Sunday Talks: Secretary Mnuchin -vs- Jake Tapper…

Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin appears on CNN to discuss the ongoing congressional funding issues around the Paycheck Protection Program.  Mnuchin notes the effectiveness of the Trump/Mnuchin community banks responding to their small business customers on Main Street.  This success was specifically by design and foresight two years ago.

It is important to remember the modernized community and credit union banking system was specifically created by the Trump administration in 2017 and 2018 to be the direct conduit to main street.  It is likely the effectiveness of that agile financial system has actually stunned the institutional banks and their UniParty big club politicians.  The Big Club didn’t realize how nimble the banking system was that Trump/Mnuchin created.

In my opinion, the effectiveness of the community and credit union banking system has turned the eye of Sauron onto them.  Thus the Wall St. multinational banks are attempting to punish the White House by activating their paid footsoldiers in congress to impede it.

Congress (both sides) are not blocking the PPP funding program (via SBA for Main Street) for the reasons most people think.  Pelosi and McConnell are both trying to help their Big Bank/Big Club, Wall Street, benefactors by punishing customers of the Main St banking system Trump/Mnuchin put into place two years ago….

It’s a much bigger battle than most understand.

In late October 2017 the Senate voted, narrowly, to strike down a CFPB banking rule that was set to begin in 2019. The CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau), is the watchdog financial agency created by Congress in the aftermath of the mortgage mess.

The CFPB rule, five years in the making, would have allowed individual and class action lawsuits against financial institutions by consumers and lawyers instead of arbitration to settle disputes. The Democrats and those who supported the rule framed the arguments around protecting consumers from predatory banks. However, those against the rule pointed out the cost to smaller banks, community banks and credit unions.

Big banks and multinational financial enterprises (ie. The Big Club) can afford massive groups of lawyers to defend their interests; smaller community banks and credit unions cannot afford such litigious costs. The K-Street lobbyists were against the regulatory rule as a natural outcome of their general disposition toward regulation. However, K-Street was specifically ambivalent to the final senate vote because increased systemic regulation supports their competitive ability to dominate the U.S. financial system.

Trump and Mnuchin viewed the entire U.S. banking system as too monolithic and generally positioned to the benefit of Wall Street and not Main Street. As such their approach toward regulation was to split the regulatory financial system into two segments according to the size of the bank (or financial entity). Big institutional banks (more than $10 billion) retained comprehensive regulation over their practices; however, smaller banks do not have the same level of regulatory and compliance mandates. This approach is the modern era financial outlook that, like MAGAnomics, is entirely new and bold.

At first blush that statement from Secretary Mnuchin might seem to run counter to the Trump administration’s prior policy statements outlining a preference for a reinstatement of some form of “Glass-Steagall” regulatory separation between commercial banking and investment banking. However, it doesn’t.

When combined with the totality of Mnuchin’s testimony before the Senate Finance Committee, Mnuchin is saying the current “too big to fail” (‘too big to succeed’) issue had created a problem for lending liquidity. Specifically, if divisional separation is required – the banks’ best interests would naturally put the investment division ahead of commercial lending and the liquid capital within the overall U.S. economy would shrink.

After watching hours of interviews and presentations, and after looking at the policy briefs from within the Mnuchin led Treasury, CTH understood what the administration was  doing based on the executive orders signed earlier in the year….

Back in July 2010 when Dodd-Frank banking regulation was passed into law, there were approximately 12 to 17 banks who fell under the definition of “too big to fail”.

Meaning 12 to 17 financial institutions could individually negatively impact the economy, and were going to force another TARP-type bailout if they failed in the future. Dodd-Frank regulations were supposed to ensure financial security, and the elimination of risk via taxpayer bailouts, by placing mandatory minimums on how much secure capital was required to be held in order to operate “a bank”.

One large downside to Dodd-Frank was that in order to hold the required capital, all banks decreased lending to shore-up their liquid holdings and meet the regulatory minimums.

Without the ability to borrow funds, small businesses have a hard time raising money to modernize or create new business. In the big picture growth in the larger economy is hampered by the absence of capital.

Another downstream effect of banks needing to increase their liquid holdings was exponentially worse. Less liquid large banks needed to purchase and absorb the financial assets of more liquid large banks in order to meet the regulatory requirements. Indeed this is exactly what happened.

