How long does it take to change the habits of a society?This is the question in regard to forced lockdowns and shuttering businesses.

Experts quibble over the amount of time it takes for a new habit, good or bad, to be formed. Some say 21 days, some say 30 or 45 days and some say it takes three months to change an individual’s thinking.

Job abandonment has become a virus of its own as irresponsible employees have dropped out of the workforce

The USA has been closed to business as usual for more than 30 days, which, according to what appears in the previous paragraph, is probably plenty of time to create the new habit of isolating oneself and the family but also of relying on government.

Having dropped by a gas station to fill up the other day, the manager expressed exhaustion and frustration with unexpected overtime. She loved her job but after the CARES Act passed, the unmotivated employees found excuse after excuse to keep them from work, swamping the few good employees to cover double shifts during the long hours of operation. Soon enough, the goldbrickers stayed home to wait on government subsidy, leaving the manager short-handed.

Job abandonment has become a virus of its own as irresponsible employees have dropped out of the workforce in exchange for one $1,200 check. Congress’ funding unemployment compensation with promised payments above what most workers take home has also led many to quit their jobs, wrongly assuming they’ll cash in. Evidently, they didn’t bother to investigate enough to know that unemployment is only available to workers that are laid-off or, in harsher terms, fired. Quitters won’t collect.

What the government has done is pressure the populace into quiet obeisance to D.C. and, by extension, state authoritarians busy about entrenching their power. The saddest part of the media hyped pandemic scenario is how easily the citizenry has been cowed to believe they have no recourse but to hide behind closed doors and accept the pittance of borrowed cash (shouldered by taxpayers in one way or another) and imposed confinement.

Humanity is weak by nature. Those unwilling or unable to place faith in God and how His handiwork and inspiration founded this nation are doomed to look to worldly answers that are not solutions but the problems’ cause. When citizens believe government is their supply and savior, they have consented to servitude.

The Payment Protection Program is a shortsighted attempt to cage American entrepreneurism. It leads business owners into signing up for a “guaranteed” loan that sucks them into government bondage. They’ve opened the door to government regulating their financial decisions and they’ve done so without surety their application will be funded.

“Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law,” Romans 13:8. Debt nor coercion engender love, they bring about resentment and rebellion.

And rebellion is brewing. Among Americans who view drastic stay-at-home orders an overreach, governors calling their business endeavors “non-essential,” are those willing to put state and local administrators back in their place as public servants. It’s one thing to set guidelines for a temporary quarantine to prevent disease spread (though why that’s never been done for virulent flu seasons… already covered here) but dictatorial regulation of all commerce and free movement is, in many cases, unconstitutional.

The Lansing Gridlock where thousands of cars tied up downtown traffic for miles on April 15 is a prime example. Protests took place in North Carolina, Indiana, Ohio and New Hampshire though only the democrat North Carolina governor decided to arrest demonstrators citing that exercising First Amendment rights was “non-essential” activity.

Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves and first officers of a few other states are beginning to relent and dial back the restrictions, whereas Governor Kristi Noem of South Dakota didn’t capitulate to the “conventional wisdom” that wasn’t applicable to the small population of her state.

The president, who understands habits of success, has tweeted his support for protesters with messages to “liberate” the states where governors have overstepped their constitutional authority. More than a month of enforced habit-change from a mobile, work-driven populace to compelled, inactive seclusion isn’t sitting well with Americans.

The jig is up, governors. Your constituents know how to conduct themselves under difficult circumstances; they prove themselves after each natural disaster.

But this pandemic also stymies President Trump’s previous slam-dunk economic argument. In theory, this collapse could achieve what an army of enemies failed to do. That is, portray Trump as a ham-handed tyrant caught flat footed by an emergency and utterly discredited. But don’t count Donald “Houdini” Trump out quite yet.

Another inevitable outcome lurks beneath America like the Titanic’s famed iceberg, but even more menacing. Consider this health crisis/ economic disaster is already being used to radically change American society, government rule, and economic principles. So, will this create in us a semi-socialist state? How can the US possibly avoid this outcome where the government has already come in so powerfully to try and arrest all decay during an economic downturn?

The question: What will the American government receive in trade for the massive stimulus invested in America’s vast business sector? We know certain essential industries must become partners with the Federal Government, based on necessity—Airlines, real property industry, etc. But what about all the other business sectors which will collapse without intervention? Certainly, the Feds will demand some stake in the business. Of course the extent depends upon the length of the shutdowns and amount of investment.

