Creating the New War That will Justify the Confiscation of American Assets in China

In Europe, the EU has used this coronavirus to justify nationalizing companies if the Chinese try to invest in any. In the United States, Congress wants to enact legislation to let Americans sue China over coronavirus damages. What is astonishing about this is that it has been established law that no American can sue the government with the government’s permission. Just last year, the Supreme Court which previously held that where one state could be sued in another back in 1979 in Nevada v. Hall, they have now overruled that decision holding that states have sovereign immunity in Franchise Tax Board of California v. Hyatt. The court wrote that the Hall court misinterpreted the framers’ intention that states should retain their immunity from lawsuits at the founding of the Constitution. If an American cannot sue a state or the federal government unless it expressly waives its sovereign immunity. I FAIL to understand how Congress can possibly waive the sovereign immunity of China. This is inviting war because someone will sue China, the decision will be political without proof, and then a judgment would be entered against the assets in the United States. This will ONLY invite China to start confiscating American assets in China. If you wanted to know how hard the West is going to fall, you now have the answer.

This is a political BRAIN DEAD decision. How about a real special prosecutor to investigate the connections right here in the West that created the lockdown which China did not inflict upon the West. That might reveal some facts nobody wants to deal with. Americans should be able to sue their local states for damages because they violated the Constitution and the Commerce Clause. How about a class-action lawsuit to open that door? I am sure they will raise sovereign immunity

World Health Organization Demanded Sweden Lock Down To Cover Its Own Fraud

The New York Times and others are out in full force to defend Bill Gates, their savior of the world. They distort everything and try to pretend he is this wonderful man who only has our best interests at heart. They also refuse to address how the World Health Organization has carried out the greatest fraud perhaps in modern history and the links of the United Nations to the drive for Climate Change also go back to Bill Gates.

The press refuses to expose the World Health Organization (WHO) which called for Sweden to take more action, telling CNN that it is “imperative” that Sweden “increase measures to control spread of the virus, prepare and increase capacity of the health system to cope, ensure physical distancing and communicate the why and how of all measures to the population.”

Note that the entire theory for the lockdown was that they agreed with Neil Ferguson of Imperial College, also a target for donations from the Gates Foundation, that 2 million Americans would die and we would not have enough bed space to accommodate the people. The argument of Gates and the WHO was there would not be enough bed space to accommodate everyone ill so that meant we had to shut the economy down (bringing CO2 to zero) and destroy jobs to reduce the need for bed space. There are soup kitchens appearing in places like Thailand for people have been pushed to the brink of starvation by Gates & the WHO losing jobs in third world economies.

Trump sent in the Army Core of Engineers and they constructed the proposed bed space which was never filled up. He even sent Navy hospital ships to New York which were not used. He sent so many respirators that now they are offering them to other states. None of the forecasts of Gates, his slew of funded organizations have every proven correct. The New York Times and the rest of the socialist media will never raise that point – EVER!

Why is the New York Times, Washington Post, and the rest of the left media so intent upon destroying our liberty? This is a real mystery. Do these journalists even understand the world they are supporting that we should live in will destroy the freedom of their own children? Perhaps they are just climate change fanatics and hate children to save the planet. It makes no sense. How about just reporting the facts for once? I supposed what’s next – Bill Gates for President?

The WHO has tried to ignore Sweden where they did not lockdown everyone and the death rate was no worse than any other country and in fact. Sweden stands as a testament that this has been the greatest scam of all time which has used a virus to achieve the very same goals as Climate Change. The Gates Foundation has donated at least $1.5 billion to WHO. Why do American taxpayers need to hand them more money when Gates says jump and they ask how high? Gate’s number one favorite donation is Gavi, The Vaccine Alliance.

