Considering how vested they are in pushing vaccines, this federal guidance today reflects a strong likelihood the politics and legality do not support mandating vaccines for employees. It will be very interesting to see how the lawsuits against private businesses that are requiring vaccinations are settled in the courts.
This is a very interesting development and it will also be interesting to see how the media react to government employees not being forced to vaccinate; as the leftist media have, in the aggregate, been defending all businesses that have required vaccines.
Federal Guidance released today shows the federal agencies are advised not to require vaccination status, nor inquire about vaccination status, for federal employees [LINK]:
Q: Should agencies require employees to be vaccinated or inquire regarding their vaccination status?
A: The Administration strongly encourages all Americans, including Federal employees and contractors, to be vaccinated. Employees should receive paid time off to be vaccinated and to deal with any side effects.
At present, COVID-19 vaccination should generally not be a pre-condition for employees or contractors at executive departments and agencies (agencies) to work in-person in Federal buildings, on Federal lands, and in other settings as required by their job duties.
Federal employees and contractors may voluntarily share information about their vaccination status, but agencies should not require federal employees or contractors to disclose such information. Responding to agency inquiries should be voluntary, and agencies should comply with any applicable laws, including requirements under the Privacy Act and the Paperwork Reduction Act, and any applicable collective bargaining obligations. When an employee or contractor voluntarily discloses that they are unvaccinated or declines to provide vaccination information, agencies should use that information to implement CDC-recommended mitigation measures, including masking and physical distancing. What this soundbite tells me [Video at 04:54 prompted] is that Anthony Fauci feels very protected by his connection to the Obama administration. The stunning level of hubris and cognitive dissonance displayed in this video are indicative of a bureaucrat who views himself as untouchable. [John Brennan was/is similarly predisposed].
Ego-maniacal Fauci proclaims that “any attack against him” -based on his lies, fraud, deception and manipulation- are “attacks on the very basis of science itself”. Fauci is being preserved in the event the public become aware of how the Obama administration are behind the origin of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
If the false narrative further collapses toward the Obama administration’s funding and support of the Wuhan biological weapons lab, then the destruction of Fauci will be used as a shield to protect the lightbringer, Obama. They are holding Fauci as defense in the event the sunlight gets too close to Obama. This is the familiar pattern previously deployed.

REPLY: I laid out the connection between Wuhan and Fauci several times and that many major scientists petitioned against Fauci which shut down this very research. I tried to contact Trump but the Swamp had hin insulated. Not sure but they talked him out of launching an investigation which made me suspect that they were deliberately acting to ensure Trump would be defeated and blamed.
The American press will defend Fauci for exposing the truth will undermine Biden. Plus CNN ran every day the death clock on COVID while Trump was president, but removed that as soon as Biden was president. CNN is also part of this conspiracy against the people. As many people suspected, there is now a study from the Cleveland Clinic [SEE HERE] showing there is no need to vaccinate anyone who previously recovered from the COVID-19 virus. The vaccination provides no additional benefit.
CLEVELAND CLINIC – ♦ Conclusions – Individuals who have had SARS-CoV-2 infection are unlikely to benefit from COVID-19 vaccination, and vaccines can be safely prioritized to those who have not been infected before.

The calls for Fauci to resign are growing louder. Fauci is a disgrace. He has admitted funding Wuhan with $600,000 for research into Bat Viruses which I reported over a year ago. His denials of that up to now and his constantly changing positions on COVID are an international disgrace. Babylon Bee did a piece with Fauci debating 17 versions of himself. Fauci previously admitting just making up what percent of the population needed to vaccinated to reach herd immunity. He admitted to the NY Times he kept changing the number. They even wrote:

Why is the head of a US agency advocating the Great Reset which calls for the United States to hand its nuclear power to the United Nations?
Yet we have a much more serious problem. Biden can’t possibly fire Fauci without opening up an investigation of the entire COVID scam. Everything from face masks to herd immunity constantly change. Gallup Poll shows Congress has a lower trust rating than a used car salesman. When will the American press realize that have destroyed their own future? The immature back-up to the installed White House occupant, Kamala Harris, held a press conference with Guatemalan President Alejandro Giammattei. At the end of the presser, Harris attempted to join Giammattei for the exit; however, the Guatemalan president had to remind Harris to return to the podium and retrieve her mask if she wanted to exit with him. With increased evidence and internal documents from government officials surfacing, a recent poll from Rasmussen finds that more than two-thirds of U.S. voters understand the greater likelihood that SARS-CoV-2 came from a biological weapons laboratory in Wuhan, China.
RASSMUSSEN – A majority of voters think it is likely COVID-19 originated in a Chinese research laboratory and believe a federal investigation of the pandemic’s origin is very important.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 68% of Likely U.S. Voters believe it is likely that the COVID-19 virus originated in a Chinese laboratory, including 43% who think it’s Very Likely. Only 16% of voters don’t think it’s likely the virus came from a Chinese lab, while another 16% are not sure. (read more)
Given the recent revelations from the emails of Anthony Fauci, this number is only likely to increase. However, given the evidence that President Obama’s administration was involved in funding the research {Go Deep}, it’s likely a Democrat controlled House and Senate will not want to look into the troubling background details.