In 2010 there were approximately twelve “too big to fail banks”, and that was seen as a risk within the economy, and more broad-based banking competition was needed to be more secure.

Unfortunately, because of Dodd-Frank, by 2016 those twelve banks had merged into only four even bigger banks that were now even bigger risks; albeit supposedly more financially secure in their liquid holdings. This ‘less banks’ reality was opposite of the desired effect.

The four to six big banks (JP Morgan-Chase, Bank of America, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, US BanCorp and Mellon) now control $9+ trillion (that’s “TRILLION). Their size is so enormous that small number of banks now control most of the U.S. financial market.

Because they control so much of the financial market, instituting a Glass-Steagall firewall between commercial and investment divisions (in addition to the Dodd-Frank liquid holding requirements), would mean the capability of small and mid-size businesses to get the loans needed to expand or even keep their operations running would stop.

2010’s “Too few, too big to fail” became 2016’s “EVEN FEWER, EVEN BIGGER to fail”.

That’s the underlying problem for a Glass-Steagall type of regulation now. The Democrats created Dodd-Frank which:

•#1 generated constraints on the economy (less lending),

•#2 made fewer banking options available (banks merged),

•#3 made top banks even bigger.

This problem is why President Trump and Secretary Mnuchin created a parallel banking system of smaller community and credit union banks that are external to Dodd Frank regulations and can act as the primary commercial banks for small to mid-sized businesses.

This intended banking design of smaller, more connected to Main Street lending, is why President Trump and Secretary Mnuchin did not support the CFPB banking rule that allowed lawsuits against all financial entities.

The goal of “Glass Steagall”, ie. Commercial division -vs- Investment division, was actually achieved by generating an entirely new system of banks under different regulation. The currently remaining ten U.S. “big banks” operate as “investment division banks” per se’, and are subject to larger regulatory requirements. However, the lesser regulated community banks/credit unions operate as the “Commercial Side” benefiting Main Street.

Instead of fire-walling an individual bank internally within its organization, the Trump/Mnuchin plan fire-walled the banking ‘system’ within the U.S. internally.

Sunday Talks: Peter Navarro Discusses Chinese Duplicity and Ongoing COVID-19 Battle…

White House manufacturing and trade adviser Peter Navarro appears on ‘Sunday Morning Futures’ with Maria Bartiromo to discuss the activity of China during the Wuhan Virus. Navarro brings up a good point that prior to the pandemic outbreak Beijing purchased all of the global PPE, gained control of the global supply, and is now profiteering from the problem they created.

Navarro and Pompeo (audio clip) point out that China’s 5G Hauwei endeavor is now likely to collapse as people around the world realize rebuke the dangerous and manipulative Chinese communists.

Additionally, Navarro gives examples of how the Defense Production Act (DPA) is being used to make rapid changes to manufacturing processes and generate industrial health products in record time.

Is The Chinese Wuhan Virus (COVID-19) Just a Horrible Mistake or The Criminal Doings of The Chinese Communist Party (CCP)!


The above picture of the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in Wuhan China shows what appears to be the place where this Pandemic started. We know this from information that has come out about lax procedures in China’s first biosafety level 4 laboratory established in 2015 with funding from the US to study coronavirus in bats . Documentation of these poor procedures in the Department of State indicated that the institute was operations at only a level 2 not a level 4. If true that would mean there is credible evidence that that WIV was the source of the Pandemic that has raged across the planet.

The other theory is that the Wuhan virus  came from a wet market in Wuhan which is, by the way, only about 4 miles from the WIV. Wet markets are where live exotic animals are killed and sold for local food; these markets are common in China.  The logic against this view is that specific bat where the virus came from is not located near Wuhan. While the WIV was actually doing research on that very bat.

To be honest, which is true doesn’t really matter what does matter is what happened after the Wuhan Pandemic started in Wuhan China a major international city.

