Your blog about the press destroying their own jobs and the last paragraph describing what may happen if this lockdown isn’t lifted before May 1st the models warn of a 13 year decline into 2032. That appears to be inevitable based upon the ECM and capital flow moving into the private sector. Not even European and Asian originating capital will want to invest in US Treasuries seeing less taxes being collected. European and Asian capital will flow into US equities as the ONLY safe haven. In a previous blog it was mentioned that Finland’s largest bank is prohibiting people from accessing their own security deposit boxes without a valid reason. The ECB is moving towards its own cryptocurrency. The US Democrats have put a placeholder for a US cryptocurrency in the latest Coronavirus aid law. Socrates is predicting Trump to win the upcoming election because COVID-19 will subside before the election and the Republicans & Trump will use it against the Democrats. Like you said though, what happens after Trump? Will the Democrats, Bill Gates, Hilary Clinton and NY Bankers have their way like they are doing during this COVID-19? They now know a means/method to herd the world population. Will we fall for it again? As you have said in the past, individuals try to learn from their past mistakes, but society is prone to repeat it.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience with those that wish to listen and learn. Thank you for leaving a legacy that I pray more people will read and remove the hood covering their eyes.

REPLY: I hope we do not go gradually into that darkness of tyranny. I fear most of all for my family and what I will leave behind at the close of my life. So I rage against the dying light of freedom, not for myself, but for my legacy. All I can say is I pray for civilization, for this lockdown is the first step toward tyranny and we are slipping gradually into that darkness where the tree of liberty withers and dies. This is the true price of socialism. It is never about the people, it is only about empowering the state. When freedom is lost, it can never be restored by peaceful means if history is a witness to the folly of human society. Liberty once lost is lost forever. There have been bloodless revolutions as was the case in Russia in 1991. That requires the military and the police to open their eyes and realize they are defending tyranny against their own families. If that can be accomplished, then the mighty fall without the arm of oppression.

Trump Opening America Again

President Trump played a very smart move against the FAKE NEWS contingent. He outlined broad new federal guidelines for opening up the country that will put the onus on governors to decide how to restart the economies in their states amid mounting fallout from the coronavirus outbreak. The federal guidance doesn’t set a specific timeline, and Trump wouldn’t hypothesize what the country will look like by milestone dates like Memorial Day, the Fourth of July and Labor Day. But Trump predicted there are 29 states that can begin the opening soon and several that could start the process right away, though he didn’t name them.

 

We can easily see that the problem areas are New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Delaware, with Atlanta and New Orleans. The rest of the country is minimally affected. We could not ship out our books from Pennsylvania because of the draconian lockdown. We had to have them trucked to Florida and they are now all out in the mail.

I had to laugh when Trump used the very reports claiming 2 million Americans would die which was put out by Neil Ferguson from Imperial College which received donations from Bill Gates to flip their negativity back on the press. We did a great job, Trump said, and we are coming in with well under 100,000 deaths because he closed the borders. It was sort of a mental martial arts contest using the force of your opponent against them.

Shifting the burden back to the governors was a brilliant move. New York City, which under governor Andrew Cuomo just weeks ago was blaming Trump and pleading that it would need 40,000 ventilators to handle a projected flood of critically ill COVID-19 patients that never appeared, now says things are going so well New York is shipping hundreds of ventilators to other states. It’s always a question of who gets the blame.

Socrates was right. COVID-19 would peak the week of April 6th. Even back on March 11th, our cyclical models showed the peak would be April/May. This was not some personal opinion or guess. This was simply modeling the life-cycle of all viruses. People who were saying this could last for 18 months were doing so to support Bill Gates saying it would take 18 months for a vaccine that would be conveniently after the 2020 elections.

I watched the questions and you could see that they were all negative. I watched the CBS version and they immediately had their analyst from the Associated Press who instantly began to try to tear Trump apart. He said when the President claimed to have the authority to order the states to report, “we knew that was wrong then” and now he deferred to the Governors “proving he was wrong.” Quite frankly, I am really disgusted with these people.

I have laid out under the Commerce Clause, there is absolutely NO authority for any governor to close down the economy of his state. There are conspiracy theories that Trump handed all authority to FEMA and they can run a dictatorship. Let me explain one thing: The Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land. The Supremacy Clause of the Constitution of the United States (Article VI, Clause 2), establishes that the Constitution, federal laws made pursuant to it, and treaties made under its authority, constitute the “supreme Law of the Land“, and thus take priority over any conflicting state laws.