UNDER NO CONDITIONS should President Trump resume any support for WHO. All health organizations that want to pretend to be unbiased governmental agencies MUST stop taking private donations. That includes the CDC, NIH, and the WHO. Any university that accepts donations from the Gates Foundation should be PROHIBITED from providing any such studies whatsoever given (i.e. Ferguson) that they have ALL been wrong concerning this staged viral Plandemic (a more realistic term for what they have done). Ag Secretary Sonny Perdue Announces $19 Billion U.S. Farm Aid Relief Package…

In the background of lessons being learned from the COVID-19 pandemic, stay tuned for a new MAGA-minded small farm program in the agricultural industry similar in construct to how President Trump and Secretary Mnuchin created the parallel banking system using community banks and credit unions.  Domestic food security is national security.

Today President Trump and Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue revealed a $19 billion U.S. farm relief program which includes the Dept. of Agriculture purchasing $3 billion in farm products from the fresh supply chain to support those impacted by the collapse of the restaurant, hotel, school and cafeteria demand (food away from home).   WATCH:

.

If you’ve been following our outlines on the food supply-chain issues, you’ll be well aware of what is causing the current farm crisis. {Go Deep} Secretary Perdue is stepping in to mitigate that impact and provide relief to farmers severely impacted by the supply chain disruption.

(Washington, D.C., April 17, 2020) – U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue today announced the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP). This new U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) program will take several actions to assist farmers, ranchers, and consumers in response to the COVID-19 national emergency. President Trump directed USDA to craft this $19 billion immediate relief program to provide critical support to our farmers and ranchers, maintain the integrity of our food supply chain, and ensure every American continues to receive and have access to the food they need.

“During this time of national crisis, President Trump and USDA are standing with our farmers, ranchers, and all citizens to make sure they are taken care of,” Secretary Perdue said. “The American food supply chain had to adapt, and it remains safe, secure, and strong, and we all know that starts with America’s farmers and ranchers. This program will not only provide immediate relief for our farmers and ranchers, but it will also allow for the purchase and distribution of our agricultural abundance to help our fellow Americans in need.”

CFAP will use the funding and authorities provided in the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES), the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), and other USDA existing authorities. The program includes two major elements to achieve these goals.

  1. Direct Support to Farmers and Ranchers: The program will provide $16 billion in direct support based on actual losses for agricultural producers where prices and market supply chains have been impacted and will assist producers with additional adjustment and marketing costs resulting from lost demand and short-term oversupply for the 2020 marketing year caused by COVID-19.
  2. USDA Purchase and Distribution: USDA will partner with regional and local distributors, whose workforce has been significantly impacted by the closure of many restaurants, hotels, and other food service entities, to purchase $3 billion in fresh produce, dairy, and meat. We will begin with the procurement of an estimated $100 million per month in fresh fruits and vegetables, $100 million per month in a variety of dairy products, and $100 million per month in meat products. The distributors and wholesalers will then provide a pre-approved box of fresh produce, dairy, and meat products to food banks, community and faith based organizations, and other non-profits serving Americans in need.

On top of these targeted programs USDA will utilize other available funding sources to purchase and distribute food to those in need.

  • USDA has up to an additional $873.3 million available in Section 32 funding to purchase a variety of agricultural products for distribution to food banks. The use of these funds will be determined by industry requests, USDA agricultural market analysis, and food bank needs.
  • The FFCRA and CARES Act provided an at least $850 million for food bank administrative costs and USDA food purchases, of which a minimum of $600 million will be designated for food purchases. The use of these funds will be determined by food bank need and product availability.

Further details regarding eligibility, rates, and other implementation will be released at a later date. (Link)

Washington State Directorate Jay Inslee: “The president is fomenting domestic rebellion”…

Some language, some very specific wording, has a very specific meaning in the United States of America.  One of those words is “rebellion”; and it carries a deeper meaning to a nation of American citizens born into the idea of individual rights, liberty and freedom.

All of the various restrictions coming from state governors in response to the COVID-19 do not come from State House and/or State Senate decisions.  These are not laws.

The rules restricting liberty, in response to the crisis, have been pronounced without any representative voice supporting them.  All of the rules are arbitrary, and many of these rules will be challenged in court.

