Coronavirus--An Outlook To The Future

Hi there, friends! At the outset, I hope that all of you reading this narrative find yourselves well. Above all, healthy and in good spirits, in spite of the ongoing disruptions at center stage of our lives which have ensued from the Coronavirus – COVID 19 pandemic.

The topic today is: How will this pandemic situation affect the economy and politics of the nation, notwithstanding the fact that both are interwoven to where one will inexorably affect the other? To this day, I cannot help but find subliminal issues which raise all kinds of questions in my mind regarding the timing of this pandemic attack.

As we all know, on February 26th, 2020, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) confirmed the first case of COVID-19, here in the U.S., in a patient from California with no travel history to an outbreak area nor contact with anyone diagnosed with the virus. Since then, as you well know, it has been a non-stop free-fall.

Other than the much-talked about impact that this pandemic will have on the nation in terms of deaths or otherwise people who are and will be infected with this virus, we may also presume this outbreak will probably end-up having as great or greater impact on our economy as it has on the overall death toll and healthcare issues.  By default it will also have a bearing on the nation’s politics, more so given the fact this is a presidential election year—question is: how much so?

First of all, in terms of economic impact, some experts concur on the fact that this Coronavirus / COVID-19, may end up affecting the nation even more so than did the ‘Great Depression” of the 1930s. I will preface, my assertions on how bad it really will be, by making sure I clarify beforehand the fact that I have always despised fearmongering. Matter of fact, historically, I am, as is our esteemed president Donald Trump, an optimist at heart. I have forever praised and seconded Franklin D. Roosevelt’s legendary words in his first inaugural address as president in 1932 when he said: “The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.”

Having said that, I do worry about the nation’s outcome from this pandemic chaos – economically speaking that is. At last count, there were something like 26.4 million Americans who have filed for unemployment – that amounts to more than 15% of the U.S. workforce. A Pew Research survey estimates 43% of households have been hit by a Coronavirus related job loss or pay cut. All leading economic indicators suggest that we are in for one of the worse economic crashes in the nation’s history. Ironically and paradoxically, this all comes at a time when our nation’s economy was booming like never before. Coincidentally, I may add, emphasize or question.

As much as the government has responded to the crisis with more than $2 trillion dollars in stimulus relief money and with an additional $310 billion in the works as we speak, the intended objective may have less benefits than earlier anticipated considering the fact that people will really not be spending the stimulus money in an economy which is completely stalled as a result of the pandemic.

Understandably, with most of the nation being shut-down, there is a ripple effect which results in a negative economic flow under the present conditions—albeit one which carries on throughout the world as well. There are, as we all know, some industries which are bearing the brunt of the damage. All businesses which depended and/or derived their revenues from clustering people under one roof such as restaurants, airlines, cruise ships, sports venues, etc., are, for all practical purposes, out-of-business—at least temporarily, that is. Some of the larger entities, will hurt, but will somehow survive—vis-à-vis, others, many of the smaller businesses, will succumb and will never make it back.

Even businesses which have remained open are feeling the economic hurt that results from the nationwide lockdown whereby people are not spending money as they did before the pandemic. No matter which way we look at it, in the end, this crisis will have taken a huge toll on our economy and, while it is difficult to measure the damage in precise terms, we can safely predict this COVID-19 will prove to have a momentous impact on the global economy of the world and that of the United States as well. This being the case, one must also wonder, how will this whole thing affect the nation’s political situation considering the aforementioned entwinement?

My greatest fears, as always, are relative to the bad players both abroad and here at home. I look at it this way, besides China’s well-known responsibilities inherent in the outbreak of the pandemic, there is the inevitable dependency of the U.S. on China, one which we have incrementally allowed to develop over the past forty years since 1979 – a dependency which goes as far as having China, a Communist nation, bankrolling our ever-growing national debt, now more than ever before, considering our government is going full-out in trying to subsidize the nation’s negative cash-flow ensuing from the pandemic.

Just think about this for a moment. If the U.S., God forbid, were to ever go bankrupt, highly unlikely but not impossible, China would be [the] only country in the world with sufficient financial strength to bail us out, which, said another way means China would outright own us, and, by default we would be owned by a Communist regime, wouldn’t we?

For the sake of this narrative, I will not go on to discuss the many reasons on how we got to where we are. Suffice it to say, we have nobody to blame but ourselves and, in turn, on our collective greed over the years—not to mention the lack of foresight by many of our past presidents. The question now is, how will all this going on affect the nation’s politics? In the greater scope of things, my biggest fear lies on the fact that we are somewhat, if you really think about it, at the mercy of Communism, both from outside [China] as well as from within—the Socialist Democrats in the U.S.

Mark my words, no matter what, Democrats will find ways in which to blame our faltering economy on Donald Trump rather than on the virus itself, as well as they will try to shift the blame of the pandemic from China to Trump. It is already happening as many in the “fake-news”, have already begun to lay blame on Trump for all that is going wrong. As always, Democrats continue to switch blame by siding with the ‘bad guys’. What else is new?