Wuhan  is capital city of Hubei province in the People’s Republic of China. It is the largest city in Hubei and the most populous city in Central China, with a population of over 11 million, the ninth most populous Chinese city, and one of the nine National Central Cities of China. While Wuhan has been a traditional manufacturing hub for decades, it is also one of the areas promoting modern industrial changes in China. Wuhan consists of three national development zones, four scientific and technological development parks, over 350 research institutes, 1,656 high tech enterprises, numerous enterprise incubators, and investments from 230 Fortune Global 500 firms. It produced GDP of US$22.4 billion in 2018. The Dongfeng Motor Corporation, an automobile manufacturer, is headquartered in Wuhan. The city is home to multiple notable institutes of higher education, including Wuhan University, which was ranked third nationwide in 2017 and the Huazhong University of Science and Technology. In 2017, Wuhan was designated as a Creative City by UNESCO, in the field of design. Wuhan is classified as a Beta world city by the Globalization and World Cities Research Network. Because of the importance of this city millions of travelers from the entire world pass though there every year, especially from northern Italy. And this is what makes what happened in Wuhan in November 2019 so important.

Sometime in November 2019 the virus that was to  decimate the entire world 4 months later jumped from a bat to a human. The lab or the market or even someplace else is only technically important. What we do know is that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and the World Health Organization (WHO)  hid that Wuhan had a major problem developing for at least two months. During those two months two things happened one Wuhan was isolated from the rest of China internally to prevent spread. And two Wuhan was kept open internationally to  tens of thousands of people that came into the city and left the city in essence business as normal. That had the effect of spreading the Wuhan Virus into mostly the EU and some also into America before President Trump recognized what was happening and closed travel to and from China to the US on January 31, 2020.

Then to make maters worse, if that were even possible, during the period from early December 2019 to at least January if not February 2020 China must have known what they had let lose on the world because they were buying up all the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the world to protect the rest of China while they locked down the city of Wuhan.  That was a criminal act for it meant the rest of the world was now defenseless against the hidden enemy from Wuhan China. Estimates today are that possibly 90% of the deaths that have and are still accruing could have been prevented if China had told the rest of the world what happened when they knew in early December.

I would classify this as a act of war by China on the rest of the world.

Enough Already!

Enough Already!After several months of non-stop media hysteria, a growing number of Americans are finally getting sick and tired of hearing about the dangers of COVID-19 and reminded about the precautions they must take. It is getting nauseating for every news program and a growing number of commercials to obsess about the coronavirus.

Of course, Americans are concerned about the disease and want to be safe, but full safety can never be guaranteed. There will always be killer diseases that can impact Americans. This has been the case since our country was founded 244 years ago.

The job loss has been horrific as over 22 million Americans have been forced out of work

What is particularly devastating in this case is that the economy was shut down. This has never happened before, even though America has faced pandemics in 1918, 1957, 1968 and 2009.

This shutdown has lasted over 30 days, and it shows signs of continuing for a much longer period, at least in some states. The job loss has been horrific as over 22 million Americans have been forced out of work. Sadly, the nation’s unemployment rate will continue to skyrocket in the weeks ahead

The negative economic impact has spurred protests in a growing number of states. Even in liberal California, several hundred protesters descended on Huntington Beach to complain about the state’s “stay at home” orders. In the past few days, protests have been launched in Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Texas, Idaho, Minnesota, North Carolina, Louisiana, Michigan, Virginia, and Maryland.

In New Jersey, the protest leader, Kim Pagan, was charged with violating the Governor’s “stay at home orders.” She was issued a summons to appear in court and could receive a sentence of six months in jail as well as a fine of $1,000. Thus, a protest leader advocating for constitutionally mandated rights may be imprisoned while dangerous criminals are being released all over the country due to fears of the coronavirus spreading in prison. This is the kind of “bizarro world” that our country has become in 2020.

Democratic Party Governors have gone too far in pushing their mandates on their citizens

In many states, Democratic Party Governors have gone too far in pushing their mandates on their citizens. For example, the Michigan Governor, Gretchen Whitmer told residents they could not visit friends, travel to a second home or shop for items such as gardening supplies or paint. Other Governors have shut down religious services and even arrested individuals for practicing their faith.

In the view of many legal scholars, including Judge Andrew Napolitano of Fox News, none of these executive actions are legal and all of them are in direct opposition to the U.S. Constitution. No Governor has the right to abridge 1st Amendment rights to assemble or exercise religious beliefs. Unfortunately, these directives are continuing with increased frequency.