Here is a very difficult question—Is Trump making the best choice available? Or is he getting played by the left by reducing the US in one-fell-swoop into another socialist state? Maybe he is falling for the old socialist trade of security for liberty by the, ‘let no crisis go to waste’ party?!!

Joseph Saves Egypt & Produces A Slave Class

America currently straddles a gaping chasm which could destroy us. The precursor is from the biblical tale of Joseph (Genesis 37-50).

Through wise statecraft, and divine direction in responding to Pharaoh’s dreams, Joseph hoarded massive amounts of grain then used during an upcoming famine. Yet this ironically also enslaved the land. See Genesis 41:1-5

Pharaoh dreamed: He was standing by the Nile, 2 when out of the river there came up seven cows, sleek and fat, and they grazed among the reeds. 3 After them, seven other cows, ugly and gaunt, came up out of the Nile and stood beside those on the riverbank. 4 And the cows that were ugly and gaunt ate up the seven sleek, fat cows. Then Pharaoh woke up. 5

Egyptians survived after trading money, animals, land and then themselves for food

Asked by Pharaoh if he could interpret his dreams, Joseph—who had been sitting in jail—stated the fat cows represented 7 years of bounty, while the skinny cows represented 7 of famine. (See Genesis 41:25-27.)

After this, Pharaoh immediately named Joseph second in command, with all public policy at his discretion. Joseph immediately ruled the coming plenty should be gathered and stored. And so this entire prophecy came true, and the country became destitute—but Egyptians survived after trading money, animals, land and then themselves for food. See Genesis 47:18-21:

18 When that year was over, they came to him the following year and said, “We cannot hide from our lord the fact that since our money is gone and our livestock belongs to you, there is nothing left for our lord except our bodies and our land. 19 Why should we perish before your eyes—we and our land as well? Buy us and our land in exchange for food, and we with our land will be in bondage to Pharaoh. Give us seed so that we may live and not die, and that the land may not become desolate.” 20 So Joseph bought all the land in Egypt for Pharaoh. The Egyptians, one and all, sold their fields, because the famine was too severe for them. The land became Pharaoh’s, 21 and Joseph reduced the people to servitude,[c] from one end of Egypt to the other.

 

Currency Pumping Bailout Analysis

Joseph’s story resembles our dilemma of disease and economic collapse and government rescue.

Joseph had a divine mandate which saved the Egyptians. Yet, this also protected his own family, which God then employed to save the Messiah’s family line. But, ironically this then destroyed any independence or freedom of the Egyptians. And did this aid Israel’s quest for independence?

Question: Does this cash giveaway cure the corona collapse? Isn’t the government pumping fake currency and donating it bound to devalue the currency’s value, bloat the money supply and cause inevitable inflation? We know hyperinflation is caused by hyper-currency printing.

But the coronavirus shock achieved one beautiful thing: exposed the toxic illusion socialism is possible. Responding to economic freefall, the US is incapable of quickly figuring out how to assess each party’s needs, to block graft, and quickly deliver economic aid. And if the US, with the world’s largest and most efficient government bureaucracy cannot achieve this, what other country in history could?

Finally, America has the fundamental soundness to grow, adapt and even recover from disasters—but a bigger dilemma looms: Could this currency pumping maneuver create a new slave class which are default socialists who lose any taste for economic liberty and intellectual freedom?

The lockdown has had so many ripple effects that it is just mind-numbing. Shutting down restaurants and retail stores have had already a profound impact. Many girls have been left with no choice but to turn to the sex trade. Some are engaging in physical contact while others are selling nude photos and videos to make money online. Generally, as waitresses and sales girls in malls and shops, they typically work part-time. As a result, they are not entitled to unemployment, no less healthcare. If they have no stable home-life to go back to, many are turning to the sex trade. Ironically, because of the massive loss of jobs, the potential client-base has also shrunk. At the same time, this is raising concerns for their safety as explained by the girl who is in the Sex Trade and explains in a TED Talk.

The rising risks as outlined by Reuters have absolutely destroyed our civilization as we knew it. The homeless rate is rising alarmingly as people lost their jobs and have no money for any shelter. Some have been reduced to renting rooms in 1950s motels, but even that they are charging $35-$50 per day.

I have warned that at week four, the average person will start to question what is going on and the response will be the attempt to shut down free speech. We are witnessing a wholesale rise in protests around the country after week four. At week six, we will begin to see rising violence and civil unrest.

These elite climate change people who do not see the human suffering they are causing or the World Health Organization demanding we remain locked down without any regard to starvation or the rise in suicide is just unimaginable. They have no respect for human rights. They think they can suppress the people into submission, destroy their jobs, nationalize companies, and eliminate paper money to create a new type of green world order is even doable. Sorry, that just does not seem to be viable.