However, until those court challenges take place, the only option for a redress of  grievance comes in the form of public protest.  Currently, there is no way for an citizen to appeal to a representative voice against the decrees from a state governor; other than a public protest…. This is a critical point; because non-representative government was the origination of the first great American rebellion against dictates from King George III.

Rebellion against unilateral and authoritarian power is America.  Rebellion or push-back against non-representative government is the thread that connects the varying patchwork of our constitutional republic.   Protest is so critical to our nation that it is protected within the very first amendment to our constitution.

This is the background where the comments today from Washington State Governor Jay Inslee should be considered when he says: “”The president is fomenting domestic rebellion.”

Governor Inslee is saying that any form of protest against his unilateral authority; against his self-defined power and unrepresented decree; is an act of “domestic rebellion.”

When people show you who they are, believe them.

What type of ideology exists in the heart of a man who would declare that any form of protest against him is a form of “domestic rebellion?”

Pay attention.

Freedom is a tenuous proposition.  Cherish it, and fight anyone who would arbitrarily remove it.  There are more of us than them.

Yours as a faithful American rebel,

~ Sundance

Under Pressure Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer Says Possible State Opening May 1st….

Amid a litany of Blue state governors who saw the Wuhan Virus as an opportunity to seize absolute control over their citizens, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer has been one of the worst. Whitmer enforced some of the most draconian lock-down measures in the country banning people from most aspects of social and civic life.

As a result of her lust for power, residents in Michigan have begun openly protesting the dictatorial fiats from the governor’s office. The media initially attempted a full-throated defense of the governor; who was previously hand-selected by the DNC club to deliver the state-of-the-union rebuttal to President Trump. However, the citizen revolt has continued and gained momentum…. The flickering embers of the Michigan Tea Party quickly reignited.

Facing increased pressure from within her state, the governor is now attempting to control the enemy before they breech the gates at Governor Whitmer’s Bastille Saint-Antoine:

“I am hopeful that come May 1 we will make some steps forward, and we proceed, if that goes well and we continue to see progress, that we then go into a second phase,” Whitmer said during a tele-town hall hosted by the Detroit Regional Chamber Friday. She said she recognized people are desperate to get back to work and no solution would be zero risk. (more)

NEC Director Larry Kudlow Frustrated Congress Will Not Fund Paycheck Protection Program…

National Economic Council Director Larry Kudlow shows a bit of frustration in this interview as he discusses the Small Business relief package and the paycheck protection program (ppp) that has been allowed to exhaust all funding.

After the original small business allocation of $350 billion was exhausted Treasury Secretary Mnuchin asked for an additional $250 billion to resupply funding for the program congress has already initiated.  House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is refusing to fund PPP until she can get “something out of it”.  Congress doesn’t return until May 4th.

“What Inflation?

Former Fed chair Janet Yellen participated in a Brookings Institute call on April 6 during which she stated inflation was not a problem. Despite rock bottom interest rates and endless trillions being put into the system, there will be no inflation. She must be right because she’s a monetary ‘authority.’ She also said our accumulated debt is not an issue either. Whether it be $24 trillion or $124 trillion, what’s the diff?

Yellen did voice concern about a possible upcoming recession. No worries for her, though—she won’t be participating. She’s a multimillionaire. She and her fellow central bankers will fare just fine, thank goodness!

Those who sit on the Federal Reserve throne have determined that it’s no big deal to issue money by computer entries. Creating massive debt is no problem, either. It’s all too boring and complicated for the average American to understand, so go back to watching NFL reruns on TV! No need to pay attention the privately owned, for-profit Federal Reserve that creates debt money that taxpayers must pay back. There’s no need to audit the Fed or anything like that even though trillions of dollars go missing. What a privilege the Fed enjoys! Can you imagine having the power to create money simply by typing in a figure followed by a spate of zeroes in your bank account? Well, the Fed does just that, et voila! The stock market goes up like magic. Global corporations and big banks get their big bailouts and bonuses. Problems are solved by this means, over and over again.