As the country starts to show some signs of improvement, the governmental decrees are becoming more draconian. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo ordered that all residents of his states must wear a mask unless they are practicing “social distancing.” Cuomo, along with New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell and other political leaders, have extended the shutdown until at least May 16.

Mayor Cantrell has also recommended that all 2020 events be cancelled. Consequently, it was no surprise that the Essence Festival and the Jazz and Heritage Festival have abandoned plans for an event in 2020.

Sadly, life in our country may never be the same. Some health experts like Dr. Anthony Fauci, who is the Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, want to end customary greetings like handshakes. They also claim that it is too dangerous for fans to attend sporting events. So, these events may only be played in front of empty stadiums for the foreseeable future.

It is amazing that Americans have accepted these types of measures and this severe economic shutdown for the 30+ days. In fact, it may last much longer. The damage from all these actions are incalculable. The economy is in a free fall and may not recover for years, if at all.

Unfortunately, as the country may have finally reached the peak of coronavirus victims and there are promising signs of this pandemic starting to subside somewhat, Democratic politicians, the media and health officials are warning of a “second wave.” This is now the new buzz phrase to distract and worry Americans.

The real goal of this hype is to frighten Americans into accepting extreme measures that include “social distancing,” staying at home, wearing masks, and abandoning their jobs. Too many in government and the media seem to want the shutdown to continue indefinitely.

Such a prolonged shutdown will create more problems than the coronavirus. There will be an untold number of suicides, mental health problems, domestic violence episodes, and serious health complications caused by stress, anxiety, and sleep disorders impacting millions of Americans worried about the future. So, for a multitude of reasons, it is imperative that the economy be reopened as soon as possible.

The more protracted this tragedy becomes, the more advantageous it becomes for Democrats

The real culprit for this disaster is the communist government of China. They obviously lied about the origins, spread and severity of the disease. Instead of focusing on the real cause, Democrats and their friends in the media want to target President Donald Trump. Their goal is to create a poor economy that will last through the election and lead to the President’s defeat.

Consequently, the motivation is obvious for why Democrats refuse to replenish funds for a program to lend money to small businesses in need. The program has already been depleted and small businesses are in desperate need of help.

The more protracted this tragedy becomes, the more advantageous it becomes for Democrats. In the short run, the economy will sour, and the blame will be placed on the President. In the long run, Americans will become more dependent on the federal government, the private sector will contract, and the public sector will become even more important.

The stakes for our nation are incredibly high. Unless we revive our economy soon, socialism will prevail, and this country may never recover.

Creating the New War That will Justify the Confiscation of American Assets in China

In Europe, the EU has used this coronavirus to justify nationalizing companies if the Chinese try to invest in any. In the United States, Congress wants to enact legislation to let Americans sue China over coronavirus damages. What is astonishing about this is that it has been established law that no American can sue the government with the government’s permission. Just last year, the Supreme Court which previously held that where one state could be sued in another back in 1979 in Nevada v. Hall, they have now overruled that decision holding that states have sovereign immunity in Franchise Tax Board of California v. Hyatt. The court wrote that the Hall court misinterpreted the framers’ intention that states should retain their immunity from lawsuits at the founding of the Constitution. If an American cannot sue a state or the federal government unless it expressly waives its sovereign immunity. I FAIL to understand how Congress can possibly waive the sovereign immunity of China. This is inviting war because someone will sue China, the decision will be political without proof, and then a judgment would be entered against the assets in the United States. This will ONLY invite China to start confiscating American assets in China. If you wanted to know how hard the West is going to fall, you now have the answer.

This is a political BRAIN DEAD decision. How about a real special prosecutor to investigate the connections right here in the West that created the lockdown which China did not inflict upon the West. That might reveal some facts nobody wants to deal with. Americans should be able to sue their local states for damages because they violated the Constitution and the Commerce Clause. How about a class-action lawsuit to open that door? I am sure they will raise sovereign immunity!

Bill Gates to me is highly inconsistent. He is a huge supporter of Climate Change and has done his TED Talks on lowering CO2 to Zero. Of course, the Climate Change contingent is all about reducing the population which is now about 7.5 billion and Gates laments it will hit 9 billion. So for someone who is so concerned about Global Warming, he has three kids but has funded a microchip to implant into women as a contraceptive. That’s right, a computer chip that can be controlled remotely to prevent getting pregnant.

