The Pentagon announced that it will deliver a $988 million aid package to Ukraine ahead of Trump’s inauguration. The Biden Administration is rushing to deliver the remainder of the $5 BILLION pledge to Ukraine before January 20. Worse, Zelensky announced that he has plans to discuss NATO membership with Biden.
“It is difficult to talk to President Trump about this because he is not yet in the White House. By the way, I am going to call President Biden in the near future to raise the issue of Ukraine’s NATO invitation,” Zelensky said. Biden has previously called Ukraine’s request for membership premature and stated that the war must end before membership can be considered. We know that the commander-in-chief had been compromised years ago, but his recent pardon of Hunter may give him less ammunition to yield to Ukraine – unless they could potentially blackmail him personally.
Donald Trump recently came out to say that he has no plans to prosecute Joe Biden. The Biden family turned their hatred from Trump to the Democratic Party after they ousted Joe. Images have even emerged of Jill Biden happily sitting next to Donald Trump at the Notre Dame reopening, an image that Trump is now using in a marketing campaign.
There is hope that Biden will stand firm against Ukraine’s NATO membership. Germany, Slovakia, and Hungary are also against Ukraine joining at this time, but many others are willing to expedite the process.
Despite the required formal unanimous vote among the alliance, the United States is still the breadwinner for NATO and would have the final say when all is said and done. Trump would never permit Ukraine to join, but he could invoke Article 13 of the treaty and withdraw the United States. Those in opposition of Ukraine’s membership could do the same, particularly Hungary as Orban has a solid relationship with Putin and does not feel the need for protection at this time. A lot could happen over the next six weeks and time will tell what Biden has in store for the end of his presidency.

QUESTION: Mr. Armstrong, I hope you come to Dubai for a conference next year. After your Syrian forecast that the civil war would end only 13 years from the start in 2011, those of us here are still in shock and awe, as you say there in the States. I know your models have considered the cycles in Syria from Roman times. Is 2027 still the target in the Middle East?
BAF
ANSWER: Syria has a very long history. Antioch was the link to the Silk Road for all the dies and spices from Asia. As you can see, it is sandwiched between Turkey, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, and Israel. Historically, it has also been known as the Levant and a strategic chess piece in the global war of geopolitics. The Seleucid Empire was a Greek state in West Asia during the Hellenistic period. It was founded in 312BC by the Macedonian general Seleucus I Nikator (312-281BC) when the Macedonian Empire founded by Alexander the Great was divided after his death among his generals.
Thus, this became known as the Seleucid dynasty until its annexation by the Roman Republic under Pompey in 63 BC, who conquered the region, transforming Syria into a Roman province. This has lent Syria the opportunity to provide a rich database extending centuries for computer analysis. First, you must acknowledge that laws are always silent during war and civil unrest. They are the decorations of civilization and only apply when there is civil discord – not war and upheaval.
The first Syrian to become a Roman Emperor was Elagabalus (218-222AD). This is always the same pattern of the conquered/slave eventually becoming king. Some pointed that out when Obama became President. This is a mere fact of history. The king is dead – long live the king. Another fact of history is when there is a civil uprising, the king may fall, but the victor quickly assumes the same policies as those he vanquished.
The English Civil War tore down the rule of law, and here you see Oliver Cromwell quickly issued coinage styled as the very king he had beheaded for daring to defend against him in the civil war. He put King Charles on trial, found him guilty for losing the civil war, and then beheaded him.
Civil Wars tend to last 4.3 years (American Civil War), 8.6 years (English Civil War), and even 13 years (Cambodian Civil War, 1967-1975). However, go beyond that 8.6-year period, and it will extend to 13 years.
Countless times when there have been civil wars, you find the head of state when captured, is often executed. This seems to be standard. When they are dead, they will routinely topple their statues as they did throughout Eastern Europe, toppling the statues of Lenin.
Civil Wars always invoke deep hatred, and when leaders are not executed, what you find is often assassinations of the victor. They assassinated Julius Caesar after he won the civil war. These are cyclical patterns that routinely take place. There was an attempted assassination of Zelensky, and he fired his head of security because it was Ukrainians – not Russians. There was a similar attempted assassination of Hitler.
Assad is wise to flee with his family to Russia, for they would have all been executed just as the Russian Revolution executed the entire family of the Czar. People who engaged in civil wars and/or revolutions always responded the same way, no matter what culture or nation was involved. The Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi also fled Iran in 1978 during that revolution. These things may appear to be a shock, but they are standard in the playbook of geopolitics.
