Fox10 Top Rated News Anchor Resigns, “I don’t like the way the media is going”

Fox10 News Anchor Kari Lake has reflected on the trend-line for U.S. media and decided she can no longer participate in an industry that has devolved to a system of narrative engineering.  Ms. Lake speaks directly to the issue of manipulated news feed script and she is no longer willing to participate in this activity.

Kari Lake: “Journalism has changed a lot since I first stepped into a newsroom…  I don’t like the direction it is going. …I’m sure there are other journalists out there who feel the same way.”

The LEFT Always Seeks to Suppress All Freedom & they Have Now Canceled Justice Thomas for his Vote

The oppression by the left is always detrimental to freedom, for they do not believe in any freedom whatsoever — freedom must always conform to their vision of society. The LEFT has now gone after Justice Thomas simply because he dissented in the opinion at the Supreme Court which he correctly pointed out that it was unconstitutional for officials to change election rules at any time when such things must be enacted EXCLUSIVELY by the legislature. The Supreme Court under Chief Justice Roberts is no longer a place of law — it is wallowing in the mud of discretion.

Amazon has pulled the documentary on Justice Thomas. Race no longer matters if they disagree with what someone says. Of course, Amazon will not explain why and they did it ironically during Black History Month.

The world these people are creating is not one that values freedom of thought, speech, and body. They are not only canceling anyone they disagree with, but they are using this COVID scam to prevent the freedom of travel, which they fear will lead to the freedom of assembly. What’s next? Concentration camps and medical experiments that reduce population?

One point on the media overall.  The far-left is addicted to Trump. Their ratings are collapsing because they have no other topic to fill their cup.   Democrats cannot quit Trump…. They are addicted to him. Without Trump, Democrats have no identity.

CTH 2.0 Updates, Optimization

Over the past several weeks the tech team behind CTH 2.0 has been working on a test site to optimize the battle-tank known as The Last Refuge.  This is phase-3 of the CTH anti-fragile system, know as the optimization phase.

The goal of optimization is to take the decades-old weight of our site, lighten the server load, increase the response time and simultaneously generate a site that optimizes based on the type of hardware being used by reader: desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile phones.

When CTH originally launched over a decade ago the theme was responsive to desktop and laptop computer users.  Mobile platforms were in their infancy.  Now more than half of website users are coming to sites from tablets or phones.  The optimization phase will make those user experiences easier and more responsive.

The landing page of CTH will not change too much (example image on left). However, each of the top links “About Us”, “guidelines” etc will generate a different impression for the user.  The right margin will be streamlined on the Main landing page, and we will be introducing an alliance of allies to replace the old-school blogroll.

Most of the decisions for the layout, font and navigability have been worked out; and now the coding is underway to generate the final product.  Once that is established we will run it through the paces on the test site before switching over; much like the process we used when we switched from WordPress/Automattic to our own server network.

Several website operators have reached out asking us to provide details on the infrastructure being used to stay “anti-fragile”, meaning outside the reach of big tech.  There may come a day when that information is possible to share, but it will not be in the near future.  CTH is operating with an abundance of caution in the era of deplatforming and targeting.

We are aware the eye of sauron, ie Google, has already targeted CTH 2.0 to eliminate traffic and site visits.  However, fortunately for us we have a long history of readership and only around 7 percent of total traffic was dependent on Google as a search value.

In what has been described as an “extraordinary situation” in the modern era, over 85 percent of CTH traffic is direct.  Users and readers come directly to CTH from their browser.  In the era of deplatforming this is a huge benefit.

CTH is a community of people; we take our responsibility for stewardship of our  community very seriously.  Privacy is the foundation of all systems we are using and no site features generates any data collection on any Treehouse guest.

This privacy approach is unique in the modern era of internet technology where data collection and cookies are now accepted practice.  However, not only are we proud of the effort we are taking, I can also envision a place in the near future where any site gathering data will regret that flaw in privacy policy.  CTH will lead the way on the creation of proprietary systems that protect our community; and we can see several states now considering legislation that will mandate a much more stringent view on privacy.

The optimization phase should be complete in the next two weeks.  Readers will be kept aware of the countdown to the change-over.  You won’t really notice too much difference from the front side, but there will be a noted faster response rate.  Additionally, some of the bugs we encountered, literally because we had to move so fast to generate CTH 2.0 – and only had two weeks to move 10 years of massive files, will be worked out.

Again, I thank you for your continued support as we put the final touches on CTH 2.0 as a relaunched site outside the reach of the tech control agents.  This entire move has been a painstaking time-suck to do it right.  Everyone has reference points for places that did it wrong… we are blessed to have incredible assistance from people with buckets of foresight.

