Japan’s Rice Crisis Rattles Politics

Japanese Minister Taku Etō has been forced to resign amid the ongoing rice crisis. For those unaware, Japan has been facing a severe rice shortage since 2024, which makes the US egg crisis look minuscule in comparison. Etō delivered a fatal blow to his career by saying that he does not need to worry about the price of rice since he receives it freely through donations.

His comments were taken as a modern-day “Let them eat cake.” “I asked myself whether it is appropriate for me to stay at the helm [of the agriculture ministry] at a critical time for rice prices, and I concluded that it is not,” Etō added, according to the Kyodo news agency. “Once again, I apologise to people for making extremely inappropriate comments as minister when they are struggling with surging rice prices.” He later added that his wife was upset with him for his comments, as they do purchase rice once the donations run dry.

Poor weather conditions in 2023 led to a significant decline in crop yields. The Japanese government has placed high tariffs on imported rice, and Japanese consumers strongly prefer domestic varieties. The government is releasing over 300,000 metric tons of rice from its emergency reserves through July, in addition to the 310,000 tons released since March, but this is not sufficient to meet demand.

Japan reluctantly began importing rice to meet demand. In February alone, Japan imported roughly 40% of what it imported in FY2023. Last week, rice prices hit a record ¥4,268 yen ($29) for 5kg of rice, up from ¥4,214 the previous week. The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications alerted the public that rice prices rose 92.1% year-on-year in March, but prices continued to rise. Last month in mid-April, a 5kg bag of rice reached ¥4,220 (about $29–$30), marking the highest price on record and over an 80% YoY increase.

Japan was previously nearly entirely self-sufficient in rice production, but recently bought rice from South Korea for the first time in 25 years, and has also turned to the United States to fill the gap. Panic buying remains prevalent despite the high cost of rice, as it is a staple in the Japanese diet.

The rice crisis controversy is causing the public to lose confidence in the government at large. Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba’s Administration approval rating sunk to an all-time low of 27.4%. This scandal is occurring weeks ahead of the July Upper House election. This is yet another blow to the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP), which previously derived mass support from farmers. Over 4,000 farmers took to the streets of Tokyo to demand that the government lift regulations, as the government has been paying farmers to limit their harvest for over 50 years.

The New York Times reported that the average farmer earned $23,000 annually as of 2022, making the industry unattractive to the youth as the number of farmers begins to shrink with an aging population. One farmer told the NYT that a third of rice paddies in his town have been abandoned, and farmers worry that misguided agriculture policies are spurring the decline. The EU and US allow farmers to produce as much as possible, and the government subsidizes any losses, while Japan has taken an opposite approach. The Japanese government believes it would lose $2.65 billion per year if it were to subsidize harvests, but it is already paying farmers $2.32 billion to ration production.

The Liberal Democratic Party has primarily been in power since 1955. The rice crisis is causing a serious decline in confidence as the party is polling at a historic low. Prime Minister Ishiba issued a public apology for his minister’s remarks that led to public outrage, but the damage has been done. The economy is always the driving factor behind political support. The people no longer have trust in the Liberal Democratic Party as they have refused to change policy and seem disconnected from the current cost-of-living crisis.

Fluoride – Is America’s Drinking Water Safe?

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. may now Make America Healthy Again. One of his first measures will be removing “an industrial waste product” from America’s water supply that has been deliberately added since 1945.

On January 25, 1945, Grand Rapids, Michigan, began water fluoridation. By 1960, water fluoridation had reached 50 million households and doubled to 100 million by 1975. Why? The government began adding fluoride to the water based on a 1930s study that stated a small amount of NATURALLY OCCURRING fluoride could protect teeth from decay.

It is odd that the government does not force insurance companies to treat teeth as a medical expense. It is difficult to gauge if these measures have actually prevented tooth decay, as access to dental health is far greater now than it was when trials began in the 1930s and 1940s. Who is responsible for adding fluoride to the water? California, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, Ohio, and South Dakota have state mandates requiring fluoridated water. Other states like Maine, Utah, and New Hampshire permit the public to vote. Water utilities companies are responsible for maintaining water fluoridation systems. The EPA has federal oversight over the process and set a maximum contaminant level for fluoride at 4.0 mg/L. The Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974 forbids the EPA from actually mandating fluoride or any additive substances to the water supply, but they do have oversight.