I can virtually sense Democrats salivating at the thought of blaming Trump for the nation’s unemployment and economic stagnation. Watch how this line-of-reasoning becomes a mainstay issue in Biden’s presidential platform, which incidentally, has already started. And, going on past experience, I venture to say, many of the nation’s weak minds; the useful idiots; the naïve, the gullible, and the uninformed, will, no doubt, be swayed into actually believing it was Donald Trump’s fault somehow or another. To this universe of idiots, our obvious state of ‘unpreparedness’ for this pandemic, will be Donald Trump’s fault no matter what. How will that translate in the voting polls remains to be seen.

The Communist Democrats’ motif whereby “the end will always justify the means”, will have them blaming Trump for everything – from the lack of an anti-virus vaccine to the shortness of ventilators and hospital beds to our lack of testing capabilities and everything in between. And, to the corrupt elite of the Communist Democratic machine, from Bernie Sanders on down to Pelosi, Schumer, Cortez and Co., the nation’s chaos, believe it or not, comes as a sick and rather convenient state of affairs—a renewed hope for beating Trump in November. Ironically, as always, to all these Communist Democrats, their political ambitions keep-on taking precedence over the nation’s welfare, including the deaths of thousands of Americans. How is that for a presidential-aspiring Party made-up of political animals who could not care less for the loss of American lives?

I would like to end my dissertation today on a positive note and try to look through a glass half-full rather than half-empty —driven on by my hopes for the best. First and foremost, I trust that the vision of the American people will transcend the inherent evilness and moral turpitude of the Democratic propaganda machine, and go on to give credit to President Trump for the admirable way in which he has been handling this unexpected crisis in every which way you can think of. Doubt that many of the past-presidents would have ever come anywhere near as able in handling the crisis as has Donald Trump. Matter of fact, I tremble at the thought this all would have happened under the presidency of a Barack Obama, a Bernie Sanders or a Joe Biden – God forbid.

Again, I hope that American’s vision will preempt and forestall the ill intentions of Democrats and give Donald Trump, once more, their vote of approval and confidence by re-electing him in November, as he and he alone, as far as I am concerned, is the only one in our political universe nowadays capable of single-handedly navigating through these rough times and take us to a safe harbor once again. I think that this president’s innate savvy is our best chance to steadfastly come out of our present turmoil, both from a welfare and economic perspective. Moreover, I hope that we, as a people, have learned our lesson to never again, depend on world ‘globalism’ going forward. Our dependency on a foreign nation, more so on a Communist nation such as China, should come as a rude awakening to every single American of how vulnerable we really are in spite our apparent “exceptionalism.”

Notwithstanding the obvious sorrow inevitably associated with the death of human beings by a viral pathogen, the one big lesson we should all takeaway from this pandemic attack is to never ever again let ourselves be swayed into believing that the outsourcing of our supply chain can lead us to better things – it cannot. Once we are out of this crisis, we must, at once, put an end to our China dependency. We must find a way to re-finance our debt; we must safeguard our technologies by making sure no else in the world will have access to them; and, we must bring back the manufacturing of all products, specially those in the healthcare industry back to our beloved nation.

Finally, in the domestic arena, we must also come to terms with the reality that Democrats have all but promoted this pandemic as a viable alternative to try and destroy Donald Trump as a means of regaining power and continue with their unfinished crusade of turning the United States of America into the likes of another China. We can only do so by re-electing Donald Trump in November – our only chance, if you will, of coming out triumphant of our present chaos; our only chance and hope to come back stronger than ever before.

For the sake of a better future, I trust we have learned our lesson – China is our foe, not our friend, and so is the Democratic Party. I have said before and I will say it again, all things considered, this pandemic may not be, at the end of day, as coincidental as we all think it is. I pray to God to let us overcome the present pandemonium now afflicting our nation, which, started in China—the world’s bastion of Communism. May God bless us and may God save the United States of America.

COVID-19, Inner Tyrants, And The Great Awakening

Tyranny is about to lose its tongue

COVID-19, Inner Tyrants, And The Great Awakening

“We’re first corralled by fear, then penned by panic. Thus trapped, we’re sheared of wealth and freedom. It isn’t by mistake.”

We are living in dark times, our future threatened by growing social, psychological, and financial stress due to overwhelming fear of the COVID-19 virus. It’s easy to fall into the pits of despair when life is bleak and the future uncertain.

“We’re first corralled by fear, then penned by panic. Thus trapped, we’re sheared of wealth and freedom”

It’s said extraordinary times call for extraordinary measures and our governments have certainly taken extraordinary steps to combat the threat of COVID-19. We are living through the most oppressive non-wartime conditions of our lives and enormous psychological pressure is being applied to compel compliance. Hey, give up your rights and freedoms and accept financial ruin or you are responsible for killing your fellow citizens. Does this truth feel right to you?