The Russian and Chinese revolutions were made possible because of the massive poverty. In this case, this poverty is being inflicted rather than building upon an impoverished class that never tasted any normalcy of life.

The girls who are being driven into the physical sex trade are going to be at greater risk. Once you make something illegal, you create a tax-free profit center and girls are at a greater risk of being abducted. The movie Taken, is a real live-practice. This is a rising risk that this pandemic has unleashed along with rising suicide and homeless because people have lost everything. These elites have created tremendous frustration for so many people to save 35,000 elderly who would have died of the flu anyway? Nice excuse. This is all about creating a new Green World Order. They don’t have the guts to even allow a democratic vote.

These elites pushing this lockdown cannot possibly be this stupid to pretend this is really about a virus to save 35,000 people. There is a broader agenda where there has been a merger of socialists and Climate Change advocates to accomplish particular goals. Even Microsoft has suddenly applied for a patent (WO / 2020/060606) for a cryptocurrency device attached to your body on March 26th, 2020 given the push to eliminate paper currency. Even Milinda Gates has addressed the G7 under the pretense that digital currency and eliminating paper money will empower women? Her vision is to reduce population and that empowers women not to have children. Does that mean she has no problem with the sex trade provided the use he husband’s microchip to prevent pregnancy?

Because of the burden of student loans, many are simply not in a position to even marry. The real shocking number is that 40% of millennials are still dependent on mom and dad. The number of kids still living with their parents into their 30s has reached a 75-year high coming in at a stunning 40%!

The girls who do not have a stable home to rely on, have no employment, no chance of marrying, and this orchestrated pandemic has devastated their future. They cannot even collect unemployment as a parttime worker burdened by student loans that are worthless. Nobody wants to address the social impact of this nonsense over a virus. Does anybody in government or the media even care anymore what they are supporting?

AOC Demonstrates Just How Ignorant She is About Economics As the World Turns to Protests

Our favorite entertainer in Congress, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC; D-NY), on Monday deleted a message after she was criticized in which she cheered her New Green Deal in the light of the historic drop in oil prices as an opportunity to invest in “green infrastructure to save our planet.” She thinks this will create new jobs without taking into consideration all the jobs that will be destroyed no less all the collapse in property from gas stations closing and airlines collapsing.

She also never considered that we have food shortages already starting to appear because the lockdown has not merely prevented migrant workers from picking crops, but all the food which has begun to rot because shipping was also stopped by the lockdown. The collapse in oil prices will also result in greater tensions in the Middle East and the rise of civil unrest on a global scale.

Even in Germany, the destruction of the political-financial system is critical. The losses to municipalities have forced Germany to reopen. Berlin, Hamburg, and Bremen have been pushed to the bring of absolute collapse as tax revenue collapses.

We have just begun to see the damage unleashed on the world and as the numbers begin to emerge in May, the economic devastation will start to appear more shocking by the day.

While Facebook is conspiring against the civil rights of the people, if they have acted on the request of anyone in government, they are liable for a Civil Rights action for damages in the billions. Protests are appearing as Socrates projected after week 4 and this will become more violent after week 6 by mid-May. The uprising is emerging across the country and governors are going to be in serious trouble come November. If they keep this up, they better beef-up their personal bodyguards for by mid-May, this is going to get ugly.

The more entities like Google, Facebook, and Microsoft try to suppress protests, the greater the frustration and higher the probability of serious violence erupting.

Everything Has a Cycle – Even the Coronavirus

Professor Yitzhak Ben Israel of Tel Aviv University has plotted the growth rates of new coronavirus infections of the U.S., U.K., Sweden, Italy, Israel, Switzerland, France, Germany, and Spain. What he has revealed is what Socrates had forecast with the peak coming the week of April 6. The professor found that irrespective of whether the country quarantined like Israel, or did not lockdown its citizens like Sweden, the coronavirus still peaked and subsided in the exact same way and time duration. He has shown that all countries experienced identical infection patterns, with the number of infected peaking in the sixth week and rapidly subsiding by the eighth week. It was cyclical as all viruses have been. He wrote, “There is a decline in the number of infections even [in countries] without closures, and it is similar to the countries with closures.”

While Professor Yitzhak Ben Israel concluded he did not have any  explanation as to why the coronavirus follows a fixed pattern, he speculated that perhaps it was “climate-related, maybe the virus has its own life cycle.”