So what’s the problem? “On January 20, the Trump White House will advise all U.S​. water systems to remove fluoride from public water. Fluoride is an industrial waste associated with arthritis, bone fractures, bone cancer, IQ loss, neurodevelopmental disorders, and thyroid disease,” Kennedy posted on X. Kennedy believes that fluoride does not have a clear health benefit to the public, but it is responsible for causing an array of life-altering ailments.

On September 25, 2024, a federal court in California ruled against the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in a case involving fluoride. The court said that current levels of fluoride violate the Toxic Substances Control Act. Judge Edward Chen declared that there is “substantial and scientifically credible evidence” that fluoride poses a serious health risk and emphasized concern over fluorides effect on the developing brains of infants.

“In all, there is substantial and scientifically credible evidence establishing that fluoride poses a risk to human health; it is associated with a reduction in the IQ of children and is hazardous at dosages that are far too close to fluoride levels in the drinking water of the United States,” the judge wrote in his ruling.

The National Institutes of Health’s toxicology program produced a study that found a correlation between fluoride and lower IQ in children.

“The NTP monograph concluded that higher levels of fluoride exposure, such as drinking water containing more than 1.5 milligrams of fluoride per liter, are associated with lower IQ in children. The NTP review was designed to evaluate total fluoride exposure from all sources and was not designed to evaluate the health effects of fluoridated drinking water alone. It is important to note, however, that there were insufficient data to determine if the low fluoride level of 0.7 mg/L currently recommended for U.S. community water supplies has a negative effect on children’s IQ.”

The CDC, American Dental Association, American Pediatric Association, and every BIG health agency would like to ignore these serious health risks. These organizations showed their hand during COVID and are not to be trusted. How can we possibly turn a blind eye to the blatant health crisis facing America when we have clear evidence that government agencies are permitting Americans to be poisoned? Kennedy’s health crusade could possibly help America lose its title of the least healthy nation in the developed world.

RFK Jr Says, “President Trump Has Promised me Control of the Public Health Agencies”

Continuing a seemingly ridiculous need to speak about private conversations with President Trump, Robert F Kennedy Jr has created quite a stir by telling his supporters that President Trump has promised him “control over the public health agencies.”

In a video chat with his supporters, obtained by the Wall Street Journal, RFK Jr says he will have control over Health and Human Services (HHS), and the sub agencies of CDC, FDA, NIH and the USDA.  While there is no reason to doubt the validity of what RFK Jr is saying, there is no reasonable purpose for him to be talking about specific positions, plans and objectives this close to the election.  Why can’t this jack rabbit just keep his mouth closed?  WATCH:

CDC Changes Child Developmental Milestone Guidelines

Why are children developing slower than previous generations? Rather than addressing the root cause, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has drastically lowered the guidelines for developmental 216 milestones.

Children were previous expected to say their first word by the age of one, but now that expectation has been pushed to 15 months. By the age of two, children were expected to know two full sentences, but that was pushed back as well to a mere two words. The CDC no longer believes that a three-year-old toddler is expected to speak in full sentences. Children were expected to crawl by 10 months of age, but the CDC says that crawling is no longer a clear indicator of cognitive development.

Why has the CDC changed the guidelines? Currently, 1 in 10 children are diagnosed with some form of a developmental disability. This has become a global phenomenon and no one is quite sure of the reason. Could the economic necessity for dual income cause parents to be less engaged? Are the foods provided to infants and toddlers sufficient? Are doctors overdiagnosing our children? Are we over-medicating and vaccinating this population? How does Big Pharma, Big Food, Big Chemical Big Energy, Big Tech, COVID, and other giants profiting off of the backs of children come into play?

Robert. F. Kennedy has long spearheaded the Children’s Defense Network that aims to uncover why children across the world are less healthy than previous generations. Developmental issues like autism and ADHD have doubled since the 90s, and in some areas, one in 34 children suffer from autism. Autoimmune disorders are rising disproportionately and an estimated 13% to 25% of children require special education. Over half (54%) of American children suffer from some form of a chronic health condition.