Imagine, if you dare, the COVID-19 affair as a template for future government action, which as we see, is the wholesale curtailing and suppression of freedom. Justified or not, the fact our liberties are under assault can’t be denied. Whether COVID-19 is a natural born killer, or a lab created assassin, the lesson is that the threat of pandemic is enough for officials to suspend civil liberties and demand we accept unbearable social and economic harm.

If we are living through a war between good and evil, a battle between liberty and tyranny, on whose side is fear? Given what we are currently going through, what future has freedom in a perpetually fearful world? If you were on team tyranny, now knowing how powerfully effective fear is for controlling people, would you not weaponize it? Of course, you would.

Am I suggesting that fear has already been weaponized and that our ensuing panic has purpose? Yes, the game is the theft of our wealth and freedom in the form of taxes, aid, war, and lockdowns. However, it isn’t all gloom and doom, there is a brilliant light at the end of this disturbingly dark tunnel. The path won’t be easy, because the powerful never willingly give up power, but the struggle will be well worth the fight.

The great pandemic panic of 2020 has unleashed people’s inner tyrants

The great pandemic panic of 2020 has unleashed people’s inner tyrants, and some have embraced their newfound power with more vigour than others. Lord Acton’s adage, “power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely”, is playing out in real time. The intoxicating impact of power on the weak or corrupt is impossible to miss, proving why a free society needs a constitution that explicitly restricts it.

The “Karens” of the world have been emboldened beyond belief, their fear-fuelled sanctimony driving them to scream furiously at strangers who refuse to comply with draconian edicts. Or worse, to snitch on neighbours who dare to step outside to play with their children, or walk in a park, or disobey decrees in any way, shape, or form. “Karens”, although suffering from power fever, are mostly benign.

Politicians can do real harm, however, and they have leapt at the chance to play saviour. They moved rapidly to “stop the spread” of the virus, shutting down huge sections of the economy while declaring rule after rule. Piling on with arbitrary, and often contradictory, diktats.

And while there does seem to be a correlation between party/ideology (progressive) and the demand for full compliance of ridiculous rules, politicians of all stripes have acted in haste without ever questioning the need for draconian solutions.

Destroyed businesses, jobs, savings, and financial security

Here in Alberta, we’re told to stay away from the massive, and incredibly beautiful, 140,000 plus acre Peter Lougheed Provincial Park. This nonsense is presented as a common-sense solution. I have news, the 6-foot social distance rule is also pathetic, but the panic you see in people’s faces when you encroach inside that magic circle is palpable. How damaged is their psyche? How about our collective psyche?

Our leaders, after causing considerable financial harm in order to save us from COVID-19, are now throwing money at us to save us from the havoc they’ve caused. Where does this money come from? Their actions have destroyed businesses, jobs, savings, and financial security and then, to once more play the saviour, have decided we’ll all be better off being deeper in debt. And they expect thanks!

When you think about it, our “leaders” are misnamed, they’re really followers. The mainstream media pump out a continuous stream of panic porn as a signal for politicians to jump, and the greater the terror they’re able to twist out, the higher politicians leap. Right now, they’re pole vaulting.

We the people run nothing, we the sheeple bleat and take it. Hopefully, that is about to end.

The Great Awakening and exposing the mainstream media as the enemy

We’re told shutdowns, lockdowns, and banning all the things is necessary to save lives, that to disagree and disobey puts peoples’ lives in danger. In other words, it’s our civic duty to give up our rights. That smells wrong to a lot of people, so it’s no surprise groups are beginning to protest the loss of those rights.

Any objective observation of our world ends with the conclusion that liberty is under direct and sustained assault. Obviously, this situation didn’t develop overnight, which means we’ve been at war for a time without even knowing we were in a fight, which explains why we’re losing. As Sun Tzu said, “If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

The extraordinary totalitarian response to COVID-19 will cause people to question the direction we’re headed. As we tug on the threads of pandemic deceit, we will unravel the narrative and expose the mainstream media as the enemy. That knowledge, societal recognition of the enemy, is the beginning of the “Great Awakening”, the light that cracks the darkness.

We will know the enemy, and by learning the strategies, tactics and techniques used against us, we’ll better know ourselves. That, by Sun Tzu’s standards, is when we start winning.

Logical Chaos Plus Emotional Terror

We all understand that an ignorant and fearful populace is much easier to exploit and control than a knowledgeable and fearless one. So, for team tyranny, the fastest route to power is the ability to manufacture an ignorant and fearful people, and the only way to manage that is to control the message.

The strategy can be summed up as, “logical chaos plus emotional terror equals control”. Knowing the strategy allows us to identify the enemy’s tactics and techniques.

