18 U.S. Code § 231. “Civil Disorders” is a charge defined under federal law as a “public disturbance involving acts of violence which causes an immediate danger of or results in injury to people or their property.” [LINK] Apparently this federal statute is now being used by U.S. attorney’s across the country.
OREGON – Two men and a woman appeared before a federal judge Wednesday in Portland, becoming the first in Oregon to face the rare federal charge of civil disorder for alleged violence during this summer’s turbulent protests.
A Seattle man is accused of launching a ball bearing with a slingshot during a downtown demonstration in July and striking a Portland Fire Bureau medic.
A Portland woman is accused of throwing a helmet that struck a police sergeant in the head last week outside the Police Bureau’s North Precinct.
Another man is accused of repeatedly using a hammer to strike the glass above the front door of the Police Bureau’s East Precinct and elbowing an officer in the face in early August and then throwing frozen eggs and other objects at police three days later outside the Penumbra Kelly Building on East Burnside Street.
The felony cases against Jesse Herman Bates, 38, Michelle Peterson O’Connor, 31, and Krystopher Michael Donnelly, 27, mark a significant detour from past practice in Oregon — federal prosecutors here haven’t used the charge in recent memory. (read more)
Good to see some accountability finally being leveled….
Nancy Pelosi answers only to her donors. She doesn’t care about her constituents or any other American. She cares about her money and her power. She helped create ‘mandates’ that require people to wear masks and shut down their businesses, but she is above any law and does as she pleases. She’s part of the government royalty and treats citizens as serfs. If they’re starved for freedom and justice…well, let them eat ice cream.
When she was caught violating her own dictates, she blamed Trump. Yep, her not wearing a mask and privately visiting a hair salon was a set up arranged by the president. Fauci and the ruling Illuminati are the same way. Fauci wore a mask at a news conference and told Americans we needed to wear them. He promptly yanked his mask down when he thought he was off camera. Masks are only for their subjects. “Mask up and shut up.” That’s what the ruling elite want for their sheeple slaves.
Pelosi and the elite consider themselves to be more equal than others. Hillary is the same as Pelosi. Laws do not apply to them. They are narcissistic sociopaths who enjoy telling others what to do, while enjoying their own brand of freedom. Caught in hypocrisy? They will never admit wrongdoing. Instead they blame it on others. That’s what Pelosi does. Right now she’s probably laughing about the fuss made over her hairdo as she enjoys a pint of rare and expensive ice cream.
Leftists rationalize that they care more, have more empathy, sympathy, etc. Don’t be fooled. They suffer from an untreated mental condition that no amount of windmills, high taxes, open borders, third-term abortions, street anarchy will ever cure
It’s not a recent observation on my part; it goes back decades, so I’ve had a long time to figure out the meaning of this peculiar phenomenon. Specifically, it’s that Conservatives like me seem to enjoy the lion’s share of being in a good mood, feeling optimistic, trusting that the many forms of rugged individualism can solve most problems, smiling easily and often, and generally seeing both the present and future as glasses half full.
Not one of these things can be said of leftists, and nothing brought that truth more vividly alive than watching the Democrat and Republican conventions in August.
DEMOCRAT DOOM….
On the one hand was the virtual presentation of a pitifully diminished candidate, propped up by a long line of speakers who had only bitter, nasty, negative and of course pessimistic things to say about our country. Did I forget racist? Here, writer Thomas Gallatin discusses Michelle Obama’s unfortunate presentation and the irony of a “party that loves to claim for itself the mantle of ‘diversity’ and ‘anti-racism’ [being] the same party that promotes racist identity politics.”
Not a single smile in four days––only relentless negativity. And not one word––from candidate Biden, VP candidate Kalamity Harris, the speakers, or their leftwing media whores––about the nearly three-month, non-stop rampaging destruction by the communist group Black Lives Matter and the anarchists of Antifa in committing daily and nightly acts of:
And, of course no mention in the entire Democrat convention that the crimes of these Biden supporters were taking place, significantly, in dozens of Democrat-run cities, including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Kenosha, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York City, Phoenix, Portland, Richmond, Seattle, St. Louis, Washington, D.C., on and on.
Even after the convention, Biden had nothing to say about the escalating violence until just the other day when his poll numbers plunged precipitously. It took him 86 days of silence before he called the criminal chaos we have all been witnessing day and night “needless”––something you would tell a waitress who brought you an extra fork. As NY radio host Mark Simone tweeted about Biden’s milquetoast response: “What a profile in courage!”