The contraceptive chip is to be implanted under a woman’s skin, releasing a small dose of levonorgestrel, a hormone. This will happen every day for 16-years and can be controlled using a wireless remote device. The project has been backed by none other than Bill Gates. The question I have is hacking. If it can be controlled remotely, then it should be also possible for it to be hacked like any computer to ensure someone never gets pregnant.

I have previously told the story about attending a White House dinner in Washington back in 1996 when I was seated with the entire Environmental groups. It was a Washington elite political dinner and because I attended with my friend Dick Fox who was Chairman of Temple University and I was an adviser to the University, whoever it was that made the seating arrangements for these tables of 10  seated us with the environmental groups. That was a serious mistake (Yes the Business School at Temple is named after Dick Fox).

Dick had come from a real estate background, so he was not the classic academic type. Dick was the one who kept trying to drag the truth out these Environmentalists and he accomplished that. We were seated with the heads of all the top three environmental organizations. Dick kept interrogating them since he came from the real estate world. Dick managed to get them to admit that the real goal was to reduce the human population by making it difficult to expand and build houses.

This theory of reducing the population began with the Environmentalist. Back in the Nineties, they were labeling everything wetlands to prevent construction. Their theory was simple, they could reduce the ability to expand housing and thus shrink the population. That seemed very naive to me. Nevertheless, Dick kept interrogating them and succeeded in getting them to admit that this was all about reducing the population. Dick finally moved in for the kill: “So who’s grandchild are you trying to prevent from being born? Yours’s or mine?”

The Environmentalists moved from Wetlands to calling it Global Warming following James Hansen and others who published the 1981 study Climate impact of increasing atmospheric carbon dioxide.Of course, that was undermined by many new studies, but the press prefers to ignore those.

 

The climate has always changed long before humans ever invented the combustion engine. The same people who were behind the Wetlands in the Nineties, became the Global Warming protesters by 2000, and then as the climate turned colder, they switched the label to Climate Change and took credit for the drop in temperature as well.

They then used a 16-year old girl to get their message into the Media and at the World Economic Forum in Davos coached by Jennifer Morgan of Greenpeace. When that was not moving fast enough, they switched gears because Climate Change would not kill people for decades and there was too much resistance.

 

To move this issue to a global emergency, they have moved from Climate Change to we will all die if we do not remain locked-down and vaccinated. Meanwhile, they have succeeded in shutting down the world economy which was their goal all along. The problem which has emerged is that they have unleashed a Great Depression which is highly likely in unleashing a new World War and the US and China blame each other for creating a virus that would NEVER have warranted this type of reaction but for all the health organizations controlled by Bill Gates with the common link to both the virus and Climate Change.

The common thread that has run through all of this nonsense is this theory that we are doomed unless we curtail the population. This is linear thinking and the population has always gone through cycles. It too has never been linear. Many countries were paying subsidies to have children. Japan has an elderly population who are working long-term because the youth have not been getting married, no less having children. The same is true in Europe, Russia, and America.

World Health Organization Demanded Sweden Lock Down To Cover Its Own Fraud

The New York Times and others are out in full force to defend Bill Gates, their savior of the world. They distort everything and try to pretend he is this wonderful man who only has our best interests at heart. They also refuse to address how the World Health Organization has carried out the greatest fraud perhaps in modern history and the links of the United Nations to the drive for Climate Change also go back to Bill Gates. What they do not want to talk about is how Sweden did not lockdown its economy and its viruses cases were no worse than the countries that destroyed their economies for this exaggerated virus.

 

The press refuses to expose the World Health Organization (WHO) which called for Sweden to take more action, telling CNN that it is “imperative” that Sweden “increase measures to control spread of the virus, prepare and increase capacity of the health system to cope, ensure physical distancing and communicate the why and how of all measures to the population.”