For example, censorship. It is now being sold as a crucial tool for weeding out misinformation. However, its sole purpose is to prevent people from learning facts that counter the narrative. As the narrative is built on deceit, censorship, by necessity, buries the truth. Censorship is tyranny, tyranny is evil, therefore, censorship is evil.

The media’s real goal is political action. They start with a claim, some version of we’re all going to die, then present it as fact until belief sets in. That “fact” then forms the basis for every discussion, allowing   them to push people and policy in a desired direction. The validity of the claim is never discussed.

We see this with COVID-19 coverage. It is becoming apparent that pandemic model death predictions were horror fiction because COVID-19’s actual mortality rate is tiny by comparison. Model predictions were hyperinflated by bogus mortality rate assumptions. The spurious predictions generated the fear that drove drastic, oppressive political action. We know the models were wrong, yet their failures remain unchallenged. Instead, they’re still treated as common knowledge. This is not an oversight, it’s a tactic.

What is the purpose of padding COVID-19 death counts other than to support the initial narrative? What is the rationale for attacking effective Hydroxychloroquine based treatments? Why the talk about recurrence except to sustain fear? Why the persistence we remain in isolation? Why the need to wait for vaccines except to maintain the new status quo? The game is all about ignorance and fear—ours.

Once we wake up to the reality of our enemy, we will apply our newfound knowledge to prior narratives like climate change (another model scam), gun control, and Trump (who knows the enemy) is a Russian asset. Our growing awareness that deceit, fear, and panic are purposeful tools used to strip us of wealth and freedom will destroy the last vestiges of trust we have in the media.

The media overreached and are about to lose their power. We should expect them to get nastier and meaner as that reality draws nearer. It will be the last proof we need of who they truly are.

Tyranny is about to lose its tongue.

COVID-19 fraud: Researcher Jim West rides again

A real cause of real illness. No need for a virus. Except…as a cover story

Jon Rappoport image

Guangdong, RECYCLING E-WASTE, SARS, CORONAVIRUS, AIR POLLUTION
I became aware of Jim West’s work back in the day of the West Nile fake epidemic.  Jim was documenting the destructive effects of air pollution in the areas where the virus was said to be causing harm.

He’s doing it again, now, in the case of COVID.  His latest blog post,  is titled, “COVID Pandemic 2020: Environment Omitted.”

(To read about Jon’s mega-collection, The Matrix Revealedclick here.)

Here are two key Jim West quotes:

“Air pollution correlates with COVID-19 epicenters. The only pollutant that could have a worldwide timeline correlation with these coinciding epidemics would be fracking fuel, its global implementation timing and toxicity dependent upon its formulation. Apparently new toxics were added to fracked fuel directly or by relaxing the rules for cleaning fracked ‘natural’ gas. Fracked fuel exhaust, toxic earth gas vapors, and epidemic locations correlate with the record-high measles epidemics of 2019 and the present COVID-19 epidemics.”

“New Orleans has the highest [so-called “COVID”] death incidence in the US, at 38, and is adjacent the largest petrochemical industrial region of the US.  New York City is next, with a death incidence of 32, and is adjacent the second largest petrochemical region in the US.”

Jim emphasizes that his research on air pollution and “COVID” is ongoing, and he’ll be expanding and adjusting that work as he discovers new information.

Since 1987, I’ve been writing about the use of THE VIRUS as a successful cover story, launched to obscure corporate and government crimes that harm health and kill large numbers of people.

Public awareness of covert ops and cover stories is widening—-particular in light of the blizzard of lies surrounding the “pandemic.”

The CDC, through its Epidemic Intelligence Service, and the World Health Organization, routinely send their virus hunters out into the field to explain away environmental crimes with highly arcane gibberish about germs.  These organizations front for pharma, other types of major corporations, and governments—-all intent on concealing their crimes against populations.

This time, with COVID, the op goes much farther.  Its aim is the creation of a new civilization, ruled by technocrats, who are using the false propaganda notion of a “spreading virus” to insist on global governance; only then, they say, can we coordinate epidemic responses early enough to head off worldwide disasters.

“We’re all in this together.”

Translation: If you buy fake love and fake share and care—-as opposed to the real thing—-you’re in the mind control bubble where following all official orders turns you into a sincere pod person—-to be controlled and sacrificed on the altar of a New World Order.

Yes, Virginia, the NWO is real.  It’s a cheery marshmallow with a poisoned core

Yes, Virginia, the NWO is real.  It’s a cheery marshmallow with a poisoned core.

Here is an illustration of a prime-cut A-number-one cover story, from 2003—-SARS, the great epidemic that, according to the World Health Organization, was gripping planet Earth.  In the end, WHO listed the death total as: 800.  On a planet of 6.3 billion people.