If there are no consequences to the Fed’s endless currency creation, why not simply send out a million bucks or so to each struggling citizen? The globalist Federal Reserve will only send us what they think is needed to buy off our freedom and liberty.

Unfortunately, it’s working. HL Mencken once said, “Nobody ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American people.” He must be right because we’ve all been stupid enough to be victimized by the Fed’s con game for over a century.

Trump misstated in saying that COVID-19 “came out of nowhere”

President Bush knew it—or something like it—was coming. President Obama knew it—or something like it—was coming, too. Neither administration properly prepared the nation to respond.

George Bush, Barack Obama,Trump misstated in saying that COVID-19 came out of nowhereBig, cataclysmic events seldom come out of nowhere.  Though, granted, they occasionally do. Particularly when the earth acts unexpectedly.

On March 27, 1964, the Great Alaskan Earthquake, also known as the Good Friday Earthquake, was a magnitude 9.2 megathrust quake; the most powerful earthquake recorded in North American history. Second most powerful in world history. Unexpected.

COVID-19 did not come out of nowhere. It came out of a lab in Wuhan, China

Other disasters are said to have come out of nowhere but, in retrospect, they could have been anticipated.
The September 11, 2001 attack killed 3,000, and injured over 25,000. It didn’t come out of nowhere. Suspicion quickly fell on al-Qaeda. Previously missed indicators, by various government agencies, were quickly pieced together in retrospect as debris on Manhattan Island still smoldered. Too late.

COVID-19 did not come out of nowhere. It came out of a lab in Wuhan, China. Its origin aside, it was an anticipated, even expected, event.  Expected by the United States Government, and two former Presidents.  Here’s how that played out.

The National Institute of Health (NIH), founded in 1887, is the primary agency of the U.S. government responsible for biomedical and public health research. It has over 20,000 employees, including 6,000 scientists (2019), housed in a large facility in Bethesda, Maryland.

National Institute of Health

In a 2004 speech before the NIH, then President George W. Bush said this in the first half of his remarks:

“It is vital that our nation discuss and address the threat of pandemic flu now. There is no pandemic flu in our country or in the world at this time. But if we wait for a pandemic to appear, it will be too late to prepare. Our strategy is designed to meet three critical goals. First, we must defeat outbreaks that occur anywhere in the world. Second, we must protect the American people by stockpiling vaccines and antiviral drugs. And improve our ability to rapidly produce new vaccines against a pandemic strain.  And third, we must be ready to respond at the federal, state, and local levels in the event that a pandemic reaches our shores.”

Dr. Anthony Stephen Fauci was in the audience. He had served, since 1984, as Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases within the NIH. It’s reported that “He has turned down several offers to lead his agency’s parent, the NIH, and has been at the forefront of U.S. efforts to contend with viral diseases like HIV, SARS, the 2009 swine flu pandemic, MERS, Ebola and COVID-19”.

In 2014, then President Barack Obama delivered a similar speech on the need to prepare for a pandemic. Therein Obama said:

“We have to put in place an infrastructure, not just here at home, but globally, that allows us to see it quickly, isolate it quickly, respond to it quickly.  So that if and when a new strain of flu, like the Spanish flu, crops up five years from now, or a decade from now, we’ve made the investment and we’re further along to be able to catch it. The funding we’re asking for is needed to strengthening our capacity here at home so we can respond to any future Ebola cases.  It’s needed to help us partner with other countries to prevent and deal with future outbreaks before they become pandemics.”

Fauci and ObamaFauci heard that speech, too.

At the 3:19 mark in the video of Obama’s speech, the narrative suddenly shifts to a criticism of Trump that alleges he received briefings on the COVID-19 virus “as early as January but continued to downplay the threat into March”.  That’s what fake news looks like on YouTube.

This spin represents the anti-Trump meme that will play out over-and-over against Trump as the general election approaches.  Thankfully, there are enough facts accurately chronicled, in word and video, to debunk the assertion that Trump downplayed the threat.