I have previously warned that Turkey has the largest army in the Middle East, and Erdogan praised the Hamas attack because he dreams of resurrecting the Ottoman Empire and he sees himself as the leader. They are mortal enemies of Greece and that goes back to the fall of the Byzantine Empire. Turkey has funded these rebels, and that became possible only because Israel destroyed Hezbollah. On the one hand, you have the US cheering Al-Qaeda all because the Neocons have been trying for years to overthrow all three dictators they created in Syria, Iraq, and Libya. Now, they can get the pipeline from Qutar to cut off Russia’s energy sales to Europe. So this is all about Russia, Russia, Russia. Meanwhile, they are so fixated on conquering Russia that they have ignored the real threat in the Middle East of the resurrection of the Ottoman Empire.
I will update the prospects for war in the Middle East and the power vacuum that is unfolding that is hidden behind the headlines. Most people have no idea that it was the West that created all of these arab states. They were never independent nation-states. With World War I, the West finally took down the Ottoman Empire. This was when the Sykes-Picot Agreement was established as a 1916 secret treaty between the United Kingdom and France, with the consent of Russia, Italy, and the United States. They were carving up the Ottoman Empire, which they mutually agreed to establish spheres of influence, thereby partitioning the Ottoman Empire. Syria was created, and the rule of Assad was in the economic interests of the West.
I have been asked why I do not write much about the Israeli war and offer a solution. There is NONE!!!! This is a religious war, and a ceasefire will only be temporary. Israel’s enemies is not limited to Iran. It also includes Turkey as we move forward in time.
We will publish an update on the geopolitical future of the Middle East for the Arab world and Israel. This will be released in January.

There is new turmoil during the final month of the Political Year from Hell emerging in Romania after the constitutional court annulled the presidential election. Calin Georgescu, who the media declared as a far-right extremist, won the election. The establishment cried “RUSSIAN INTERFERENCE!” and has refused to acknowledge the results.
Georgescu is a critic of NATO and the neocons. He does not support the ongoing war nor does he adhere to the Build Back Better agenda of the New World Order. President Klaus Iohannis released declassified documents ahead of the election that claim Russia interfered in the election by promoting the candidate on social media, TikTok in particular. The establishment also claimed Russia launched 85,000 cyber attacks that primarily targeted social media platforms.
How many nations have blamed Russia for interfering in their elections in recent years? More so, why do we allow them to continue perpetuating this lie when no concrete evidence has been found?
The press release called into question Article 146(f) of the Constitution states that elections must be legal. The courts had already demanded a recount of first votes, and now, the secondary election against Elena Lasconi of the Save Romania Union Party has been permanently canceled. The election cycle must now restart and the people’s wishes must be silenced.
Georgescu ran on a platform of ending Romania’s involvement in the Russia-Ukraine war and vowed to end all funding to Ukraine. He does not believe in climate change and does not want to decimate Romania’s energy industry to accommodate net zero emission goals. Georgescu also questioned the COVID narrative. All of his leading speaking points were anti-establishment, thus, the establishment ensured he could not take office.

DEI application practices have failed. We are equal in rights but not talent. Who would have thought that excluding the majority of the population from the workforce and universities could backfire? The University of Michigan is one of the latest schools to question this discriminatory policy.
“The University of Michigan will no longer solicit diversity statements as part of faculty hiring, promotion and tenure,” the school announced. The school claims it conducted a 2,000-person faculty survey that found staff felt pressured to express specific (i.e., WOKE) political and social views that they did not necessarily agree with, thereby eliminating diversity in thought. “Critics of diversity statements perceive them as expressions of personal identity traits, support of specific ideology or opinions on socially-relevant issues, and serve as a ‘litmus test’ of whether a faculty member’s views are politically acceptable,” the working group wrote in its report. “Thus, as currently enacted, diversity statements have the potential to limit viewpoints and reduce diversity of thought among faculty members.”
However, the university has not fully committed to removing its DEI program. Members declined to vote on whether or not they would continue funding these initiatives that have cost upward of $250 million since 2016. “There are no plans to make any cuts to these programs,” board member Michael Behm said. Basically, they are aware that these programs stifle innovation and thought among faculty and students, but they’re not willing to let go of the control.
The real purpose of this Diversity Equality Inclusion global marketing plan has NOTHING to do with human rights. I think the racist label has greatly died down, for in our own company, we have every religion and race working together. Even this LGBQT movement disrespects others and demands we change our pronouns and abandon any core religious beliefs that do not permit same-sex relations.