Where did SARS begin?  Where was it first found?  Guangdong, China.  In their excellent book, Virus Mania, Torsten Engelbrecht and Claus Kohnlein explore non-virus causes of flu-like illness in that locale. They found causes.  It turns out this area is one of the world’s largest re-cyclers of e-waste:

“Guangdong is China’s largest industrial area…extremely polluted. Garbage lies everywhere; above all high-tech waste…For $1.50 a day, locals disassemble computers, monitors and printers with their bare hands, endangering both their own health and the environment… There, workers empty toner cartridges from laser printers the whole day long without protective masks, breathing in fine carbon dust. Others, mostly women and girls, dip circuit boards into baths of liquid lead to separate and collect the soldering materials with which the memory chips and processors are attached to the plates. Unprotected, they are exposed to toxic fumes. While the plastic plates are simply burned up, the chips and processors are put in acid baths, to extract their gold. Here as well, poisonous fumes are generated, and the unusable leftover acids are just dumped into the river. A lot of garbage is simply burned up or dumped onto rice fields, irrigation facilities or into waterways. The bodies of water and groundwater around Guiys have become so contaminated that drinking water has to be brought in daily from other cities…”

A real cause of real illness.  No need for a virus.  Except…as a cover story.

Allegations of Fraud – FBI Previously Investigated Fauci?

Andrew Cuomo Dares Mitch McConnell Not to Bail-Out CA, IL, CT, NJ and New York….

The biggest of all the bigger financial issues around the economic shut-down will ultimately come down to a battle this spring/summer over a massive bailout for state governments to replace their missing revenue.  States like California, New Jersey, Illinois, Connecticut & New York have been struggling with financial issues for years.

“You never let a serious crisis go to waste. And what I mean by that it’s an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.”  ~ Rahm Emanuel

Long before the Wuhan Virus those states were near financial collapse.  The only thing keeping them afloat was as expanding economy, and new revenue as a result of President Trump’s economic policies (making bigger pies).

The economic shut-down in those specific states makes their preexisting financial trouble exponentially worse.

Not only will CA, NJ, IL, CT and New York demand a bailout, a very massive bailout to cover their revenue shortfall, but they will almost certainly use the wuhan virus as an excuse to cover and bail-out preexisting budget deficits.  Governor Andrew Cuomo hinted toward his intention weeks ago.  He sees this as an opportunity to get federal money.

So when Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell throws a bucket of ice water in the face of blue state governors who were anticipating to “make money” by forcing the country to subsidize their overindulgent spending habits, obviously Cuomo is apoplectic.  WATCH:

.

For several decades, and particularly since 2008, the issue of unfunded liabilities has been a growing problem for the Blue State governors.  One reason Obamacare was created was to address this issue on the union and healthcare side. However, the underlying over-spending by state legislators/governors was never addressed.

The solution of allowing states to declare bankruptcy has been a part of that discussion for years. However, every Blue state governor knows if they declare bankruptcy they will never sell another bond again…. which means no investment… which means they will implode.

If the laws changed allowing states to declare bankruptcy, internally the blue states would collapse… there would be a massive exodus… people would flee the rust and collapse…. housing values would plummet overnight in Blue states…. business would leave… unemployment would skyrocket…. it would be statewide chaos.

The ultimate result would be smaller populations within the Blue state misery zones.

Think about the worst impacts and outcomes within the city of Detroit, Michigan, due to these issues on a municipal level… now overlay that visible outcome across an entire state; or group of states.

So we can look forward to an epic battle over federal bailouts of the state revenue shortfall. New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Connecticut and California will be demanding hundreds of billions, perhaps trillions.

This will be one of the issues that frames the election.

Keep watching… we’ve seen this all before.

Labor Secretary Scalia Discusses Unemployment and U.S. Economy…

Labor Secretary Eugene Scalia appears with Maria Bartiromo to discuss the skyrocketing unemployment claims and catastrophic level of unemployed workers. Secretary Scalia says there is more reason for optimism in recovery than in past downturns because the coronavirus is a health crisis, not an underlying economic problem.

Mr. President, tear down this wall of unemployment

The cost is mounting. And the longer the wall stands, the harder it will be to bring it down

Mr. President, tear down this wall of unemploymentIt’s time, sir. Time to let the American work force go back to work.

As of today, 26.4 million previously employed Americans are out of work.  They are now dependent on Federal checks to sustain their families. That’s roughly one in six previously employed Americans, now jobless.

The infallibility of the medico Wizards of Smart has been discredited—except, of course, by the liberal media.

Citizen confidence in the big national health-care institutions is eroding. Daily

They’re not just the clocks that struck 13, they continue to strike 13, and yet continue to be taken seriously.

Their projections have been serially wrong.  But, of course, they’ll claim accuracy by saying things would have been much worse if America hadn’t listened to them.

Citizen confidence in the big national health-care institutions is eroding. Daily.

