream snarl that will result in a delay,” said Chad Hooper, a quality-control manager who serves as national president of the IRS’s Professional Managers Association.

“But the idea there will be some kind of a delay is not true. Buried deeper within the piece is confirmation that the checks will not be delayed.

“A Treasury Department spokeswoman, however, denied any delay and said the plan all along was to issue the checks next week.

“Economic Impact Payment checks are scheduled to go out on time and exactly as planned — there is absolutely no delay whatsoever,” the spokeswoman said in a written statement. She said this was a faster process than the stimulus checks the George W. Bush administration issued in 2008 to head off a looming recession.

“In fact, we expect the first checks to be in the mail early next week which is well in advance of when the first checks went out in 2008 and well in advance of initial estimates,” the statement said.”

“Multiple Treasury Department officials confirmed to Breitbart News that the claims of a delay are inaccurate. One Treasury Department official confirmed that President Trump’s name will appear on the paper checks, adding there will be no delay to make that happen.

“Monica Crowley, the Treasury Department spokeswoman, also tweeted this response to the “inaccurate and misleading” Washington Post story on Wednesday:

“Most Americans are getting these cash payments directly deposited into their bank accounts, if they have gotten a tax return in recent years and the IRS has their direct deposit information on file. Some Americans, however, need a paper check to be mailed to them–and the Treasury Department says these checks are going out ahead of schedule even with the addition of President Trump’s name on them.

“Despite the claims from the Washington Post piece collapsing under scrutiny, many on the left and throughout the media and entertainment establishment have used this story to further attack President Trump:

If the check you’re waiting for is delayed, you can thank this man. He cared more about getting his name on the check than about your need for it. He’s worse than contemptible. https://www.thedailybeast.com/trumps-name-will-be-emblazoned-on-stimulus-checks-which-will-likely-delay-them

The $1,200 stimulus checks, like all government paper checks, come from Uncle Sam.

The horror for Pelosi and the rest of her cabal is that Uncle Sam is now President Donald Trump—the same Uncle Sam who signs all their pay checks—a fact that gorging on all the chocolate ice cream in the world cannot change.

Facebook didn’t like an opinion I expressed so it censored me

This is all the more reason not to trust social media “fact checkers” and to revoke or modify section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, which enables such censorship

Facebook didn’t like an opinion I expressed so it censored meThis is a first for me.

Although I know some articles flagged by Facebook are in fact false, this one of mine, “The CDC Confesses to Lying About COVID-19 Death Numbers”, shouldn’t have been flagged at all.

The CDC Confesses to Lying About COVID-19 Death Numbers

Facebook’s decision to call me a liar was based on a slipshod analysis performed by something called Lead Stories. The report, dated April 15, 2020, is titled, “Fact Check: CDC Did NOT Confess To Lying About COVID-19 Death Numbers.”

If I wish to characterize the Centers for Disease Control’s admission of a corrupt practice aimed at inflating the death figures for COVID-19 as a confession, that is my prerogative. In America, before social media came along, we used to enjoy free speech.

It is a Kafkaesque process. I wasn’t given an opportunity to respond to Facebook’s judgment before it was rendered. It was summarily imposed on me without my input.

This is all the more reason not to trust social media “fact checkers” and to revoke or modify section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, which enables such censorship.

IMF Now Warns of the Recession from the Great Lockdown

COMMENT: Mr. Armstrong; It has been long suspected that you advised the IMF. You always denied that and then accused them of being corrupt. It then began to seem like whatever you would forecast, they would then mimic. A few days after your letter to Trump that we would decline into 2032 if everyone was locked down beyond May 1, the IMF has come out and called this the Great Lockdownand once again said this would be the worst recession in 100 years.

It is curious how influential your computer has become.

Congrats

PW

REPLY: I do not advise the IMF. I know a lot of people have believed so because they tend to come out and adopt our forecasts weeks of months later. But I do not advise the IMF and have never visited even their office.

This insanity has been instigated, I believe, by Bill Gates and his co-conspirators. They seem to be more concerned about reducing C02 than people’s lives.

Trump Opening America Again

President Trump played a very smart move against the FAKE NEWS contingent. He outlined broad new federal guidelines for opening up the country that will put the onus on governors to decide how to restart the economies in their states amid mounting fallout from the coronavirus outbreak. The federal guidance doesn’t set a specific timeline, and Trump wouldn’t hypothesize what the country will look like by milestone dates like Memorial Day, the Fourth of July and Labor Day. But Trump predicted there are 29 states that can begin the opening soon and several that could start the process right away, though he didn’t name them.

We can easily see that the problem areas are New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Delaware, with Atlanta and New Orleans. The rest of the country is minimally affected. We could not ship out our books from Pennsylvania because of the draconian lockdown. We had to have them trucked to Florida and they are now all out in the mail.

