RFK Jr Says, “President Trump Has Promised me Control of the Public Health Agencies”

Continuing a seemingly ridiculous need to speak about private conversations with President Trump, Robert F Kennedy Jr has created quite a stir by telling his supporters that President Trump has promised him “control over the public health agencies.”

In a video chat with his supporters, obtained by the Wall Street Journal, RFK Jr says he will have control over Health and Human Services (HHS), and the sub agencies of CDC, FDA, NIH and the USDA.  While there is no reason to doubt the validity of what RFK Jr is saying, there is no reasonable purpose for him to be talking about specific positions, plans and objectives this close to the election.  Why can’t this jack rabbit just keep his mouth closed?  WATCH:

FDA Says U.S Milk Supply Is Safe After Tests Reveal 20% of Samples Contain Avian Influenza Pathogen (Bird Flu)

Posted originally on the CTH on April 26, 2024 | Sundance

Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) is a disease that is highly contagious and often deadly in poultry, caused by highly pathogenic avian influenza A (H5) and A (H7) viruses; it is also known as bird or avian flu. The FDA has found that one in five samples of consumer milk contain inactive viral fragments of Bird Flu pathogens.  Transmission origin unknown.

Most of the USA milk supply is pasteurized, a process which kills any pathogenic virus that might be present. So, the milk supply is safe.  It is odd however, that Bird Flu is somehow being carried in dairy cows.   Given the nature of how the FDA has previously handled Bovine Somatotrophin (BST), or growth hormone use in dairy cows, and given the nature of how the FDA botched the initial handling of Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE, Mad Cow), some people are concerned.

From my perspective, this recent FDA report seems to be targeting the growing trend of raw milk sales and usage.

It has long been accepted that the FDA doesn’t like people who avoid adulterating their body with genetically modified food products from the friendship of Big Ag and Big Rx; it’s a financial issue.  The FDA fully supports the genetic modification of food, the vaccine injections from Big Ag/Rx and the allowed use of animal growth hormones.

The food supply has long been considered an optimal pathway for vaccine delivery into the human body.  Much like the fluoride addition to municipal water supplies, the opportunity to enhance food with vaccines or DNA modification targeting has long been a goal.

FDA REPORT, April 25, 2024 – Today, the FDA received some initial results from its nationally representative commercial milk sampling study. The agency continues to analyze this information; however, the initial results show about 1 in 5 of the retail samples tested are quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR)-positive for HPAI viral fragments, with a greater proportion of positive results coming from milk in areas with infected herds.

As previously noted and outlined in our summary below, qPCR-positive results do not necessarily represent actual virus that may be a risk to consumers. Additional testing is required to determine whether intact pathogen is still present and if it remains infectious, which would help inform a determination of whether there is any risk of illness associated with consuming the product.

The FDA is further assessing any positive findings through egg inoculation tests, a gold-standard for determining if infectious virus is present. Early work by NIH-funded investigators indicates an absence of infectious virus in their studies of retail milk. To date, the retail milk studies have shown no results that would change our assessment that the commercial milk supply is safe.

Epidemiological signals from our CDC partners continue to show no uptick of human cases of flu and no cases of H5N1, specifically, beyond the one known case related to direct contact with infected cattle. These important efforts are ongoing, and we are committed to sharing results from both the qPCR and egg inoculation tests as soon as possible. (read more)

There are all kinds of pathogenic viruses in animals and milk. That’s why we have been using heat and fire to cook and sanitize them since the days of hunter gatherers.

Don’t let the alarmism of others impact your peace of mind, but take as many prudent precautions as pragmatically possible to ensure your family food supply is as safe and wholesome as possible.

From my own experience, at the end of every FDA announcement is an entity positioning to gain financially from the solution to the expressed opportunity.   We still don’t plan to eat the bugs.

Credit Scores on Medical Debt

Armstrong Economics Blog/Disease Re-Posted Sep 25, 2023 by Martin Armstrong

It is a common misconception that unpaid medical bills will not hurt your credit score. Medical debt is the leading cause of bankruptcy in the United States. Health care costs are unsustainable and a short hospital stay could easily ruin the most fiscally conservative person’s finances. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is now considering removing medical debt and collections from credit reports.

It is a step in the right direction, but it avoids the real issue of health care costs and allowing Big Pharma, insurance agencies, and hospitals rob the sick. The pricing is so unclear that many hesitate to get care until they’re very ill. Americans know it is common practice to ask for an itemized medical bill and bargain with hospitals for months on end. Over 100 million A report from the CFPB found that 20% of all Americans – 66 million people – are in medical debt.

“Research shows that medical bills have little predictive value in credit decisions, yet tens of millions of American households are dealing with medical debt on their credit reports,” CFPB Director Rohit Chopra said in a statement. “When someone gets sick, they should be able to focus on getting better, rather than fighting debt collectors trying to extort them into paying bills they may not even owe.”

We all know families struggling to pay medical bills. I had a friend whose young daughter fell ill. He managed to accumulate well over $1,000,000 in medical debt in just a few months. The debt uprooted his family’s lives on top of dealing with a sick child, and they were forced to sell their home. Should they be forced to pay a higher mortgage on a smaller home because of their lowered credit score? The medical debt does not indicate in any way that he is financially irresponsible or unworthy of a loan.

Medical debt should not affect a person’s credit score. Credit scores in and of themselves are a topic for another day. Unlike student or credit card debt, people do not choose to take on this debt and are largely unaware of the costs until the final insurance bill comes in. This could be one small step in the right direction, but ultimately, the medical industry must be prevented from robbing the sick.

