Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves said that only those who have been vaccinated for COVID could board the cruise ships evacuating people off the island. Obviously, this is no different than the Nazi attempt to segregate the population according to some criteria from being a cripple, Jewish, or a gypsy.
Honestly, such politicians will be remembered by history as ruthless individuals who were against human rights. All for a virus that has a death rate of no worse than the flu. Effective.y, he has violated international Human Rights for his decree amounts to those without a vaccination should die in a natural disaster.

Certainly, any company that demands an employee be vaccinated to get a job should be sued for what they are demanding is outright illegal. That same can be applied to schools.
There is a class-action lawsuit against Rutgers University seeking a partial refund to tuition because they closed the campus due to COVID. This is one lawsuit that seeks to impose some damages upon the university. I have spoken to students who say their teachers changed with virtual classes and they have failed when they were honor students before. The cost of education by virtual should be minimal since they do not need an elaborate infrastructure.
However, it is still different than what I am suggesting. Mandatory vaccines impose risk and these universities are just jumping on the bandwagon in a me-too fashion without any due diligence on their part. By mandating vaccines, they should be held liable for all damages and you should be able to bring them to court for their lack of fiduciary duty to the students to verify that these vaccines pose no risk.
Moreover, any university which accepts grants from Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation or Bloomberg should be subject to an audit to see if there is any mandate for vaccines linked to any grant. If that is true, then lawsuits against both the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as well as Bloomberg become viable.
The same is applicable to high schools, grade schools, and pre-school.

It appears the law is pretty clear cut with “experimental vaccines” cannot be forced by either private or public agencies.
That being said it also appears that govt will step back and let private businesses and both public and private universities mandate a vaccine to enter.
Who or what would be the best way to try and set precedent to not allow this to occur. Your gov has already come out and stated “no mandated vaccine” and yet Nova southeastern University in Florida had mandated It.
Here in New York, we have an even greater “lift”. As I have concern for my children.

ANSWER: The way to approach this is actually simple. It is true that Congress has granted total immunity to the drug companies so they really could care less if the impact of these drugs in altering your DNA is actually passed on to future children with unknown consequences.
We need a lawyer to file a suit against any school that has mandated vaccines where a student has had an adverse reaction, and since these vaccines are experimental and have NOT been given actual approval by the FDA, then we need a case to present to go after any school who would NOT have immunity and bring a suit for the damages involved. Moreover, you can bring a suit and compel them to PROVE that the future risks to humanity do not exist. This is the ONLY way to attack this problem. Someone has to do this ASAP. I would be glad to help any lawyer willing to take this on.

I guess vaccines are not considered healthcare, since they are listed separately.Is there a vaccine from totalitarianism?LREPLY: There is absolutely no evidence that lockdowns reduce anything, nor masks and social distancing. The Marine study showed that masks, social distancing, and quarantines did not people from still contracting COVID. These tyrannical COVID supporters screamed demanding that it be withdrawn. They want to end society as we have known it. It seems this will eventually require a revolution. It is unbelievable how human rights mean nothing. Violence is rising because people are being confined. Everything from shooting a noisy neighbor to rapes and domestic violence is rising along with teenage suicides. Friend of the Treehouse, Peter Duke, introduced me to this story and it is blood-boiling, yet awesome.
A young man named Lucas Lepejian is in a battle with Burbank authorities who are trying to run him out of business. Lucas is the 20-year-old son of Baret Lepejian the proprietor of a long-standing western-themed restaurant called Tinhorn Flats; a well known place to dine in Burbank, California.
Local authorities have attempted to shut down Tinhorn Flats repeatedly. Each time Lucas defies the orders and reopens.
Lucas has been arrested three times in defiance of the ridiculous COVID shutdown.
The issue now is personal, the authorities are intent on destroying his business… Lucas, and a small battalion of supporters, remain defiant.
TIMELINE & DETAILS: Tinhorn Flats is the oldest bar in Burbank. In March of 2020 they shut down in compliance with state guidelines. They reopened in November 2020, and when the second lockdown was announced their defiance began.
Burbank authorities first cited and fined Tinhorn Flats. Lucas refused to pay and stayed open. Burbank authorities cut their utilities. Lucas brought in generators and stayed open. Burbank authorities Red tagged his restaurant and locked the doors. Lucas cut the locks and reopened. Burbank authorities boarded up the doors and ‘red tagged’ again as unsafe. Lucas sawed off the boards and reopened his business. Burbank police then arrested Lucas. Lucas made bail and was released.
Regular protests then began to support Lucas. Burbank authorities came back and replaced the boards (thicker w/ security nails). Lucas sawed off those boards and reopened business. Burbank police then arrested Lucas the second time. Lucas made bail and was released. Burbank authorities again replaced the boards on the doors and added sand bags; (police later announced that anyone moving a sandbag would be arrested). Lucas removed the sandbags. Lucas was arrested, made bail and was released.
Today the city of Burbank installed fences around the property…. the battle continues.

When the virus plandemic began to unfold, I heard Ben make several predictions that came true. He knew the virus would be used to hurt Trump’s reelection, but he didn’t know that the Democrats would use it to leverage mail-in ballot fraud that allowed the unpopular Biden to steal the presidency outright.
I do remember Ben railing against mask wearing. He predicted that they’d become permanent and they have been for nearly a year now. The most ominous thing that Ben fretted about were the dangerous vaccines. He knew they were coming and he saw that they would become mandatory. He knew that Bill Gates would use them as a means of control through tracking and eventually they’d be used to depopulate the Earth. We’ve seen too many people eagerly line up to take the jabs even though the evidence of them causing injury and death have been overwhelming. Too many people have received the vaccine and then dropped dead within weeks.
