President Trump and EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin Announce Reversal of Green Energy Climate Mandates

The Obama-Biden administration couldn’t get the votes needed in Congress to amend the Clean Air Act and regulate “greenhouse gases.” So, they both decided to ignore the law and create trillions in regulatory costs on the American people.

As noted by EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin, “The Trump Admin is proudly following the law, saving $1.3 TRILLION for the American people, lowering new car costs by over $2,400 per vehicle, and getting rid of the climate participation trophy for manufacturers to install Obama Switches that shut vehicles off at red lights and stop signs.” WATCH:

EPA to Repeal Greenhouse Gas Regulations

Posted originally on Feb 12, 2026 by Martin Armstrong |

Climate Change CO2 Global Warming

The Environmental Protection Agency under the Trump administration is on the verge of repealing the 2009 “endangerment finding” that formed the legal and scientific basis for regulating greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act. That finding, first issued early in the Obama administration, concluded that carbon dioxide and five other greenhouse gases “may reasonably be anticipated to endanger the public health and welfare of current and future generations,” and it became the linchpin for federal climate regulations ranging from motor vehicle emissions standards to power plant and industrial restrictions.

Carbon dioxide is not toxic, and the attempt to regulate it under the Clean Air Act was always a legal and scientific stretch designed to bypass Congress. This single regulatory maneuver became the foundation for vehicle mandates, power plant restrictions, fuel standards, and a never-ending assault on fossil fuels. The economic consequences were predictable. Higher energy costs ripple through everything from transportation, food, manufacturing, and housing. It has been reducing real living standards while politicians congratulate themselves for “saving the planet.”

Climate policy has become a secular religion rather than a scientific discipline. Dissent is not tolerated, data is selectively presented, and every weather event is blamed on carbon emissions regardless of historical precedent. Governments have used this narrative to justify de-industrialization, energy insecurity, and the transfer of wealth and control to centralized authorities. Europe is the clearest example. Net Zero policies have devastated industrial competitiveness, forced reliance on foreign energy sources, and driven capital out of the continent. The United States has been heading down the same path, and this regulatory rollback is one of the few rational course corrections we have seen.

The legal challenges that will follow this repeal are inevitable, but the broader trend is already clear. The climate narrative is unraveling under the weight of its own contradictions. If carbon were truly the existential threat portrayed, there would be consistent global action rather than selective enforcement aimed at Western economies while China and others expand emissions without restraint. The reality is that climate policy was never about climate. It was about control, taxation, and restructuring society from the top down.

From a cyclical perspective, climate regulation accelerated the loss of confidence in government. People see rising utility bills, higher food prices, and declining real wages while being told it is all necessary for their own good. That is precisely how confidence collapses. When government policy openly works against the interests of the population, capital flees, productivity falls, and social unrest rises. This move signals a recognition that economic survival ultimately overrides fashionable doctrine, and that markets, not mandates, are the foundation of progress.

Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio Lead ‘Critical Minerals’ Strategic Ministerial Gathering

Posted originally on CTH on February 4, 2026 | Sundance

In the past few years people have heard the term “rare earth minerals” or “critical minerals” as they relate to the manufacture of component goods that are vitally important in the lives of everyone.  However, the term “rare” is somewhat of a misnomer.  The minerals themselves are not rare; indeed, they have been around for hundreds of millions of years in abundant supply.  It is the processing of those minerals into stable second stage commodities that has become rare.

As a result of western environmental rules and regulations, U.S, EU and developed nations have outsourced critical mineral processing (the dirty stuff) to China and Asia. We then import the finished commodity after processing.  This becomes a problem when you realize the processor can weaponize western dependency, as we have recently seen with China controlling the export of processed minerals needed for manufacturing.

President Trump has made a strategic decision to bring back the manufacturing of critical minerals to the United States and has made a policy decision to create a critical mineral reserve. Just last Monday President Trump announced a $12 billion strategic mineral reserve to combat China’s domination of critical mineral supply chains, a major step toward tackling China’s advantage in a crucial sector of the U.S. economy.  The initiative is called “Project Vault.”