Communism failed in part because it prevented independent thought and punished those who thought outside the box. Innovation was no longer possible. Some of the greatest minds like Kondratieff were killed by their government for proposing new ideas that went against the status-quo put forth by the establishment. The Biden Administration has put forth this WOKE ideology under the guidelines of globalist entities like the World Economic Forum and Open Foundation Societies who have championed CEI woke credit scores for the private sector.
Again, my company has always been composed of the most qualified employees. We have staff across the world from all walks of life. They were hired due to their TALENT. I could not imagine finding an excellent applicant who is qualified for the job and saying, “Oh, sorry, we have too many straight white men here already.” But again, we obviously would never need to report a CEI score and bend a knee to any globalist entity attempting to stifle the private sector.
What made the United States the great melting pot and the largest economy in the world was DISCRIMINATION. It was fair, for whoever was the last off the boat was discriminated against until they learned English to get a job. In other words, ASSIMILATION was necessary for immigrants who then also identified as AMERICAN.
DEI operates on exclusivity and not inclusivity, as it champions the notion of entitlement for a select few and is simply unethical. It has become a political weapon that the left will not allow to be questioned. If we want society to advance, we must accept that those who work hard and are born with natural talent and intelligence will excel. Identity politics use tools like DEI initiatives to divide the people when our neighbor is not the enemy.
QUESTION: Mr. Armstrong, I first want to thank you for your forecast on South Korea, which you delivered here in Asia. I understand this is the computer. Others would call you a seer. I wonder if you have time to update that forecast since we are as divided here in South Korea as you write about the United States.
Thank you for your courage and consideration.
YM
ANSWER: The Economic Confidence Model for South Korea shows that we are headed toward the next turning point on March 3rd, 2025. South Korea may still head into a major turning point in 2029. We are ABOVE the Yearly Bullish Reversals I gave back at the Thailand conference, and this will be the first time we will be in a position to elect it for the year-end. We can see that this currency has broken out above the downtrend line for the last three years.
For those who do not understand the Korean constitution, most parliamentary systems and even the US Constitution allow the head of state to disband Parliament/Congress and recall them. In Korea, the constitution omitted that authority. Thus, the deeply divided political system was in gridlock, and Yoon declared martial law around 10:30 p.m. local time on Tuesday in an unannounced late-night TV address. He accused the country’s main opposition party of sympathizing with North Korea and of “anti-state” activities.
He also cited a motion by the opposition Democratic Party, which has a majority in parliament, to impeach top prosecutors and reject a government budget proposal. Yoon chose martial law, which lacked any other legal way to break the deadlock. He probably assumed that he had more support than he actually did. Yoon’s move to impose martial law earlier this week for the first time since 1980 was rejected by angry opposition lawmakers, who are planning an impeachment vote against Yoon on Saturday.
1923Array
When we look at the Monthly Array from 2023, we can see that the major turning point would be April 2024, which the computer was projecting from November 2023. The April 10th, 2024 election when all 300 members of the National Assembly were elected, 254 from first-past-the-post constituencies and 46 from proportional party lists. The two largest parties, the Liberal Democratic Party and the conservative People Power Party, once again set up satellite parties to take advantage of the electoral system.
The election served as a “mid-term evaluation” for President Yoon Suk-yeol’s administration, nearing its third year. The question became could the ruling party surpass the constraints of the ruling coalition, which did not secure a majority in the previous general election? The election saw opposition parties, primarily the Democratic Party, retain their majority in the National Assembly. We can see the numerous Directional Changes thereafter ensured a divided political state.
1924 Array
This brought us to December, with a Directional Change followed by January. Then, we have a Panic Cycle in March. This gets even more complicated for as one reader points out, according to data from the Defense Manpower Data Center, South Korea has the third highest number of active U.S. troops deployed of any country outside of the contiguous U.S., at over 23,000 personnel compared to Japan (52,852) and Germany (34,894). In total, as of June 2024, the US DOD has 165,830 active personnel overseas.
