Gender Neutral Toy Aisles Mandatory in California by Law

California is facing a massive budget deficit and boasts the largest homeless population in the US. The state is expanding the Medi-Cal program under Medicare to provide 700,000 illegal migrants with free healthcare. Leave it to Governor Gavin Newsom to focus on non-issues like children’s toys. His entire platform is based on pandering to the far-left as his state crumbles. California is now prohibiting toy stores from gendering toys.

Any large retailer that fails to implement a gender-neutral toy aisle will be faced with a fine of up to $500. Those who break the law may face civil suits “enforced through legal proceedings initiated by the state attorney general, district attorney, or city attorney.” This is a milder version of the original bill that attempted to BAN stores from displaying gendered toys and clothes.

The funding for this should go into mental healthcare. This extremism borders child abuse. Children do not even understand the term “gender-neutral” nor should they. If your daughter wants to play with a toy car, you’re free to walk into the toy aisle to purchase one. The indoctrination starts at an extremely young age. This legislation will teach Generation Alpha that it is not ok to be masculine or feminine. We must live in a genderless society to appease the WOKE.

In addition to corrupting the youth of America, the law blatantly infringes upon the First Amendment. Will religious store owners have the option to opt-out of this ridiculous law? I personally have fond memories of my children running up and down the toy aisles. Nothing is sacred anymore.

All of that is coming to an end in California as kids will question why there is a special section for the children of far-left liberals who were raised to believe that femininity and masculinity is wrong. The woke completely ignores biology that has been passed down throughout the ages to preserve the human race. Parents are now beneath the government and do not have a say in how their children are exposed to adult topics.

Gavin Newsom’s goal of becoming the wokest state in the nation is working, and people are leaving in droves. Newsom certainly did not have gender-neutral toy aisles when President Xi came to visit. If he feels so strongly about this topic, he should do his next debate in a dress. This is a direct attack on the children of America, and everyone wants to know WHY they are so focused on turning every child into a they/them. They are not the government’s children, as the president once claimed, and parents have every right to be outraged by the deeply disturbed woke agenda.

New Way to Object in Court

I have never seen or heard of someone leaping over the court bench to attack a judge. Perhaps violence is rising absolutely everywhere. The Judge was OK and was not hospitalized after the attack. The courtroom marshal was injured and was hospitalized for treatment of a bleeding gash on his forehead and a dislocated shoulder. The defendant, Deobra Delone Redden, 30, was wrestled to the floor behind the judge’s bench by several court and jail officers and courtroom staff members — including some who are seen throwing punches. Quite a spectacle. I guess he has an anger problem. If this were in California, the Judge would be charged for handing out a racially induced sentence.

Nevada District Court Judge Mary Holthus Violently Attacked While Ruling from Bench

District Court Judge Mary Kay Holthus was denying probation to a defendant in a battery case, when things in the courtroom became alarmingly violent.

Just as Judge Holthus said she was denying probation and about to impose a sentence, criminal defendant Deobra Redden (30) shouted “f**k that bitch,” leaped over the bench and attacked the judge.  WATCH:  [LINK HERE]

Due to the race of the defendant, cultural sensitivities, political correctness and the graphic nature of the events, the courtroom video has been restricted by Google in an effort to forestall public awareness. [WATCH HERE]

This is what George Soros prosecutors and misguided judges are turning loose on the streets every day when they do not incarcerate violent offenders.  Had this man received yet another probation sentence, the next victim would have been anyone in this defendant’s orbit and not the judge.

REPORT: More than 7,000 German Women Raped and Sexually Assaulted by Immigrants Since 2015

It is well known that amid all violent crimes, rape and sexual assault are underreported by victims; so, the latest statistics from Germany are even more alarming than would appear on the surface.  [REPORT HERE]

Overall, “irregular migrants” the term given to those who illegally enter Germany and then gain asylum, represent approximately 2.5% of the overall population from the period of 2015 through 2022.  However, that same group represented 13.1% of all rape and sexual assault cases.   An irregular migrant is four to five times more likely to commit a sexual crime against a German women.

BERLIN – Irregular migration to Germany has a negative impact on safety in public spaces. Women and girls are particularly affected. In addition to the violence they already experience at the hands of nationals, they are endangered by sex offenders who came to the country with asylum migration.

This is shown by the figures of the police crime statistics. Between 2015 and 2022, there were more than 8,590 reported cases of rape, sexual assault and sexual assault by immigrants. The Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) uses the term “immigrants” to describe people who have come to Germany via the asylum system. More than 90 percent of victims of sexual offences are female.