Here’s just one example of exculpatory evidence testifying against that fake meme:

“During a February 29 broadcast on NBC’s ‘Today Show,’ Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said that at that time the government was still not advising people to change their daily habits to avoid the coronavirus pandemic.”

On the video from February 29, Fauci says,

“Right now the risk is still low but this could change. I’ve said that could change. I’ve said that many times, even on this program. You’ve got to watch out, although the risk is low now, you don’t need to change anything you’re doing. When you start to see community spread this could change, and force you to become much more attentive to doing things that would protect you from spread.”

Things did change. Trump took Fauci’s and Birx’s advice – “two very smart people” – and shut down the U.S. economy. When this episode passes, we’ll debate the wisdom of their advice.

Point is –COVID-19 didn’t come “out of nowhere”.

China knew it was coming and, with the complicity of the World Health Organization (WHO), let it spread by withholding the information of its existence for, at lease, six critical days.  Time enough for it to spread internationally.

Long ago, President Bush knew it—or something like it—was coming.

President Obama knew it—or something like it—was coming, too.

Neither administration properly prepared the nation to respond.

It was a bipartisan failure.

The NIH appears, at this point, to have been ill-prepared following the warnings issued by both Presidents.
Proverbs 20.18 reads, “Where there is no vision the people perish.” But, then, vision without action is a wishful dream.

TV Networks Should Redirect the Money Set to Benefit the WHO

There are many other problems with the WHO that suggest it needs to be reformed or scrapped. The money from the U.S. should still be directed to fighting diseases like malaria, polio and AIDS, and helping front-line healthcare personnel, but not through the WHO.

TV Networks Should Redirect the Money Set to Benefit the WHOPresident Trump’s decision to pull U.S. funding of the World Health Organization (WHO), pending an investigation, is justified based on both their recent record of covering for China’s role in the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as for their track record over the past decade and beyond. But by announcing his decision this week, Trump is walking into a media buzz saw, certainly not for the first time.

The media have a huge conflict of interest, which they won’t even acknowledge. They are planning to broadcast a massive TV event this weekend, basically a fundraiser for the WHO, that will keep their news divisions from honestly reporting on the controversies, even if they were inclined to do so, which they are not.

The idea of a fundraiser to help healthcare workers and victims of the virus is perfectly appropriate and worthwhile, but the funds that it raises should not be funneled through the WHO, an organization steeped in controversy that is currently headed by someone with an ignominious record. They should find other beneficiaries, such as the Red Cross and others listed here and here, though I am not endorsing any of them specifically.

One obvious problem is that by promoting and airing this high-profile benefit, it means that those networks will not investigate or report on the very issues that make the WHO so controversial. That was the case even before Trump weighed in this week with his decision to withhold aid.

Deadline describes the event as such:

Jimmy FallonJimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert are to host a major television event to help end COVID-19 airing across NBCABC and CBS as well as a number of international networks.”

“The trio will front One World: Together at Home featuring a slew of A-list stars on Saturday April 18 between 8pm and 10pm. The event, which is curated by Lady Gaga, has been put together by social action platform Global Citizen and the World Health Organization.”

“The global entertainment special will celebrate the efforts of community health workers and promote the fight to end the global pandemic. It will feature multimillion-dollar pledges to the WHO’s Solidarity Response Fund.”

The show includes an all-star, A-list line-up, including Stevie Wonder, Andrea Bocelli, Paul McCartney and Elton John, among many others.

Who could object to any of that? Well, if you’re aware of the political leanings of the three hosts, you’ll understand that this will likely be, at least in part, a blatant attack on President Trump. Stephen Colbert, for example, delivers the goods five nights a week on CBS, dishing out witless hatred and mockery of President Trump and his family, plus he has a weekly animated show on the Showtime cable network where he reaches for and finds new lows in attacking the Trump family.

