This is all part of the progressives plan to change the culture of the country to one looking for big government verses small government! None of those that are coming in are capable of taking care of themselves and require GOVERNMENT assistance. This is in comparison to those that came here 100 years ago and got no federal or state help they actually had to work. My grand parents work the coal mines in PA. saved their money and made it into the middle class.