When we look at North Korea, this current 8.6-year wave turned up in January 2023. We must be mindful that the next key target for confrontation will be March 25th, 2024. The turning points within this 8.6-year wave are as follows:

MSN has the audacity to publish Ukrainian propaganda, and they, of course, criticize Tucker Carlson for even interviewing any Russian. They claimed that the interview only “outlined the Kremlin’s demands regarding the war in Ukraine in this interview, reiterating typical Kremlin propaganda narratives.” The Ukrainian propaganda actually wrote: “This isn’t Carlson’s first foray into Kremlin-approved journalism. Back in February 2024, the ever-objective host managed to secure a two-hour interview with Vladimir Putin, where the Russian dictator flexed his well-rehearsed tales of historical revisionism and grievance politics.”
Crimea has been fought over countless times. Here is a coin of the Roman Emperor Neo, who was forced to intervene in Crimea as well. Go back further; it was occupied by the Greeks. They love to put out their own propaganda about history when Ukraine was never a country. The monetary history of the region does not support Ukraine’s claims of past glory. They claim that Putin in his interview “mostly delivered his deeply unscientific interpretation of Ukraine’s history and its relations with Russia, while Carlson mainly listened without questioning or contradicting him.”
In truth, Kiev was the home of the Rus (Russians) until the Mongols invaded and destroyed their capital in 1220. All that remains standing is the single gate. This is like the Americans respecting London or the Jews maintaining that Jerusalem is their ancient land. The Ukrainians are generally not respected by their neighbors as being just corrupt.
The IMF and everybody else routinely say that Ukraine is the most corrupt state on the planet. Simply because Krischev rebuilt Kiev after the war and redrew the border for administrative purposes, the Ukrainians call this their homeland when it never was. Not only did Kruschev come from this region, but his successor, Brezhnev, was even born in the Donbas. This is what the entire world is to thrust into World War III for a territorial grab.
All we ever hear from the press is the propaganda put out by the Neocon couple and their sister-in-law running the Institute for Study of War. They all have ties to this region, and this has been a family feud against Russia. They all insist Russia persecuted their families.
Nuland was there at Miadan, handing out cookies and water and cheering on the government’s overthrow. Then, she hand-picked an interim government and directed this UNELECTED government to start the civil war against the Donbas and the Russians.

The Third Wave of Canada ended in 2022, and we have begun the Fourth Wave, leading to more authoritarianism, and the Trudeau government seeks to retain power. But this immediate 8.6-year wave reaches its peak in 2026.59. There is no question that the centralized government of Trudeau recognizes that the end is near. They are responding like most others, realizing that centralized control from government has run its course, and the upheaval we see in the aftermath of the Trump victory with the governments of Germany and France cascading toward civil unrest is on the timeline for Canada as well.
Most Canadians do not make the connection between the 1930 Imperial Conference and the passing of the Statute of Westminster in 1931, which recognized Canada’s independence as it became co-equal with the United Kingdom.
The sovereign Debt Defaults of 1931 also resulted in the fall of British rule over Canada. Had it not been for these defaults, nothing would have changed for Canada. That debt crisis led to the Statute of Westminster in 1931. We are now cascading into the next sovereign debt crisis that we have already begun to witness in France, where government debt falls below corporate and French sovereign rates, which have exceeded those of Greece.
There is little question that the Canadian economy has turned down with the Economic Confidence Model (ECM) turning point here in May 2024. When we look at the Unemployment model, we can see that 2024 was a Double Directional Change and we are cascading into 2025. There will be yet another Directional Change in 2026, taking us into a trend into the ECM due in 2028.
Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said back in October that he would lead his Liberal Party into the next election, dismissing a request by some party members not to run for a fourth term. More than 20 lawmakers from his own party signed a letter asking him to step down before the next election. Trudeau is out of touch with the people and is acting very much like a dictator, as some continue the rumor that he is really the son of Fidel Castro after the alleged affair of his mother with Fidel. That was not helped by his statements telling a Toronto fundraising crowd that he admired China’s “basic dictatorship.”
The next Canadian election will be in 2025 and will take place on or before October 20, 2025, to elect members of the House of Commons to the 45th Canadian Parliament. The critical monthly targets in 2025 will be March, July, and October.
After the attack on freedom with the Truckers, Trudeau is using Ukraine as an excuse to confiscate guns in Canada “immediately” with no due process notice whatsoever, acting as a dictator. Trudeau has so profoundly harmed the Canadian economy that fear is rising about civil unrest, and the answer is to disarm the people in a true dictatorial fashion. Canada is confiscating citizens’ guns and sending them to Ukraine to Kill Russians in the name of the Neocons. This is yet another act demonstrating that Trudeau has no respect for even democracy that would allow the people to vote on such a confiscation.