C.D.C. Labs Were Contaminated, Delaying Coronavirus Testing, Officials Say”:  This headline comes from one of the major defenders, the New York Times, of big institutionalized medicine—the Center for Disease Control:

“Sloppy laboratory practices at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention caused contamination that rendered the nation’s first coronavirus tests ineffective, federal officials confirmed on Saturday. Two of the three C.D.C. laboratories in Atlanta that created the coronavirus test kits violated their own manufacturing standards, resulting in the agency sending tests that did not work to nearly all of the 100 state and local public health labs, according to the Food and Drug Administration.”

(“Sloppy” lab practices at the CDC?  Isn’t “sloppy” one of the raps on the Wuhan bat lab?)

Weren’t they social distancing sitting in their cars?

More than a few U.S. law enforcement agencies are using drones donated by a Chinese firm to watch their citizens:

“Drones being used around the country to enforce coronavirus lockdowns were donated by a company with ties to the Chinese government, raising concerns that the nation many blame for allowing the virus to become a pandemic has sneaked a powerful espionage tool into the skies above its economic rival. Drones from Da Jiang Innovations (DJI) have gone to 43 law enforcement agencies in 22 states to help ensure social distancing rules. In New Jersey, for example, the Chinese-made drones are being used to spy on citizens where patrol cars can’t reach.”

(Wouldn’t that be like Londoners buying battle rockets from Germany during the Blitz?)

Soft tyranny appears to be on the rise. And there’s no guarantee it will not harden.

While writing this, Vice President Pence was interviewed by Rush Limbaugh during Limbaugh’s radio program (4/23/20).  Pence said the economy should be fully opened by mid-June.  That’s seven weeks!

That’s too long, sir.

The cost is mounting. And the longer the wall stands, the harder it will be to bring it down.

Fox News Claiming 801 as “Majorities” of Michigan Voters in Latest Poll

If citizens conducted their own polls, far more than 801 people would conclude that Fox News is skewing both news and polls to get President Trump defeated for their Democrat friends

Fox News Claiming 801 as Majorities of Michigan Voters in Latest PollSmack dab in the midst of Coronavirus anxiety comes another faux Fox poll—this one claiming that “majorities” of Michigan voters concerned about coronavirus think President Trump was too slow reacting to it, and favor waiting to reopen the economy.

“That contributes to Joe Biden leading the presidential race in a Fox News Poll of Michigan registered voters released Wednesday.” (Fox News, April 22, 2020)

“This Fox News Poll includes interviews with 801 Michigan voters, randomly selected from a statewide voter file, who spoke with live interviewers on landlines and cellphones.”

Fox surveilled .008% of the population for this skewed poll

The Fox “live interviewers” spoke to 801 Michigan voters.  The population of Michigan is 10 million—meaning that Fox surveilled .008% of the population for this skewed poll.

The owners of Fox News, who only yesterday virtue signalled that they are cutting back on their pay checks due to the pandemic,  are trying to legitimize Joe Biden with an 8 point lead over President Trump as the 2020 election winner and Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer as Biden’s vice presidential running mate.

Lachlan Murdoch and the family patriarch will forgo their entire salaries through September, though most of their compensation comes from stock awards and bonuses. Rupert Murdoch makes $5 million in salary but his compensation tops $29 million with incentives and stock. Lachlan Murdoch makes $3 million in salary, with an additional $20 million coming from stocks and bonuses. (NY Times, April 22, 2020

The race, they claim “narrows a touch to a 6-point advantage against Trump and Vice President Mike Pence (49-43 percent, just within the error margin”).

“Whitmer is popular: 63 percent of voters approve of her job performance and 58 percent have a positive opinion of her personally.” (Fox News)

Where are the fact checkers pointing out that Whitmer is popular with 801 voters and not the population of 10 million?

Skewed polls seem to be a signature habit for Fox News

Skewed polls seem to be a signature habit for Fox News, but this latest one surely represents a flight of fancy gone too far:  Biden has not yet been sanctioned by the DNC but is only expected to be. Self isolated in the basement of his Delaware home, Biden is running only a virtual campaign, where he can be viewed digitally getting the name of his opponent wrong and sometimes not knowing which day of the week it is.

Whitmer has been neither chosen nor confirmed as his vice presidential running mate.

Fox only owns up to “a margin of sampling error of plus or minus 3.5 percentage points for all registered voters” in their skewed poll.

In a description of Trump popularity more fitting of CNN and MSNBC,  this latest Fox poll drags out the race card:

“Trump is preferred among white men (+17 points), white evangelical Christians (+51), and whites without a college degree (+8).  In 2016, he won whites without a degree by 31 points. (Fox News)

“The former vice president owes his lead to women (+20 points), non-whites (+63), and voters over age 65 (+19).”

Party loyalty and personal “likeability”

Fox poll results also make a point of party loyalty and personal “likeability” between Biden and Trump.

“Party loyalty also helps Biden, as 91 percent of Democrats back him compared to 85 percent of Republicans supporting Trump.