Note that the entire theory for the lockdown was that they agreed with Neil Ferguson of Imperial College, also a target for donations from the Gates Foundation, that 2 million Americans would die and we would not have enough bed space to accommodate the people. The argument of Gates and the WHO was there would not be enough bed space to accommodate everyone ill so that meant we had to shut the economy down (bringing CO2 to zero) and destroy jobs to reduce the need for bed space. There are soup kitchens appearing in places like Thailand for people have been pushed to the brink of starvation by Gates & the WHO losing jobs in third world economies.

Trump sent in the Army Core of Engineers and they constructed the proposed bed space which was never filled up. He even sent Navy hospital ships to New York which were not used. He sent so many respirators that now they are offering them to other states. None of the forecasts of Gates, his slew of funded organizations have every proven correct. The New York Times and the rest of the socialist media will never raise that point – EVER!

Why is the New York Times, Washington Post, and the rest of the left media so intent upon destroying our liberty? This is a real mystery. Do these journalists even understand the world they are supporting that we should live in will destroy the freedom of their own children? Perhaps they are just climate change fanatics and hate children to save the planet. It makes no sense. How about just reporting the facts for once? I supposed what’s next – Bill Gates for President?

The WHO has tried to ignore Sweden where they did not lockdown everyone and the death rate was no worse than any other country and in fact. Sweden stands as a testament that this has been the greatest scam of all time which has used a virus to achieve the very same goals as Climate Change. The Gates Foundation has donated at least $1.5 billion to WHO. Why do American taxpayers need to hand them more money when Gates says jump and they ask how high? Gate’s number one favorite donation is Gavi, The Vaccine Alliance.

UNDER NO CONDITIONS should President Trump resume any support for WHO. All health organizations that want to pretend to be unbiased governmental agencies MUST stop taking private donations. That includes the CDC, NIH, and the WHO. Any university that accepts donations from the Gates Foundation should be PROHIBITED from providing any such studies whatsoever given (i.e. Ferguson) that they have ALL been wrong concerning this staged viral Plandemic (a more realistic term for what they have done). Her infraction was organizing a protest, a rebellion against state interests, and violating Governor Phil Murphy’s quarantine.  For the crime of allegedly planning a protestagainst statewide stay-at-home orders, Mrs. Kim Pagan has been labeled an enemy of the state.

New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal and State Police Superintendent Colonel Patrick J. Callahan identified the woman’s infraction in a daily offense bulletin intended to outline the identity of non-compliant citizens acting outside the boundaries of state authority.   Scofflaws will not be tolerated within the confines of the Garden State.

A rogue citizen could put a compliant society at risk of infection. They may not just carry biologics they could carry a more alarming virus of wrong-thought against the interests of the state. Rogue citizens would be subversive to our new society.

[Crime and Law] […] According to that enforcement update release, Kim Pagan of Toms River was the mind behind a Friday protest at the statehouse in Trenton, New Jersey. Covered by national media, an unknown number of protesters reportedly waved American flags, honked their car horns and shouted “no more fear” through a megaphone.

According to New York’s NBC affiliate, WNBC, one protestor’s car bore a hand-scrawled message in shoe polish which read: “PLANDEMIC.”

Similar protests have occurred in a few other states, but the American public is widely in favor of listening to public health officials’ recommendations. Many genuine civil libertarians have accepted the restrictive safety regimes. The far-right protests do not appear to have any sort of widespread support. Pagan’s action was reportedly the first in the tri-state area, according to WNBC.

Pagan was charged by New Jersey State Police with violating Murphy’s Coronavirus-inspired emergency order “by organizing a prohibited event” near the statehouse and elsewhere in the capital city in which “protesters gathered” in order “to demonstrate against the Governor’s Executive Orders,” according to authorities. When you see that justice is measured, not by due process, but by compulsion; when you see that in order to invoke your first amendment right to speech; or your sixth amendment right to due process, you must obtain permission from men who rebuke our constitution; when you see that justice is determined by those who leverage, not in law, but in politics; when you see that men get power over individual liberty by graft and by scheme, and our representatives don’t protect you against them, but protect them against you; when you see corruption holding influence, and individual liberty so easily dispatched and nullified; you will know that your freedom too is soon to perish.

The COVID Compliance Ministry appreciates good citizens who comply with the interests of the state.  Good citizenship is rewarded with enhanced credits allowing access to a safe COVID Compliant Society. A safer society; where the odds will always be in your favor.