New Jersey Democratic Governor Phil Murphy is disregarding “the science,” and demanding that his constitutes continue to wear masks despite the CDC changing their guidelines. A reader shared the following email with me that she received from a surgeon in New Jersey. She informed me in her letter that the surgeon is nationally renowned for his decades of work and has received numerous accolades. He calls Murphy’s mandate ironic, as the governor continues to ignore the advice coming from the medical community.
In the surgeon’s letter, he notes, “Governor Murphy’s Executive Orders mandating Healthcare Facilities to follow extraordinary measures continue to be active. The New Jersey Association for Ambulatory Surgical Centers has not only asked for these policies to be ended but also submitted suggested changes/improvements. They have not been changed or updated. So for now we must continue to practice medicine as if it was last June.”
Despite trained surgeons urging Governor Murphy to allow the public to breathe again, Murphy refuses to let go of power and is not looking out for the best interest of the people who put him in power. If you live in New Jersey, remember this during Murphy’s reelection in November.

Stores and restaurants are returning to normal. People are out again. Life is beginning to return to normal.
We see this in the office every day, as patients want to stop wearing masks. Frankly my staff wants to stop, and I want to stop. We want our waiting room to be open. It is ridiculous to make people wait outside in their cars when it is 90 degrees outside. Many family members want to be in the waiting room when their loved ones are having surgery.
We are regulated by the Department of Health. The Department of Health regulates licensed surgical centers. Last week we received the Department of Health current guidelines for any Healthcare Facility.

Continue Masking
Continue Temperature Checks
Continue Screening Questions
Children are not Permitted at appointments
One support person is allowed for surgical appointments
Waiting Rooms/Common Areas are still closed
Preoperative COVID testing
Preoperative REQUIRED home isolation and quarantine
We of course are doing everything that we can to protect our patients. We did this before the pandemic, throughout the pandemic, and we will do it for years to come. There are many other viruses and pathogens besides COVID and we fight against infection every day. It’s what we do. We understand infection prevention, and we will do everything needed to protect our facility and patients. While some things like preoperative testing make sense, many things do not follow scientific logic.

Now that we know the Obama administration was directly involved in the creation of SARS-CoV-2 as a biological weapon that was released from the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China (an accidental or purposeful release still undetermined) {Go Deep}, we have the background to understand why the JoeBama administration has to defend Anthony Fauci.
All of the originating activity surrounding U.S. collaboration with the Wuhan Institute, the funding of the Wuhan Institute and the approvals for the Wuhan Institute to conduct “gain of function” research (weaponizing the virus) took place during the Obama administration. Including the events on January 9, 2017, eleven days before leaving office, when President Obama’s administration lifted the funding moratorium to weaponize SARS bat viruses.
Sharri Markson has a book that details how the Wuhan Lab was used to create SARS-CoV-2 and how Anthony Fauci was the key decisionmaker in the U.S. who organized funding for the Chinese experiments. In this commentary she discusses some of the issues.
The bigger question of why the U.S. would fund, support and facilitate the creation of a biological weapon by the Chinese is where things really get interesting. The only reason the Pentagon (U.S. Military) would enjoin that relationship with China would be to benefit their own interests.
What interests would the U.S. military and U.S. Intelligence hold in the creation of a biological weapon in China?
What is that they say about “means”, “motive”, and “opportunity”?
The most likely answer is the one that makes people very uncomfortable.
♦ MEANS: The U.S. military and larger intelligence network likely used Wuhan as a cover for their own operations and intents.
If the political elements in the intelligence community, working in coordination with the U.S. military, were involved in a purposeful leak from a biological weapons facility in North Carolina – there would be a trail of evidence that could expose their activity. However, if they move that activity to Wuhan, China, the plausible deniability is much stronger.
Additionally, while the COVID targets made up a very specific demographic group most at risk of death from the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), it’s likely the vaccine against the SARS-CoV-2 virus was known to both the Chinese communists and U.S. intelligence community before the release.
♦ MOTIVE: The U.S. and China working together on the planned weaponization and release of the virus just makes sense. Both nations would stand to gain the benefit from the biological release because President Donald J Trump’s “America First” program was working against both their interests.
Stand back and look at the BIG PICTURE…. The successful global trade reset underway by the Trump administration in combination with success in the creation of peace in both the Middle-east (Abraham Accords) and in North Korea (unification of both Koreas) was directly against the interests of the Chinese Government and U.S. military.
On top of all those motives, the global multinational corporations and banks were financially being impacted by all of President Trump’s domestic and foreign policies.
Yeah, “there are trillions at stake”!
♦ OPPORTUNITY: No, Dr. Anthony Fauci didn’t need to know about all those background motives and agendas in order to carry out his part… Fauci need only be some sick, twisted little man who wanted desperately to be the center of attention amid the global scientific community of his peers, and have his name adored in all the history books.