REPUBLICAN BOOM…
In dramatic contrast, the live Republican convention––“Honoring the Great American Story” ––featured a president, VP, and numerous speakers and guests who conveyed boundless optimism and celebrated:
Just a few of the president’s mind-bending accomplishments in less than four years.
The genuine diversity and success stories of the past four years,
The heroism of our military and police forces,
The winding down of Covid-19,
The waking up of the greatest economy (and employment) in American history,
Ambitious plans for a safe and prosperous future.

THE BIDEN NO NO NO FACTOR
Joe Biden has to say no to running on the economy because he and the community organizer he served under ran one of the worst economies in modern times.
Joe Biden has to say no to running on domestic security because he and the Choom Gang guy he served under not only supported open borders but constructed the “cages” to hold children not yet processed into the system.
Joe Biden has to say no to running on national security because he and the Iran-infatuated man he served under supported and gave billions of dollars to that terrorist nation.
THE BIDEN YES, YES, YES FACTOR
However, the Mission Statement of Joe Biden––and the Democratic National Committee––has a great number of platforms he says yes to. Their goals, states writer Linda Goudsmit, are Humanitarian Hoaxes––“deliberate and deceitful tactics of presenting destructive policies as altruistic.”
Joe says YES to Open Borders. This “power grab,” says Goudsmit, has the “twin benefits of overwhelming the country with illegals who will vote for the Democrats who let them in, and collapsing the economy by overloading the welfare system––it is the destructive socialists’ Cloward-Piven Strategy on steroids.”
Joe says YES to educational indoctrination through the Common Core, ahem, “standards” that were introduced during the Obama-Biden years. This “anti-American, anti-Semitic, anti-Christian, pro-Muslim” agenda, Goudsmit explains, “rejects American sovereignty, American exceptionalism, American Judeo-Christian traditions, and the American meritocracy,” and will indoctrinate our school children “to be self-loathing Americans.”
Joe says YES to the economy-killing Green New Deal, the brainchild of freshman radical Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY). According to writer Monica Showalter, this “vaunted idea was a mess of teenage-looking brainstorms devoted to creating a teenager’s vision of Utopia, cooked up from the fervid imagination of a 29-year-old bartender.” Not only would its followers continue their fetish with the hoax of global warming, but they would impose costly Draconian rules for the rest of us to abide by.
Joe says YES to socialized medicine like Obamacare, a healthcare delivery system that has failed in every country on which it has ever been inflicted.
Joe says YES to the current, Obama-created “Resistance” movement until the thugs and anarchists he so tepidly chastised the other day complete their work by invading the suburbs with their “13% Racial Housing Solution,” eliminating both the concept and reality of law and order, and completing their destruction of the capitalist system under which America became and remains the most powerful and generous country in world history.
And Joe definitely says YES to sky-high taxes and strangulating regulations, which is immutably encoded in Democrat DNA.
And if a Biden regime should ever come to pass, and all of the Democrat dreams come true, you can bet that we will witness four years of the same dour expressions, chronic complaints, and a complete absence of smiles.
A DIAGNOSIS FOR THE DSM-5
It is now so obvious that Democrats don’t smile because they suffer from a low-level of chronic depression and anxiety. Even in victory, their smiles appear forced and phony. Even when they’re in power, they see doom and gloom everywhere, victims around every corner, the sky always falling, the glass inevitably half empty.
In short, they don’t feel good….they feel bad. If you eat something bad, you can vomit it out. But when you feel bad and want to get rid of the feeling, you use projection––a psychological defense mechanism in which people attribute characteristics they find unacceptable in themselves to others. That’s why today’s Democrats project all of their terrible choices and failings onto President Trump. It’s simply another form of vomit.
This symptomology has remained so consistent for so many decades that it’s surprising that this form of subclinical depression and agitation hasn’t yet shown up in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5). This is probably because so many clinicians are or should be classified themselves as DDDOPE––Depressed Democrats Denying Objective Proof Eternally.

Today House Speaker Nancy Pelosi visits a hair salon: …”owner Erica Kious said that Pelosi had an appointment with a stylist who rents space in the Union Street salon.