This generation is the sickest in modern history. Why? One in 285 American children face cancer diagnoses. From 2001 to 2020, 47% of American children were more likely to die before reaching adulthood than children in other developed nations. These are extremely concerning statistics and we must get to the root cause to save our civilization. Kennedy’s mission to Make America Healthy Again is extremely admirable. The only reason his pleas for help are not seeing bipartisan support is due to lobbying and corrupt politicians who act against the best interest of the people. This is yet another reason why the establishment is adamantly against Donald Trump as major donors within Big Pharma and other health industries have purchased politicians and they cannot tempt him with their bribery.

The Black Death is Back

Health agencies reported new cases of “The Black Death,” officially known as the bacterium Yersinia pestis in the United States. The plague is transmitted through fleas and is notoriously known for claiming the lives of over half of Europe’s population.

“Plague can be treated successfully with antibiotics, but an infected person must be treated promptly to avoid serious complications or death,” said Alicia Solis, program manager of the Office of Communicable Disease and Emergency Preparedness at the Pueblo Department of Public Health and Environment, in the news release. “We advise all individuals to protect themselves and their pets from plague,” the department says.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) warns that our pets could bring the plague into our households. “A plague vaccine is no longer available in the United States. New plague vaccines are in development but are not expected to be commercially available in the immediate future,” the CDC reported on its website. Antibiotics could easily cure this ailment, but pharmaceutical companies are repeating another Warp Speed project to create a vaccination.

Black Death

Remember that the coronavirus began as something that simply infected animals, until it passed onto humans and mutated countless times. Each variation of COVID came equipped with a booster vaccine and scientists INITIALLY told us that the virus passed from animals to humans through a wet market in Wuhan, China.

This infection can also be transmitted through blood contact or inhaling droplets of infected air – sound familiar? Allegedly, over 80% of current cases in the US are in the bubonic form, which is transmitted through blood, such as a flea bite. The Mayo Clinic believes the fatality rate for this disease is around 11%, which is far higher than the deathrate for COVID.

Disease Cycle

“The plague” or “the black death” already instills fear and panic due to its notoriety during the 1300s. News outlets are already declaring cases of the black death in humans in developed nations, and news outlets are mockingbirds, repeating the line, “The plague never went away.”

Socrates has been honing in on 2026 for an uptick in the Disease Cycle, a cycle that often coincides with times of war. Ideally, this would peak around 2027, and 2028 will be when we feel the crash’s impact.

Sheila Jackson-Lee Announces Pancreatic Cancer Diagnosis

Given the specific and manipulative nature of Mrs. Sheila Jackson-Lee in the stories of Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, Freddie Grey, Philando Castile, Walter Scott and eventually George Floyd, it is difficult to find resilient grace and appropriate words for prayer.

Factually Ms. Sheila Jackson-Lee was/is one of the most divisive players of the racially toxic anger games in the past dozen years.  Her commentary was consistently vitriolic, delivered from serpent tongue and devoid of honest review.  That said, as the dark shadows move into receptive position, I am hopeful Ms Jackson-Lee will repent and provide her family peace during her transition.

While we ask You to protect us from those who give no thought to the harmful consequences of their irresponsible actions, we also beg for grace within our prayers for those who blindly trespass. Shield us from the injurious situations they cause, let their malicious intents be hindered and target our prayers when comeuppance is served.

FDA Says U.S Milk Supply Is Safe After Tests Reveal 20% of Samples Contain Avian Influenza Pathogen (Bird Flu)

Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) is a disease that is highly contagious and often deadly in poultry, caused by highly pathogenic avian influenza A (H5) and A (H7) viruses; it is also known as bird or avian flu. The FDA has found that one in five samples of consumer milk contain inactive viral fragments of Bird Flu pathogens.  Transmission origin unknown.

Most of the USA milk supply is pasteurized, a process which kills any pathogenic virus that might be present. So, the milk supply is safe.  It is odd however, that Bird Flu is somehow being carried in dairy cows.   Given the nature of how the FDA has previously handled Bovine Somatotrophin (BST), or growth hormone use in dairy cows, and given the nature of how the FDA botched the initial handling of Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE, Mad Cow), some people are concerned.