“But likeability could be the key.  By a 10-point margin, more have a favorable (53 percent) than unfavorable (43 percent) opinion of Biden.  Views of Trump are net negative by 8 points (44 favorable, 52 unfavorable).

“In 2016, both candidates had net negative favorable ratings among Michigan voters—Hillary Clinton by a 14-point margin and Trump by 20.

“Trump won Michigan by 10,704 votes, less than a quarter of a percentage point.

“Currently, 47 percent approve of the job he is doing as president and 51 percent disapprove.”

And get this:

LIBERATE MICHIGAN

“On handling coronavirus, Whitmer’s job approval is 19 points higher than Trump’s (64 percent vs. 45 percent). (Fox News)

“That difference is driven in part by a majority saying Trump failed to act soon enough.  Fifty-nine percent think he was too slow to respond, while 38 percent say his response was appropriate.

“On the other hand, a majority agrees with the action Whitmer took to prevent the spread of the virus.  While 33 percent think her stay-at-home order is too restrictive, a 57 percent majority says it is “about right.” Another 9 percent think she should have gone further.

“Among Republicans, 31 percent think Whitmer’s order is “about right,” and 23 percent think Trump was too slow to respond.

“Trump supports protesting state-issued stay-at-home measures and last week tweeted, “LIBERATE MICHIGAN.”

“A majority, 61 percent, would rather wait to loosen restrictions, even if it prolongs the economic crisis.  That’s far more than the 24 percent who want to open the economy sooner, even if it means the public health crisis lasts longer.

“That is also despite 51 percent saying someone in their household has lost a job or had work hours reduced because of the virus.

“Large numbers voice concern about personally catching the virus (72 percent) and that the pandemic will lead to personal economic hardship (75 percent).

“Most Democrats would delay reopening (82 percent), but views among Republicans are mixed—43 percent favor opening the economy, even if it lengthens the health crisis, while 37 percent say wait.

“Far fewer Republicans (59 percent) are concerned about getting coronavirus than independents (70 percent) and Democrats (86 percent).

The Fox News poll comes when America is on total lockdown due to the virus.

If citizens conducted their own polls, far more than 801 people would conclude that Fox News is skewing both news and polls to get President Trump defeated for their Democrat friends.

Watch Gore’s eyebrows:

Hospitals Are Empty & Going Broke As Normal Healthcare has been Suspended

The lockdown was justified under the theory that Hospitals did not have the capacity to take care of the millions of people who would be struck down by the rapid coronavirus. All of that justification to lock down the nation never materialized. The ramifications have now turned to a denial of healthcare for the regular population and now doctors and medical staff are facing being laid off because normal health services are shut down. I personally could not even see a dentist because they were told to shut down by the American Dental Association.

Ironically, now hospitals are in danger of going bankrupt. We were told that we had to flatten the curve because there were not enough bed spaces. Then they did the subtle switch and the lockdown was justified until COVID-19 was eradicated. The interesting thing is how many institutions are sending us various materials because mainstream media will not cover it when it goes against their position of maintaining this lockdown. They are endangering our lives cor political nonsense by refusing to report the truth.

Here is a letter from the Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association to Governor Northam asking that these emergency orders preventing healthcare for normal people be suspended. Where the justification was to protect public health, this lockdown is now threatening public health and the leftist media refuses to report the truth.

Is the Lockdown A Violation of the Constitution?

In Idaho, despite having a Republican Governor, the police have violated the human rights of a mother who took her too small children to a park and was arrested and handcuffed in from of her children in a playground. Sara Walton Brady, 40, of Meridian, Idaho, was arrested and handcuffed for allowing her children to play on climbing equipment at a town park.  The Meridian Police Department had to respond with a public statement to justify what they did claiming she “was noncompliant and refused to leave after being given many opportunities, so she was arrested on one count of misdemeanor trespassing.”

There is recognized power inherent in government to impose civil confinement for mental incapacity. In Addington v. Texas, 441 U.S. 418 (1979) a mother filed a petition for her son’s indefinite commitment to a state mental hospital in accordance with Texas law. Her son had a long history of confinements for mental and emotional disorders. The jury found that appellant was mentally ill and that he required hospitalization, and the trial court ordered his commitment for an indefinite period. The state trial court had instructed the jury to determine whether, based on “clear, unequivocal and convincing evidence,” he was mentally ill and required hospitalization for his own welfare and protection or the protection of others. He appealed and contended that the trial court should have employed the “beyond a reasonable doubt” standard of proof. The Supreme Court reversed and held that simply a “clear and convincing” standard of proof was all that was required by the Fourteenth Amendment in a civil proceeding even to commit an individual involuntarily for an indefinite period to a state mental hospital. Pp. 441 U. S. 425-433.