The number of asylum seekers must be permanently reduced and criminals must be consistently deported – including to Syria and Afghanistan – the CDU politician demands. The protection of women must “take precedence over the protection of sex offenders and other criminals”. (read more)

In the past three years the United States has more than 10x the number of “irregular migrants” than Germany in the past eight years….

…. and our U.S border remains unsecured.

Wikipedia’s Definition of a Woman?

Wikipedia has degenerated into nothing but a government propaganda avenue. Here was their definition of a woman with the photograph of the transgender Rachel Levine, Biden’s 17th Assistant Secretary of Health. Apparently, this offended so many that Wikipedia removed this page and replaced it with the following. The mere fact that they used Levin’s photo for the DEFINITION of a woman is just astonishing. A biological woman is no longer a woman. As I have said, in Thailand, the sex change capital of the world, they simply call themselves Ladyboys. They do not demand that they be called a woman, so there is no longer a definition of a woman. The fact that Wikipedia did this shows its hidden agenda and why universities now tell students they cannot use Wikipedia as a source for research papers. DO NOT DONATE ANYTHING TO WIKIPEDIA – They are no longer a valid independent source to be trusted, especially about anything that has a political implication.

It All Depends on the Military

ANSWER: I do not think that we will be in civil war, but we do have to understand if any state tries to succeed, it could turn to violence based on precedent. Everything will depend on the military. If they turn on the people, then yes. If they support the people, it can be a bloodless event like Yeltsin standing on the tank in 1991.

The computer shows that the nation is deeply divided, and we will see civil unrest post-2024 because this is spinning out of control. The Democrats are not unified, and neither are the Republicans, for that matter. We need reform, and that is what Washington is fighting against. The party is over. They have to realize it is time to clean the garbage in DC. This whole nonsense with Trump is trying to block him to maintain the status quo. It only divides the country.

Our future will be determined by the military, as in just about every situation throughout history.

Homelessness at All-Time High in World’s Wealthiest Nation

Homelessness has reached a new high in America, the wealthiest nation in the world. The 2023 Annual Homeless Assessment Report compiled by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) revealed that over 650,000 Americans have nowhere to call home. The number of homeless individuals spiked by 12% from 2022; worse, homelessness levels are now at 16% for families with children.

“HUD data indicates that the rise in overall homelessness is largely due to a sharp rise in the number of people who became homeless for the first time,” the report found. The number of people who became “newly homeless” rose 25% from 2021 to 2022. The number of people previously homeless declined by 8%.

Around 49% of the homeless population is within the state of California. New York saw the largest uptick in homelessness after rising an astounding 42% (25,185 human beings) from 2022 to 2023. Of the major US cities, New York City (88,025), Los Angeles (71,320), and Seattle (14,149) have the largest homeless populations.

HUD speaks extremely highly of the Biden-Harris Administration and its efforts to combat homelessness in the report. HUD primarily blames housing affordability for the crisis, stating that new construction on government-assisted living properties funded through the American Rescue Plan will help get people off the streets. What the report fails to mention is that you must have next to nothing to qualify for government assistance.

Numerous assisted living plans require an individual to earn less than 100% of the Federal Poverty Level. The federal poverty level (FPL) in the United States varies based on the number of individuals in a household and the state of residence. For instance, the 2023 FPL for a household of one is $14,580, and for a family of four, it is $30,000. If a minimum wage worker held a full-time job at $7.25 per hour and worked 40 hours per week, they would earn $15,080 and exceed the poverty level.

People basically must completely exit the workforce and rely entirely upon the government to qualify. There are countless Americans sleeping in their cars or couch surfing who work respectable jobs and contribute to our society. People are moving in with their parents well into their adult years, and the Baby Boomer generation is nearing retirement and must rely on rapidly dwindling savings. People have begun calling tent cities “Bidenvilles” as a nod to the shantytown “Hoovervilles” during the Great Depression.

We are seeing society separated into the “haves” and “have nots.” The average American is either successful enough to live paycheck to paycheck and make ends meet or utterly dependent on government.

This is all by design. They cannot usher in 15-minute cities and Guaranteed Basic Income (GBI) if everyone is thriving. Every time you hear of a new spending package for a foreign nation, remember that your neighbor, who has paid taxes all of his or her life, is likely a few missed paychecks away from homelessness.