48,500 Year Old Zombie Virus Revived by Scientists in Russia

Recently, scientists have revived a 48,500-year-old zombie virus that was stuck under a frozen lake in Serbia, Russia. This discovery brings light to the possibility of a public health emergency caused by a new virus emerging from the side effect of climate change and global warming.

Gamma-Rays – Solar Minimum – Volcanoes – Human Immune System

QUESTION: Disease cycle and two way streets
I had a small light come on for me that is big. Here it is, what if during the Disease cycle that is linked to the sun cycle is a two way street? What if at the same time that solar output is low and weather is unstable leading to pestilence. Here it is, something that I have not seen none if very little discussed about the effects of the extra Gamma Radiation that occurs at this time also due to the weak magnetosphere from what I briefly looked at this type of radiation lowers the immune system so there you have it I connected some dots what do you think?

LP

ANSWER: There have been many studies on the impact of UV and gamma radiation during solar changes and events. Gamma-rays are a form of electromagnetic radiation, as are radio waves, infrared radiation, ultraviolet radiation, X-rays, and microwaves. Gamma-rays can be used to treat cancer, and gamma-ray bursts are studied by astronomers. I have also reported that our correlation models also show that solar minimums correspond to increased volcanic activity. Volcanic winters take place during solar minimums. It certainly seems that gamma-rays may be the reason volcanoes erupt more during these periods. This certainly also reduces food production and increases disease, presumably because of a rise in malnutrition. However, since gamma-rays are also used to treat cancer, there is at least a basis to warrant further investigation if the increase in gamma-rays during solar minimums impact certain susceptible people or those with particular DNA sequences.

Supreme Court Held Vaccines Can Be Mandated

The Supreme Court in Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905) held that vaccines can be mandated. They acknowledged many pros and cons of vaccines, but the court ultimately concluded that whether vaccines were the best (or even an effective) method to combat measles was not in its power to decide. Specifically, the court wrote, “there is scarcely any belief that is accepted by everyone.” However, there was enough medical opinion of vaccine effectiveness that vaccines could be mandated by legislatures like that city’s governing council.

In other words, the court stated vaccines very well may later be found to be unsafe/ineffective, but sufficient information analyzed by elected officials at the time made it reasonable to mandate vaccines to combat smallpox in 1905.

Supreme Court Upheld no Liability for Death by Vaccine

The Supreme Cout held in Bruesewitz v. Wyeth, 562 U.S. 223 (2011), that the section of the Vaccine Act of 1986 preempts all vaccine design defect claims against vaccine manufacturers. The case was decided on February 22, 2011. The Court, in a 6-2 opinion by Justice Scalia, held that the “plaintiffs design defect claims [were] expressly preempted by the Vaccine Act.” Thus, the court affirmed laws that vaccine manufacturers are not liable for vaccine-induced injury or death if they are “accompanied by proper directions and warnings.”

This was a very disappointing decision. They ruled that the Act’s structural quid pro quo also leads to the same conclusion. The vaccine manufacturers fund an informal, efficient compensation program for vaccine injuries in exchange for avoiding costly tort litigation and the occasional disproportionate jury verdict. Taxing their product to fund the compensation program, while leaving their liability for design defect virtually unaltered, would hardly coax them back into the market.

William Kristol & Neocons Are Not Conservatives

COMMENT: Marty; you are right. William Kristol is a very dangerous neocon who is only intent on wasting American lives to defend Israel in the Middle East. He has become not conservative but ruthlessly a warmonger. He put out an open letter against Trump because he wanted to pull troops out of the Middle East. I went to a Trump rally to listen to him first hand. I must say that my opinion of him was changed to a respectful supporter.

He said the border between Turkey and Syria has been in dispute for 1,000 years and these people have been fighting without end and we have no business there trying to win a war that was unwinnable. He said when he came to office a general said he needed more troops in the Middle East and Trump said he fired him. I was impressed.

Just my change of mind when I took the time to listen to him without the media spin.

All the best

REPLY: William Kristol’s magazine shut down. Kristol’s conservative magazine that was against Trump did so because he was a neocon who wanted to spill American blood to alter the Middle East to protect Israel in a way that could never be accomplished. He wrote the book to justify the Iraq War. I knew Kristol personally. I found him arrogant and unwilling to change his position. What he called “conservativism” was extreme right-wing dominate the world stuff.

I have stated that the neocons will support the Democrats who are no means economically conservative provided they will support invading the Middle East and spilling American blood for his theory. His open letter stated:

“The Republican party allowed Donald Trump to capture it in 2016. This has been, I trust you agree, very bad for our country. As for the party, I’m not sure we’ll ever get it back on path to a decent and healthy American conservatism. It would be bad if Democrats went down a parallel path. America deserves better than a choice between an authoritarian populist of the right and a socialist populist of the left.”

Kristol is by no means an economic conservative. He will accept anyone who will invade the Middle East. His magazine shut down because he is so focused on invading the Middle East and has no respect for American soldiers or the economy. His magazine, which was once influential, shut down because of this extremist neocon view. He has been against Trump solely because of his pulling back troops from the Middle East.

Kristol is by no means an economic conservative. He is only interested in invading Arab countries for Israel. Kristol has openly said he is voting for Joe Biden. He knows Trump is against war and the Democrats will always engage in war if the price is right. Obama was given the peace prize for just being the first Black President. He then advocated invading Syria and numerous military actions. Obama was trying to carry out the agenda of the neocons.