“For years, American businesses have risked running out of critical minerals during market disruptions,” President Trump said. “Just as we have long had a strategic petroleum reserve and a stockpile of critical minerals for national defense, we are now creating this reserve for American industry,” Trump said during the Oval Office announcement.

Today in Washington DC, Vice-President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio led a critical minerals discussion at the State Dept., where they are organizing an effort to get all nations to invest and create their own critical minerals strategic reserves.  WATCH:

President Trump Holds a Roundtable Discussion on Agriculture and Farm Support

Posted originally on CTH on December 8, 2025 | Sundance

President Trump holds a roundtable discussion with Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins and various farm state senators as he outlines $12 billion in support and subsidy for American farmers.

With energy prices lowered, the costs for natural gas, fertilizer, diesel and gasoline prices have fallen; however, food costs have remained high.  President Trump announced with Brooke Rollins an initiative to help support American farmers with the intended objective to lower production costs from the field that will hopefully transfer to the fork.

Secretary Rollins and President Trump announce a $12 billion bridge subsidy to assist farmers with proactive planning for the 2026 planting season.  The money is coming from revenue generated by tariffs, and row crop farming will be the first subsidies delivered.  WATCH (media questions begin at 31:40):

Atrazine – “Turning the Frogs Gay?”

Armstrong Economics Blog/Disease Re-Posted Jun 30, 2023 by Martin Armstrong

Another conspiracy theory debunked. Alex Jones warned us long ago the government “was making the frogs gay,” and he was correct, but his delivery did not go over well. Robert F. Kennedy brought up atrazine while on the Joe Rogan podcast and explained the very serious matter. Atrazine is a legal herbicide used to kill weeds in the US. Farmers in the US are also permitted to use Atrazine to repel pests. This chemical has been linked to leukemia, lymphoma, and numerous cancers. It is banned throughout the world, but America permits its usage and insists it is safe. Atrazine has become the most commonly found chemical in US drinking water.

“Turning the frogs gay,” seemed to be a comical outlandish line that could not possibly be true. Well, researchers placed a group of frogs in water with a level of atrazine that would be considered safe for humans in America. “Atrazine is a potent endocrine disruptor that both chemically castrates and feminizes male amphibians. It depletes androgens in adult frogs and reduces androgen-dependent growth of the larynx in developing male larvae,” PubMed Central published in 2006. They placed 40 male frogs in a tank, and 30 of those frogs were chemically castrated by the atrazine. Four of those frogs actually turned into females and produced fertile eggs. Yet, that level is said to be non-toxic to humans and wildlife.

Atrazine has spread to our drinking water in countless areas across the nation. In 2018, an environmental group estimated that up to 30 million Americans were drinking water laced with atrazine. Ten million of which are in Texas, which the group confirmed by studying nearly 500 water utility systems. Yet, the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) insists that atrazine is safe and the government refuses to ban the harmful chemical. What will this dangerous chemical do to developing children? Could this be causing higher levels of cancer among the population? This is yet another chemical banned worldwide that the US government allows its citizens to consume without their knowledge.

In my case, that would be Tom DeWeese, the founder and president of the American Policy Center; the most expert and outspoken opponent of Agenda21 in the nation.

In the early 1990s I sent him a commentary and he published it in The DeWeese Report, a publication of the Center, and thereafter I served as the Center’s communications director for a while. These days I am on its board of advisors.

He is a patriot and he lives his love for America by devoting himself to educating people to the dangers of the United Nations Agenda 21 with its emphasis on “sustainable development” and a range of issues involving ill-conceived environmental policies and programs, the importance of private property rights, the threat of federal computer…

Misconduct by EPA on the Pebble Mine

The EPA like the IRS and NOAA and NASA and the White house are nothing but rogue operations running outside the limits the Constitution imposed on them.

You may recall that recently it was revealed that cheating on the impact study was part of the game EPA played, and the “researcher” is not available and some of his paperwork and research is not longer accessible.