A reminder:… During this economic war residents within the Blue occupied territories will be held captive to the political whims of their regional generals.

The economic freedom and liberty zone will encompass the Red region. The center of the country, mid west, southern region (surrounding the Gulf of Mexico) and south eastern Atlantic region. These areas will be open to commerce and economic freedom.

However, the urban dense populations (Blue pockets within Red zones) will push-back against the efforts of the Red generals in an attempt to retain alignment with their Blue team generals. Depending on the strength of the urban forces there may be roadblocks, sabotage, skirmishes and political violence against the freedom & liberty Red team.

Red captives within the Blue zones will have to be smart and strategic. Big Blue tech will be assisting the totalitarian Blue generals. Direct confrontation against the Blue forces should be avoided, and it will likely be a better strategy to fight stealthily as insurgents.

Any Red team member of the economic freedom alliance, trapped within a Blue region, is warned to evaluate their connection to their electronic devices. Your cell phones could be used as portable transponders expose your movement and your political views.

This is going to be one hell of a battle. A Spring and Summer conflict looms like we’ve never seen in the history of U.S. politics.

NBC News Analyst Claims U.S. Lock-Down Protests Created by Russians…

Oddly enough I thought about this yesterday when Washington State Governor Jay Inslee was complaining about citizen protests being a form of “domestic rebellion.”  The modern liberal mindset cannot fathom how removing liberty and freedom, from a nation founded upon freedom and liberty, would start to ignite protests.  They need to blame something.

In the Democrat collective worldview big government control of their lives is a utopia to be achieved. Therefore those same Chè T-shirt wearing ideologues cannot understand push-back based on individualism.  A justification for visible frustration is needed.  What could possibly be causing this anger?…  Why yes, the Russians of course. Barb McQuade is an NBC legal analyst and law professor at the University of Michigan. We can only imagine the pretzel logic taught by her during her indoctrination efforts.

All of the various restrictions coming from state governors in response to the COVID-19 do not come from State House and/or State Senate debate and decisions. These are not laws.

The rules restricting liberty, in response to the COVID crisis, have been pronounced without any representative voice supporting them.

All of the rules are arbitrary, and many of these rules will be challenged in court.

However, until those court challenges take place, the only option for a redress of grievance comes in the form of public protest. Currently, there is no way for an citizen to appeal to a representative voice against the decrees from a state governor; other than a public protest.

Boise, Idaho — More than 1,000 protesters gathered at the Idaho Statehouse Friday afternoon in defiance of Gov. Brad Little’s extension of the statewide stay-at-home order.

[…] “I can’t get a haircut, but by golly I was able to walk into Pet Smart this morning and get my dog a grooming appointment. It defies logic,” said Wayne Hoffman, president of the Idaho Freedom Foundation. “The damage that’s being done to the individuals, to businesses and the economy is horrific.”

Hoffman said the governor should allow all businesses to open to give owners a chance to demonstrate that they can take appropriate steps to mitigate the risk.

“I worry that if we don’t adapt our approach that we will continue to battle COVID-19 in incremental ways for weeks, months and years to come,” Hoffman said. “It’s like a lot of other variables that you have to deal with in the world – people with all kinds of ailments come to your doors.”

Most at the protest were standing shoulder-to-shoulder and not wearing masks. Some carried signs claiming the coronavirus is a hoax, while others held signs with slogans like, “All workers are essential” and “Freedom not fear.”

The effect of the coronavirus on the economy has been dire. In Idaho, nearly 96,000 people have filed for unemployment since Little first declared a state of emergency on March 13. That’s far more than the number of claims filed in Idaho during all of 2019.

Similar protests have been held across the country, with groups pushing back against stay-at-home orders in places like Michigan, Texas and Virginia. Dozens circled Oregon’s state Capitol in their vehicles Friday to protest that state’s stay-at-home order.  (read more)

Rebellion against unilateral and authoritarian power is America. Rebellion or push-back against non-representative government is the thread connecting the patchwork of our constitutional republic. Protest is so critical to our nation that it is protected within the very first amendment to our constitution.

It just cannot be real that freedom and liberty is the heart of America as NBC legal analyst Barb McQuade thinks about it…