I had to laugh when Trump used the very reports claiming 2 million Americans would die which was put out by Neil Ferguson from Imperial College which received donations from Bill Gates to flip their negativity back on the press. We did a great job, Trump said, and we are coming in with well under 100,000 deaths because he closed the borders. It was sort of a mental martial arts contest using the force of your opponent against them.

Shifting the burden back to the governors was a brilliant move. New York City, which under governor Andrew Cuomo just weeks ago was blaming Trump and pleading that it would need 40,000 ventilators to handle a projected flood of critically ill COVID-19 patients that never appeared, now says things are going so well New York is shipping hundreds of ventilators to other states. It’s always a question of who gets the blame.

Socrates was right. COVID-19 would peak the week of April 6th. Even back on March 11th, our cyclical models showed the peak would be April/May. This was not some personal opinion or guess. This was simply modeling the life-cycle of all viruses. People who were saying this could last for 18 months were doing so to support Bill Gates saying it would take 18 months for a vaccine that would be conveniently after the 2020 elections.

I watched the questions and you could see that they were all negative. I watched the CBS version and they immediately had their analyst from the Associated Press who instantly began to try to tear Trump apart. He said when the President claimed to have the authority to order the states to report, “we knew that was wrong then” and now he deferred to the Governors “proving he was wrong.” Quite frankly, I am really disgusted with these people.

I have laid out under the Commerce Clause, there is absolutely NO authority for any governor to close down the economy of his state. There are conspiracy theories that Trump handed all authority to FEMA and they can run a dictatorship. Let me explain one thing: The Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land. The Supremacy Clause of the Constitution of the United States (Article VI, Clause 2), establishes that the Constitution, federal laws made pursuant to it, and treaties made under its authority, constitute the “supreme Law of the Land“, and thus take priority over any conflicting state laws.

That means no matter what statutory authority Congress gave FEMA, it is unconstitutional if they ever tried to enforce such a dictatorship. Likewise, no state governor can issue any order or pass a statute that is contrary to the Constitution – PERIOD!

Just for the record, enforcing the civil rights actions against the states during the 1960s which were suppressing blacks, it was the Supremacy Clause which enabled the federal government to force civil rights. These journalists are outright wrong and they themselves are supporting Sedition by misrepresenting the Constitution. The Supreme Court delivered four decisions on this subject:

In Pennsylvania v. Nelson, 350 U.S. 497 (1956) the Supreme Court struck down the Pennsylvania Sedition Act, which made advocating the forceful overthrow of the federal government a crime under Pennsylvania state law when federal interest in an area of law is sufficiently dominant, federal law must be assumed to preclude enforcement of state laws on the same subject.

In Reid v. Covert, 354 U.S. 1 (1957), the Supreme Court held that international treaties and laws made pursuant to them must comply with the Constitution. Not even the federal government could possibly write a treaty that circumvents the Constitution.

In Cooper v. Aaron, 358 U.S. 1 (1958), the Supreme Court rejected attempts by Arkansas to nullify the Court’s school desegregation decision, Brown v. Board of Education which relied on Equal Protection under the Fourteenth Amendment. Arkansas, acted under the theory of states’ rights which could not nullify federal law.

In Edgar v. MITE Corp., 457 U.S. 624 (1982), the Supreme Court ruled: “A state statute is void to the extent that it actually conflicts with a valid Federal statute”.

I find it personally offensive for these journalists to harp on this nonsense that Trump was wrong when it is plainly the FAKE NEWS. What Trump has done was political. The draconian measures being carried out by each state will be attributable to the governor for the 2020 election – not Trump. Then we will probably see these horrible corrupt journalists flip it around and blame the lockdowns and loss of local jobs like in New York on Trump in time for the 2020 elections. Personally, I believe they are carrying out Sedition against the United States.

Trump has absolute authority to reopen the country because there is NO Constitutional Authority to have ordered a lockdown, to begin with. This idea of flattening the curve is only a THEORY and there is no evidence that this would even work. It is no different than Keynesian Economics with Quantitative Easing which has failed. The attempt to flatten the curve CANNOT defeat the energy of any cycle. All you will do is prolong it. The likelihood of this returning in the fall is probably better than 90%. The real threat is once this power has been seized by governments and it remains unchallenged, it will be used again and again in the future.

Trump made it very clear, there was NEVER a bed capacity problem. He sent hospital ships to New York, but they were not used. He had the Army Core of Engineers build beds in stadiums – they were never filled. The entire theory we needed to be locked down because there were not enough beds was totally BOGUS!!!!! When is the press going to point this out? We have been lied to and why? Where is the journalist willing to tell the truth just once! This is the CDC’s own graph showed bed capacity was the justification for the lockdown. The press bash Trump claiming he was wrong, but not a single word about this chart to justify the lockdown, to begin with, will ever appear in main-stream media.

Selective Fake News!