We have put the course of such viruses into Socrates which specializes in looking for patterns. Viruses are a form of biological lifeform. They too have a cycle as we do — we are born, we live, and we die. Everything in nature has such a pattern including planets and stars. Perhaps it is time we simply recognize that cycles exist. That just might be a place to begin our search for knowledge.

Facebook Suppressing 1st Amendment & Human Rights Illegally

Facebook Inc said announced on Monday that it had removed events in Nebraska, New Jersey, and California promoting protests against stay-at-home measures amid the COVID-19 pandemic caused by the new coronavirus. Trying to suppress the First Amendment right to both Free Speech and the Right to Assemble to protest is warning that Facebook has entered a Stalinist attempt to suppress the people.

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Facebook’s actions are so anti-American it is just unimaginable how they have the audacity to take such actions. They are contributing to the collapse of civilization and take ZERO responsibility for their actions. In the end, all they will accomplish is a rise in violence by suppressing peaceful protests.

The GCF wrote: “The COVID-19 pandemic and the global response required to stem it shows the importance of acting together to solve unparalleled threats to people and our planet. The far-reaching impacts of COVID-19 are a stark reminder of the catastrophic implications the world faces if we don’t.”

Spot crude has fallen to ZERO because this lockdown has destroyed the economy from top to bottom. There is no place to store the oil and the Climate Change conspiracy against the world is jumping for joy. What they fail to understand is the cheap oil makes every other form of energy now TOO expensive.

Their goal to reconstruct the economy without oil wiping out all the jobs in airlines and the auto industry for starters is going to unleash absolute civil unrest. If the governments DO NOT launch serious investigations into this deliberate destruction of the world economy to force the end of CO2, there will be revolutions as long as governments protect these people.

Gates and his co-conspirators are such elitists that fail to comprehend how many people’s lives, pensions, jobs, and healthcare have been wiped out all because of their obsession with CO2. He has admitted that there is no formula that if you lower CO2 to x you will get y temperature. There are plenty of studies that disagree with Gates. He refuses to even listen and assumes the effects will be bad, with no historical data whatsoever. There is NO formula to measure CO2 to predict the climate – PERIOD! Yet he has advocated destroying our economy to further his paranoia about Climate and has advocated reducing the population to achieve his goal.

If a full-scale investigation is NOT launched, we are going to see untold civil unrest sweep the world. So many third world countries that depended on tourism have been wiped out. Reports are already coming in from places like the British Virgin Islands where they are seeking a 7% tax to try to wire money out of the country.

We are facing a UNPRECENTED economic collapse on a grand scale without a full-blown investigation.

At Last – Gates’ Objective is Revealed – Destroy Economy Relaunch without CO2

SKY News Australia has reported the smoking gun. The UN-funded financial arm of the Paris Agreement has labeled the coronavirus an “opportunity” to raise funds for climate change action and “relaunch economies on low-emission, climate-resilient trajectories”. The extraordinary statements have been published in a document by the Green Climate Fund – an international organization with a US$10.3 billion budget. Bill Gates has been a major driver behind the Climate Change contingency.

The Green Climate Fund of the United Nations has written:

While COVID-19 is causing untold suffering, the international response to this unprecedented health crisis in modern times offers an opportunity to direct finances towards bolstering climate action. GCF will continue to make critical investments in climate-resilient water resource management, health care facilities, agriculture and livelihoods – all of which are essential to subduing and overcoming the pandemic. Similarly, we will step up our efforts to catalyse green investment to relaunch economies on low-emission, climate-resilient trajectories. 

I have warned that this entire destruction of the economy made no sense. Nobody in their right mind would do such a thing – except the Climate Change people who have been obsessed with CO2. We now know Bill Gates’ true objective – Climate Change to crush the economy and relaunch without CO2.

Oil prices have collapsed as the lockdown continues and they have sought to wipe out the auto industry. They have even shut down CO2 production needed for beer and soda. There will be shortages of those products now. What will the lower classes whose favorite drink is beer do when they realize that CO2 is needed for that production?

Common Sense and Human Interface – Georgia Governor Brian Kemp Announces Phased Reopening of Business Starting This Week…

As Georgia Governor Brian Kemp announces the reopening of various sectors of the state economy, perhaps a rather obvious point needs to be highlighted….

There are few high-traffic businesses more densely populated than grocery stores.  In fact, within the U.S. economy retail supermarkets have the highest foot traffic of any business sector in the entire economy; that’s just an empirical fact…. and the coronavirus impact increased that foot traffic by an average of 40 percent.  Now, stop and think about this logically & apply a large dose of common sense. Think about human-to-human interface.