However, this decision does not truly apply when you are locking-down the entire population for they have not been afforded any due process right whatsoever in any court regardless of the standard of proof. Therefore, we must look further to find if there is any authority under the Constitution regarding quarantine lockdown orders.

We have to look historically as to what has the United States Supreme Court upheld with respect to such exercises of the states’ general police powers to protect public health through quarantines and other measures. The Supreme Court in Jacobson v. Commonwealth of Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11, 25, 25 S.Ct. 358, 49 L.Ed. 643 (1905) upheld a Massachusetts law requiring vaccination against smallpox  Id. at 39, 25 S.Ct. 358. The Court held that such a measure, enacted to protect public health, will not be struck down unless it “has no real or substantial relation to [that goal], or is, beyond all question, a plain, palpable invasion of rights” secured by the Constitution. Id. at 31, 25 S.Ct. 358. To uphold that law, the Court analogized to the unquestioned power to quarantine even an outwardly healthy individual entering the United States:

An American citizen arriving at an American port on a vessel in which, during the voyage, there had been cases of yellow fever or Asiatic cholera, he, although apparently free from disease himself, may yet, in some circumstances, be held in quarantine against his will on board of such vessel or in a quarantine station, until it be ascertained by inspection, conducted with due diligence, that the danger of the spread of the disease among the community at large has disappeared.

Id. at 29, 25 S.Ct. 358. Courts facing similar public health issues have recognized that the authorities possess similarly broad discretion.

Similarly, the Supreme Court also upheld quarantine laws in Compagnie Francaise de Navigation a Vapeur v. La. State Bd. of Health, 186 U.S. 380, 387, 22 S.Ct. 811, 46 L.Ed. 1209 (1902)(“[T]he power of States to enact and enforce quarantine laws for the safety and the protection of the health of their inhabitants . . . is beyond question.”); Ogden v. Gibbons, 22 U.S. (9 Wheat.) 1, 203, 6 L.Ed. 23 (1824)(dicta that a state has the power “to provide for the health of its citizens” by quarantine laws). Nevertheless, this is still not clear authority to justify locking-down all of the population without any evidence that they are actually at risk.

Thus Reynolds v. McNichols, 488 F.2d 1378 (10th Cir.1973), relying in part on Jacobson, upheld an ordinance “authorizing limited detention in jail without bond for the purpose of examination and treatment for a venereal disease of one reasonably suspected of having a venereal disease” 592*592 as a valid exercise of the police power. Id. at 1383.

In U.S. ex rel. Siegel v. Shinnick, 219 F.Supp. 789 (E.D.N.Y.1963), the court permitted the quarantine of a woman who had arrived in the U.S. from Stockholm (deemed “a smallpox infected area”) without presenting a certificate of vaccination. Id. at 790-91. The court upheld an administrative order that she be quarantined for 14 days, the length of the smallpox incubation period. Id. It acknowledged that public health officials “deal in a terrible context [where] the consequences of mistaken indulgence can be irretrievably tragic.” A better-safe-than-sorry determination was therefore entitled to deference, absent a “reliable showing of error,” id. at 791:

Their conclusion, reached in obvious good faith, cannot be challenged on the ground that they had no evidence of the exposure . . . to the disease; they, simply, were not free and certainly not bound to ignore the facts that opportunity for exposure existed during four days in Stockholm, that no one on earth could know for fourteen days whether or not there had been exposure. . . .

Id.

Some courts have indeed struck down quarantine orders as well, however, when they were found to be arbitrary and unreasonable in relation to their goal of protecting the public health. In Jew Ho v. Williamson, 103 F. 10 (C.C.D.Cal.1900), the court found that sealing off an entire section of San Francisco to prevent the spread of the bubonic plague was “unreasonable, unjust, and oppressive.” Id. at 26. Such an overbroad order, the court declared, was “not in harmony with the declared purpose” of preventing the spread of the disease. Id. at 23.

In another case, the court also found the order was beyond the power of government and was thus of similar concern in In re Smith, 101 Sickels 68, 76, 146 N.Y. 68, 40 N.E. 497 (1895). There, the New York Court of Appeals rejected the blanket quarantine of individuals who refused vaccination, when there was no reason to believe they had been infected or even exposed to that disease.

Building on the legal principles, it can be reasonably argued that the initial decision to quarantine the entire society or to even demand worldwide vaccination as Bill Gates has been demanding, is beyond the power of government. This clearly bears no real or substantial relation to the protection of public health, and it is obviously arbitrary and oppressive. At a minimum, a complete quarantine of society shutting down all commerce is arbitrary and oppressive. There is not even clear and convincing evidence that a woman simply taking her two young children to play on swings threatened with society or the lives of her children. In Idaho, there were 1,766 cases in total with only 51 Deaths. The total population of Idaho was 1.7 million in 2019. Locking down the entire state for such a tiny fraction of the population testing positive was a violation of her Civil Rights actionable under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