That means no matter what statutory authority Congress gave FEMA, it is unconstitutional if they ever tried to enforce such a dictatorship. Likewise, no state governor can issue any order or pass a statute that is contrary to the Constitution – PERIOD!

Just for the record, enforcing the civil rights actions against the states during the 1960s which were suppressing blacks, it was the Supremacy Clause which enabled the federal government to force civil rights. These journalists are outright wrong and they themselves are supporting Sedition by misrepresenting the Constitution. The Supreme Court delivered four decisions on this subject:

In Pennsylvania v. Nelson, 350 U.S. 497 (1956) the Supreme Court struck down the Pennsylvania Sedition Act, which made advocating the forceful overthrow of the federal government a crime under Pennsylvania state law when federal interest in an area of law is sufficiently dominant, federal law must be assumed to preclude enforcement of state laws on the same subject.

In Reid v. Covert, 354 U.S. 1 (1957), the Supreme Court held that international treaties and laws made pursuant to them must comply with the Constitution. Not even the federal government could possibly write a treaty that circumvents the Constitution.

In Cooper v. Aaron, 358 U.S. 1 (1958), the Supreme Court rejected attempts by Arkansas to nullify the Court’s school desegregation decision, Brown v. Board of Education which relied on Equal Protection under the Fourteenth Amendment. Arkansas, acted under the theory of states’ rights which could not nullify federal law.

In Edgar v. MITE Corp., 457 U.S. 624 (1982), the Supreme Court ruled: “A state statute is void to the extent that it actually conflicts with a valid Federal statute”.

I find it personally offensive for these journalists to harp on this nonsense that Trump was wrong when it is plainly the FAKE NEWS. What Trump has done was political. The draconian measures being carried out by each state will be attributable to the governor for the 2020 election – not Trump. Then we will probably see these horrible corrupt journalists flip it around and blame the lockdowns and loss of local jobs like in New York on Trump in time for the 2020 elections. Personally, I believe they are carrying out Sedition against the United States.

Trump has absolute authority to reopen the country because there is NO Constitutional Authority to have ordered a lockdown, to begin with. This idea of flattening the curve is only a THEORY and there is no evidence that this would even work. It is no different than Keynesian Economics with Quantitative Easing which has failed. The attempt to flatten the curve CANNOT defeat the energy of any cycle. All you will do is prolong it. The likelihood of this returning in the fall is probably better than 90%. The real threat is once this power has been seized by governments and it remains unchallenged, it will be used again and again in the future.

Trump made it very clear, there was NEVER a bed capacity problem. He sent hospital ships to New York, but they were not used. He had the Army Core of Engineers build beds in stadiums – they were never filled. The entire theory we needed to be locked down because there were not enough beds was totally BOGUS!!!!! When is the press going to point this out? We have been lied to and why? Where is the journalist willing to tell the truth just once! This is the CDC’s own graph showed bed capacity was the justification for the lockdown. The press bash Trump claiming he was wrong, but not a single word about this chart to justify the lockdown, to begin with, will ever appear in main-stream media.

White House Releases “Opening Up America Again” Plan – Three Phase Guidance For State Governors…

The White House has revealed the state guidance for a reopening of the American economy [White House Resource Link].  The plan includes three phases of specific guidance as a roadmap for each governor depending on their individual situation.

President Trump has unveiled Guidelines for Opening Up America Again, a three-phased approach based on the advice of public health experts. These steps will help state and local officials when reopening their economies, getting people back to work, and continuing to protect American lives. (link)

President Trump was clear in his presentation of the guidelines that while each phase has modifications working toward the end goal, the end-goal is not a “new normal” but rather a return to full normalcy.  Each phase contains measures to monitor a rebound.

The guidance allows each state governor to modify their phased response by county depending on the Wuhan Virus impact.   Some counties may be in phase one, while other counties may be in phase two or three.  The state and local public health officials will be responsible for monitoring the virus impact on an ongoing basis.

Phase one has continued mitigation including ‘sheltering in place’.  Phase two has less mitigation, schools can re-open, but still some restrictions.  Phase three is essentially the absence of the most intrusive mitigation working toward a return to normal.

♦ The Trump Administration is issuing new guidelines to enable individual States to reopen in phases using a deliberate, data-driven approach.

  • Under these guidelines, States will reopen one step at a time, rather than all at once.