Remember, YOU are what matters. This community is what matters.  Retaining our ability to connect in fellowship and discuss the issues in a respectful and honest manner is our priority.  We are in the majority.  They control the majority of systems that allow us to see the scale of our assembly.  Tech’s control effort to remove voices is directly related to their need to retain the false impressions put forth by ideological comrades.

The truth has no agenda, and people are beginning to see now just how far ahead CTH was within our explanations of the people and institutional motives in the world of politics.  Unfortunately, we have been very accurate with our predictions of “who”, “why”, “when and how”, the people and systems would activate against our constitutional republic.  However, in the end they will fail and we, a freedom loving people, will succeed.

Don’t forget to live your best life.  Nothing aggravates the totalitarian-left more than seeing joy amid the majority of people within a nation they are trying to destroy.  Engage your family, friends and community with optimism – and prepare; because the best is yet to come.

After Lindell refuses to be blocked by the transparent efforts of Sellers, the host asks the producers for help and promptly walks-off the set.

Mike Lindell, an openly Christian seeker of truth, is being targeted by just about every leftist organization in the U.S for his public inquiries about the 2020 election result.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis Confronts Big Tech

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis announced today his administration will start confronting the manipulation of Big Tech and their control over speech.  In addition to outlining the bias now brutally obvious, DeSantis outlined measures including a ban on the censorship of political candidates, and mandatory opt-outs of content filters for citizens of the Sunshine State.

“What began as a group of upstart companies from the west coast has since transformed into an industry of monopoly communications platforms that monitor, influence, and control the flow of information in our country and among our citizens, and they do this to an extent hitherto unimaginable.”

DeSantis also outlines the sales of consumer data by Big Tech providers and the absence of any control over privacy.  This is a great presentation and press conference.

The likely 2024 leading candidate field still looks like this….

Have Twitter & Facebook Crossed the Line?

Both Twitter and Facebook really should be shut down for what they have done is cleverly transforming themselves from a “platform” into a media organization. All the media from New York Times to ABC News and CNN can be sued for putting out false information that damages a person. Under Section 230, an internet platform is exempt because it was not intended to be liable for what others are posting. However, once they crossed the line into the moderation of content removing things they politically disagreed with, they are no longer a “platform” but have become a media outlet and as such, they should be subject to lawsuits.

What Facebook and Twitter have done to the internet is a crime and they should be shut down. They can reorganize as media companies, but they have abused their very purpose and they have violated that fiduciary duty they owed to the shareholders. Indeed, an enterprising attorney should file a major class-action lawsuit against them for using the capital of shareholders for personal political gain. They did not raise money with the object to censor what everyone says. Therefore, they have altered the purpose of their companies and raised money falsely.

Because of their political corruption, they have destroyed the freedom of the internet and what Section 230 was intended to protect. While they shut down Parler claiming they did not moderate their content and thus allowed people to organize for the Capital riots, such organization is also then the job of the government to monitor – not for Parler to moderate. A public forum is a place where people can freely talk. Once you cross the line into moderation, then you are a media company. Hence Fox can have only conservatives and CNN can have only socialist. That is the freedom of the press, but that freedom is not without immunity.

What Facebook and Twitter have done has undermined the entire internet. Any regulation coming down the line MUST draw the line between moderation and free speech. Section 230 should apply and continue provided there is no moderation. If we see just the real of Section 230, then we can start filing lawsuits against Wikipedia which is also highly subject to propaganda.

We are Drowning in Fake News

COMMENT: I hope you read this Mr. Armstrong. These past 6 months have been eye-opening for me. I started out late summer writing down names of persons and sites on their news, opinions, stories, and predictions. In the past couple of weeks made an assessment. All have failed except your blog and a couple of others. I now have only maybe three places / people on can go for an honest view. I am actually disappointed as I would like to have a wider network of sources.

REPLY: I have tried to explain that there are people who will take any fact and twist it to the point that it becomes sophistry to create deliberate disinformation. I have REAL sources. I have met many world leaders and have been called into central banks around the world and testified before Congress. I know how the same works. Back on November 24th, 2020, I wrote that I did not think Trump would win. Once the Supreme Court rejected the Texas appeal, that was checkmate. I got a lot of emails on that disagreeing. I am not here to raise false hopes. There was no insurrection act signed and there was no way Q was pulling the strings and Trump would be sworn in at 11 AM one hour before Biden. I have even written op-eds for the Wall Street Journal.

I try very hard to keep it real. That sometimes invokes angry people from the LEFT and the same is true from RIGHT. We are headed into a very serious couple of years into 2022. I try hard not to allow my personal wishes to dominate the view despite what some people think. We now have people blaming the rise in GameStock on Trumpism and White Supremacy. I mean, this is typical insanity. They always have to blame something using politics. Welc0me to the world of real FAKE NEWS – bla bla bla bla bla.

