CIA Director John Ratcliffe Confirms President Trump Paused “Intelligence Sharing” (ie The Drone Targeting System) With Ukraine

Two sources informed the Financial Times that President Trump paused “intelligence sharing” with Ukraine.  In a follow-up another source told Sky News the “intelligence sharing” with Ukraine was paused, but the intel is still shared with the U.K.

CIA Director John Ratcliffe appeared on Fox Business with Maria Bartiromo and confirmed President Trump instructed a pause in “intelligence sharing.”  However, it’s a little funny because everyone is using the term “intelligence sharing” to avoid saying what is actually happening.

President Trump paused the drone and missile “targeting system” being used by CIA and Ukraine partners; that’s what the “intelligence sharing” factually consists of.  Why don’t they use the term “targeting system”?… Because if they did, they would be admitting the USA has been the military/IC operation firing missiles and drones against Russia.

Within the Sky News report, they go right up to the edge in describing what the “intelligence” being paused actually consists of. “Asked whether it is correct that the US has stopped sharing intelligence, the source said: “Unfortunately, yes, but not completely. It is selective. On the possibility of damage on the territory of the Russian Federation”.

Bottom Line – President Trump has paused “sharing” the U.S controlled targeting system that was being used (by Ukraine and the CIA) to target Russian military forces.  WATCH (prompted)

.

Pausing the targeting system was exactly what CTH recommended.  Keep watching.  Now that we are seeing CIA Director Ratcliffe confirm it, there should be no doubt it has been the USA Intelligence Community all along operating the military systems in Ukraine.

Everyone has been pretending.  In fact, it is our proxy war that President Trump is stopping.  A frustrated Trump has been trying to navigate through this grand construct of pretending that he was left to deal with.

EU Leaders Meet Again Thursday to Discuss Ukraine Plan and Military Defense Without USA Support

The 27 leaders of the European Union countries are meeting tomorrow, Thursday, in Brussels with an urgent agenda to figure out what to do with Ukraine and their own security state if the USA draws-down military support.

After years of taking little action, the EU leaders are now facing a crisis situation trying to figure out how to pay for expanded military for their own defense.  The latest proposal from EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen calls for €800 billion in EU defense spending, much of it from secured loans to various EU countries.

It seems rather odd to read the responses from EU leaders who are in crisis mode because they face the potential of President Trump pulling back U.S. military, and they worry about the inability to defend themselves.  They act like this is a new development, while the reality is that President Trump has been repeating his warning for years.

(Politico) – […] “Europe faces a clear and present danger on a scale that none of us has seen in our adult lifetime,” European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen wrote to EU leaders on Tuesday. “The future of a free and sovereign Ukraine ― of a safe and prosperous Europe ― is on the line.”

[…] “The nightmare scenario is that the U.S. announces a deal soon that accepts most of Russia’s demands and then tells Ukraine and Europe to take it or leave it,” said Malcolm Chalmers, deputy director general at the Royal United Services Institute in London.

[…] “Defense spending is becoming a fixed cost,” a European diplomat said. “We have switched off the sun and now we need to pay everyday for the heating … Every day you need to pay for ammunition, at least for several years, until Trump is dead.”

[…] The commission is proposing to loosen EU spending rules to allow governments to boost their military. According to von der Leyen, allowing countries to increase defense spending equivalent to 1.5 percent of gross domestic product over four years would translate into about €650 billion across the bloc. If the EU cannot figure out how to defend themselves; how the heck are they going to send military support to Ukraine?

President Trump Notes Farmers Will Benefit Within U.S. Market from Strategic Price Advantage

As President Trump outlined the goals and objectives of the tariffs during his address to congress, President Trump noted how the American farmer will no longer have to compete unfairly within the U.S market against cheap imported food products.

President Trump notes U.S. food prices are positioned for major supply-demand changes that will benefit all American consumers.  What President Trump states in his speech to congress, is the reality we experienced in 2018/2019 as the result of national agriculture supply. WATCH:

This is what happens when the American food supply equation is modified to focus on domestic production to the benefit of domestic consumers.   The food supply chain will shift, slowly at first and then ultimately by around Thanksgiving of this year (fall harvest) we will see major price drops in the American food basket.

There are going to be major opposition forces, notably related to decades of Big Ag exfiltration, screaming that U.S. consumers will see higher prices.  However, as previously experienced/outlined these claims are entirely false. We will see major drops in food prices as a result of a more balanced U.S production-import/export dynamic.

In the short term, there will be some supply chain disruption as the import equation (total cost of goods) changes to reflect the tariff impact.  However, long term, we will see (example citrus) farm products returning to FL/CA farm production from Mexico.

Generally speaking, about 50% of the USA bulk food system is ‘one full harvest’ ahead of demand.  Grain silos, frozen product and processed food stuffs are generally a full harvest ahead.  Ex. the Frozen turkey you purchase in November is a product outcome of a production process that takes place all year. Canned foods, dried foods, spices and other derivatives follow the same supply chain background.  The length of this process is approximately 6 months.

On the fresh food side (think in terms of the perimeter of the grocery store), the supply chain is thin and holds less inventory in the supply system; the flow from field to fork is much faster.  Fresh seasonal foods come/go as this supply chain reflects the seasonal harvests – with a portion of those fresh products also entering the processed space as ingredients.

Our sunbelt farmers can produce everything that is imported from Mexico and central America, an import tariff resets the price structure permitting them to enter the production system with organic profits.  It may take a little time for the reset of pricing to travel to new fields and then ultimately to our forks, but it will happen if the USA holds strong in support of the rebalancing.