♦ The guidelines will empower Governors to tailor the phased reopening to address the situation in their State.

  • Governors can begin phased openings at the Statewide or county-by-county level.

♦ These guidelines were developed by the top medical experts from across the Government and are based on verifiable metrics regarding the situation on the ground.

♦ The guidelines set clear benchmarks on new cases, testing, and hospital resources for States to meet to proceed toward a phased reopening.

  • Criteria include a downward trajectory in cases presenting coronavirus-like symptoms or a downward trajectory in positive tests.
  • The criteria also included hospitals having the resources to treat all patients without crisis care and a robust testing program for healthcare workers.

CONTINUING TO PROTECT AMERICANS: These new guidelines represent the next phase in President Trump’s data-based approach to protect the health and wellbeing of Americans.

♦ Thanks to the commitment and sacrifices of Americans across the country, we have seen critical progress in flattening the curve.

  • A long-term nationwide shutdown is not sustainable and would inflict wide-ranging harm on the health and wellbeing of our citizens.

♦ The President’s data-based approach will protect the health and safety of Americans while laying the groundwork for economic growth.

♦ These guidelines will allow healthy Americans to safely return to work as conditions allow while protecting seniors and other vulnerable Americans.

New York Governor Cuomo Announces Northeastern Directorate Will Remain on Lockdown Through May 15th, Maybe Longer…

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has announced the Northeastern Directorate will keep all citizens within the region on lock-down through May 15, 2020, with a possible extension depending on an agreement within the Blue State alliance members.

Six other governors from within the Northeastern Directorate form the regional alliance.

Northeast states: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Delaware have assembled an authoritarian alliance, without legislative approval and without legal precedent, to block any federal efforts to reopen the economy.

The Blue State leaders have determined it is in the best interests of the Northeastern citizenry for individual rights to be suspended under a post-constitutional framework. The government in this region will determine when the advancement of individual rights will be permitted and will set the parameters of permitted civic, social and economic engagement.

All citizens within the Northeastern Directorate are now captive to arbitrary rules on business ownership, property rights, contract terms, movement and assembly.  Under the terms of a regional health emergency, as outlined by the command and control structure, currently citizens within the containment area are quarantined and not permitted to exit their homes, petition government or request redress for grievances.

“I need a coordinated action plan with the other states. So, one month, we’ll continue the close-down policies. What happens after then? I don’t know. We will see what the data shows,” [Comrade] Cuomo said. “I don’t want to project beyond that period.”

[Comrade] Cuomo didn’t specify if all or just some of those states will join in extending statewide quarantines. Delaware already shut down nonessential businesses to May 15, while New Jersey’s order was put in place “until further notice.” New Jersey Gov. [Comrade] Phil Murphy announced shortly after at his daily press conference that the state’s schools would be closed until at least May 15.

“That means it will not be safe to reopen our schools or start sports back up for at least another four weeks,” [comrade] Murphy said. (link)

Relax comrades, the Northeastern Directorate is sensitive to your previous rights as we initiate our new, safer, society. The COVID Compliance Ministry appreciates good citizens who voluntarily participate in the registry. Northeastern Directorate will reward good citizenship status with enhanced social credits allowing access to a safe COVID Compliant Society. A safer society; where the odds will always be in your favor.

A rogue citizen could put a compliant society at risk of infection. They may not just carry biologics they could carry a more alarming virus of wrong-thought against the interests of the state. Rogue citizens could be subversive to the interests of our new society.

During this phase of the economic war residents within the Blue occupied territories will be held captive to the political whims of their regional generals.

The economic freedom and liberty zone will encompass the Red region. The center of the country, mid west, southern region (surrounding the Gulf of Mexico) and south eastern Atlantic region. These areas will be open to commerce and economic freedom.

However, the urban dense populations (Blue pockets within Red zones) will push-back against the efforts of the Red generals in an attempt to retain alignment with their Blue team generals. Depending on the strength of the urban forces there may be roadblocks, sabotage, skirmishes and political violence against the freedom & liberty Red team.

Red captives within the Blue zones will have to be smart and strategic. Big Blue tech will be assisting the totalitarian Blue generals. Direct confrontation against the Blue forces should be avoided, and it will likely be a better strategy to fight stealthily as insurgents.

Any Red team member of the economic freedom alliance, trapped within a Blue region, is warned to evaluate their connection to their electronic devices. Your cell phones could be used as portable transponders expose your movement and your political views.