From my perspective, this recent FDA report seems to be targeting the growing trend of raw milk sales and usage.

It has long been accepted that the FDA doesn’t like people who avoid adulterating their body with genetically modified food products from the friendship of Big Ag and Big Rx; it’s a financial issue.  The FDA fully supports the genetic modification of food, the vaccine injections from Big Ag/Rx and the allowed use of animal growth hormones.

The food supply has long been considered an optimal pathway for vaccine delivery into the human body.  Much like the fluoride addition to municipal water supplies, the opportunity to enhance food with vaccines or DNA modification targeting has long been a goal.

FDA REPORT, April 25, 2024 – Today, the FDA received some initial results from its nationally representative commercial milk sampling study. The agency continues to analyze this information; however, the initial results show about 1 in 5 of the retail samples tested are quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR)-positive for HPAI viral fragments, with a greater proportion of positive results coming from milk in areas with infected herds.

As previously noted and outlined in our summary below, qPCR-positive results do not necessarily represent actual virus that may be a risk to consumers. Additional testing is required to determine whether intact pathogen is still present and if it remains infectious, which would help inform a determination of whether there is any risk of illness associated with consuming the product.

The FDA is further assessing any positive findings through egg inoculation tests, a gold-standard for determining if infectious virus is present. Early work by NIH-funded investigators indicates an absence of infectious virus in their studies of retail milk. To date, the retail milk studies have shown no results that would change our assessment that the commercial milk supply is safe.

Epidemiological signals from our CDC partners continue to show no uptick of human cases of flu and no cases of H5N1, specifically, beyond the one known case related to direct contact with infected cattle. These important efforts are ongoing, and we are committed to sharing results from both the qPCR and egg inoculation tests as soon as possible. (read more)

There are all kinds of pathogenic viruses in animals and milk. That’s why we have been using heat and fire to cook and sanitize them since the days of hunter gatherers.

Don’t let the alarmism of others impact your peace of mind, but take as many prudent precautions as pragmatically possible to ensure your family food supply is as safe and wholesome as possible.

From my own experience, at the end of every FDA announcement is an entity positioning to gain financially from the solution to the expressed opportunity.   We still don’t plan to eat the bugs.

Study: 25% of Gen Z Needs Therapy After Filing Taxes

Welcome to the real world, kids! A recent poll by Cash App Taxes have found 1 in 4 Gen X Americans (born between 1997 and 2012) believe they need therapy after filing taxes this year. Yes, 25% of that demographic needs psychological help after learning about taxation.

Now, this generation was simply unprepared for the harsh truth about taxation. The study found that 62% of first-time filers did not know how to obtain their W-2 or 1099 forms. The study also found that many believed cypto, where around 55% of Gen Z investors have a stake, was off the radar and were surprised to find out that tax forms were required on those investments.

A lot of these kids reached voting age before they were required to pay taxes as some parents handle everything to the disadvantage of their adult children. Schools simply do not teach students about taxes. You are taxes on your sales, purchases, savings, income, etc. etc. The idea of this liberal Utopia where we all live freely in peace and harmony without consideration for money is a fairytale.

This phenomenon of the liberal dream bursting has been well recorded throughout history.

“Anyone who is not a republican at twenty casts doubt on the generosity of his soul; but he who, after thirty years, perseveres, casts doubt on the soundness of his mind,” Jules Claretie once wrote. In 1927, King Oscar II of Sweden stated, “A man who has not been a socialist before 25 has no heart. If he remains one after 25 he has no head.” We all know Churchill’s famous line that mirrors King Oscar’s sentiments.

The left panders to young voters and preys on their innocence. Millions actually believed Biden had the authority to make their student debt disappear, for example. They believe Republicans are greedy and everyone deserves to be equal. Once they realize that a large portion of their pay goes to foreign war, foreign migrants, people living off the system, corrupt politicians, etc. it becomes more apparent that equality has a different meaning. There is a reason that public schools fail to educate the youth about taxation and economics, but everyone will learn sooner or later.
