What is the population of middle America? Could be some data related to the New Madrid fault. There are enough underground installations to give government a heads up, early. If considering loss of lives, and maybe one or two quart size bottles per person, a major relocation effort of survivors would require about the quantity ordered. From my own experiences involving FEMA in the aftermath of Super Storm Sandy in 2012, FEMA in my opinion dropped the ball, but maybe they learned from their mistakes?