This is going to be one hell of a battle. A Spring and Summer conflict like we’ve never seen in the history of U.S. politics outside of actual, physical, civil war.

President Trump: Major Announcement on Opening U.S. Economy – 6:00pm Tonight…

President Trump has moved the Coronavirus task force briefing to 6:00pm this evening which will also contain a “major announcement” on guidance for reopening the U.S. economy.

This follows a 3:00pm conference call with nations’ governors on a plan to provide new guidance specific to their Wuhan Virus impacts. Additionally, the White House has announced a large bipartisan legislative branch working group:

White House – Today, President Donald J. Trump and members of his Administration hosted phone calls with Republican and Democrat Members of the House of Representatives and Senate serving on the Opening Up America Again Congressional Group. The President announced that he will soon provide guidance to America’s Governors to determine their ability to reignite the economies in their respective States.

The dialogue between the President, senior Administration officials, and the bipartisan group of Members of Congress also included a range of topics, namely the need for additional funding for the Paycheck Protection Program, the international and domestic supply chains, ways to energize the economy, surprise medical billing, clarifying the difference between essential and non-essential workers, mental health, and relief for small businesses.

Additionally, the Opening Up America Again Congressional Group discussed the rapidly expanding access to COVID-19 diagnostic and anti-body tests, ventilators, face masks, and other PPE. President Trump was pleased to hear such positive feedback from the Members about the work that the Administration is doing to keep America healthy and prosperous, and thanked them for their participation.

Weekly Unemployment Claims Increase Another 5.245 Million…

According to the Dept of Labor [pdf HERE] another 5.245 million more Americans filed first-time claims for unemployment insurance last week (April 11), bringing the total to just over 22 million since the Wuhan Virus layoffs began.  The good news is initial claims were down 1.37 million from the prior week.

The largest increases in initial claims for the week ending April 4 were in Georgia (+256,312), Michigan (+84,219), Arizona (+43,488), Texas (+38,982), and Virginia (+34,872), while the largest decreases were in California (-139,511), Pennsylvania (-127,037), Florida (-58,599), Ohio (-48,097), and Massachusetts (-41,776).

Secretary of Labor Eugene Scalia issued the following statement:

“Today’s report reflects the continuing impact of the important public health measures being taken to defeat the coronavirus. Americans are making sacrifices for the wellbeing of the country, and the Trump Administration is moving quickly to support workers and small businesses during this difficult time.”

“The Department of Labor has issued all the essential guidance the States need to implement the historic unemployment benefits expansion under the CARES Act, and 29 States are now paying the $600 weekly boost in unemployment benefits under the Act. The remaining States will begin providing the benefit as they update their systems.”

“The Department has disbursed more than half a billion dollars in administrative funding to States to help them contend with the surge in claims and burden on their staff and computer systems, and additional funding will be released as States apply and meet the requirements set by Congress.”

“The Administration also continues to prioritize keeping American workers connected to their employers through programs that aid business owners in keeping workers on payroll. As America maintains its disciplined efforts to “slow the spread,” the Department will continue to prioritize getting prompt relief to workers and the States and businesses that support them.” (LINK)

Reid ascended to the prestigious Throne of Rude as a result of her performance in a recent virus-update press conference. If you didn’t see it, here is the video.

Not one to rest on her recently achieved laurels, the next day Reid asserted her presence at a White House meeting between Trump and a few recovered victims ofCOVID-19. Although directed four times to leave the room, she refused to budge.

So, what’s driving Paula’s recently displayed antics? A case of histrionic personality disorder? Or, she just hates the Orange Man?

Perhaps it’s more complicated than that.

Maybe it’s about autarchy.  I’m not ashamed, I had to look it up.  It has multiple spellings—most recently as “autarky”.  In short—sovereignty.

Why might Trump’s movement towards autarchy, particularly in the context of China, light-up Paula Reid? She a card-carrying globalist? A Charlie Chan fan? Connoisseur of Chinese food?

“However, cutting the WHO’s funding during the COVID-19 pandemic is not in U.S. interests given the organization’s critical role assisting other countries—particularly in the developing world—in their response.”

What is WHO’s critical role? Giving the virus extra time to spread globally by withholding information? All that led to was more critical care needed for more virus victims.

The Hill also notes that “The American Medical Association also criticized the president’s announcement, calling the move a ‘dangerous step in the wrong direction’ and urging Trump to reconsider.” (Would it surprise you that only 29% of U.S. physicians are members of the AMA.)
