  1. I have my doubts that he did. The couple ceremonial firings that kept the twins on the payroll weren’t anything close to enough. He’s got to gut the State Department and probably everyone over E5 in the Armed services. The 2018 mid terms help Trump a lot by teaching the rest of the GOP that Trump is the future, but… the professional bureaucrats are a far bigger obstacle than the elected ones at this point.