And it’s not just on those three American broadcast networks that this event will be shown. According to Deadline:

“In addition to NBC, ABC and CBS, it will air on BBC One as well as Disney, NBC and ViacomCBS stations around the world. The full list of broadcasters includes Bravo, E!, MSNBC, NBCSN, NBC News, NBC News on YouTube, Peacock, Syfy, USA, ABC News, ABC News Live, Freeform, Nat Geo, Channel 5 in the UK, Network Ten in Australia, and Telefe in Argentina, BET and MTV globally across more than 180 countries, CMT, Comedy Central, Logo, MTV2, Paramount Network, Pop, TV Land and VH1 in the US as well as Bell Media platforms in Canada, MultiChoice, and Ireland’s RTE.

“It will also stream online via a number of platforms including China’s Alibaba, Amazon Prime Video, Apple, Facebook, Hulu, Instagram, LiveXLive, Tencent, Tencent Music Entertainment Group, TIDAL, TuneIn, Twitch, Twitter, Yahoo and YouTube.”

With most of the world homebound, this has the potential to be one of the most watched programs in TV history.

What is it that the WHO has done to disqualify itself from the sort of adulation it will be receiving that evening?
The basic charge is this, from a Wall Street Journal column: “Under Mr. Tedros’s leadership, the WHO has accepted China’s falsehoods about the coronavirus and helped launder them into respectable-looking public-health assessments.

“On Jan. 14, before an official WHO delegation had even visited China, the group parroted Beijing’s claim that there was ‘no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission.’ Two weeks later, after China had reported more than 4,500 cases of the virus and over 70 people in other countries were sick with it, Mr. Tedros visited China and heaped praise on its leaders for their ‘transparency.’”

“Mr. Tedros” is the director of the WHO, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.

There is much more detail, dating back at least to early December that covers much of China’s actions and deceptions, and the WHO’s willing and negligent participation. It is laid out very well in this timeline from Fox News, and this one from the Daily Mail.

And the condemnation of both China and the WHO is not just coming from conservatives. Leftwing publications such as The Nation and The Guardian have harsh critiques of both. The Nation, takes the WHO to task for ignoring Taiwan’s warnings about the true situation in Wuhan, such as the transmissibility of the virus from human to human.

From the Guardian, “The WHO is ignoring Chinese government suppression of human rights regarding the outbreak, including severe restrictions on freedom of expression. In turn, Chinese state media are citing the WHO to defend its policies and try to silence criticism of its response to the outbreak, which has included rights violations that could make the situation worse.”

And from the libertarian Reason magazine website, “The World Health Organization (WHO) put out questionable guidance on how to deal with the coronavirus, it was slow to communicate the magnitude of the threat, and it whitewashed the Chinese government’s early handling of the crisis.”

There is an excellent column by Marc Thiessen in The Washington Post which argues that China should be legally liable for the trillions of dollars and the many tens of thousands of lives lost in this coronavirus pandemic. And there is a class action lawsuit that lays out the complaint in legalistic and timeline form of what the Chinese government knew and when they knew it.

The networks carrying the show on Saturday are not asking the tough questions of the WHO, if Chuck Todd’s questioning of the organization’s number-2 man on NBC’s Meet the Press is any indication. It is an inherent conflict of interest when news and entertainment are residing under the same roof, such as, for example, ABC and Disney, NBC and Comcast, CBS and Viacom. They will almost always come down on the side of their entertainment assets. Especially in cases like this when it also fits their political narrative, which is that if Trump is for it, they are against it.

U.S. contributions to the WHO have been by far the largest of any country, approximately $3.5 billion over the last decade. But what’s even more significant is that in some cases, 80% of the amount the U.S. contributed was voluntary, as opposed to the assessed portion. For example, in 2017, $401 million out of the total of $513 million from the U.S. was voluntary, and the total was approximately 10 times that of China. The figures have been similar to that for the past two years as well.

There are many other problems with the WHO that suggest it needs to be reformed or scrapped. The money from the U.S. should still be directed to fighting diseases like malaria, polio and AIDS, and helping front-line healthcare personnel, but not through the WHO as it currently exists.

There have been previous controversies and problems involving the WHO, which I will discuss in part 2 tomorrow.