“It was a slap in the face that she went in, you know, that she feels that she can just go and get her stuff done while no one else can go in, and I can’t work,” Kious reportedly said about Pelosi. (read more)
Earlier today President Trump toured areas of Kenosha, Wisconsin, where Joe Biden allied rioters and looters destroyed businesses. During his tour President Trump puts a face to the frustration and toll felt by the people within the community. The President then paused to deliver remarks to the media. The far left Democrats have for a long time controlled most of America’s big cities, and now they’ve aided in their decline and destruction. Many Democrats on city councils want to cut funding for their police departments, or eliminate the police altogether.
Joe Biden claims he’s against the violence taking place in the big cities, but he’s also kissed the collectivist ring of the socialist Democrats who are taking over his party.
We should also remember that Biden one criticized many young black Americans as ‘fatherless predators.’ He helped make sure more black Americans were put in the prison industrial complex, where they worked for a pittance. In a way, Biden made them slaves.
The ‘peaceful’ protests continue to heat up. My advice is for any pro-Trump people to avoid going into the cities. Avoid confrontations. Those cities and their sports teams are a lost cause. Many of the ‘protestors’ are paid to do it as well as create racial division. And, of course, all the socialist Democrats blame Trump. That’s what they do. For example, Castro always blamed Cuba’s problems on the USA.
If the Bolsheviks decide to move out to the suburbs and try to loot and burn there, it’s time for Americans to fight back. The Democrats want to defund the police causing American patriots to step in to defend their homes.
The Kenosha Wisconsin Police Department released an interesting media statement today highlighting that 60 percent of the Biden Rioters arrested are agitators who traveled from outside the area:
ODNI John Ratcliffe made an interesting, frightening & stunningly open direct statement yesterday when he described intelligence evidence that China is putting on a full-court press against governors and local officials to retain their influence campaign in 2020.
Essentially what DNI Ratcliffe described boils down to Beijing threatening economic blackmail against U.S. officials who were comfortable being reliant on local Chinese investment and purchases of U.S. companies, assents and interests.
With that stark statement in mind; and keeping the full national security ramifications in the forefront; it is worth remembering a foreboding speech given by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in February.
This is specifically important now against the backdrop of how some U.S. politicians appear to be reacting to the COVID-19 challenges, perhaps even weaponizing the virus to achieve political objectives; and with a perspective toward the way media outlets, some businesses and many politicians appear to be influenced by China. The background context for this speech takes on an entirely new dimension.
Pompeo’s remarks were made to the National Governors Association (NGA) Feb 8, 2020; and there’s an interesting segment where Pompeo reveals his awareness of a list of U.S. governors compiled by China’s communist party; and their alignment with China’s interests. A transcript of the key excerpt from his speech is provided. WATCH:

I was being invited to the U.S.-China Governors’ Collaboration Summit.
It was an event co-hosted by the National Governors Association and something called the Chinese People’s Association For Friendship and Foreign Countries. Sounds pretty harmless.
What the invitation did not say is that the group – the group I just mentioned – is the public face of the Chinese Communist Party’s official foreign influence agency, the United Front Work Department.
Now, I was lucky. I was familiar with that organization from my time as the director of the Central Intelligence Agency.
But it got me thinking.
How many of you made the link between that group and Chinese Communist Party officials?
What if you made a new friend while you were at that event?
What if your new friend asked you for introductions to other politically connected and powerful people?
What if your new friend offered to invest big money in your state, perhaps in your pension, in industries sensitive to our national security?
These aren’t hypotheticals. These scenarios are all too true, and they impact American foreign policy significantly.
Indeed, last year, a Chinese Government-backed think tank in Beijing produced a report that assessed all 50 of America’s governors on their attitudes towards China. They labeled each of you “friendly,” “hardline,” or “ambiguous.”
I’ll let you decide where you think you belong. Someone in China already has. Many of you, indeed, in that report are referenced by name.
So here’s the lesson: The lesson is that competition with China is not just a federal issue. It’s why I wanted to be here today, Governor Hogan. It’s happening in your states with consequences for our foreign policy, for the citizens that reside in your states, and indeed, for each of you.
And, in fact, whether you are viewed by the CCP as friendly or hardline, know that it’s working you, know that it’s working the team around you.

At the time of the speech it certainly seemed like Secretary Pompeo and President Trump understood a list of China-friendly governors…. and this was at the very beginning of the COVID influence over the U.S. economy and 2020 election.
