On the other side we have a world class high tech military reluctant to engage the Jihadists for fear of losing its troops in combat or killing non combatants.

So the battles is about means (the ability to win) verses motivation (the desire to win).

It would appear that ISIS is not on the run — maybe the probe in Kobane was a faint and the real push is in Baghdad?

It would appear that ISIS is counter attacking us only its not in Syria or Iraq but its in North America. Is more coming?