♦First, with approximately 90 percent of the total U.S. population penetrating through grocery outlets; and with 100% of that massive number of consumers going through checkout lanes; if the COVID-19 viral strain was as significant as claimed by the worst-case data, then supermarket cashiers would have been the highest exposed profession of U.S. workers in the entire nation.  There wouldn’t even be a close second place.

Considering that metric; and considering the overall population penetration & density within the business operation; there has not been an employee-based business disruption due to the coronavirus.  Put another way: the coronavirus has not stopped the function of the highest human interface occupation in the entire U.S. economy.

♦Secondly, think about the businesses that are closed; perhaps think about your job that may have been shut down…. now frame your risk based on the supermarket example as highest human interface and highest population penetration in any business field.

If the #1 at risk industry has operated, essentially without disruption and with almost zero substantive mitigation, while carrying the largest population exposure rate, then all other less-exposed business operations would have significantly less operational risk.

Why would anyone be concerned about opening their business?

If you take the factual outcome of the retail food industry as a measure, it would follow that other than a few proximity businesses which may need prudent modifications or remain temporarily closed (ex. modified airplane seating, concerts, stadiums or capacity seating venues etc), then all other businesses should immediately resume operations.

No other business segment within the economy is as exposed to the population as the retail food business; and yet supermarkets operated without issue.

So why shouldn’t all businesses immediately get back to work?

Perhaps a few initial modifications might be needed; but not much, and not for long.

Think about it….

GEORGIA – Gov. Brian Kemp announced on Monday a series of social distancing guidelines that will allow businesses such as gyms, hair salons, tattoo parlors, and bowling alleys to reopen on Friday. By next week, movie theaters will be allowed to start showing films, and restaurants will be allowed to have limited dine-in service options in addition to the takeout orders they had been limited to before the order.

“In the same way that we carefully closed businesses and urged operations to end to mitigate the virus’s spread, today we’re announcing plans to incrementally and safely reopen sectors of our economy,” Kemp said.

State Rep. David Clark, a Republican, said he hoped other states followed Georgia’s lead, saying, “If we continue on the path we are headed down, we will totally destroy not only the U.S. economy but also the world economy.”  (read more)

Drug Cartels Say Coronavirus Creating Narcotic Shortages…

Shortfalls in the illicit drug trade could be very problematic for the DNC who receive funding through Mexican drug cartels.  Apparently, according to the cartels, the coronavirus is having an impact.  Will Speaker Pelosi look for bailout options?

Additionally the U.S. military operation to target illicit drugs is entering its fourth week creating even more havoc in the system.

NEW YORK (AP) — Coronavirus is dealing a gut punch to the illegal drug trade, paralyzing economies, closing borders and severing supply chains in China that traffickers rely on for the chemicals to make such profitable drugs as methamphetamine and fentanyl.

[…] – Along the 2,000-mile U.S.-Mexico border through which the vast majority of illegal drugs cross, the normally bustling vehicle traffic that smugglers use for cover has slowed to a trickle. Bars, nightclubs and motels across the country that are ordinarily fertile marketplaces for drug dealers have shuttered. And prices for drugs in short supply have soared to gouging levels.

“They are facing a supply problem and a demand problem,” said Alejandro Hope, a security analyst and former official with CISEN, the Mexican intelligence agency. “Once you get them to the market, who are you going to sell to?”

Virtually every illicit drug has been impacted, with supply chain disruptions at both the wholesale and retail level. Traffickers are stockpiling narcotics and cash along the border, and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration even reports a decrease in money laundering and online drug sales on the so-called dark web.  (read more)

President Trump broke the OPEC+ stalemate by agreeing to decrease U.S. production by 300k/barrels allowing Mexico to drop a more manageable 100k/barrels. Trump and AMLO reached an undisclosed agreement where Mexico will reimburse the U.S. later on.

♦As we shared last week… CTH suspects the “reimbursement” will be more, well, strategically geopolitical than financial.  [*nudge-nudge*, *wink-wink*, *say-no-more/say-no-more*]  President Trump has an uncanny knack of collecting leverage for later, more strategic, purposes.  Just sayin’.

♦Three Weeks Ago…. President Trump and Defense Secretary Esper announced a major deployment of U.S. military to interdict narcotics trafficking from Central America.

On the surface the effort to deploy naval assets to the Caribbean and southern pacific is justified based on intelligence drug cartels will exploit the coronavirus pandemic to ship more narcotics into the U.S.