Zuckerberg should Should be Arrested Right Now!

We are now dealing with Facebook is deliberately interfering in elections. They shut down the page for Republicans raising money in Georgia 2 days before the election claiming they violated their community guidelines. I am sorry, but Zuckerberg should be dragged out in chains. He is now violating everyone’s civil rights in the nation. They wanted to start a war by claiming Russia interfered in the US elections and Congress demanded sanctions.  Facebook is acting far worse than the Russians were ever accused of.

We need a special prosecutor to be appointed right NOW to criminally charge those in BigTech deliberately trying to manipulate the election. These dropouts obviously view that the US Constitution violates its community guidelines. Enough is enough! They should now be locked up.

What About Fake News?

The question dealing with the press is not something new. Matthew Lyon was the first person to be put on trial for violating the Alien and Sedition Acts of 1798, after publishing criticism of President John Adams. The Sedition Act of 1798 criminalized the “writing, printing, uttering or publishing [of] any false, scandalous and malicious writing or writings about the government of the United States.” Indeed, Trump could have and should have charged people from the media who clearly violated that Act. Lyon was sentenced to four months in jail. While imprisoned, he was elected to represent Vermont in Congress.

It was actually Abraham Lincoln who seized the telegraph lines and issued an order prohibiting the printing of war news about military movements without approval. He was censoring the news back then for anyone who challenged his administration. Lincoln had people arrested for wearing Confederate buttons and for singing Confederate songs in the North. He went as far as to shut down the Chicago Times for criticizing the Lincoln administration. The editors were arrested, the newspapers were shut down, and the journalists were banned from the fields of battle. A military governor with the approval of the secretary of war, Edwin M. Stanton, destroyed the office of the Sunday Chronicle, a Washington, D.C., newspaper. Lincoln even had a Democrat member of Congress arrested for making an anti-war speech in his home state.

In April 1863, General Ambrose Burnside, who was the commander of the Department of the Ohio, issued General Order No. 38. Burnside placed his headquarters in Cincinnati to intimidate Confederate sympathizers. He issued General Order No. 38.

General Order No. 38 stated:

The habit of declaring sympathy for the enemy will not be allowed in this department. Persons committing such offenses will be at once arrested with a view of being tried. . .or sent beyond our lines into the lines of their friends. It must be understood that treason, expressed or implied, will not be tolerated in this department.

Burnside also declared that, in certain cases, violations of General Order No. 38 could result in death. Most could not believe the audacity of this order which violated free speech. Clement Laird Vallandigham (1820–1871) was so opposed to the order that he allegedly said that he “despised it, spit upon it, trampled it under his feet.” He also allegedly encouraged open resistance to Burnside. Vallandigham was said to have criticized President Lincoln for not seeking a peaceable and immediate end to the Civil War and for allowing General Burnside to ignore the constitutional rights of citizen’s. It was reported that Vallandigham had violated General Order No. 38. The general ordered his immediate arrest. On May 5, 1863, a company of soldiers arrested Vallandigham at his home in Dayton and brought him to Cincinnati to stand trial.

Burnside charged Vallandigham with the following crimes:

Publicly expressing, in violation of General Orders No. 38, from Head-quarters Department of Ohio, sympathy for those in arms against the Government of the United States, and declaring disloyal sentiments and opinions, with the object and purpose of weakening the power of the Government in its efforts to suppress an unlawful rebellion.

Vallandigham was tried by a military tribunal and was found guilty despite his argument that they lacked jurisdiction over a civilian. The tribunal sentenced him to remain in a United States prison for the remainder of the war. Fear that this would result in a rebellion after he appealed to a federal circuit court. But the court, corrupt as it was being pro-government, denied the appeal. Judge Leavitt held that General Burnside had military authority which was necessary during a time of war. President Lincoln feared that a rebellion would erupt and commuted Vallandigham’s sentence to exile in the Confederacy. On May 25, Burnside sent Vallandigham into Confederate lines.

Then in 1917, Rose Pastor Stokes, who was an anti-war activist, writer, and a founding member of the American Communist Party, was prosecuted under the Espionage Act of 1917 for writing to a newspaper: “I am for the people and the government is for the profiteers.” The Act criminalized attempting to cause insubordination to the war effort, willfully attempting to cause insurrection, and obstructing the recruiting or enlistment of potential volunteers.  After being sentenced to 10 years in Missouri State prison, she successfully appealed to the US Court in St Paul. The government ultimately dismissed the case against her in 1920.

Therefore, many people have written in asking if CNN, New York Times and the Washington Post could ever be shut down or their editors prosecuted for supporting Klau Schwab and his take over of the world to push it into Marxism. There is plenty of precedent for that. Trump was never advised properly and the Department of Justice would never investigate.
